Serious: The New age of the warlords, Shichibukai come together ((Open to all shichibukai and their crews))

The island was a beacon of justice and growth, for decades the world government had been using Aurora island as a training centre for World government agents. The island was considered a fortress, only ever to be sieged by Anubis pirates first division commander and first mate, Satoshi Miroku who fought marine Commander Todd in a huge battle. Now the island was restored to order and the world government had once again reserved extra uses for the island, it was also considered a mutual ground in the grandline for marines and world government members alike.

However today was a special day, it was a important day.for today was the first time in history, Aurora island would host a meeting between the current eras Shichibukai. The feast was laid out and the marines and agents stood in wait. At the harbour where the shichibukai would be coming stood a row of marines holding up their rifles, some looked pretty nervous, well it was to be expected after all the events that have transpired. Vice Admiral Sakaki looked over his pocket watch and then back at the sea "How sad.. they seem to be late, so sad... no time...... or maybe there is time... oh well we have 12hours till we close down everything, i wonder how many will turn up?"

Verve, considered to be the fastest of the shichibukai, was fashionably the first to arrive. As a matter of fact, he wasn't actually the "fastest". He had soru-speed running. Meaning, shichibukai with soru were just as fast... More aptly put, he was more the most agile more so than speed. He arrived nearly a full day earlier than the meeting time. He had been waiting on the island, wandering around and spending funds on himself. He eventually, 3 hours before anyone else would arrive to the feasting area, brought himself to wait there in silence. He ignored the Vice Admiral Sakaki until he spoke to himself.

"I beg your pardon sir", he said with great sarcasm only shown to those he considered of equal level to himself, "but I arrived before the feast was set. I am just as bored as you are. Be patient. Isn't that a skill needed above any other to get to your position?"

He finally decided to eat, as waiting for so long had made him grow hungry. He started eating the most exotic foods, dropping bits of different poisons on the foods to give them flavor. He never used a poison he wasn't immune too, except for his lethal poison. He wouldn't touch visually unappealing foods, and would calmly dump foods that he disapproved of after tasting them into the floor behind him. He had a stack about 1ft tall and 1yd thick by the time he found a full-course he fully approved of. He began to eat slowly and steadily, in anticipation for the other shichibukai. His secret for eating with his mask on was a secret he would never reveal.

Verve was the first one to arrive in Aurora Island for the meeting of the Warlords. Apparently, the mysterious pirate from the old era was there faster than anybody and as a result, he was all alone on the island. But not for long. A ship would sail towards the direction of Aurora Island and that ship was a quite peculiar one. It was a small caravel ship with an eye as a figurehead. And on top of that figurehead, there was a man standing. A man that was weirdly dressed, a living mystery himself. That man was wearing a grey tuxedo and he wore a dark gray mask on his face, hiding it completely. At the middle of the mask, there was an eye symbol drawn, making the man look extremely creepy.

As the man approached, marines would stare with their binoculars at his ship. The ship had a jolly roger that was looking just like the eye symbol of the figurehead and the mask. And then, they would all move their binoculars at the direction of the man who was standing on the ship, only to notice that he was looking towards their direction with his arms wide open and pointing towards their direction with the palms facing the sky, performing a motion that made it seem like he was talking to them and he was calling them to come.

"KYAAAAAAA!!!" the marines dropped the binoculars and turned their heads towards the Vice Admiral, Sakaki. "He-He has arrived!!!" commented one of the marines. "That guy of the Mood City Incident who murdered all the inhabitants in order to ask the World Government to give him the spot of the Warlord... Jaix the Unknown!" yelled another one before turning his head, only to notice that the ship of Jaix had already docked on the island and that the Warlord would be there soon.

Another new figure appeared!

Of all the things Avis disliked doing as shichibukai, meetings had to be near the top of the list.  All these formalities the marines requested were just inane.  They might as well have called it a tea party.  Every one sits around a table, and she has to play nicely with them all; even if they deserved to have their face punched in.  No doubt one of the admirals would get on her case again if a similiar scenario as last meeting played out.  She wasn't really one to get along well with others and it showed.  As the ship approached the docks she stood at the base of her ship's mast, arms folded and a deathly bored expression plastered to her face.  

