Serious: Dusk Pirates vs Marines (open to dusk pirates and all marines)

While the Dusk Pirates were fighting the marines with anything they had in order to protect the ship, the time for Maximillion's plan to start had finally come! With the battles taking place on the two ships, nobody noticed Koga who had come out of the captain's room. The turtle that had turned into a turtle fishman-like creature was looking at everybody while he was holding the naginata that Maximillion retrieved from the now mentally dead, Lecter. He looked at everybody and said "Good job..." as he noticed that the ship was perfectly fine.

A few seconds later, R.A.M. 2 looked at him, surprised by the fact that he looked something more than serious. The cyborg and the navigator of the crew knew that something big was being planned from the pirates. Even Koga was serious... He had no idea what that thing could be, but he was completely sure that he would do something major.

On the other hand, with Koga's sudden appearance, Manta realised that he should start going with his ultimate techniques to finish off the pirates before Maximillion and Mercury would join the battle. In an instant, he used his Shockwave technique from his feet to give force to himself to move high on the air. His legs were pretty tired, but he could stand a few seconds more on the air. From there, he could see both the marines and the pirates that were battling below him. He smiled evily and he said "Time to go with my tricks... Chicken Garden!". Then, he moved his scythe forward, launching a blast of his chicken energy. The blast hit on the deck and then splitted in many different beams that moved towards the marines in an attempt to turn them into chickens.

Seeing that move, Koga knew that it was about time for him to move. Without losing any time he jumped high on the piece of wood that had the flag of the Dusk Pirates on it and then immediately jumped once more, leading himself high on the air. "It's about time! Hurray! Get away from the ship of the marines!" he shouted, as he spinned his naginata and a small portal appeared out of nowhere.

"What the heck?!" Manta said while moving out of the way, on Happy Dusky.

"Are you afraid?" a loud voice was heard. The voice showed no emotions at all... Behind that voice, another person's voice could barely be heard "Move it men, move it!"...

And after these things, a terrific view was seen. Out of the portal, a marine ship appeared. The ship was falling on the ship of the Hooded Knights and the rest of the marines. The bottom of the ship was coated with Sea Stone, something that all marine ships had. Upon hitting the ship of the Hooded Knights with the Seastone coated marine ship the Dusk Pirates could probably destroy it...

However, that was not all. What was standing on the ship was the real deal. On the ship's deck, Maximillion was standing without moving an inch. On top of him, a giant golem made of his steel lava was standing with purple gases coming out of its whole body. "Mega... Molten... Massacre..." Maximillion said, revealing the name of his technique.

Around Maximillion, a bunch of soldiers were standing. They all had the same face and they were covering his back. Before Maximillion explained what they were, Mercury interrupted him and said "To avoid being questioned by you, marines, I would like to explain what these soldiers are... I have eaten the Hei Hei no Mi, granting myself the ability to sprout soldiers out of ground. I am Mercury D. Ryper, commander of the 5th Division of the Dusk Pirates... And that is my division... The division of infinite soldiers! Kahahahahahahahahaha! Can you deal with the soldiers I created the last minutes you were battling the rest of the crew or not?!"

The Dusk Pirates had finally started and they were striking back with anything they had! Would the marines defend theirselves from the counterattack of the captain?

During the next few seconds of the battle, Quintus was not overly concerned with falling Marine ships or infinite soldier armies. Heck, he didn't even care that Maximillion had finally joined in the battle. No, Quintus was distracted by the much more obvious fact that he was being chased by darkness and some weird beams of light that apparently had something to do with chickens if the name was any indication.

"GEORGE!" Quintus shouted as he ran towards the edge of the ship. He looked over his shoulder for a brief moment and a second later he ducked and a chicken beam shot through the space where his head had been.

Quintus's giant roc fell from the sky with a loud screech. George would be upon him in the next couple of seconds. However, Quintus decided not to wait around for him to arrive, but instead would meet him halfway. After all, the darkness was getting awfully close.

Quintus didn't even bother shouting out the name of his attack, but used another Ostrich Spear as a makeshift soru to kick off of the ground and launch himself upwards. George was surprised to see his master rocketing up towards him, but he still managed to pluck Quintus out of the air with his talons before twirling to avoid a stray chicken beam. For a moment a small gust picked up around George's body as he spun, but it quickly died down as he came out of his spin.

