Nishki adjusted his hair after he turned back into human form, he was so angry before that he wasnt thinking straight, now he had calmed down, he looked to Suigo "Secure the town, fight your way there and secure it, make sure all the villagers on the this island are safe, this is a job only for Wallys crew....."

Suigo begins to talk, but sees Zanbian jumping towards the duo trying to slice em down and counters with his katana "Ouf, thats heavy .. I shall be occupied with him, Mr. Vice Admiral." he says.
Wally says "Tsk" and then checks around the area "We need a big boom cause for now they have the upper hand !"
Clark jumps in frond of Nishki with a bleeding forehead "Get ready, marine ! I wont let you pass !"

Nishki immediately turned into a pheonix and flew to Clark, he sinked his talons into Clarks chest and then whispered "Cradle...." He enclosed his pheonix wings and charred Clark. Nishki turns back to his human form holding Clark who has been charred to a crisp, he drops Clark to the ground, "im in a horrible mood today.,...."

(OOC The phoenix's devil fruit's flames do not spread or burn, like a regular fire, Oda has stated on an SBS, just reminding or informing you ^^" I dont say not to beat him easily, Clark here serves as "delaying" the strong ones to help Anubis.)

((yea i know, but using Cradle, Nishki launches about three blue flame spears in close range, which burns the opponent like any normal flame would))

(Hmm, ok, since there is no confirmation about how much can Marco use his flames offensively, I will accept it.)

Clark doesnt fall but is heavily injured "I wont let you stop us, you damn marine !!!" He sends his ball towards Nishki from almost point blank range.

Nishki uses soru and zig zag underneath the chain and then a Jyogan to the chest of Clark.

((Trust me, read the manga, he used that attack once of twice, besides as we see Mera mera no mi it burns like normal fire, so it is only true that this fire burns as well.))

"Captain !" some pirates yell. Clark coughs up blood. However the chain ball comes as if it has a mind of its own and bites Nishki's shoulder.

Zanbian vs Suigo, no one seems to be able to overpower the other.

(I decided to fight again. I'll be doing a quick recap of what has just happened with Anubis's announcement, but this time it will be from James's point of view since I'm so far behind.)

James stood in front of the mansion trying to ignore the screams down at the beach. He closed his eyes and shivered involuntarily. Being a pirate, he was no stranger to killing, but this...this was awful. His eyes opened again and his expression hardened.

"I cannot allow this to continue," he growled. He turned and ran back down to the beach. When he reached the beach he looked out over the battle. "Here we go.." he muttered and he threw himself into the fight. Drawing both Crimson Rain and Kazeshini, James cut his way through both pirates and marines without abandon. He heard shouts and screams of anger. "Did someone die?" James wondered. Then he realized how idiotic that thought was and he felt rather stupid. He burst through the ranks of pirates and marines just in time to hear Anubis say to a marine vice admiral that he wanted to be the king of the world. After Anubis left, Ryan spoke to the vice admiral telling him that Anubis was going to be pirate king, before he too ran off. James listened to this and thought about it. He saw the vice admiral recover and begin fighting with someone else who used a mace and chain. Finally, James came to a decision he leaped beside Nishki and Clark and he raised both of his swords. "Two Sword Style: Gale Force!" James shot forward aiming to strike Clark down with both swords at once. James is followed by a powerful gust which would hit Clark a moment after James reaches him.

(No, James does not know either Anubis or Ryan, I just used their names so that you would know who I was talking about.)

Talitha just wanted to maulthe annoying canines master, which would have been easy, considering his pet was occupied, when she heard the suspicious sound from beyond her feet.
She looked down just in time to see the tips of the roots break through the surface.
She leaped towards the man, but with poor aim, as her primary goal right now was to escape the plants.
She could feel the pain rushing through her from both her left ankle and her shoulder. No matter how you saw it, she wouldn't be able to kill him with this sloppy attack.

Clark is sent flying in the air *Kid, I did what I could ... you show em who has the heart for it !* he speaks to himself about Anubis and falls some distance away beaten up.
Wally suddenly moves in a spot where a large pirate force is advancing "I am tired of this !"
Suigo taps Nishki's shoulder "This is bad ... we have to pull back now !" meaning Wally's "plan".

((Shadow it seems like you were right about the flame, so let us just assume i used aerial attacks at close range to pierce Clark hows that?))

Nishki nodded "Fine very well" Nishki turns into a pheonix and flies above , he flies straight above the battle field.