By this point, Avis had been one of members that have stayed around the longest.  While senority didn't mean a whole lot around this particular post, what she did know about the position is that the so called meetings were usually quite the drag.  Chances are, this one wouldn't be any different.  Avis planned to graze on some of the free food, size up the fresh blood, then head out before too much talking got in the way.  In and out in less than an hour once it finally started.  Deciding to wait and watch as the others arrived, she leaned against the exterior wall of the building where the meeting was to be held.  Everyone else that she passed on the way there she avoided.

Suddenly a 50 meter long submarine exploded from the ocean, a large amount of water moved towards the sky and rained down on the area around the submarine. The black submarine had the mark of the Dark Isle Assassins painted on the side, and it looked like it was aiming directly at the island itself. Karasu walked out of the submarine ha had four pistols around his waist and two gloves worn on both hands, he had a two foot vulture with wings that seemed to drop bellow Karasu's back when folded. He wore his usual black coat and black skinny-ish pants. He wore black boots. His white hair dropped down to the level of his neck, and his left cheek showed a scar that rarely anyone knew the reason for it being there.

Karasu sighed when he looked at the island. Since he left and went back into the shichibukai he probably looked like a backstabber in the marine's eyes.. he had to prove them wrong somehow, and he needed to earn his respect back. He was invited to join the shichibukai again, which means he did something right.. but who knows how deep old wounds go. Karasu shot a bullet in the bot to wake everyone up, it made a loud banging sound that echoed through the submarine like an alarm. Karasu used his soru technique to run on the water and appear on the shore, where marines seemed to have long pistols. Karasu smiled.

"You guys might as well have come with butter knives, you're not going to get me with a pistol." Karasu laughed, and walked through the harbor. The vulture was already getting ready to defend Karasu if anything went wrong. Karasu then took his den den mushi and spoke into it, speaking to everyone in the crew. "Doku, stay in the distance and prepare to snipe if needed.. speak to me via den den mushi, Daiki, come with me.. Dagon, you as well. I'll need both of your muscles in the off chance someone tries to attack. I'm not dumb enough to fall for a trap." Karasu smiled, even if there wasn't a trap.. it never hurt to be cautious. If something went wrong in the meeting, it also didn't hurt to have insurance. Of course, Doku sniping will make sure this goes well.

Karasu walked forward, into the shichibukai meeting. He'll learn a lot about the new shichibukai, meeting them face to face will help with his data collecting.

Arriving at aurora island the announcer began announcing on their den den mushi "Arriving at the docks, Shichibukai Fei Wu Shang!!" Fei stepped off the edge of the ship and jumped calmly onto the edge of dock, she flipped the curves of her clothes which hanged from her arms away. She then looked up at Aurora island, clearly this was where the world government had developed rokushiki and other deadly forms of assassination . Fei stepped foward seeing a Vice Admiral standing nearby with another marine who was freaked out from seeing Jaix, Fei turned looking for Jaix, she was particularly interested in him since the man was reported to have single handedly emptied a city for the position of shichibukai.  FEi then curled her lip as she looked around and saw a glimpse of Avis. Fei remained calm as she then walked into the building , and saw Verve . He seemed like a peculiar character, then again, most of the shichibukai are considered strange after all based on what she has heard.

Fei sat down at the edge of the table , pouring some cooling juice into her glass and then drinking delicately. Fei's eyes were wandering around the meeting room trying to look for any of the den den mushi cameras that could record their presence here. AS Fei finished her drink , she once again begins to calm her heart down. Fei then heard a noise from the outside, one of the agents who was talking to his friend was saying "shichibukai Karasu!!! i cant believe the government gave him back his post!!!" Fei raised her eyebrows, it was obvious to her now that this meeting was a big deal.

Dagon shifted quickly to karasu's side, eager fulfill his wishes. Dagon still had a slightly light patch of skin in the center of his stomach from a moderately recent injury. Nothing that could effect him in battle, but visible nonetheless. He drew his blade, licking some fat off of it before sheathing it.

"Of course sir."

Dagon walked with karasu, and when they entered he quickly assessed those who might be of a problem in the event of a brawl. He identified Avis and Verve as being the "problem children" in the event of an attack and eyes the, closely. Though he would never admit it, and karasu was probably the only one with sharp enough senses to notice Dagon's change in mood, dagon was scared for his life in this area. Sure karasu could protect and that he was strong, he appeared confident... However, he was no fool. He walked into a room with four other shichibukai and a vice admiral... There were no guarantees of his safety here. The scar on his stomach only made him more cautious of the company, as a reminder he is not invincible.