Quintus was about to work out a new tactic to start firing down on Dio again, but then he saw the falling Marine ship. The falling Marine ship that was heading straight for the Hooded Justice. George saw it too and when Quintus yelled, "GO!" he did not hesitate for an instant, but took off in the ship's direction.

Quintus's hands were blurring as he sorted through his still open bullet case. He was reaching for his Flammable Gas Bullet. With more time he might have been able to use it to blow the falling Marine ship off course. Unfortunately, time was something he did not have.

There were no words good enough to describe the feeling that Carlos had right now. As a helmsman, he got to see and go through some amazing things: He passed the mysterious triangle of the Grand Line, made a marine battleship fly and even got to get to Amazon Lily, but nothing could compare to the feeling that he got when he looked up and spotted a gigantic marine vessel raining down from the heaven towards his ship. He had to say something, cause it might be his last chance of saying something, and so he opened his mouth and shouted the first thing that he could thing of: "I hate this job!".
He had to act, lives depended on his next actin. Without anything better to do, he yanked the levers of all the Squid Cannons, aimed them backwards and pulled. The result was amazing. The water erupted behind the ship, producing a sound of a violent pressure explosion. The ship was shot forward, and had it's backside dented thanks to the mighty pressure of the cannons. The Hooded Justice raced forward and away form the Dusk's marine ship, forcing everyone who happened to be on deck to grab a hold of something or be thrown everywhere. The blast got the ship out of the danger zone right when the marine ship landed.
Gasping for air, Carlos pulled the helm and turned the ship around. It was now clearer than anything else: They had to use their secret weapon, and that meant that the Hooded Justice was nearing her end. Yes, her, the ship was a she in Carlos' eyes, his baby, his wife, and he had to sacrifice it for the sake of his crew. He flicked a red switch up, and a few sirens produced an alarm on the ship. A door opened on deck, leading to a secret staircase. The staircase leaded to one thing: The Entrance to the Smoking Gun. "Darnel! Get down and fire up the Gun! I have something to take care of!" Carlos shouted. The Hooded Justice was now facing the ship Maximillion was on, and was about 20 meters away from it.

Frank stopped his charge when he noticed a gigantic cyborg aimed an arm at him. With a reflex, Frank posed his arm in front of his face, taking all 5 darts into his forearm. The zombie, instead of getting stunned. began giggling. His giggles got stronger and stronger, until they turned into a full scale laughter. "You can't use poison on a dead man!" He shouted with joy, pulling the darts out of his forearm with no apparent pain. His laughter then escalated even more when he saw a giant marine ship dropping down towards the Hooded Knight's ship. "You marines don't get it yet, but by attacking us you've chosen the path of utter demise!" He said. He didn't care that the marine ship managed to dodge, he was too excited from the chaos that surrounded him.

"Hmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmph!" Maximillion laughed madly as the ship of the Hooded Justice moved away from its previous position, escaping from its possible doom if it got crashed by the marine ship. "May I ask why you are running away?" Maximillion asked with a calm voice, while pointing towards the ship of the marines with the ogre's right hand. "There is no escape... Your demise is coming soon, marines! WHY DO YOU NOT MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR YOURSELVES? Hmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmph!"

"Everyone, jump on the ship... We are at the calm belt so we are less likely to get attacked by seakings in the middle of the battle... The ships are near each other so this is our chance to reunite on one ship... Plus, with all our soldiers there is no way we can lose! Look!" Mercury said to the Dusk Pirates who were standing on the ship. Some of the members immediately jumped on the second ship of the Hooded Knights which Maximillion stole even before the Unholy War. Only Dio, Frank, Quincy, Zeta, Ajax and Shrieker who wasn't on the ship had yet to jump...

"Take this!" Maximillion said with a calm voice that showed no emotions as the giant ogre that was standing on his back moved its hand forward, throwing its giant right hand in the form of a ball towards the ship of the Hooded Knights, before having another right hand recreated by Maximillion. The hand was made of Maximillion's venom and his steel lava so not only the attack was capable of burning the ship ultimately, but was also poisonous and could create a poisonous gas upon hitting on something. Would the attack of Maximillion hit or not?!

