((Serious)) Pheonix Squad Chronicles: The return of the Red Sun threat ((Open to everyone, but especially Pheonix squad members))

It seemed that the zombie vice admiral would not be so easily intimidated. All the same, as was expected of a man possessed of a mere two arms, Dockerty could only manage so much. He leapt into the air to meet the cyborg head on. With his axe he deflected the katana, Matsuri; with his other hand he fired a bullet at point-blank range.

Unfortunately for the undead ex-marine, this left two blows unguarded. The massive blade of Great World Shaker slammed into his withered, zombie body with force well befitting it's name. Carried by it's own unearthly momentum, the greatsword tore mercilessly through the old sea dog's animated corpse.

Meanwhile, the barbed tip of Bloodkindle had been similarly ignored. It pierced hole after hole in Dockerty's chest, ripping a massive swath of clean holes through the decaying ex-marine's torso. Though the zombie vice admiral could not feel pain, the structural damage would hopefully slow him down.

Though his defenses had only stopped one of the three attacks sent his way, Dockerty had enjoyed better success with his own offense. Vince had neither the time nor resources to stop a point-blank pistol shot. The bullet managed to neatly avoid the reinforced metal plates sewn to his abdomen, tearing through the charred, exposed flesh at his side. Black, stinking blood sprayed into the air as Kalamity's left side was torn open by the bullet.

"We who are dead salute you," Vince stated calmly, feeling what little human blood as remained in his system flow out through the fresh wound in his side.

"Won't you who are dead salute us?"

Tero tensed up his own muscles. This was it...his last attack. A twinge of fear almost made him hesitate, but his mother's face reappeared in his mind. She was smiling at him again. A smile filled with love. That was all the inspiration he needed. She had brought him into this world and now it was his love for his friends that would take him out of it.

Tero kicked off with one final soru. His body completely vanished as he jetted forward with all of his remaining strength. His gun came up as he was coming into range. Three shots...one for the chest to slow Bill...one in the face to blow out his eyes and brains...and one for the throat to separate his head from his body...even if he was a zombie, these hits would hopefully keep him from chasing down Tero's friends.

Tero closed his eyes and smiled as the sound of the shots reverberated in his mind. That was all he had. He could no longer hold back the darkness. The swords would soon be hitting his chest, but he would not feel them when they did. At last, everything went black...and Tero was gone.

[[Xavier vs many]]

Xavier felt the fist of steel crush into his back as he is flung foward, he turned and slammed his molten steel fist into Suns metal fist. He made it into a clash in the middle as he wrestled with Sun "NOOO, I WILL NOT DIE HERE!!! I WILL GO TO THE NEW WORLD DAMN YOU!!!!!! I LIVED SO LONG FOR THIS MOMENT , YOU BLOODY MARINE SCUM!!!!"

[[Gerald vs Simo]]
Gerald remained seated as he made a wall of hard blood form to block the stream, it seemed the wall of blood was strong enough to block such a powerful stream. Gerald sighed as he pointed at Simo "Leave this place and send your boss..... i need to head to the New World after this endeavor.."

[[Vince vs Dockerty]]
The blade tore through Dockerty who didnt react and did not wince in pain, however he moved his head to the side and grinned, he heaved his axe aiming at Vinces right shoulder and as a last task for his other hand he made gas appear from the gun "there is no respite for the dead , and that includes you rookie... for after all, you are not human either are you?" dockerty was about to take Vince with him, to depths unknown, a final act of trickery, an act of sacrifice for Shelly sama.

[[Bully Bill vs Tero]]
Bill adjusted his blades and did not turn to face the marines dead body on the floor.His body was already ripped apart, his body parts fell to the floor. "Nicely played marine... even in death, you still won this battle......pffttt, its too bad you died......." Bill was now no more.
[[On the ship]]
Nishki had saw it and somehow felt his heart get heavier. It was horrible, he could have sworn he felt like one of his men was gone from this world. Nishki wore his cap. Talithas instructions be damned, he needed to go see this now. He then signalled to Mary "Im off Mary, i have to go check something!!!" Nishki transformed into a pheonix and burst into the sky, looking above, and the image he saw , shocked him.

