He is a whopping 75 feet tall, and has nine times the bite force of a regular great white. Has a blue gray skin with a white gray underbelly. He has black eyes sunken back into his head and up to ten inch long teeth. Since separating from his crew one month prior, Bruce has obtained a new set of clothes. Bruce wears a sturdy pair of black leather trousers that are held up by a pair of purple suspenders. On top, Bruce wears a black and gold vest the is left open revealing the purple heart emblem tattooed on his chest. Bruce is also slightly taller than before, however it's not very noticeable as it's only two foot out of nearly seventy. To finish off his wardrobe, a large captain's coat is draped off his shoulders. The coat's main color is the same purple as the crew emblem. It's secondary color is gold. The gold is down the middle in the form of letters that read: パープル·ハーツ (Purple Hearts).
History: Bruce was born to a inbred back coral family in the Calm Belt that wasn't very well known. Being a large breed of predatory fishman they were able to flourish while the species went extinct everywhere else in the world. Bruce's parents were both Megalodon type shark fishman, they were master hunters that could take down even the largest of Sea Kings. Times where good along with plenty of meat and food to go around for their colony of Megalodon Shark fishmen and fishwomen. This continued until one day, until shortly after his fifth birthday and unimaginably powerful feel of marines were spotted crossing the Calm Belt.
All of the elders warned to stay away from the marines, but this time their warnings were exceptionally harsh. This caused Bruce's and his fellow pups to become curious as to why this time was so different. Last at night Bruce along with a handful of other young fishman, went to observe the marines. The soon noticed a number of large battleships protecting one that they all centered around. Going into taking a closer look Bruce and his friends dove deep under the massive battleships.
Surfacing next to the center ship they noticed it was adorned with expensive and lavish materials that the other ships didn't have. A lone marine leaning over the ships railing spotted Bruce and all the others. With in moments a barrage of cannonballs and bullets shot down into the water. One by one the young sharks began to fall filling the water with blood, turning it a crimson. The scent of the blood attracted the adults from the village, upon their arrival they were enraged to see their young ones dead.
A battle raged between the marines and the Megalodon Sharkfishman. The shark fishman quickly go the upper hand destroying a good number of ship before the stronger marines came in. A battle of epic proportions raged for many hours resulting in many casualties from both sides. The entire area of ocean was a crimson from the blood, bodies, and sinking ships. A net from out of nowhere captured Bruce pulling him into the largest ship before quickly sailing off.
The battle raged behind them as the ship speed towards and unknown location. A group of humans surrounded Bruce and beat him with blunt objects until he blacked out. Every now and again Bruce would wake for a moment seeing light and the shadows of people walking around, before passing out again. When finally waking up, Bruce found himself in a giant fish tank with all sorts of other fishmen and mermaids. Bruce and never seen mermaids before and was instantly infatuated with them.
No more than a week or two later Bruce found out why he was captured, he was the entertainment. He and other fishmen were put in battles to the death in a arena as two Tenryuubito sat and watched on. They were brothers, twins to be totally correct, and they seemed to be totally inseparable. Day after day Bruce fought and killed fishmen that had years more experience due to his large size. The only thing that kept him alive was the training he received from and old but powerful fishman.
Day after, week after week, month after month, year after year, he fought and trained in fishman karate. This was until one day he was put into a match with the strongest the Tenryuubito had to offer, the strongest fishman that had never lost. He was put in a match to the death against his master. This was considered a special event by the two Tenryuubito twins and thus they had a special water ring built. Neither master nor student pulled their punches.
Both fought furiously as their life depended on it, both enjoyed the fight. Despite Bruce's age and size, the old fishman was able to keep up with him fighting toe to toe. Out of the blue the master just sat down and gave up, Bruce would not strike a defenseless foe and there for the fight stopped. This enraged the Tenryuubito twins, and they ordered the fight to continue, but the fighters refused. A shot rang out from one of the Tenryuubito's guns, brain matter and blood splattered against the ground as the old fishman fell.
Bruce was speechless yet felt more rage than he had ever in his entire life. He had spent over 20 years of his life with the man they had just killed. Rage filled Bruce's body, every fiber of his being was in a state of overwhelming anger. "You bastards!" was the last thing anyone in that arena ever heard. The water ring the Tenryuubito had built was their very downfall, Bruce formed a massive twister of water by swimming so quickly in circles in the water.
It grew and grew until it filled the arena, it then exploded spending sharp compressed blades of water outward destroying the entire stadium and killing everyone in it. The explosion attracted the attention of all that were in the home of the Tenryuubito. Bruce made a break for it running toward the sea and freedom. On the way he killed countless guards and was shot many times over, however the bullets had a hard time piercing his thick skin. Just as he was about to escape, only feet from the water, Bruce was confronted by an Admiral.
Despite this hell like nightmare coming true, Bruce was able to hold his own. The water only mere feet away was a big help, that along with his 20 years of learning fishman karate gave him just enough power to do what he needed. Bruce was completely out matched by the light devil fruit user, but he still managed. The fight went back and forth for hours, as the time passed Bruce wore down much faster than the Admiral. Bruce chocked this up to the Admirals year and years of combat experience and the fact he had one of the strongest devil fruits out there. An explosion occurred distracting the Admiral for just and instant, enough time for Bruce to make it to the water. It turns out that Bruce's escape attempt brazened enough of the slaves for a riot and escape attempt. The Admiral gave up on Bruce as he was already in the water, but easily decimated and put down the uprising.
