History: Maxwell was born on the Sky Island of Bilka as the last of the Septimus Clan. His home clan, the Septimus Clan, used to be a clan of skilled warriors who were very proud warrios and expert at fan based battling styles. As a result, Maxwell was training hard since he started walking in order to become a strong warrior that would be capable of leading his clan. At the age of 4, Maxwell knew how to wield a fan weapon and he was treated as a weak member of the clan but with a lot of potential. This potential he had, though, proved to be something bad for him as he started developing an arrogant personality because he knew that when he would take over the clan, he would be the strongest fan user, if he kept training like that.

Years later, when he was 18 years old, Maxwell really unlocked his potential. Apparently, he managed to perform techniques that were extremely difficult to perform and also found an extremely rare Web Dial and attached it on the skeleton of one of his fan's. As a result, he got a weapon that gave him the ability to launch webs and gave him access to many new techniques for his battle style that helped him become a great warrior.

Personality: Maxwell is an eccentric man with a personality that makes people wonder whether he is a good guy or not. He will always have a bad thing to say and he will always compare himself to others in order to show that he is superior to them in all aspects. He is quite arrogant when he speaks and always wants to show that he is above the others and so he is using phrases that usually impress those who listen to them. However, even if he is arrogant, he is cautious whenever he is in a battle. He is always aware of his enemies and he is ready for anything. He does not like making mistakes at all and so in a battle he is observing anything and figures out the tricks behind the attacks, making him a difficult target for people who are going with strategies that are based on tricking their enemies. Finally, Maxwell has an obsession with his fans and he calls them his friends, mostly because he had them since he was a child and trained with them to get stronger and stronger.

Special Abilities:

Fanship: Maxwell is an excellent user of fans. He can use them in any way and knows how to move them to perform his techniques perfectly, without getting losing control of them and damaging himself. He can wield these dangerous weapons easily and he can use advanced techniques with little to no effort.

Dial Knowledge: Maxwell also has great knowledge about dials because he used to study dials in his home town. He knows every single kind of dials that exist and knows their fanctions. If a dial falls on his hands his knows how to use it immediately and he knows how to install them on weapons to apply their fanctions to them.

Fan Art # 1 - Roar of the Fan Dragon: Maxwell unleashes the power of the Fan Dragon Style, increasing the strength and the speed of his fan related attacks.

Fan Art # 2 - Roar of the Air Dragon: Maxwell moves his fans extremely fast, creating two air blades that travel towards the enemies and cut them down.

Fan Art # 3 - Roar of the Steel Dragon: Maxwell moves towards his enemies and cuts them down on spots he deems weak, inflicting damage from a close distance.

Fan Art # 4 - Roar of the Spider Dragon: Maxwell launches a hard and dense web from his Kumouchiwa that is capable of impaling its targets. There are various forms of this technique, including the creation of a weaker web that is faster than the original one.

Fan Art # 5 - Roar of the Chain Dragon: Maxwell uses his Kumouchiwa's Web Dial to create a web that connects it with his Paporuchiwa, turning his Paporuchiwa at something like the edge of a whip weapon. Then, he moves the fans, cutting down anything that Paporuchiwa hits.

Fan Art # 6 - Roar of the Wind Dragon: Maxwell launches a Roar of the Spider Dragon attack with his Kumouchiwa and a Roar of the Air Dragon attack with his Paporuchiwa at the same time. The Roar of the Spider Dragon attack is not causing any damage at all, however, it guides the Roar of the Air Dragon and concentrates it on the web's line, making it look like a wind blast. Because the attack is more controled, it's power is significantly greater than the one of the Roar of the Air Dragon.

Fan Art # 7 - Roar of the Defensive Dragon: Maxwell uses his Kumouchiwa to create a dense web in the form of shield that protects him from incoming attacks. It can be used around his body to echance his defense, but it makes him slower.

Fan Art # 8 - Roar of the Fleeing Dragon: Maxwell uses his Kumouchiwa to launch a web that pulls him to anything it hits, helping him dodge.

Fan Art # 9 - Roar of the Angry Dragon: Maxwell expands Kumouchiwa's skeleton by creating webs that are very dense and hard to break, increasing the weapon's strength a lot. Also, with the new appearance, the Air Blade technique launches four additional air blades, although their max power is the same.