There were truly few living foes that could ever hope to match the unrelenting ferocity of the dead. Dockerty was a perfect example of that; much like a man prepared to die for a cause, the ex-Vice Admiral had nothing left to lose. Vince could see the old man's determination, knew what the final result would be if he had his way.

"I am not a human," the Rear Admiral conceeded, his words coming slowly.

When the waraxe came, Vince did not use one of his weapons to block it. Instead, the lower of the two arms weilding Great Earth Shaker released the sword and swelled in size, the great blob of poison surging towards the axe. The force of Dockerty's blow split it apart, the toxic black goo exploding on impact. Fortunately, though, it did slow the blade down to the point where it harmlessly clanged against the marine's metal chestplate.

"Neither am I living," Kalamity further admitted.

His undead foe pulled the trigger of his gun again, but there was no shot. Dockerty's words and actions made his plan clear: he was going to blow them both up, point blank. The devious smile on his foes face told Vince that there was nothing he could do to stop him.

Suddenly, Vince tightened his jaw. If he'd had lips left, Dockerty would have seen a sharp smile on the cyborg marine's face.

Just as with their last exchange, Vince had used his superior number of limbs to his advantage. Dockerty had one hand busied up by his axe, the other spreading the gas which he planned on using to blow them up. While the greatsword would be useless as a weapon with one of the two arms used to hold it destroyed, the poisonman still had two hands free to make use of.

Aiming for the zombie's legs, Kalamity swung Matsuri. He did not care if the blade hit; in fact, he didn't even try. Much more important was the thin, white shockwave that flew from the blade's tip. Engaged in his attack, it was unlikely that the ex-marine would dodge. If it hit, his legs would be covered in sticky, powerful webbing that would pin them to the ground.

"Nonetheless," grated Kalamity, his tone suddenly up-beat, "I have no plan to rank myself 'dead' today."

His parting words spoken, Vince seemed to vanish from infront of his foe. In reality, he was simply traveling at near-soru like speeds using his Walk of Death, following the poison trail that he'd made when he parried the zombie's axe blow with his venom arm. Dockerty's own attack had been turned against him, creating a means for the inhuman Rear Admiral to escape.

Just as he fled from his foe, Vince dug the tip of his other free weapon, Bloodkindle, into the ground. Speeding off, a trail of bright sparks kicking up in his wake to ignight Dockerty's gas, the cyborg marine braced himself for the explosion that he hoped would spell his opponent's demise.

"F*ck!"
Talitha hissed as he grabbed her arm. She didn't want to lose that thing just yet! She needed it!
And what was even worse than that, she couldn't just free herself by changing forms either, her arm was simply in his grip.
Even when he was attacked, he didn't seem very likely to let her go. She felt like she weighed nothing at all, or at least the way he was just casually ignoring her being there still indicated that. And his hand was heating up...
"Let go, you bastard!"
Additionally to her subordinates attacks (who cared what rank they were, they were still her goddamn subordinates!), she tried to claw at him, his neck, his face, anything that was in her range and would hurt, with her one free arm.
she almost didn't realise the familiar smell that was in the air all of a sudden. It smelled like fire, and clean.... Phoenix. Goddamn that Nishki.

"Well this isn't good" thought Simo. "He seems to be able to create those walls really fast. And they seem to be really strong as well. I wonder how his walls will hand a less directed attack like my Banshee's Wail."

Simo still hovering above Gerald laughed, "Pffffff, like my boss would stoop so low as to fight one such as you. Dirty Scum. The only place you are going is to your GRAVE!." The last word became a shout that Simo turned into his Banshee's Wail attack.

The two hits clashed and there was soon a struggle to see who would win. Sun put all of his strength into the attack but he was still getting overpowered. He started to scream and push forward his attack he wouldn't be able to hold out much longer and he really needed the others to join in on the attack

Light waited for the perfect opportunity to attack the molten steel man, but it seemed like the time would never come. The battle progressed and it seemed as if Light would never have his chance without hurting the others or his fingers. Then it happened.. the opponent had forgotten about Light and he had to take his chance to kill the opponent, his blood started pumping as he knew what he had to do next..