Meanwhile, Mercury prepared himself to start battling... He looked at Quintus who was flying. Without losing any time, the man used his Geppou to move on the air. He looked towards the marine who was standing on his pet that had turned into a Roc. "That's an interesting bird you have there..." he said before he raised his leg to launch a Rankyaku towards the bird in an attempt to cut it and make Quintus fall of the bird. "However, I also have a few people assisting me..." he continued saying, as two of his soldiers used their weak Geppou to move on the air and reach Mercury with difficulty. Then, they raised their legs in a similar way and launched a Rankyaku, resulting in having two weak Rankyakus coming from the two soldiers and a strong Rankyaku coming from Mercury's body. Would the combination attack hit or not?

(OOC: hello has anyone even noticed my arrival?)

Quintus had just taken hold of his Flammable Gas bullet when the Hooded Justice escaped certain destruction. He took a moment to breathe...and then he noticed a new opponent coming his way. This man had obviously received some kind of Marine training, or at least had observed the Marines in action. That much was evident from the Geppou technique he was using. He also seemed pretty arrogant. He had decided to try to take on Quintus in the air above the ocean.

Then he used Rankyaku and was joined in by a couple of strange soldiers who also used that technique. George didn't wait for orders this time. The giant roc dove right in, spinning around the first Rankyaku, which being Mercury's was the best one and by extension the fastest, and then he did the same with the second one, but he was nicked on the wing by the third as he tried to avoid it as well. George squawked and started to fall towards the ocean.

"Throw me!" Quintus shouted.

George obeyed instantly by swinging his foot and opening his talons to hurl Quintus away. Just as Quintus was being thrown, he jumped, which added to his speed and put him up in the air above Mercury. He then plummeted down towards Mercury already preparing for his next attack. As he was falling, he let go of his Flammable Gas Bullet and then caught it in his teeth when he caught up to it. Even as he was in the act of doing this, he yanked his guns up to himself by using a pair of chains that were connected to the backs of the guns and handcuffed to Quintus's wrists. Quintus caught the two weapons and opened fire with each of them at Mercury. A full clip of eight shock bullets was fired from one of his guns while the other only fired two shock bullets, which was the number of bullets remaining in the clip after Quintus's earlier attacks had been performed.

Quintus had deemed Mercury his greatest threat and as such, none of his shots were aimed for the soldiers on either side. All ten had been aimed very carefully. One was aimed at Mercury's head. Two more were aimed so that each of them would hopefully hit each Mercury's arms. Another two were aimed at his legs for the same purpose as the previous two. The remaining five were fired around Mercury's body so that if he attempted to dodge, they might still hit him.

Quintus swung his arms down and slammed them down on the next two bullet clips on his belt. Like before, this motion caused the clips to be inserted into his weapons and pop the old ones out. One of these clips was composed of shock bullets, but the other was something else entirely. It was filled with bomb bullets.

So that made it a grand total of six clips that Quintus had used thus far in the battle. Counting the two clips he had previously loaded into his guns before the battle and the twenty clips he had on his belt, that meant he had sixteen clips remaining.

Meanwhile, George was still spinning down towards the ocean. He managed to pull himself out of his fall, but the strain on his wing was agonizing. Fortunately it did not seem to be permanently damaged, but George would still need to set down somewhere soon.

(OOC: I forgot to mention this before. If a person's skin is pierced by a shock bullet, the bullet unleashes an electric burst that deadens the surrounding nerves. So if an arm or a leg is hit, they are out of commission for the next few hours. Or as is the case with our fast-paced duel, this would be for the rest of the thread. If someone's head it hit, which I do not expect will ever happen, it would probably knock them out, or at least give them one heck of a headache. Not to mention, these are still bullets so they do the same damage as a regular shot would.)

