Serious: Dusk Pirates vs Marines (open to dusk pirates and all marines)

"Hmphmphmphmphmphmphmphmph!" Maximillion laughed during his berserk, while Derge Sr. was speaking to him and was provoking him. "Do you really believe what you are saying?! Do you really not regret talking to a god like that? Listen... Marine... A god does not care about the environment he is in... HE IS A GOD! HE CAN DO ANYTHING! AND THAT IS WHAT I AM... I AM THE GOD OF DESTRUCTION AND I SHALL PROVE THAT TO YOU RIGHT NOW! YOU SHALL REGRET YOUR WORDS, AS YOU WILL SEE YOUR FELLOW MARINES DYING IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES! HMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPH! THAT WILL BE YOUR PUNISHMENT FOR DISHONORING A GOD LIKE ME! I AM NOT A WEAAAAAAAAAAKLING!" the pirate screamed to Derge Sr., prepared to make his move. He was about to start attacking Derge, but before he could do so, something else happened.

From the sky above, a barrage of attacks were coming. It seemed that Lenny, who was hiding for quite a while, was going to attack him with his solar powers. Even if the attack was something that anybody should worry for, during his current state Maximillion could not understand that. The rage with which Derge Sr. fueled the pirate was driving him more and more insane to the point that he started doing things recklessly, as if he was taking risks. With swift maneuvers, the pirate used his Shockwave attack from his foot and jumped high on the sky, spinning his body around and away from the attacks, dodging them with grace. His pants were slightly burnt from staying too close to attacks like these, but Maximillion was so mad that he did not care for things like that.

While being on air, the captain smiled evily. He looked for a brief second towards Derge and said "Save him if you can! Hmphmphmphmphmphmph!". Then, he moved his right hand forward and he swiftly launched a Burning Shockwave towards Bolt, in an attempt to incinirate him. The marine was swimming so it was difficult to dodge the attack, unless somebody else took the attack for him or blocked the attack.

Bolt looked up to see a fiery attack come from the air "This is going to hurt." Bolt covered his head with his arms preparing from impact. The attack turned in a fiery explosion as soon as it impacted Bolt. His body sank into the depths on the ocean. That attack had caused a dent in his back. The dent punctured the air sack in his body keeping him afloat. Once the air sack started to leak Bolt began to sink lower into the water. If no one tried to recuse him he would drown.....

"YOU SHALL NOT SURVIVE BY DROWNING!" Maximillion screamed as he looked at the enemy that was sinking underwater as soon as he took his Burning Shockwave attack. Maximillion was so mad that he was endlessly pursuing his enemies... And now, he was planning to take advantage of Bolt. As the man was in big trouble, he would do something in order to give the option to Derge and the rest of the marines to either let him die or save him and lose the battle.

"Hmphmphmphmphmphmphmph!" Maximillion laughed, while using his shockwave to stay on the air and while pointing his left hand towards the place Bolt sank in. "Say goodbye, marine!" Maximillion continued saying and with an evil look on his face he spoke his words "Venom Shockwave!". As soon as the words were spoken, two venom shockwaves were launched from his left hand and moved towards the sea at the place in which Bolt was sinking. Maximillion started sweating because of the exhaustion but he did not care. He started believing that by doing this he could win the battle...

As the Venom Shockwaves hit the sea, the poison started spreading at a small area around and would spread to Bolt, as well... "YOU ARE DONE FOR!" Maximillion screamed. "SAVE HIM DERGE! SAVE HIM OR LET HIM DIE! LET US SEE IF YOU CAN HANDLE THE POISONED SEA! HMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPH!". Maximillion was going all-out against his four enemies and he did not hesitate at doing anything.

Derge Sr. merely watched as the man was sunk with a burning shockwave. The cyborg marine began to sink with a large amount of damage to his system. Then to add insult to injury, Maximillion poisoned the water where the man was positioned. Maximillion must have been counting on Derge Sr. diving in to save the man. Actually, if it had been before Derge abandoned him, he might have. However now he only had one goal, stopping the pirate at all coasts. If he didn't he would likely become a Yonkou without much competition.