Light used soru to move in lightning quick speeds behind the molten steel man, after the quick change he used his Rokushiki technique without hesitation towards taking his life. Lights Hand was put flat, as if he were trying to give it the impersonation of a dagger, he then tried to put Dig entire hand on the enemies back (like a shigan).

"Echo.. Shigan.."

The attack was from behind but was aimed towards the mans heart, hoping to save Talitha and help the man of steel. Light made the attack without making much of a noise and waited till The pirate was occupied with the man that controlled metal to use it.

"Pirate.. you talk too much..."

[[Vince vs Dockerty]]
Dockerty had grinned as the explosion happened, a flash of brilliant light. There was no recovery for dockerty as he was well anbd truly beaten. There was a blaze which even engulfed his body and burnt it to ashes "It seems you get your wish..... however, a man like you... can you really say you are alive... right now......." With that he turned slowly to ash and the embers flared on.

[[Xavier vs Talitha, Sun and Light]]
His attack gave way as Light impaled him from behind. He staggered, blind one side his other eye was twitching. He groaned as he towered over Talitha, he let go of her arm and felt his heart stopping "Fuck... just damn......i was suppose......it was not meant to end like this.....gurgghhh" He fell to the floor as he was finally defeated.

For a moment, Talitha was silent. The enemy was finaly defeated. She exhaled. That had been too damn close. Then, she let out a curse when she remembered Nishki was on the island. And that this had been, by far, the worst battle she'd ever had.
"God f*cking damn it! You!"
She pointed at... someone, what did she care? Light, she guessed. Or Sun. The guy who'd jumped in in the middle of their fight and attacked the pirate! Who even gave a damn, as if that was important! (What was important, was that their names were just so weird. Like damn. "We are Sun and Light, and we're here to fight for justice!". Tacky much?!)
"Take care of... shit here! You know, make sure he's dead and stuff!"
Was she even his superior? Again, who gave a damn?!
she quickly picked her sword up, checking whether her arm was alright (which was something she had literally just thought of), and sniffed.
Lots of enemies. Lots of freaking enemies everywhere. Cyborg guy... Ew no, not going there.... Dead flesh... that was weird, she hadn't noticed any dead on this island... must be fresh... must be.... well shit!
She sped off into the direction where she had smelled Tero last, and where his smell was slowly fading now.

(Nishki where tero died)
Nishki stared at the dead body lying on the floor , he didn't cry, he didn't yell. He saw a zombies corpse lying nearby, it seemed that Tero had destroyed his opponent before leaving this world. Nishki kneeled to pick up Teros body, at the very least he was going to take the body back to the ship. He didn't deserve to be out here in the open like this. He then saw Talitha running towards him,Nishki only had a look of sorrow for her.

(Gerald vs simo)
Gerald heard the yell and his bloodwall cracked and broke a bit, he then pulled the blood back into his body and jumped backwards holding his ears, closing it. "That is very painful... Blood party..." javelins made by his stray blood formed into javelins and was launched at simo from several sides.

Light watched teh result of the battle, casualties were made in this first battle/war light was involved in.. and it was not on his side thankfully. One of the squad members was killed in his battle, leaving his enemy defeated in exchange for his life. Light stayed silent in regards to the death of the marine, if Light had fought on his own would he have died as well? probably.

Talitha ordered Light to take care of the body, the wound inflicted was through the heart.. even if the man was a Giant a small hole in the heart would be enough to kill a man by internal bleeding if not a heart attack. Never the less he took his hand and checked his pulse, the man really was dead.. it was the massive blood pile that came from the hole Light left on his left chest that convinved him. Light stood up and walked towards Nishki as he was holding the body of the dead marine, Light made sure to stay at least 30 feet from him to give him his space.. if he lost his temper Light would be the safest one. Light tried to blend into the background as much as possible, as to not disturb the Admirals thoughts with the dead body.

[['Eh, kind of lost ... Who exactly am I facing now?]]

Simo thought "Finally I've got some damage in, his walls can't hold up against my banshee's wail. Oh crap those javelins are moving fast."