Darnel was sent overboard due to Carlos's activation of the squid cannons. He grabbed the edge of the deck preventing him from falling off into the ocean below. Darnel pulled himself up onto after almost dying. Then he saw the ship coming toward them in they sky. Darnel said "what the hell is that?!" Then he realiszed it was a ship and Maximillion was on top of it. He fired what seemed to be balls of fire coming toward them. Carlos to darnel to start up their secret weapon. If carlos suggested using that and seeing their situation the hooded justice would not survive this battle. This was almost brought Darnel to tears. Their ship was going to be destoryed. It had been with them for so long. Every single adventure they had was on this ship. Every crewmember they had was apart of this ship, and now they were going to lose it....at the hand of the dusk pirates nonetheless. "I'm so sorry, friend. Looks like you are not going to make it. I only wish that I could have protected you a little longer.Forgive me." Shieker would have to wait right now they needed to abandon ship. "Carlos don't take too long! Oi blue guy make yourself and stall max until we can get away!" Darnel went below deck thanks to the enterance carlos opened. Now it was time to reveal their secret weapon.

Quincy was surprised that victor ran toward him. He was a long range fighter not a close up fighter. Quincy has fought anyone this close since impel down. God that seemed such a long time ago. He blocked the punch with his right arm. This marine was no panty waist. He could throw a punch. Quincy tossed a wide punch with his left. There were not many people who could take a punch from though. He was incredible strong due to the energy steriod overdose.

Bolt was stunned that his opponent was in fact. He just thought he was ulgy. This was a strange pair a zombie and a doctor. Bolt put his hand over his left arm and began to spin it like a top "You pirates scum never understand. We are not stuck with you. You guys are stucks with us!" Bolt ran toward frank with left hand ready to punch. Its strange that most of his attacks would have no effect on him. Bolt would to be careful of the that attacks he chose to use.

Lenny didn´t jump into a fight right away, he checked how his crewmates were doing. Apparently out of all the Meteor Heroes, the one that was having the most hard job was Bolt, his cyborg friend that was battling... a zombie??? Lenny didn't really know what it was, but it was blue and ugly. Lenny realized that he didn't consider himself boss of the people in his crew, they were his friends, they were his family, not his subordinates, although he really liked his opinion to be taken in count to make decisions while making things happen (or battling).

Lenny evaded lot's of lost bullets and other attacks by using Soru away from them, but suddenly he noticed something strange in the skies. It was a fire bird, and as it got near to them, you could appreciate the form of a phoenix. The phoenix launched blue fireballs to the Dusk's ship and then flied towards the marine ship, were Lenny was standing and turned into a human, asking for Lenny Celeste, he.

"Fortunatelly and also very useful in this situation, I am Lenny Celeste!" -Lenny told to the phoenixman. -"Why are you looking for me?"

Before Benjamin could answer, a giant ship appeared out of particularly no where more than a slash in the air... Lenny's eyes widened as it was a marine ship, hence it had a seastone bottom and could weaken him a lot, also the fact that it was going to crash them and tear them to pieces.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!" -he screamed. He was startled not only by the ship, but also by the thing that was on top of it... a gian... ¿golem? of lava and something purple that could be poison and an army of soldiers. Fortunatelly the helmsman of the hooded knights had an ace hidden in his sleeve, they managed to get away from the falling ship, but Lenny almost fell from the ship. He had to stab his sword in the ship's floor and hold tight there until the ship stopped, he was on the floor. He stood up and talked to the phoenix-man.

"Man, that was close..." -but then a giant ball of lava and poison started to fly from the Dusk's towards them... Lenny's abilities were not going to help in this situation, he just limmited himself to scream.

"SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!"

Zeta laughed out loud and maniacally to Maximillion's plan, when he told everyone to jump on to the new ship Zeta made a long jump on to it, he seemed to fly through the air and stay gliding.

He saw Maximillion's giant molten steel and poison golem and the giant ball of it flying towards the marines, he laughed and expected the marines to react someway... although he didn't really know how were they going to evade something that big and dangerous.

"Muahahaha" -he laughed out loud.- "Captain! You're such a great fighter, your abilities overwhelm me."

Zeta had to get closer to the marine's ship to pick a target and start shooting him/her.