"Namikaze Elder Flash"

Water shot up from a rather large area around the position Derge Sr. had shot off from. With speeds much higher than that of the average soru user; Derge Sr. traveled. He traveled with the intent not to save the marine, but the intent to end the battle. Leaping into the air Derge Sr. launched four large airblades. He then used namikaze flash again increasing his speeds. Beginning to spin, Derge Sr. extended his arms and legs outward as if he was going to kick Maximillion. However a large twister of rankyaku air blades formed around him from the rapid spinning. Now a massive twister made from airblades with four forward facing rankyaku's in the front; that looked like fangs hurtled towards Maximillion. Despite all of this, it wasn't yet at full power. One more component was increase the strength of the attack. Using tekkai, Derge Sr. increased the speed and the power of the attack. It's speed was increased due to the air-resistance being lowered thanks to the marines muscles being hardened. The overall power was increased due to the change in dentistry. Now Derge Sr. was moving through the air even faster, and the attack would be a harder hit, if it did hit. The attack was large, and was moving at post-soru speeds. If it hit Maximillion, there would not be much left of the infamous pirate. How would Maximillion deal with such a devastating attack?

"Rankyaku Fanged Tekkai Twister"

Lenny could only show anger from his eyes when Maximillion dodged all his attacks in a manner tha had no sense at all, seing him as just a human with devil fruit powers. Maximillion was really angered and frustrated, apparenly adrenaline was rushing through his veins. But he had to be very tired at this moment, he had been fighting all the time. And poor Bolt, neither Lenny or Benjamin could save him, since he was sinking in the water.

Lenny had to stand all the pain from seeing his friend die! he rose both his hands and brought them down, shooting two Nikkoo Nikkoo Shooting Stars at maximillion's sides. This had two objectives:

If Max tried to dodge Derge Sr.'s attack by escaping to one of the sides, this beams would hit him, burning him and making a huge explosion.

Also, even if he wasnt able to dodge, the beams would explode at the same time as Derge Sr's attack hitted, in this way he would still be hurt by the explosion, so it would be even more devastating.

Maximillion would have to do something unnatural to dodge all the attacks, also he couldnt notice that the beams were coming, since they came from above and Derge Sr's attack was way more important in this moment for him. As a final, Lenny created the strongest form of his light grenades: A Light Bomb. he holded in the hand and hurled it above Maximillion in case he wanted to dodge the attack by using his shockwave fly technique and jumping above it.

"DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!!!!!!!!!! DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMN YOU, MARINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Maximillion screamed in anger as he looked at Derge Sr. coming towards him in an attempt to attack him with his Rankyaku Fanged Tekkai Twister, at the time he had just started performing his attack. Maximillion could not believe that his master plan failed. How could this be? How could his enemy have left his fellow marine to die? Did he not care for him? Did he not show any sympathy for him? That was something that Maximillion did not really predict... It seemed that a guy like him actually existed in the Navy... That was the unpredictable factor.

However, even if Maximillion was in a desperate state, he had one last trump card before he would fall down. The pirate was planning to use a technique that he had seen some time ago... Some time prior he got jailed in Impel Down... Unholy's Silver Flare technique was one of the most powerful techniques that the steel lava had to offer and Maximillion would use it, even if it would cause terrible damage to his own life force.