Simo tried to jet backwards to avoid the javelins but one caught him on the shoulder cutting him. "Ahh, You're going to pay for that Pirate Scum."

The grim old ex-marine said a few parting words before vanishing in a brilliant blast of flame. Vince built up a layer of poison over his back, managing to take only a portion of the explosion that dogged his heels even as he fled. Dockerty had been a cunning and dangerous foe; to the very end, he'd been a threat.

Even without his sensors telling him so, Kalamity knew he was overheating. That final surge of flame had raised the metallic components of his body to a high enough temperature that they could begin burning the adjacent flesh and blood. The rear-admiral oozed black poison all over himself, the gelatinous venom bubbling and turning to steam almost as quickly as it formed. For a long while he sat there, black and noxious steam bursting from his body, rising in a pillar of paralytic toxin gas.

Unfortunately, he didn't have a lot of time to cool off. Free of his deadly melee with the zombie, Vince quickly searched about the field to take stock of what was happening. There had been quite a few fronts of the battle, and almost all had been resolved. Brief caught a brief glimpse of Talitha surging across the battlefield; his sensors indicated that she was both wounded and under duress. He followed her path with his gaze, and quickly discovered why.

Wasting no time, the cyborg raced along towards Nishki. If he wasn't mistaken, that was one of his crew mates in the Admiral's arms; to every sensor and outward appearance, the man was dead. Though he didn't know the young marine very well, he did recognize him; Tero had, after all, been one of the few to even acknowledge his existence.

"Taisho!" shouted Kalamity, his voice sounding even more hoarse than usual. "How long was it?"

Vince was a complete wreck. His coat and sarong were both burnt to shreds, his soot-covered form all metal and black skin-tight synthetics. The toxic swordsman dropped all four of his weapons before approaching his admiral, the venom forming his extra arms disappearing back into his body. Like a burnt spectre, the cyborg stepped forward towards the grieving phoenix.

"I might be able to help," Vince explained, holding up his hand. "I might...if he hasn't been gone too long."

((OOC - Did Cook intend for Tero to die and stay dead here? If you guys already have some plan for him, just let me know and I'll bugger off. If it's still legit to save him, though, I have an idea on how Vince could possibly resuscitate him...with science!))

raymond walked after nishki and saw the body.
''need any help,sir?''.he was rather shocked one of nishki's men died,and that could be slightly heard in his voice.

Talitha looked at the body, then at Nishki, who was way too sad for her liking... It was seeing Nishki so hurt that made the news sink in so incredibly quickly.
She felt an unimaginable hurt, sadness which was soon swallowed by anger. Who had done this?
No, more importantly... Why hadn't she been there to help? That boy had been under her command, and she had sent him straight to his death on her first mission as commander. He had trusted her!
Around her, she could see the other members of the phoenix squad.. What were they looking at!?
She knew they meant well, but she felt they were desecrating this whole scene. This moment was only supposed to be hers and Nishkis. They hadn't even known him, for gods sake!
She felt her eyes burning. God, it was so unfair! So freaking unfair on so many levels! And she hated that she had tears in her eyes! Crying like the little girl she was named for... She wasn't the great, strong Rear Admiral she wanted to be at all! She couldn't even save one man from his doom.
She hissed, stirring up her anger, hoping it would overtrump her tears, stop them from leaving her eyes.
"Don't you have anything better to do?!"
She yelled at the bystanders. She could hear her voice breaking in the middle of the sentence, but she had to go on still.
"There are still pirates around, and I won't have you take any breaks until every being on this island has a spotless white vest!"
The last sentence was followed by a little hiccup. Talitha had always been getting hiccups when she was trying too hard not to cry, even when she had been a child. When the hiccups came, there wasn't even a point in trying to fight the tears anymore. And this time, as well, she felt the first tear run down her face.
Goddamn you, Tero! Goddamn you! You just had to run off liek the fool you are, didn't you?! Had to take on the big, scary world all by yourself! Now see where that got you...
He looked so still, lying there... Almost peaceful. Different from the Tero she had known. That guy had always been so tense. Always trying to do something useful with his time. And even her and Marys training combined hadn't been enough to satisfy him...
"You were supposed to go places..."
She said to the corpse, as if accusing it, her voice now definitely breaking, barely more than a whimpering sound.

