Appearance: 5ft 11in. Has long black hair that, when let down, covers his eyes. He wears rectangular glasses over his sky blue eyes. His skin is a fair tone and looks rather smooth. He wears black sneakers and black socks. He wears long black cargo pants that are neither baggy nor too tight. He also wears a black t-shirt with a white outline of the planet Saturn on the front. On his waist he wears two sickle sheaths where he keeps his chain sickles. The chain is coiled into a loop which is also held up by the sheaths. The ends of the chain are attached to but dangle from clips on the wrists of the black gloves he wears on each hand.

History: Cain grew up with a love for space and the unknown. At the age of 9, his father bought him his first telescope. For the next few years Cain spent most of his nights studying the sky and the characteristics of the bodies in the galaxy. At age 11, Cain's love for space was discovered by the astronomers in an observatory on the island. The scientists there taught Cain everything he wanted to know about astronomy as well as physics and chemistry. Whenever he was seen leaving the observatory, the older boys in the town would often bully him, calling him a nerd. They chased him around so often that in a few years time, Cain's speed and endurance far surpassed that of the older boys. By the age of 16, Cain possessed an understanding of science on par to that of the scientists in the astronomer.
One day, the head astronomer told Cain that he had been secretly observing an asteroid from deep space and had reason to believe that it was headed for the town. Fortunately, he claimed, after entering Earth's atmosphere, it will shrink significantly in size, only possessing the size of a small rock when it makes impact. The scientist predicted that the meteor was to land on that very night so he was to keep an eye out for it.
That night, Cain stayed up later than usual to observe the sky. Suddenly, a streak of light flew across the sky. It lasted for about half a second but Cain saw it nonetheless. It flew in the direction of the observatory and disappeared from sight for a slit second. The next thing Cain knew, an explosion occurred at the observatory. The town was thrown into a panic as the fire department rushed over to douse the fire.
The next morning, Cain visited the site of the crash. The meteor caused a crater 300 meters in diameter and reached a depth of 12 feet. No remnants of the observatory remained. What puzzled Cain was the whereabouts of that scientist. No one had heard from him since the day before and he wasn't seen returning to his home. In fact, the last person to leave the observatory did not see him there when he locked up. Cain watched as the other scientists mourned for the loss of both their workplace and their beloved head astronomer. From that point on, Cain decided to find a way to raise enough money to build the scientists a new observatory as well as find find his missing teacher. Cain turned to pirating as a quick solution to gaining money. For the next 3 years, Cain developed a fighting style that revolves around the use of chain sickles. He named it the "Saturn" sickle style after his favorite planet with the most captivating rings.
Personality: Cain is not self-centered at all, always wanting to help anyone in need. He isn't timid but he has a tendency to keep to himself at some times. Contrary to the shape of his chain sickles, Cain does not enjoy killing people. He prefers to disable his opponents with his weapons though if they get cut up, it isn't his problem. Oddly, Cain has developed a habit in which whenever he hears an explosion, he immediately looks in its general direction to determine the source. This resulted from witnessing the destruction of his island's observatory by a meteor.

Special Abilities:
Keen eyes as a result of focusing on celestial bodies for most of his life. On an open plain, Cain can clearly focus on an object several kilometers away. Can also focus on extremely fast moving objects (fast as a soru).
Strong legs that increase running speed, jumping height, and kick strength

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
1. Chain Gravity: Cain throws a sickle at an opponent as to ensnare them in the chains. The sickle is shaped such that it locks the chain in place, making it near impossible to escape. Cain then uses his strength to pull the opponent toward him. With a sickle in his other hand, Cain is free to either slash or kick the opponent.
2. Comet slash: Cain twirls one of his chain sickles in the air at monstrous speeds. He then suddenly changes its direction by snapping it downward toward his target. Can cause major gashing.
3. Cassini's Ring: Cain twirls one of his chain sickles in the air at full length with monstrous speeds. Cain takes a lower stance as to allow the sickle to strike those in the immediate vicinity. Cain is also able to run in this stance while maintaining the spinning motion of the chain.
4. Dipolar Chains: Cain twirls both chains at monstrous speeds. He can spin them independently in any direction he wants. The rapid rotations of the chains can allow for the blocking of most projectiles (normal bullets and thrown objects) as well as the catching of any sword that enters it.
5. Chain Acrobatics: Using a combination of pushing off with his legs and grappling with his chain sickles, Cain able to move around quickly in areas with anything for his sickles to grab. It is akin to a man who has been endowed the ability of spiders to shoot webbing from his hands and swing through cities.
6. Twin Rings: Cain holds his arms out to form a "T" shape with his body and proceeds to spin with his chain sickles at full extent. This is a rather
useless move as it cannot achieve fast speeds and gets Cain dizzy very easily.
7. Meteor Shower: Cain swings a single chain sickle in random but controlled directions at high speeds. This is not meant as an offensive move; rather, its purpose is to keep his opponents at bay.
Weapons/Items: Two sickles each attached to a 12foot-long 1inch wide chain. Wears black gloves to which the chains can attach to a clip on the wrist.
Character Flaw: Cain has a habit of suddenly turning his attention to an explosion when he hears one, leaving him open for about a second.
Goals: Rebuild the observatory on his home island and find his former teacher.
