Talitha shouted after the pirate scum. He actually left her! Couldn't he make up his mind? Did he want to work with her or not.
She changed into full hybrid form and dodged the nuts as good as she possibly could. Still, one of them injured her left ankle.
What was it? Now that both of her shoulders were scarred, she started injuring her ankles? She send a quick rant to heaven, where god seemed to be making her the joke of the day. Bad humor.
Then she quickly decided to attack the wolf, instead of the man. She didn't like it anyway.
Hissing, she leaped towards it. Not that she was actually hoping to get through his defense, but it was worth a try.

"Devils?" is what Maxulus asks Ti'ar. "Do you think I am a devil?"

Then , he laughs. He gracefully dodges some of the attacks of the Marines and he shoots some weak Marines again , hoping to anger Ti'ar and Martello so that they will end up with attacking him without protecting themselves.

Maxulus smirks as he is waiting for his enemy to make his move , while his right arm is still missing...His plan has almost finished and when it finishes for good , he will emerge victorious from the battle against Ti'ar and Martello.

Jordan watches as Satoshi run towards Anubis he didn't even bother chasing after him he just turned and walked back towards his ship this battle was getting boring he figured everyone else could take care of this... as soon as Jordan turned his back a sword would stab him in his chest.....

Martello laughed as Max was preoccupied "Die, HIKEN!!!!" A giant fire fist is launched towards Max to completely char him.

Best was chuckling as Wally aimed his punch "you are a schibukai? you think way too highly of yourself.... considering i was the one who invented some of the anti devil fruit weapons, like this..." He lifts up his hand and grabs Wally's punch his hand is made from kairouseki "I have the second saints hand..."

Lieutenant Bierwick charged foward, he saw a pirate there. "Who the hell are you pirate, will you stand in our way?"

Death had just stabbed Jordan "Yes, Anubis was right, letting you live in dangerous, we must wipe you out Commodore Jordan....."

Ryan appears beside Death " hahaha finally we got tired of that guy following us around" Ryan then kneels down and lifts Jordan;s head up and slices his throat making sure he was dead he then looked around at the marine soldiers who ran towards them with an angry look on there faces

Nishki was still fighting Anubis, they clashed again, causing another mini explosion. Nishki lookd to the side and saw Jordans body lying there , he was furious with agony at rage "NOOOOOOOOO, you bastards!!!!!" Anubis took advantage of this moment and then used Desert Spada ,it cut Nishki down, Nishki was sent flying back. Anubis ran immediately and grabbed Nishki to the ground "you move , and i will slit your throat like your friend....." Nishki was coughing blood from the injury he got from Desert Spada. "He was just a kid!!! He didnt deserve to die like that ANUBIS!!" Anubis then strengthen his grip on Nishkis neck " He has been a thorn on my side from the very begginning, RYAN, ZANBIAN, SATOSHI!!!!!" ANubis calling them all to him. Satoshi arrived but did not say anything, he still felt guilt for Jordan.

Ryan wipes the blood off his sword he then hears Anubis call for him he then uses soru and appears beside Satoshi "you called sir" Ryan says while sheathing his sword not feeling any kind of remorse for what he just did...

Zanbian jumps and lands down next to his crewmates "Eh, sorry I was late, was busy with those "marines"." he says.

"Inconvinient." Wally says and instead headbuts Best on his face.

All of a sudden, a very large energy wave is heading towards Anubis.

Satoshi dashes in front and parries away the energy wave with his sword. Anubis meanwhile laughs "Do you see this Nishki? Do you see the power my crew and i have... i played all of you for fools!!!! HAHAHAHHA"
Nishki then realized, "You bastard, you were the one behind this whole invasion!!!"

Anubis laughed "Of course i was, i organized everything, summoned all the pirates, helped with the strategy planning for this island... you think that old man could have pulled this off? I needed his funds and contacts to get everyone here!!!! You see i do not need gold, i do not need riches, i need power, status, a proper title!!!!" Anubis then laughed louder "I want to be king Nishki!!! I want to rule !!!!! I want my kingdom, and when i have had my fun, i want the world!!!!!!!!"