After his escape, Bruce made his way to the calm belt in order to look for his clan. For years Bruce was unsuccessful. That was, until one day. Bruce met a new captain, Namor Oceanus. He and Craig joined the crew, leaving the island by stealing a marine ship. Attacking a prison tower the crew raided the tower that belong to the powerful Unholy. Upon his return, the Purple Heart retreated. Many daring adventure followed the crew that put them all in dire situations. Soon the crew would run into one the strongest men on the seas. After attacking a Celestial Dragon, Admiral Nishki attacked. Barely escaping with their live the crew made their way to a resting place. Soon after Namor received an invitation to the Shichibukai. He accepted.
After arriving at Fishman Island, Bruce and Namor had a fight that split him off from the crew. However Bruce soon returned during the battle with Anchor. Anchor's seemingly easy defeat was nothing more than a ruse. The crew was jumped and taken prisoner. Yonkou Iken, provided the distraction they needed. Teaming up with the Steel Village the two crews defeated Anchor once and for all. After departing Fishman Island, Namor stepped down as captain. Bruce was surprised to be named the new captain. After they surface the crew went their separate ways for one months time.
Shortly after the return of the crew, they once again split. This time it was permanent. After saving a young mermaid from an underwater volcano, Bruce was captured. However it didn't take long for Bruce's remaining crew to find him. By the time they found him, Bruce has already broken the carbon fiber chains and was on his way to make his escape. After the failed capture, Bruce was offered a position with the Shichibukai. Despite his problems with the government, he took the deal in order to better guard Fishman Island.
Personality: Bruce is a friendly person despite his large and terrifying appearance.
However if blood ever enters the water that he's in he'll go into a rampage that won’t end until he tastes blood. He has a deep hate for the Tenryuubito and plans to eat every one of them one day. He also has a strong dislike for the marines for being the Tenryuubito's pets. He's overall a good guy and will protect the ones that are friendly to him to his death. He is jumpy around humans, but knows all of them can't be as bad as the Tenryuubito. Bruce has long since gotten over his hate for the humans that once enslaved him. Given the chance Bruce and away to hide the body, Bruce would likely kill a Tenryuubito. However he would never put Fishman Island in danger by recklessly attacking. Likewise, Bruce has, with the help of his former sensei Namor; tamed his animal tendencies. Bruce is able to live a normal life without going into a blood frenzy whenever the substance is introduced.

Replaceable teeth: (Can regrow his teeth back over and over and they get stronger each time he does. Currently, Bruce is able to bite through about anything without damaging his teeth. His teeth have reached a level that they a neigh unbreakable.)
Shark Skin: (As sharks lose their teeth, they become embedded into the shark's skin, over time this creates as rather powerful armor. His skin at this point is like a thick coat of impenetrable substances such as diamond or seastone, all blades and blunt weapons do little to no damage to him anymore)
Shark Senses: (Allows the user super smell, and the ability to sense electrical signals through a type of gel sharks produce. It's similar to what is used with defibrillators. The senses ability is greatly reduced in range when on land; while his sense of smell is still greater than most land animals, his electromagnetic sense is reduced to having to have to pass through the field person or object to sense it)
Observation Haki: The user has trained their senses to the point he has obtained haki.
Shark Senses Observation: Bruce's natural senses have been amplified by his observation. He can smell and feel something coming, with great precision from miles away (think super long range byakugan). These abilities increase in range and precision in the water.

Kaisoku: Harakudashigeri (An underwater attack, that darts forward and uses that momentum to deliver a savage side kick to the opponent's stomach)
Jōdan Bakushō (Done underwater, this is an open-palm attack to the chin of the opponent)
Kaimen Wari (Using a karate chop, the user can split the very ocean itself in order to send a shock wave to attack an enemy)
Karakusagawara Seiken (The user punches at a fair distance from the intended target(s), so instead of the fist connecting, it releases a shock wave that sends them flying)
Gosenmaigawara Seiken (A much-stronger version of the Senmaigawara Seiken. It is a very powerful punch, able to knock out a Demon Guard in one strike. It is used like an uppercut, rather than a straight punch, sending the opponent flying skywards)
Gyojin Jūjutsu: Mizugokoro (An underwater technique that the user initiates by first performing a bowl-shaped gesture with his webbed hands (one hand over the other) while underwater right before giving the water itself around him a mighty yank; this allows the user to physically grab and redirect currents as if he were manipulating cloth)
Kairyū Ipponzeoi (An underwater technique performed after Mizugokoro. The user heaves the current upward, where it erupts from the ocean surface as a towering stream of water)
Yarinami (A technique used on a body of water's surface. The user heaves a spear-shaped burst of water with enough force to punch a hole in solid structures)
Samehada Shōtei (A simple palm block with enough force behind it to slap away incoming attacks)
Samegawara Seiken (A powerful straight punch)
Typhoon Twister (The user spins around in the water creating a large twister of water with sharp blades)
Rain Needles (User causes the water from the Mizugokoro technique to shoot into many needles and or blades)
Water Pulse (Uses creates pulses of water that shoot at the foe by throwing their arms back and forth rapidly)
Ultimate Vortex (User swims a high speeds in a circle forming a powerful vortex that shreds anything it touches)
Ultra Marine (User shoots for a powerful blast of water combined with a shockwave to decimate the foes)
Ultra Marine Vortex (User shoots a powerful blast of water enhanced by a spiraling shockwave causing it to do a drilling motion)
Ultra Marine Seiken (User places both hands at their side much like in the Ultra Marine technique, the user then throws the hands forward creating a powerful water enhanced shockwave the same as the original technique. However the technique is intended for short range hand to hand combat. If it were to miss it would merely turn into the original attack it was based on)