Light responded to Talithas orders, it was a direct order from the Rear-Admiral herself. Light walked around Admiral Nishki leaving him with the body of the dead comrade, Light had to finish his mission. Both his fingers were still burned to the point of having his flesh dangle from his bone, both his index fingers were not allowing him to use any more Shigans, he would have to get it checked out. Light walked past the scene and into the chaos, his opponent(s) would show up.. and with Lights orders he would defeat them.

"You heard the Lady.. Pirates have to die.." Lights face was still calm, but with his orders he would Kill every pirate he could.

Somewhere on the island, far in the distance was Jack, Lieutenant Jack D. Bananas to be exact. A man who had tied many of the pirates to a single palm tree near the shores of the island. His piercing red eyes looked through the shadows which the hat cast upon his upper visage. He eyed all the pirates attentively, watching their every movement, their every struggle to escape the rope and all the prayers sent for them to be saved.

His hand went over to the rim of his hat, tilting it downwards as he entered a state of deep thought for a moment before looking back at the pirates with a rather neutral expression. “No need to fear, pirates… I won’t kill you all.” He muttered softly, a quick spring of delight as the pirates were all smiles, Jack would simply throw a vest at the feet of the bundle if pirates which included an inordinate amount of pirates tied to a single tree. He would place his marine coat back onto his shoulders and walk off towards where the others would be. Half way there, he slowly pulled a remote from his pocket and smirked. “Did I say I wouldn’t kill them? Jokes on them. Heheheh… Hahahahah… HAHAHAHAHAH!!!” *BOOM* His laughter would only be drowned out by the explosion after the click of the button which had killed all of the pirates there. Smoke and a large sound would boom through the air.


Jack hoped no one saw what he had done and appeared back to where everyone else was, fully dressed and remaining solemn at the site of Tero’s body. His glance would shift over to the Rear-Admiral which was in charge of him and stood before Talitha in a very militaristic pose. “Jack D. Bananas reporting for duty, Rear-Admiral Blythe!” He would say, saluting the higher ranked marine officer. His red eyes looked through the shade which was over his upper face… Staring.. Awaiting… Hoping..

((James wanted to kill off Tero, so he did it, dont bring the character back to life, unless James wants it in the near future? And Jett we have one more other person than the main boss for you to face, she has one more coffin remember?))

[[Gerald vs Simo]]
Gerald then recluded all the blood back to him. He sat back down on his seat and looked at Simo with a tired stare. He held his hand up, "You are bleeding, i think we should stop this before i do something which could lead to you dying...... bring your superiors here....."

[[Nishki, Talitha , and the others]]
Nishki held the body tight as he watched Talitha sob, he didnt cry, he just stood still. He looked at Vince and shook his head " Im afraid not vince..... he is gone..... i know that......" He tookthe body with him and walked back. "I promised not to get involved in this battle, and i intend to.. but i will take this body away from here... as Simo has said he has met the enemy... Rear Admiral Blythe, take your men, and show these pirates, the pheonix squad will NEVER EVER FORGIVE!!!!!!" Nishki was gritting his teeth, his arms flexed, he was ready to fight but he stopped "Vice Admiral Raymond, you are free to do anything you want....."

Simo looked at Gerald, "This guy is really tough, and I am bleeding which means he might be able to do something with that. Maybe I should inform the admiral about him," he thought to himself. "Very well, if you really want to face my superiors than I shall oblige you. Simo took off back towards the ship. He saw Talitha and Nishiki standing over the fallen form of a marine. He landed next to them.

"Oh, Gods." He thought as he landed near Tero. "I can't believe they killed him, well it's not time to grieve right now, that Gerald is still waiting." Turing to Talitha and Nishiki Simo said, "Lieutenant Simo reporting. There is a man ahead who seems to be the Captain of the Red Suns, his name is Gerald. He's calling the both of you out. He has a devil fruit ability with the power to control blood, I'm not sure if it's just his blood or any blood, but as I am bleeding I didn't want to take any chances. What do you want to do Commander?"