The moment Victor's fist came in contact with Quincy's arm, he knew that something was up. Quincy's muscle density was definitely offset by something but it did not matter what it was. Victor was a seasoned fighter and saw the punch from a mile away. The only problem was that Victor was not able to gauge it's exact power level so he did not want to simply block it. Victor could use his vectors to pierce Quincy's body but if it failed, Quincy would probably return to making long range attacks and that would be problematic.

Instead, Victor moved even closer to Quincy's body. It was a wide punch so it would not make close contact. The best course of action would then be a counter. Victor brought his right elbow up and thrust it down at Quincy's forearm. Quincy's arm was turned downward but Victor also took some collateral damage to his elbow. He might have bruised the bone a little because of the force of the punch but despite this, Victor followed through with his counter. With the downward thrust of his right arm, Victor utilized the natural movement of the human body and brought his left arm forward. Instead of a fist, Victor was pointing his index and middle finger at Quincy's left shoulder. His goal: a two-fingered shigan that would render Quincy's left arm useless for a while.

Benjamin heard Lenny say What the fuck, and then he turned around just to see a gigantic ball of something that looked like steel, lava and poison, Benjamin shoved no fear and just ran over to a safe place to grab hold of something then he said to Lenny I got a message from the marine head quartes two days ago I have been asigned to your crew, and with yor permission Captain, I would like to fly over to the enemy ship and kill one of those bastards Btw my name is Benjamin Robertson, but just call me Ben then as he waited for Lenny to reply he looked up towards the ball of death coming towards them while thinking out strategies.

Lenny nodded at the phoenix-man. Oh, so he was someone new asigned to his crew, that was awesome since this man could turn into a phoenix! Then he said his name and asked for permission to fly to the Dusk's ship... Lenny couldnt leave him do that alone, and not go directly there! There were many pirates that could kill him with combined attacks.

"Ok, welcome to the Meteor Heroes Ben! About your request... I wont let you go alone, turn into a phoenix and lift me with your claws, together we will aproach the Dusk Pirates, not soar above them, but get near so we can launch some long distance attacks, ok?" -Lenny told Ben. -"Quickly! Before the lava ball kills us!"

Lenny looked at the big ball of fire still rushing towards them, if they didn't move fast they were going to die.

Ben heard the order and did as he was told to do, he transformed into his phoenix form and grabbed Lenny with his claws, then they started to approach the pirates ship, then he asked to Lenny Is this close enought? then he waited for answer while he circled around the ship so they would not be an easy target.

Having Ben lift him up by gripping Lenny's torax left his arms and legs free for attacks, and although this was the first time he has this kind of aerial combat it was going to be awesome. The adrenaline was running through his veins and the wind freezed his face, but it felt awesome. The sensation of enthusiasm and having a fire bird lift him up withot burning him, it was vey exciting.

When the phoenix asked if they were close enough it broke Lenny's fantasy bubble, they werent that close to Maximillion, neither they were so far away that it would be difficult o land any attack, were they were was just perfect.

"This place is perfect."- then Lenny spoke to Maximillion.-"Maximillion! You are under arrest for all your bad deeds, do you surrender to all of us marines? If not, do I have the honor of battling you?!?!?"

Shrieker was running riot on the hooded knight ship. He growled and then used soru to sprint behind Darnels attack " A snake? A meal like that wont be able to even fill me up, I NEED TO FEED!!!!" Shrieker aimed to bite on Darnel from behind. But before he could he saw the molten steel and poison dropping from the sky. Shrieker roared and the jumped off the ship. As he heads for the water he cursed " damn you max, you interfered in my meal!!!"

Darnel made into the control room of the submarine activating its controls. This quickly started up the machine up. This war machine was the greatest vessel money could buy, yet Darnel felt that it paled in comparsion of the hooded justice. Darnel set the coordinates of the submarine telling the smoking gun to descend into the water. He opened the underwater hatches at the bottom of the ship quickly flooding the ship. Carlos had to hurry before the ship was destoryed. "I'm sorry girl. Forgive me." Darnel told the hooded justice. Darnel dove the submarine underwater, and steered it beside the hooded justice for carlos to jump on coming up above the water surface.