Since she had nothing better to do while waiting, Avis unsheathed one of her blades and began to polish it with the bandanna kept around her neck.  This activity kept her occupied and calmed her nerves for a time being.  A voice over the loudspeaker caught her attention.  Was that the name she thought she heard?  Avis clenched the blade in her sand so tightly her knuckles whitened.  She must have been hearing things; Fei Wu Shang was left for dead.  That wretched woman deserved it.  The martial artist almost got the better of her, but not quite.  Avis beat her once and she could do it again.  And again.  Until Fei learned once and for all.

Frustration was starting to mount the longer thoughts rushed through Avis' head.  It had to be a joke.  The government was moronic at times, sure, but to sink that low?  She polished her blade with increased vigor as her fury grew.  Moments after the Fei announcement, the conversation of two nearby agents caught her ear.  Karasu?  That lowlife had some nerve coming back after what he had done.  A traitorous bastard, he was.  There wasn't much honor among thieves, but that was a low blow.  She'd thought the Government wouldn't have agreed to such an arrangement.  This was starting to be too much for her to bear.  Something smoldered inside of her.

That's it.  Avis released her blade and left it to hang in the air, cracking her knuckles.  The damn door was too far away, and she wanted into the tower that very instant.  Two more swords were flung from their scabbards.  They tore into the tower wall and sliced a rectangular opening large enough for her to waltz right on through.  Conveniently enough, the room that the meeting was being held in was right on the other side.  This startled two patrolling marines on the other side to say the least.


"ARE YOU SHITTING ME?!"  Avis grabbed a hold of the nearest patrol by the collar, a maniacal gleam in her eyes.  "You rolled out the welcome mat for a backstabbing gunslinger?  And decided that letting her in was the best you could do?!"  The poor marine at this point was horrified and struggled to escape her clutch.  Three of Avis' swords hovered above her shoulders at the ready.  A scowl that meant business crossed her face. "I demand to know the reasoning behind this.  Now."

Fei looked up "Still unruly as ever , you never did have control over your emotions , but then who could blame you.... hey Vice Admiral , isnt what she is doing in breach of our agreement for these types of meetings....." Vice Admiral Sakaki nodded "Miss Ridley, we are honoured to have you here, and i assure you your concerns are noted, but Ms Fei was brought here upon recommendation and Mr Karasu was re invited to join the warlords due to his infamy across the grandline, he is already a name pirates fear and hence we felt that it was time for him to return to the post regardless of his past actions and he too agreed to the terms......."

Fei then stood up from the table "If she really wants to cause a scene here , ill be glad to crush her, and this time, i will not lose...... ill beat her so badly she will have to be sent to impel down in a box....." Fei was flexing her knuckles.

Karasu walked, with Dagon, and saw Avis ahead of him. Instead of introducing himself he saw, or noted, that she was angry. He stayed behind her, and motioned Dagon to stay the same. She sliced the doors open with her floating sword and walked inside, angry. She grabbed a nearby marine by the collar and told him to explain himself. Apparently she was angry that they'd let Karasu join the shichibukai again, as well as another pirate.. a new blood to the title, apparently. Karasu smiled, and walked through the door she sliced open.. he had to bend down a little bit so he wouldn't bump his head.

The marine explained that Karasu was asked to come back, and that he agreed. Karasu smiled, "In other words, Avis, they need me." Karasu showed himself in a surprising twist. He sat around the table on the opposite end to the first chair. He already noticed the friction between the new shichibukai and Avis. She was called Ms Fei by the marine, so that's what Karasu will call her; Fei. Karasu put his boots on the table, crossed and waited for the meeting to start.. hopefully before this blurted into an all out battle. Karasu investigated the other two shichibukai. One looked like a doctor from the old ages, and the other had a mask over his head to conceal his identity (no doubt). The latter had an eye on the mask, a very odd one. Karasu didn't feel uneasy in the room, but he did feel some.. excitement. Only two of the first seven shichibukai remained now, and the others were replaced by possibly stronger individuals. Karasu couldn't wait to see them in battle.. although some of them Karasu already recognized by their wanted posters. Along with the wanted posters came a lot of information about their details. Fei is a dangerous pirate for someone like Karasu, since she knew hand to hand combat very well. However, Karasu doesn't know the story behind Fei and Avis.. and this is something that he will have to learn through this meeting. By the way they were speaking, it looked like Avis defeated Fei at one point.. and they were still holding that grudge.