With Lenny above him charging an attack that came from his sun powers and with Derge Sr. moving towards him with greater and greater speeds, the captain of the Dusk Pirates was finally prepared to make his move. Steel lava started getting created out of his right hand, covering his whole body and coating it. While the steel lava was moving around his body in order to coat it completely, Maximillion pointed his right hand towards towards Derge Sr., his left hand upwards and he started screaming towards him his words. These words could be his final words if this thing did not work. He said "HOW CAN YOU DO THIS, DERGE?! HOW CAN YOU BATTLE ME WHEN YOU ARE LIKE ME?! YOU ARE ABANDONING YOUR COMRADES, YOU ARE LETTING THEM DIE! YOU DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR LIVES AND ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS TO WIN YOUR BATTLES! WHY YOU?! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? YOU TREAT US, THE PIRATES AS THE SCUMS OF THIS SOCIETY... BUT LISTEN TO THIS! IF YOU SURVIVE FROM THIS BATTLE, SOMETHING I DO NOT WISH FOR YOU, WATCH YOURSELF IN YOUR MIRROR AND ANSWER YOURSELF WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFER FROM US! HMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPH!". Then, while his both hands were forward, the pirate started generating small focused microscopic molten steel molecules, forming a deadly silver fire. With an evil look on his face, the most evil he ever had, he stared towards Derge Sr. who was at a close distance and he said "Forbidden Move - Silver Flare Shockwave Cannon!" as he launched the deadly silver fire towards Derge combined with a barrage of his Shockwave techniques at the time Derge was at a very close distance. The Silver Flare would do something simple. It would burn the body of Derge if it hit and it would only leave his skeleton in a metal form, while the Shockwaves were simply used to slow down the Rankyaku so that it would wear off before it would hit Maximillion or at least get weaker. And while launching his new move that was the deadliest power of his steel lava, he used a defensive move with his left hand that was upwards, in an attempt to block some of the damage from Lenny's attack. While using his offensive move towards Derge with his right hand, Maximillion used his Shockwave Shield with his left hand to shield himself with one of his signature shockwaves. The shield was a good move and it was much better as Maximillion's body was coated with his steel lava. There was a big disadvantage, though. The shield was much weaker than the original shield as Maximillion did not perform it with both his hands and so it was less effective than the original one. From that time, only fate itself would probably decide the future of Maximillion. The captain of the Dusk Pirates had just put up the greatest battle of his entire life... And as he was done speaking with his words, only one thing was listened from his mouth. His signature laughter; "HMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPHMPH!"

After watching the scene for quit some time, Benjamin finally got an idea, it was risky, but it could work, so he said Lenny sir, I have an idea for an attach that might work, but I need you to trust me on it, well what do you say? then he waited for answer.

"ben! you have to go block that attack before anything!" -Lenny told him that only ben could hear him pointing at the Silver Flame. -"Dont worry about me, just drop me. I'll see what I can do."

Lenny prepared to fall, maybe he would stop his fall with a explosion.

He could not believe his ears, Drop him he tought as he kept an eye on the thing max had launched, but he did as he was told and made a small loope in the air thowing Lenny up in the air befor shooting of towards the thing max had launched, he placed himself right between Derge and his Rankyaku wave and the thing max had fire of, and to be sure he increased the number of flames around him, and then he just let the thing hit.
The pain was out of this world, he had never felt such a pain, he screamed out in pain so hight that you thought mountains would crack, and the light comign from him was half the power of the sun but still really intense, at the end the pain started to feel so great that he thought he would die, but then something happend, his screams turned into laughter, an evil like laughter, a kind of laughter which had nevers crossed Benjamin's lips, then the light vanished, and left in the air was Benjamin, stil laugting a little, something in that move had changed him somehow, it hadn't turned him evil or something, but then pain had felt like a tickling at the end, that's why the laught, Benjamin turned his face against Max, with an evil red glance in his eye and then he screamed, You should be happy max, you have just created a monster, a monster that is going to kill you then he flew down toward where he had dropped lenny, and colapsed from fatigue half way down.

"NO! NO! THIS IS... THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!" Maximillion screamed as he looked at the phoenix blocking the lethal attack with his flames before falling unconscious. Those guys... What did they think they were doing. Those 4 marines that stayed there to take him over were doing anything in order to defeat Maximillion. Two of them were taking the hits while the other two were simply attempting to block his attacks, resulting into getting ultimately damaged and probably losing. The sea... It caused him so much problem... He could not even use Anty in there... If only he could do so. That would turn the battle tide and would give the victory to the pirate.