Martello meanwhile was even more pissed now "That damn pirate!!! Jokaku Enjou!!!!" Martello creates a giant barrier of fire surrounding the area where he and Ti'ar and Max were, the fire wall reached high surrounding them in a circular area.

Tiberius lifts his sword up , another pirate down, he then saw James "Who are you kid, the battlefield is no place for children....."

(sure thing)

Wally leaves a large layer of darkness engulf the area "Lets get serious ! Yami Yaiba Storm !" blades made of pure darkness form from all directions again and again and start slashing any pirate in sight, however the attack is so strong it cant be controlled so everyone close is at risk.

Nishki watched "Oi Wally be careful there is some of our men in there!!!"

the pirates started panicking, "Oh Crap, run!!!!"
"No its too late!!!!" The pirates are brought down.

In a distance Anubis saw this happening "Damn Wally that bastard, he has gone overboard, Satoshi !!!, RYAN!!! ZANBIAN!! Surround Payne now!!"

Maxulus face is serious. He looks at his semi-destroyed suit. The right part of his white clothes turned black and he could not forgive Martello for that. After that , he watches the Marine's move to trap himself , Ti'ar and Maxulus in the wall of fire. His eyes could scare anyone at the way he looked at him. He takes of the jacket of the suit and a small umbrella can be seen under it. He grabs that umbrella and immediately presses a button on it , turning it into an Umbrella-Sword with the same size as his Multibrella. He says to Martello with a calm voice:

"You should not do that...Due to the umbrellasword's power I cannot be affected by your fire...And your friend will die right here because of the heat!!!" After saying that , he moved the sword to the sky and activated its ability. With an incredible speed , the remaining water at the atmoshpere gathered around the sword and Maxulus , protecting him from any attacks of Martello due to the water. The heat around turned into more than 65 degrees [65 C degrees not F] and Maxulus was pretty sure that Ti'ar would not stand that. To make things worse , Maxulus activated the sword's ability to create salt and a solid wall of salt appeared around himself and the sword with only one tiny hole that allowed Maxulus to watch what was going on around him. If he watched that they were both moving behind him , he would immediately close the whole and turn his back at their direction and open another one.

(Zanbian is still vs Suigo)
"I asked you guys to move out of the way before ... but I will try not to hit them." Wally says "we need to take them all out so we can focus on the Anubis pirates !" he adds and continues his attack.

Suigo vs Zanbian, Zanbian wants to go help his crew but Suigo proves to be a dangerous man and for now he is holding him away from escaping.

Martello was then grinning, at the side he looked , his friend Jessop was still alive, but charred "You know something, you gave me an idea kid.... HIBASHIRA!!!" He launches up using his fire and grabs on to Max, of course not hurting max, but Martello knew for his plan to work, he grabbed on to Max.

Meanwhile the marines and the pirates were fleeing the scene from Wallys attacks.Some of the higher level pirates did not flee back into the town."Curse that schibukai dog!!!" Knight aimed his sniper from a safe distance , he fired two bullets at Wallys chest and shoulder.

Seeing Knight aiming at him, Wally dashes to the left and dodges the bullets "Its alright, I took out a lot of em, and now !" Wally seems to be pretty serious, he extents his hand and pulls Knight using gravity. "I will reward you for your boldness !" he says with a wicked grin.

(OOC: Is Ken going to attack?)

Knight laughed and then fired a barrage of about 8 bullets in different angles.

Ken and Zuro was far away from Wally, Ken then looked at Zuro "Well i did not want to use this attack, its a combination of two elements swift as wind....." Ken appears before Zuro and then "Strike LIKE LIGHTNING!!!" His hand releases charges of electircity and then at a instant, a powerful punch like lightning aimed at slaming into Zuros gut.

(I though he was relatively close lol sorry, then Martha will do it )

"Laughin at my captain is bad ..." a slice on Knight's back and all the way to the neck follows, rendering him unable to move. Martha appears.

Wally then talks to Nishki "Damn you, why dont you cover me, you know that I cant move when I use such strong attacks !"

Zuro shifts the dagger in his right hand to a reverse grip and strikes it at the incoming fist. His thumb is on the pommel.

Nishki sighed "Look im not all happy and healthy, i cant see these things most of the time." Nishki landed next to Wally, "My bad anyway, you created a hell of a mess....." Nishki was not feeling too good the injuries he took earlier was not fully recovered with the pheonix flame, but he felt able to fight.Nishki then turned to Wally "Shall we charge to the town?"

Ken smiles "Silly boy, this is way too much for a mere dagger..."the punch shatters the dagger and slams into his gut straight, but Kens fist took severe damage anyway.