"This meeting is already an interesting one." Karasu smiled after speaking in a normal tone.

Verve
"Avis, you are ruining my peace and quiet. If you truly desire to cause mayhem, I would request for mutual benefit that you refrain until the other two have arrived. There will be more to stir on your end, and longer for me to enjoy my meal. Would you like some poisoned lobster? Perhaps some poisoned rice? Or poisoned and spiced wine?"

Verve continued to poison the foods he went to eat off of the table, which were quickly replenished by the scared and obviously young waiters, waitresses, which were soon replaced by just as young marines who couldn't even have been fully admitted yet. He pulled out a tomahawk and chopped the lobster into segments preferred for eating. Rather than use a fork to eat, he used his throwing knives as forks and chopsticks, and of course as knives. He was currently uninterested in any conflict. He wanted everyone present before the chaos happened. He had touched several broken walls and boulders during his walks around the island, as well as flowers, trees, fruit, etc. he had plenty of resources to loan in the event of needed to incapacitate someone in an insulting manner. He only ate further because running burned many calories and at his speed it was easy to burn too many.

Dagon
Dagon remained standing beside Karasu. Dagon wanted to have food, but nothing tasted good without blood. That is when he saw the raw foods. Similar to the shichibukai who was eating non-stop, dagon had spotted his meal.

"Uh... Sir, if it isn't too much trouble, could I have your share of the food? Particularly, the raw meats and tropical wine?"

Dagon's stomach growled. He was always hungry when he hadn't drank blood in a while. He knew the food would help little, but it would at least appease his stomach whether or not it worked on his appetite. Having adapted to the environment, his fear was slowly but surely replaced by infinite and incomparable gluttony.

Falconnar flew through the skies, behind him his unit trailed on. The group danced through the skies as they all made their way to the promised spot, Aurora Island. The island had came into view a few minutes ago and the men were closing the gap quickly. Falconnar was a master once it came to flying, after all he was a trained bird-man and has had quite a lot of experience. He decided to pick up the pace since he could see that he was running late, how... unprofessional. Finally he and his group landed onto the island. Without any speech, he quickly made his way towards the room. Once having arrived, he stood there, his men behind him.

"Sorry for my lateness."he said casually.

He then took a seat at an empty chair which seemed like it was for him. The birdmen took a seat on one side of the room and quietly discussed with each other, hoping not to bother the meeting.

Jaix smiled right below his mask when he noticed that event that took place in the meeting room all the six members of the Warlords gathered. Although nobody could see that smile, his mask slightly stretched and it was obvious for the others to understand why it did. However, seeing that all the Warlords had already spoken a word, including the late Falconnar who just came and sat down on his giant chair casually, Jaix decided to join in the conversation either for good or bad, even himself did not really know. With his voice, a quite bass voice and creepy, he spoke out a few words, talking to the male members of the Shichibukai about the two women who were arguing in the meeting. "It's a bitch fight! Oh, it has been so long ever since I came to see one..." were his first words, then he turned his head towards Avis, continuing the conversation "and drink my cup of tea in the most enjoyable way than ever.". It was quite obvious that the mysterious man with the mask was actually trying to mess with the women of the meeting, although in the end he would make a reference about some tea to calm things down.

Then, as if he did not really say anything, he turned his head towards Vice Admiral Sakaki and with the very same voice as before, he raised his hand, pointing at him. "Now that I talked about tea, Vice Admiral... Could you give me a cup of tea?" he asked for a cup of tea without even waiting to listen to whatever the women would say about his comment, as if he forgot about it already or did not really care at all.

Jaix's voice was unsettling to her ears.  That and the foolish words he spewed gave her enough reason to dislike the masked freak already.  Avis felt he or any of the others didn't deserve a verbal response at the moment, and simply flipped the bird in his and the rest of the shichibukai's direction.  She couldn't care less if it interrupted their peace and quiet.  None of them deserved a drop of her respect.  The Government might have found them to be useful, but that mattered little to her.  Then she shot Karasu in particular an untrusting, fiery glare.  There would be a time to deal with him later, and she intended on doing so.  Smashing Fei to the ground once more was higher on her to-do list.  Avis turned to the Vice-Admiral.