However, he could not think of things like that. Even if he sacrificed a part of his own life, the pirate had failed to block Derge. With his shield around him and with the shockwave attacks used, as well as with the coating he received from his fruit powers, he could block a great portion of the damage... That was not enough to block the full damage of the attack, but it would probably help his body stand the explosions.

"ARGH!!!!!!!" Maximillion screamed as he was cut around his whole body from the Rankyaku Whirlwind of the Vice Admiral and felt him striking him on the chest with great force. Probably the strike would burn Derge because of the fact that Maximillion was coated with his steel lava, but nonetheless the hit was enough to make the damage the pirate had received during the battle tremendous. And on top of that, while the pirate was splitting blood out of his mouth and his chest started bleeding a lot, the explosions from Lenny's attack started taking place. Unable to protect himself or dodge the attack, Maximillion was struck by the explosion. Derge would probably be struck as well. Maximillion did not know if he would but that was what he wished. After all, he had also taken a few powerful attacks as well...

With the explosions taking place Maximillion's body was launched several meters away, while smoke started gathering around the place. The way his body moved after the explosion would make everybody think that he had fallen in the sea... And if he fell on the sea, he would probably be doomed to die, being a fruit user. It seemed that the threat of Maximillion Maimou had come to an end... The mighty pirate with the great bounty and the incredible feats was probably doomed to die.

The battle was unfair for him. In the middle of the ocean, without a ship, without support and with a curse on his body, Maximillion managed to defeat two of the four powerful marines while doing some good damage to the Vice Admiral he was battling. The war against Maximillion had come to an end. And even if the result would seem that the marines ended up winning, Maximillion's feat would not be forgotten. The pirate who made himself known as an ally of the infamous Roberto D. Wally, who befriend Iken of the Steel Village and who escaped from Impel Down while killing the Warden had just taken down two of his enemies in the worst possible conditions.

Derge Sr.'s attack hit directly on; however it didn't do as much damage as he would have liked. It was great and all that Lenny's attacks had kept Maximillion in the targeted area. However it hindered Derge Sr. in more than one way. Not only did he take damage from the attack, but he was blown away before he could finish his attack on Maximillion. Derge Sr. had planned to follow up with a even stronger attack when he got in close. That wasn't possible anymore.

Suffering some minor burns to his legs, his pants and boots were nearly completely burned off. Just before Derge could launch his attack he seen the incoming light beams. Curling into a ball, he placed his gauntlets facing outwards trying to cover as much as of his body as possible. As a final measure the vice admiral used tekkai adding a bit extra to his defense.

The explosion blew the marine back a ways. He skipped on the water a few times; a bit like a rock on a lake. Finally landing for the last time, Derge Sr. landed in the water. Steam came off his body from all the burns as the water covered his body. Moments later the man's body floated back to the surface. He just laid their staring into the sky, even as his fellow marines, both devil fruit users sank.

"I suppose it's about time, isn't it?" Derge Sr. said diving into the water.

Firstly, Derge Sr. retrieved Bolt the cyborg. Then while swimming back up he grabbed Benjamin and Lenny. Lifting the three bodies out of the water, the injured marine began to use his water walk technique. It was almost as natural for him as walking on land. Even with the weight of a cyborg, a metal boned phoenix, plus that of Lenny and his own; the marine made it to a nearby island. Collapsing in the soft watery sand, the Vice Admiral shown his true colors that day.

Lenny fell into the sea and couldnt be there to see the effects of his attack. He had to hold his breath for a long time, and when he thought he couldnt hold it anymore, Derge Sr picked him up and saved his neck.

Lenny was completely exhausted. He stood up and passed his arm over Derge Sr's shoulder so that he wouldnt fall down as Derge Sr ran towards an island that was near them. They was increadibly fortunate that seakings didnt attack them and they got to the island alive.