Though he didn't like to hear it, Vince knew that the admiral spoke truly. The body in Nishki's arms showed not even the faintest signs of life. A corpse freshly deceased could be saved, much the same way he had; a dose of adrenaline and some electric shocks to start up his heart. It so happened that the cyborg possessed everything needed thanks to his half-machine body and cursed ability. Knowing this made the rear admiral feel only that much more helpless.

There was no time to contemplate the fate of the dead, though. As ugly a thought as it was that Tero could not be saved, their work could not be finished. Rear admiral Blythe was crying; it seemed obvious to the cyborg that a woman as fiercely and primordially proud as her would be filled with conflicting emotions right here. The genuine sorrow that filled her at seeing her fallen comrade would blend with the outrage and embarrassment to form a mix more volatile than any known explosive. Soon, reasoned Vince, all of those emotions would detonate, turning the feral marine woman into a vengeance-fueled hellstorm of death and fury.

"Nishki-taisho cannot see him," responded Vince, turning to meet Simo's gaze. "Caring for the fallen is his responsibility now." A moment later, he turned to Talitha and saluted.

"Blythe-shosho and myself will meet with him," explained Vince. "The rest of you are to make certain that no other Red Sun pirates come to his aid."

The cyborg knew that he was once again towing a dangerous road. Between Nishki, Talitha, and even that prick Raymond, there were three others present with higher authority to answer than himself. Still, though, it seemed like the right thing to do. The admiral would be busied protecting Tero's body from desecration while the vice admiral would act on his own, regardless. That left only one.

Memories from his days as a normal human with normal human ambitions and emotions told Vince what the other rear admiral would want. She was the type to take this personally; the invitation sent by their captain would give her a target to focus the violent and insatiable fury of her current emotions on, but she would not want interference. Talitha would, of course, wish to deliver justice alone, with her own claws.

At the same time, though, there was no way that the cyborg would let her do so. The damage she'd already suffered aside, Talitha's rage would make her as dangerous to herself as she was to her enemies. Though it was likely he'd never be forgiven for it - possible, even, that he'd be the next target of her boundless anger once the first had been snuffed out - Vince would fight as well.

Tightening his jaw, not waiting around to hear somebody rebuke his orders, the demi-human marine bent down to scoop up his fallen swords. At the same time, lurching forward, Vince sent a massive glob of red venom fly from his open mouth into the distance. Surfing along it, already reforming his artificial limbs, the freakish rear admiral raced towards Gerard.

Talitha desperately tried to keep herself from giving in to her sobbing fully. That had to wait for later. Aside from making her look pathetic and unable to handle this situation on her own, it also so happened that there were still pirates around. When in doubt, it was good to have someone other than yourself to blame for what had happened.
This hadn't been her fault! She hadn't delivered the critical blow to this man! She had only... let him go... fully knowing how dangerous the enemies on this island were....
She brushed, no, forced the thought aside, buried it under the drive to rip whoever did this to shreds.
she really, really did. Tero hadn't deserved this, none of this! He had been a good, law abiding man, more than an of those lowlife criminals would ever be!
There's the fairness everyone was all over! There was the so called strenght of the marines! The truth was, and that truth hurt, that the army of justice she had joined was really the one the odds were against. Too many pirates, too many goddamn pirates! Why was it people gave in to... to this? Mindlessly slaughtering a man obviously innocent, just trying to survive... They should all just die! Someone should do something!
She noticed the stinging smell, but didn't really register, too caught up in how she would completely exterminate this goddamn pirate crew, no, all pirates.
Only when she heard her own name mentioned (last name, even, weird, since no one ever seemed to have that respect towards her) did she prick her ears.
No! She didn't want any help! Didn't need it! Those scumbags were hers to tear apart!
But before she could hiss at him, freaky cybrog was already gone. He had known just what was about to happen...
She gave the newbie who had approached her a short glare, wondering somewhat wether he was out of his ind to talk to her when she was like this, and decided to take some of her fury out on him before going pirate hunting.
"Well, ain't that great, someone who's not ready to die for the cause of justice?!"
She snarled, completely ignoring that another death would be the last thing they needed, and that a tactical retreat had been, as it sounded, completely reasonable, no, the only reasonable thing to do. "Tactical retreat" did metaphorically not exist in her vocabulary anyway, and now she was also seconds away from going berserk just over emotions, to top it off.
"Better look for an enemy even you can defeat then, boy! We are not leaving this island until any and every single pirate is dead, and I mean the kind that gets doublechecked, just to make sure they don't returN!"
That was the only actual way to deal with pirates. How had she not seen this before? They wouldn't have mercy on her, so why would she have mercy on them? To risk the lives of so many others, just like Tero?!
Without waiting for an answer, she turned her back to Nishki, Simo and the body, and sprinted after freaky cyborg, changing into lynx form after a few steps to be able to keep up with him. She wouldn't rest until justice was served here. Her justice.