Quincy was hit by Wrath's shigan which rendered him incapable of moving his arm. "What the hell did you do to my arm?" He said shocked. Quincy used this opportunity to elbow wrath down on his arm right at the pivot joint where his humorous joined with his ulna. This attack would separate the two bones completely for normal people, but since this guy was a marine he might just suffer a dislocation. Reguardless this attack would leave his arm performing the shigan badly hurt.

Benjamin and Lenny

"Under arrest? Hmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmph! You got to be kidding me..." Maximillion said to Lenny as soon as he looked at the ship of the Hooded Knights getting ultimately burned by his attack. "Look at that ship... There are barely ten of you, without a ship, without anything. Look at us. We are over fifty with the crew's soldiers... We have two ships... We are way stronger than you... So you DARE to tell me that I am under arrest? Hmphmphmphmphmph! You are a funny one!" Maximillion said while pointing towards Lenny and Benjamin by forming an index finger on the ogre's hand on his back. Then, without wasting any time he attempted to punch them with the ogre in order to incinirate them. "What can a bird and a mere worm do against me?! Hmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmph!"

Carlos

On the other side, Manta did not pay attention to things like these. He was way too violent to watch anything that took place around him. He stared towards Carlos... Apparently, Darnel was trying to pick him up with the submarine. That bastard was still alive... However, he would not be for long as Manta noticed him and the submarine. Without losing any time, the cook of the Dusk Pirates pointed towards Carlos and the submarine and swang his scythe, launching a few air scythes between Carlos and the submarine so that Carlos would be sliced if he attempted to jump on the ship... He wanted to leave as few survivors as possible from those who were standing on the now destroyed ship...

Quintus

Seeing the marine shooting fast towards him in order to kill him, Mercury was quite surprised. The "Dark Lord" did not expect that a mere, pathetic marine like his enemy could move out of the way of his three Rankyaku attacks. After all, for Mercury marines were nothing more than worms. How was it possible for a worm to dodge like that? That was the question that was wondering in his mind...

However, no matter what he was thinking, one thing was for certain. He had to protect himself from the bullets that the marine shot, otherwise he would end up getting killed. The man smiled evily under his armor and he said as his soldiers moved in front of the way, getting hit by the shots and turning into dust. "Soldier Guard..." the man said after the soldiers blocked the attack and ended up getting destroyed.

"Well, well... You are a great sharpshooter... You are wasting yourself in the marines, you know." Mercury said with a serious voice as he tried to have a conversation with Quintus. "You should be working with somebody of a higher level... You should be working with us and not with the marines... So what do you say? Are you interested in joining us? Kahahahahahahahahahaha!". Mercury was pretty sure that Quintus would decline his offer. However, he wanted to have some fun before the real battle would start...

Meanwhile, Koga had landed on the ship on which Maximillion, the majority of the crew and the soldiers of Mercury's Hei Hei no Mi were. He looked at the giant ogre on Maximillion's back and he was shocked... Not only he was shocked because of Maximillion's control over the giant
creature of steel lava and venom but also because of the way he used it without hurting anybody who happened to be on the ship. That guy... Thatwas the reason he was his captain, after all.

When Benjamin heard the bird coment, he snapped and yelled back at Maximillion that's it you are dead, sorry Lenny but now it is personal and with that he flew over the ship and dropped Lenny at one of the masts then he landed on the ships deck and transformed into his human form, then he stood up and looked at Maximillion with hate in his mind, then he started to walk slowly towards Maximillion and saying one word for each step, Bird? I am a Phoenix god damn you, now you must pay and with that he grabbed both of his katana and jumped into the air Two sword style: Saber tiger chop with that he flew down towards Maximillion with the sword blades faced towards Max's body, if this hit, he would be major damaged.

Victor immediately pulled himself back when Quincy struck his elbow. Something in his left arm separated so he couldn't bend his elbow.

"A fair trade, huh?"

Now Victor wanted to hurry it up. The other marines were in danger so they would need all the support they could get. However, this did not mean that he would leave his fight. Victor made a punch at Quincy's face with his right arm. However, this was meant as a decoy as he would be aiming for a spinning heel kick on Quincy's legs. Victor hoped that Quincy would turn his body to the right which would make it easier to take out his legs and bring him to the ground.