"Not good enough.  Not even close.  Don't take me as a fool, Sakaki.  I am the last person you want on your bad side.  As for you..."  She then spun around with a snarl on her face.  Fei had always been cocky, but that did it.  That conceited face of hers was about to be wiped off.  Two of her hovering blades made an arcing swipe, sending a pair of compressed air slices in Fei's direction without warning.  In the meantime, she readied her own stance, sword in hand.  "How dare you speak to me in that tone, ungrateful whelp!  Was one thrashing not enough for you?"

As Fei stood steady, she noticed Falconnar had entered the room. Fei didnt really pay too much attention but noticed that the man was heavily guarded, clearly of some royal notion, Fei didnt know too much about birdmen, she didnt even know they had pirates who were so infamous, but clearly there was more in the world than even she knew.

Fei then heard Jaix talking along with Verve, clearly the group was split on those who were antagonising the situation and those who were trying to make them calm down. Fei tried holding in her anger at  Avis but Avis was now pushing the issue drawing her blade. Avis then send two air slices  straight at Fei, Fei simply raised her eyes, she stepped foward sliding through and dodging the two air slices, as they smashed through the wall behind her. Fei then held her palm out " ok then... you asked for this.... Snake Way" Fei disappeared from sight, sliding through the ground in and out in a straight line out of Avis's blindspots. At close range, once Fei was close enough , she released her stance and jumped in mid air, she aimed a direct frontal kick which was aimed at smashing Avis through the door "Tiger Drill Kick"

Vice admiral Sakaki stood by and handed Jaix some tea, he didnt know how he was going to stop them yet, Sakaki looked at his pocket watch "I suppose they have things to settle... well as long as it stays in this island and not spread to elsewhere.... im sure they will stop eventually..... i think...."

Avis cursed as Fei dodged her projectiles and disappeared from sight.  She barely had enough reaction time to bring up her blade to protect herself, catching the kick with the flat side.  The force from the kick was too great for her to stop with a single sword.  It sent her careening head over heels, and she smashed right through the door.  Regaining some of her composure midair, Avis smashed the point of her blade into the ground.  A short slice in the stone masonry was enough to slow her down to a stop.  Avis appeared primarily unhurt, save for the damage she incured from demolishing the door.  A few minor cuts grazed her bicep and knee.  The adrenaline had just started flowing in her veins.

"Is that all you've got?!"  Avis jeered.  Through the hole she just exited out of she spotted the two katana she left behind.  The two swords appeared to have minds of their own.  One swerved behind Fei's shoulder and slashed diagonally, attempting to relieve her of an arm.  In unison, the second blade stabbed at her abdomen.

Karasu smiled when the two girls started to fight each other. Eventually Avis lost her temper and attacked Fei, the latter defended herself and used a unique fighting style to sneak up on Avis and kick her through the door. Avis blocked herself before the kick pushed her outside the room. Karasu, still smiling, took the wine that seemed to be close to Avis's chair and poured it for Dagon, whom was behind him. Karasu wasn't very hungry, or thirsty, so he gave Dagon the goblet and handed it to Dagon. Some rawish meat sat on the table, probably for some of the pure carnivores that may or may not be in the shichibukai. Karasu stood on the table and walked towards the dish, picking it up with both hands and handing it to Dagon. It looked like a dead pig, but it hadn't been cooked yet.

Karasu then sat down and poured himself a tiny bit of wine. He noticed the doctor that tried to poison foods, he seemed very.. odd. He kept the marines on edge, as well as the masked man. They both seemed to willingly give the marines a hustle for their money. Their powers were unknown to Karasu.. or at least, currently he can't remember their faces. Karasu then looked at the giant from the sky. He came here with many members of his crew, apparently. He looked strong, since he was a giant. Karasu already liked the current company, and now he was in a room alone with the new shichibukai that seemed to appear out of nowhere since Karasu left. Karasu smiled and drank from the small wine glass he poured himself. He glanced behind him to look at the fight between the two girls, at the same time he picked out a selected few foods from Fei's and Avis's sides. Some cooked meat that looked delicious to most was taken out of Fei's seat.

"Gentlemen, I believe we have found our entertainment until the marines arrive." Karasu said, with a smile and a chicken leg in his mouth.