Jack sighed, two fingers pressed against his forehead as he entered a state of deep thought. “Well.. My options are clear cut.. Either I retreat to the ship and just relax myself while everyone else does the grunt work but for some reason I don’t trust anyone here to finish the job.. The man, now far in the distance looked through his goggles as he wondered where the many other pirates were, inspecting the location in hope of finding his next victim(s). Jack wasn’t really bogged down by emotions from Tero’s death, could hardly even care but had to show it anyways before the other marines but a smile flickered on his face as his muscles tensed. His left hand reached down for the pistol on his holster, getting ready to draw if needed. His other hand would be in front of his chest as he attentively looked for more pirates, his coat with the word -Lieutenant- was hanging on his shoulder, a tattoo on his chest which showed the standard navy insignia and the bold words of -Radical Jack-.

Nishki carried Tero in his arms and then used Geppou to head back to the ship while propelling himself into the air.Nishki didnt say anything, just headed back. What more was there to say? To the comrades who fought , who are still fighting. Many other marines were suffering down there as well. Nishki then smiled a little to himself. "Somehow, you dying has given them a common purpose.... the two of them are and will be the strongest tag team the pheonix squad has ever had....... both Tali and Vince...."

"So you are leaving Shelly........ to have given up like this...." Gerald looked in front of him, but there was no one there but one solitary den den mushi. The female voice which obviously belonged to Shelly Kerrigan. She was at sea now, on board a ship "I didnt tell you earlier Gerald, but i formed a crew all those years back when we disbanded, you had us wait for too long ..... now im leaving for other things, and perhaps a real shot at the new world. Dont worry, i left you one more line of defense, one last zombie from the old days, and i told it to help you, so you have nothing to fear, except death of course.." Gerald spoke with a coarse rough voice which had a hint of malice behind it "If i survive this, i will kill you Shelly, i hope you understand" Shelly sighed "You were always held back by the event which killed her .... i loved her too Gerald, like my own sister, i loved her, but you should have moved on with your life... just like i did...." Shelly closed the den den mushi and didnt say anything more.
Gerald threw the den den mushi aside. Of course she would say that, moving on was easy. She could preserve the dead. Where was his preservation? Where was his salvation? Nothing, he had nothing. Only power, only anger, only revenge, only death, only rage. Gerald would focus it all, even if he was the last man. He would head to the new world and take the navy to hell with him. He stood up, he saw the poison heading towards him. He drew his blood and lunged it, it shaped into a giant tiger which swallowed the poison, and negated it, by becoming hard. It seems he increased his white blood cells and countered the poison. He panted heavily as he stood up. He picked up a nearby body , which was near his seat, and plunged his hand into the dead corpse wound. He absorbed all the blood the person had within and made it his. Gerald needed to do this, it built all sort of immunities and also kept him fresh. Gerald then yelled "Come and face me now!!!!"

A huge man stood behind the group, he had barbed tattoos all over his body and wore marine insignia clothing.He was muscular and orange hair.There were also stitches across his body , he grunted as he held his palm up. One of the marine soldiers recgnized the tattoo and began backing away "HOLY SHIT, ITS FORMER VICE ADMIRAL DREXUS!!!!!!!" .