Quintus was still falling, the wind whipping past him as he began to pick up speed. He didn't reply to Mercury's words, though this was not because he was trying to be rude. It was just that he found it very difficult to hold a conversation when he was falling at such a high rate. Not to mention he had the Flammable Gas bullet in his mouth.

So Quintus decided to reply in another way. He flipped himself around in the air so that his legs were beneath him and then he began to spin to pick up a little momentum.

Through the Flammable Gas bullet, Quintus managed to grunt: "'Alcon 'om'!"*

Quintus launched a kick at Mercury's chest with one of his legs. He had only managed to spin once before reaching Mercury, but this still enabled him to add a little bit of speed and power to his attack.

(OOC: *He was trying to say "Falcon Bomb", which is a powerful kick that is launched during a downward plunge.)

Benjamin

As Benjamin attempted to slash Maximillion with his two katanas, Maximillion prepared to use his Venom Shockwave in order to poison his enemy. However, before he did so, one of Mercury's soldiers jumped in front of the way and got slashed instead, turning into nothing more than dust and protecting Maximillion from Benjamin's slash. Even if that was not necessary, Mercury protected Maximillion from the bird. Mercury looked towards Maximillion as that happened and Maximillion looked towards him as well, while saying "That was not necessary...".

Then, he turned towards Benjamin. He said "You know... You are quite rude. You are coming to my ship and you are claiming that you are going to kill me... Quite peculiar for a bird. You know, the name of the bird fruits inticates tweeting... Tweeting is something that reminds me of peaceful birds... However, you and a few others of your category break that rule... That is despicable.". Without losing any time, later, he raised his left hand and he pointed towards Benjamin while saying "Venom Shockwave!". The man was launching a combination of his venom and his signature Shockwave technique in order to damage and poison the bird. He knew that a phoenix could regenerate any damage dealt. However, he was also pretty sure that a phoenix could not heal poisoning so he was sure that he had an advantage...

And while the attack was moving towards Benjamin, Maximillion yelled "Stop him from dodging... Dio..." while taking an evil look on his face.

Quintus

While Quintus was performing his Falcon Bomb, Mercury was staring towards Maximillion and he made one of his soldiers move in front of Benjamin's attack, stopping him from damaging Maximillion from the slash attack. However, that made him leave himself opened and he felt the kick of the marine hitting him on his armor and sending him downwards. For a moment, he thought that he was going to fall inside the sea but after he looked below him he was relieved...

Apparently, he was lucky enough to be falling on Happy Dusky. While falling, he was crushed on the deck, in a position from which he was right next to Quincy and Vector. The deck was slightly crushed, however it was not completely damaged. "Darn it..." Mercury whispered as he looked at the marine above him on the sky. "I was foolish enough to let my guard down while protecting somebody who didn't need any protection at all...". Then, he stood up and stared towards Quincy and the marine, before he looked above to see Quintus. "I guess it's time to get serious..." he whispered while taking a battle stance and preparing his hand blades to start attacking!

And from nowhere Dio appeared behing Benjamin..

I won't allow the party to end without me! Hahahaha

Dio was paralyzed for some minutes his hand still is but that can't keep him.
He went to the marine, by making the area a little darker and just use his super speed to go through so nobody saw him and started draging Benjamin into the Black Hole.
Dio yelled

BLACK HOLE!

As everywhere around him shadow appeared and started to drag Benjamin in the hole. Would Benjamin be able to dodge or not?

As shrieker swam in the water, he heard something moving that wasnt supposed to be there. It wasnt fish or anything. He then took a smell and could smell the steel moving beneath . A submarine? Shrieker knew of such devices, but never once saw or even experienced one. He looked around and saw the machine. Shrieker swam towards the submarine, aiming to bring it down with a punch.