Fei immediately steadied her foot as she landed on her feet sending Avis flying through the door. Fei then watched as Avis jeered at her. Fei curled her leg and then laid her palm foward, and spinned on her right foot, slapping away the blade from the side and punching the hilt of the other sword sending it flying back at Avis's feet. Fei then growled stepping foward "If you think for a second that im the same as before, you are sorely mistaken Avis Ridley, I have fought and clawed my way back to the top..." Fei then thrusted foward with her palm using Snake way again, moving in a side to side fashion , she aimed her palm for Avis's shoulder, hoping to disable her shoulder with this strike.

Two of her blades were still in the building and needed time to get there, while the third was lodged in the ground.  The last pair were still on her waist, so that would have to do; and this time Avis was better prepared.  Heart racing, her eyes followed Fei's fluid movements.  The moment her palm moved into striking position, Avis swerved violently down and to the side to dodge the blow.  She smirked as the strike passed harmlessly above her shoulder.  An opening, possibly.  If she acted quickly enough.  From her crouched position, Avis lunged even closer and clutched the hilt of one of the blades at her waist.  She forcefully tore the sword from its scabbard in an attempt to smash the hilt into Fei's abdomen.  Meanwhile, the three blades previously discarded whizzed towards the fight's direction.

Unlike the other men who were enjoying the battle, Falconnar focused on the food in front of him. He picked up what looked like a chicken leg and put it up in the air. His face turned slightly pale.

"I-is this the leg of a bird...?" he asked

After asking the question, he returned the meat back onto the place and focused on only the vegetables. He picked up the salads and devoured them in his mouth before taking a sip of nice refreshing water. It seemed humans were violent creatures who attacked one another and slaughtered innocent animals, however there were clearly some who were kind hearted and fun to be around.

Ah humans, such a complicated species.

Dagon
Dagon ate his food as fast as possible as to not be distracted from the fight. It was delicious. He got a little too hungry, however, when he saw the birdman. He couldn't stop staring at the birdman. Dagon was thinking of every way he could chop him up and serve him on a platter. Making wine from his blood, the whole works. He forced his eyes away from the bird at ate some raw fish to distract him. He couldn't focus on the fight no matter how much he pretended to. He suddenly hyper aware of the good blood in this room. He hadn't had good blood in years. The blood he had most recently was of a number of slaves and a corrupt noble. Bad blood indeed. Dagon mumbled, knowing karasu would hear him.

"Master Karasu, I can't wait until I'm closer in strength to you... Stronger than these fine ingredients which I would like to prepare. I'd like to learn a few of your tricks. Until then, could you pass me more soy sauce? I need more MSG even for these foods. Also if you approve, I'd like to retrieve that sky-shark sushi from the other end of the table."

Dagon was itching for karasu's approval because sky-shark are very low density but highly healthy in protein, fats, and especially vitamins. If karasu approved, he draw his knife and cook the shark slightly more before he ate it. Sky-shark, healthy as they are, are probably the blandest of all fish foods.


Verve
Verve had finished his meal. He picked his teeth with his throwing knives, most closely resembling stilettos, and drank tea... But not normal tea no. He had West blue tea mixed with East blue tea. He also mixed paradise herbs and new world poison into it. He had filtered water from the North. He added South blue sugar, which was said to be sweetest in the world. Prepared perfectly, he sipped his tea, enjoying the display before him. Attractive women trying to kill each other. Perfect entertainment.

"It's amazing how nature works. For every prey there is a predator to mercilessly steal the life another. Humans are considered the top of the food chain in that regard, yet only the strongest of humans can withstand the forces of plants. Poisons and venom. There is no top of the food chain. There is yourself and whatever you killed. That simple."

Verve spun his dagger, by the tip of the blade, on the tip of his finger so quickly it appeared to be a blur. He done this absent-minded while watching the show before him.

"Vice Admiral which I value the life of so highly, I must request you tell me why I'm here. As entertaining as vulgar and petty humans can be, I'd rather be doing something productive... Like killing a bunch of pirates that may get in my way, or finding treasures in the new world."

Fei then saw as her palm missed, she growled in annoyance but tried to maintain her composure , however she didnt see the hilt coming as it slammed into her abdomen winding Fei slightly, Fei then fell backwards but then rolled back into position sliding past the oncoming swords which returned into battle. Fei then grabbed one of the swords which were flying back to Avis , she lunged the sword straight at AVis, using it as a distraction as she slipped again past Avis blind spot with her Snake Way technique, as soon as she got within range, Fei tried a combination of palms aimed at Avis's chest and abdomen. Both palms were designed to throw Avis off balance as Fei planned what to do next.

