To obtain haki, post in this thread. Include which color you're starting off with, a link to the character, and a link to all threads the character has participated in. When the character has obtained the posts needed to obtain another color, make a separate post with links to any new threads they have participated in. The character must receive admin approval before obtaining or upgrading existing haki.
Dagon will be gaining observation in his current thread and has met the post requirements.
Cortez has been established as an armament user, and although he has not met the post requirements, he has been in a 3 year time skip, is a vice admiral, and started at a very high starting level for the sake of the event he was going to take part in before the timeskip hit. That being said, he won't gain observation until he reaches 75 posts so it'll correct itself.

This is what I found. There should be more but I'm certain there is enough here as is. Iken will receive all three colors, Derge the two color slot, while Bruce gets the one color slot with armament.

Pretty sure that at this point, you can use it freely without much worry. It is a far more demanding and hard task to actually find someone to use it against, given how few of us are left

Yeah idc either. If you want haki use haki. At this point the site is just our alternate OP playground. Just don't be stupid with it and have some fun and it'll be fine

What am trying to say is at this point, we could let new members (if any) to use Haki freely. If we see that their character abuses it or is too much as a character in general, then we can always restrict / inform them, same as we have always done about broken chars/powers. At the end of the day, the series has reached a point where it is rare NOT to have Haki

Precisely. About half of everyone has haki, and anyone can gain at least 2 types
Furthermore, haki customization is a thing and is at least as if not more common than conquerer’s. I feel lile limitations can be loosened a bit. In canon people are even just born with instictual high rank observation haki. Having restrictions is still necessarily, but I feel simply limiting the amount of conquerers and custom haki users alone is almost enough.

The King's Disposition is, I feel, the only one that needs to be heavily regulated. Maybe one per registered user, and only after certain conditions are met.

I don't really care about custom haki we can give it to all three haki slots and it wouldn't make a difference. Conquers, however, must remain locked under the one person user rule.