Benjamin noticed the guy cmoing up from behind and reacted quickly, he crossed his arms and said Soru and escaped just in time to dodge both the poison attack and the Darkness coming from the guy Maximillion had called Dio, Benjamin stopped near the helm of the ship and slidded his katanas back into their sheaths, the yami yami no mi, a powerfull Logia fruit, and a rare one too but not as rare as my power and with that thought he Transformed into his Phoenix form and flew toward the sky Time to bring a little sunshine, to the darkness he thought for himself and flew up 1000 feet, then he turned and dived down towards the ship Phoenix style: Killer napalm and with that he left behind him a trace of blue flames from his tail in the air, making a flaming blue u-turn in the air, when he got close to the ship he flew so low that the flames was almost sliding over the deck, the flames he left behind would probably set the ship on fire but he could not be sure with that df user, so Benjamin set a goal in his mind, dissable the df user then take care of Maximillion. When he left the deck again and flew up towards the sky he turned around in the air and said Phoenix style: Phoenix Flower Rain then he waved with his wings and out of them shoot blue flame ball with the size of base balls, they where heading straingt towards Dio, Let me see what you are planing to do, your own life is in danger but also your ship, what are you going to do then he yelled to Dio with an imitation of max's voice Dio save the ship, I don't care for your life, the ship is more important then he waited to see what they choose to do.

Quintus fell towards the ship, but found himself moving at a slightly sideways angle. His kick had been used with just enough of an angle to knock him off course. Instead of dropping right on top of Mercury, Quintus slid backwards far enough that he fell over the edge of the ship. There was a splash, but barely a second later, he came up over the edge, with his clothes dripping and his hair plastered down on his head. The Flammable Gas bullet was now attached to the front of his pistol that had the word "Justice" written on it.

Quintus raised that gun, his expression neutral, without even the slightest scrap of emotion for the blast he was about to unleash. He had already decided to go all out, after having seen Mercury standing next to Quincy. Perhaps he could take them out in one shot...no, there was another Marine there as well. He could not afford to hit his own ally.

Quintus holstered both of his guns, giant bullet and all. There were holes on the bottoms of each of his holsters, enabling him to use them, even if he had one of his larger bullet attached.

Quintus calmly marched towards Mercury, his hands held down at his sides, but already itching to be used. Even though Quintus was a sniper, he was not a total weakling when it came to close-range duels.

"Alright, let's go," Quintus said. "I kicked you, you probably want to kill me. So let's not play around and just get things rolling."

Quintus

As the man landed on the ship, Mercury prepared himself to start the real battle with him. The pirate stretched himself and he started slashing around himself in order to demonstrate his power. While slashing without aiming, he started speaking "You know, I've been in your side once... At that time, I didn't even wear my armor... I used to be like any regular human... However, afterwards, I realised that I could do way better alone... The real "Dark Lord"... That guy corrupted me, according to the World Government... No... That guy enlightened me. If you got to read his plans, you would be enlightened as well. What a shame you'll never get the chance to...".

Then, at an unexpected time, the man disappeared from his spot, using Soru and he reappeared behind Quintus. He smiled below his armor and he swang his hand blade in an attempt to cut the marine on the back. He had just started his battle with the man and he went with a sneak attack. Would his attack hit and damage Quintus or not? He would find out soon.

Lenny

Seeing Benjamin escaping from the grip of his and Dio's attacks and Dio entering the battle, Maximillion laughed evily and said "Dio... I am leaving the bird to you, while I destroy its master... Hmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmph!". Afterwards, he looked towards Lenny and said "Well, well... You have quite some guts to be standing there and watching. However, I cannot let you go on anymore. After all, I am an evil guy... am I not?". Then, the golem above him moved his hand swiftly, attempting to punch Lenny on the body to incinirate him and poison him at the same time. Would the attack work or not?

As Benjamin launched his blue fire projectiles, Koga smiled and prepared himself. Apparently, it was about time for him to step into the fray. It was about time for him to demonstrate his real skills, in a real battle against the crew's enemies. For quite a while, the turtle had been fighting solely based on the assistance he received from others. However, now, it was time for him to battle based on his own strength... And now, he would do something that only he could do as Dio was going to battle Benjamin.

Without wasting any time, the man raised his naginata high. He would not bother go against the blue balls that Benjamin launched towards Dio. He knew that the man would absorb them inside his darkness. Instead, he prepared to protect the ship from the Killer Napalm technique that could burn it. As the flames were ready to reach the ship, the turtle fishman looking turtled moved towards them and before they hit on the ship, he opened a portal on the ship's floor with the help of his naginata, sending the attack to the parallel space room. The ship was succesfully protected...