Vice admiral sakaki sighed again as he turned to Verve "Ahh well, there is a big announcement... but i will inform you once things have calmed down, it is quite a major announcement, you are free to leave of course , but the information i am about to share has the potential to shake the very world.... i wish they would simply stop before time flows by...."

Listening to Vice Admiral Sakaki's words, Jaix would get up from his seat and open his hands widely, prepared to make a speech, ignoring the fact that the two female warlords were battling with each other. The man wanted to share something with the women and the rest of the people who were present and he did not hesitate to get up and speak out his opinion, no matter whether he would turn out to be a possible target of both Fei and Avis at the following moments. With a deep voice, the man spoke. "Well, well, well... Ladies, this battle has been a pleasure for my soul, a sore for my eyes..." he started talking, although an awkward moment of silence followed by himself due to himself wearing a mask with only one eye printed, "but we are here in order to be informed something by Vice Admiral Sakaki. I could stay here and watch at you battling. To be honest, I am enjoying it from the deepest parts of my heart. However, I doubt that mr. Ammo, mr. Mein and especially mr. Fallangar, who came from a far away country, would like to waste their time here. I'm pleading you to consider these factors first, before continuing your brawl. Thank you.".

The mysterious warlord was trying to make the woman stop their fight so that the rest of the warlords and himself would listen to the reason they were called there for.

"Since you have so much time on your hands, why don'tcha go fuck yourself?"  Avis mocked, not bothering to give the other shichibukai a second glance.  Of course the wackjob that insulted her earlier would be the one whining for them to stop.  She had more important things to worry about. The blade coming towards her, for example.  After Avis had jammed the hilt into Fei, she pulled the sword out fully and used it to deflect the incoming katana harmlessly to the side.  This didn't leave much time to avoid what came next.  By the time Avis could respond and avoid the blows entirely, Fei was already on top of her.  A faint crack could be heard when the palm was thrust into her lower most rib.  Another strike made contact with her left shoulder when she failed to swerve out of the way quickly enough.

Even with adrenaline flowing, the pain from the fractured rib surged through body.  Avis struggled to remain composed.  Her expression was overtaken by a pained grimace, and she reached out to balance herself.  Her hand clutched at Fei's exposed wrist in an attempt to grab and keep her in place.  Hopefully Fei wouldn't expect the grapple coming, much less the blades beginning to circle the pair.  Was this one of Avis' better ideas?  No, not likely.  She was just as likely to stab herself as her opponent at this rate.  There was hesitation from Avis at this point, if any.

"Avian Blitz"  A frenzied flicker crossed her eyes; a lone trickle of blood traveled down her chin.  The surrounding blades dove towards Avis and Fei point first.  A blade aimed to skewer each of Fei's limbs, while the final one homed in on her torso. Avis was likely to get caught in the crossfire.

Verve
"As much as I'd love to have this entertainment, my meal is finished and so it is of no interest. I am certain if the four of us attacked at once, we could restrain both of them seeing as how they are both weakened. I honestly believe Ammo or myself could do it by ourselves, though at to much expense. Would anyone else be interested in restraining them? I don't care what happens after business is taken care of."

Verve contemplated his plan. He could easily poison them while they were distracted, but why risk killing one or both of them by doing so when there was greater resources available. He merely wanted to hear the news so he could react accordingly. Their fight was in that path, and Verve stops at nothing to eliminate those in his path.


Dagon
"Sir, will they ever stop fighting? Perhaps you could... Have someone stop them? I'm as interested as you are about this news... Or am I out of line?"

After dagon answered his question, he quickly looked at the sky-shark again, as he was very hungry, as per normal. Karasu hadn't given approval yet. While he was eyeing the sky-shark, he heard the doctor present an option of restraining them. With four shichibukai, himself, and other strong warriors in the area it didn't seem to difficult of a task, but he was still wary. Very wary. How much would it cost to restrain them? Too much blood, he thought. He didn't want to waste good blood.

Dagon prepared himself, incase of any surprises. He didn't want to be caught off guard when mere minutes ago he was contemplating how he would die in this room.