Nishki was bleeding heavily but able to maintain conscious, Anubis still had the power to kill him since he had his hand on his neck. Anubis then continued "The only one who knew my true plan here was Ryan....... sorry Satoshi, i know its against your moral code.,......" Satoshi did not say anything, he had chosen a long time ago to ignore these things. Anubis then laughed "All these pirates have sworn allegiance , they are my allies now, i will become so powerfully recognized that even the world government will be forced to categorize me as a priority, a yonkou of this ocean!!!!!!"

Anubis let go of Nishki's neck "Ryan make sure he cannot move, but do not kill him.... our target to kill is Payne!!!"

Suigo sees Satoshi blocking his attack but remains silent and watches the whole speech "..."
Wally is fighting with Best, merely hand to hand for now, and he notices Nishki's bad condition "Tsk, SUIGO, DARK CLOWN, make him get of their grip so he can regenerate !"

Nishki noticed the grip loosening , before Ryan could impale him, he turns into a pheonix, his injuries healed, and he flew back to a safe distance near Suigo Nishki was panting "I always get beaten to a pulp, ahhaha , damn it all"

Anubis then waved his hand "It doesnt matter, we are not concerned with this at the moment, i want Nishki to live, whats the point of ruling an empire with no rivals...... we have to go kill Payne....." Anubis jumped off in search for Payne.

Suigo speaks to Nishki "Captain is busy with a fruit-cancelling opponent, so only I can support you Mr. Vice Admiral."
Zanbian stops and looks back "Captain, maybe I need to stay here and hold them back."

Sabres is carried away safely by some marines "Tsk, where the hell is Mr. Ginji when you need him." he speaks to himself.
Wally wipes out his bleeding forehead "Man, sometimes I wonder why I ate a fruit, everyone keeps Seastone-ing me, Weehahahahaha !"

Ryan smirks "Nishki... how foolish do you feel now,Anubis will become pirate king and there's not gonna be one marine that can stop us once he kills Payne
just ask your little friend over there... oh wait you can't" Ryan then jumps in the air laughing and went to go help Anubis find Payne....

Suigo narrows his eyes and sends a very high-speed thrust of air towards Ryan, although he doesnt seem to care if he hits him "What an annoying bunch of kids." he says to Nishki about them. "Now, what is the plan, Mr. Vice Admiral ?" he adds.

Another pirate was quickly taken care of when Ajax left ten wonderfully visible red fingerprints on him.
That would have been more than enough to kill him, but he didn't check. Neither did he care.
He had spotted someone who looked like he could be the man he was searching for, and this time, he wouldn't lose him again.
He rushed towards the person.

"Hmph , you fool..." is what Maxulus says as he watches the giant ball of fire coming towards him...However , his plan had already succeed. He waited a lot for this moment but his plan did not fail him. As soon as Martello began launching the Fire Ball , his right arm which had disappeared for a while , grabs Jessop who was severely injured and then , it returns to Maxulus body with him on his hand. He waits for the attack to come towards a bit nearer and he kicks the Marine in the middle of it. He laughed and left from his position , to dodge the attack at the very last moment , with the right part of his suit black due to the contact it had with the fire.

Best laughed, he injected himself with more anaesthetic he had "I cannot feel any pain with those blows, hehehe, looks like i am most probably the victor, a warning mr schibukai san, you are not as strong as you think you are, you have so many weaknesses that its laughable, heheheheheh, i will leave now, Anubis san has it covered, my allegiance lies with him......"

Best opened his suitcase and pulled out his jet pack ((Old school)) HE started it and flew of looking pleased with him self. Meanwhile Anubis looked back "ok Zanbian, but remember we have to leave soon and i will not leave here without you, be careful....." Anubis then went off.
