"I am your opponent, dont get cocky !" Some orbs have surronded Maxulus "Draw !" his Umbrellaweapon is pulled by some of the orbs as as it does, Wally's giant golem of darkness attempts to impale Maxulu's demon thing.

(It is vital for you to evade attacks like that last one, cause the Golem has some pretty nasty effects lol)

Maxulus feels that his Umbrellasword is being dragged by the powers of the Yami-Yami no Mi. He knows that he does not have many choices. He lets his body be dragged with it , as he held it. Then , at the mean time he was getting towards the orbs , he moved the umbrella to cause the clouds of water of the atmosphere to create a giant whirlpool on the sky , a lot stronger than the gravity , and let his body be dragged by it. He got at the top of the cloud and he realised that he could stand on it , waiting for his enemy to arrive there so that they would continue their battle.

The golem opens his mouth and Wally appears inside of it extenting his hand and sending a thick line of darkness upwards and onto the cloud "You think I will let you gain the upper hand so easily ?" The darkness, once reaching the cloud, starts to "swallow" it.

((holy hell, there are so many things i have never heard of before, its starting to look like a bleach or naruto fight, lol))

Maxulus still in the White Demon form , smirks. Then , as he watches at the darkness under the cloud , he realises that Wally had fell in his trap. He moves his Umbrellasword and in a single second ALL the water from the atmosphere began gathering under Wally. After that , Maxulus moved the Umbrellasword and the water took the form of a huge whirlpool that began sucking EVERYTHING from the battlefield , including Marines , and pirates and of course , Wally. Maxulus was sure that this way he would dodge. There were only two choices. Maxulus would be sucked by the darkness and Wally by the whirlpool or nobody would be sucked by anything and the battle would continue. But there was a backup plan , as well...

"This kid's ability to use that water is startin to irritate me !" Wally shoots *That idiot Phoenix wont make it alone, I gotta finish this and get on with the sand kiddo* he thinks to himself. Wally dispels the Golem, and with a move of his hand, sends the darkness that was making him go on the whirpool, negating one another. He falls down and activates Torige Kagai. Then he extents his hand on Maxulus "Dark hand !" he pulls Maxulus towards him with a powerful surge of gravity, since he lost the golem, he couldnt just absorb a cloud without some form of contact.

"Mmmm, you poisoned me, didnt you ?" Martha rubs her forearm, and there is a small cut to it. "You are not bad for someone your age, it is kinda sad that you will die today, Death." she smiles again.

Maxulus lets the attack hit him...or that was what Wally believed. While Wally was distracted to get rid of the whirlpool , Maxulus had used the same trick he used in his battle with Mary. He used the salt armor on the Multibrella and a replica of Maxulus was created. After doing that , he quickly left from the area. Most of the water of the atmosphere was absorbed by the darkness. His only hope was an all out attack. He got behind his enemy while he was dealing with the replica. Then , as the attack was about to hit the Multibrella , he summoned it back to his right hand and he said:

"Umbrella-Salt Ultimate form: Giant White Demon!" as his body parts opened turning him into a giant. Then , he would grab Wally and throw him miles away so that he would finish that battle once and for all.

Wally notices the "demon" approaching him, but doesnt move his legs so he wont use the Toride Kagai armor. He bursts out a lair of darkness and grins "I knew this would come in handy" he says and then says "Liberation burst !" just when his opponent is mere feet away from him. From the "liberation" a large pillar of water is thrown towards Maxulus at very high speed.

*Flashback from before the battle showing Wally absorbing various items and objects, as well as water "I better be ready for anyone!"*

"You fool! Don't you know that my salt armor can absorb water?!" is what Maxulus says to him as he takes all the attack. Then , he takes his normal form and as he realized that the battle was at its peak , some salt comes out from the umbrellasword , surrounding Maxulus into the form of a ball. After that , the salt ball is scattered and Maxulus can be seen spinning , holding his Multibrella on the right hand and his Umbrellasword on the left hand. The Multibrella was launching bullets randomly and the Umbrellasword was launching the water that salt armor absorbed before.

(isnt your weakness more salt ? lol that was sea water)

*I dont have much more time* "Oi kid, lets finish this !" Wally releases a massive steel pillar he absorbed before and slams it down to Maxulus "I dont care if he survived, I Gotta get going !" he laughs and leaves the spot *If you are alive we will meet again* he thinks as he goes away.

[I did not create sea water]

[sea water is what KILLS my fruit. The water I used was the water of the atmosphere. Salt has the ability to absorb water from the atmosphere and so I absorbed it and used it. It was not sea water.]

Maxulus notices that he does not have much time to dodge the attack. All he can do is to try and endure the hit. He stays in his position and with the help of his Salt armor and Tekkai , he manages to survive. With all of his body exhausted due to the battle he had with the Shichibukai , he immediately runs away from the place , knowing that if he stayed a bit longer he would die under the hands of a Marine.

As Martello was being treated by the medics, Mary stayed at his side, his injuries looked severe, she was really worried, Robert walked into the room "So, how is his condition?" The red headed marine known as Jess then answered "Critical condition, he was nearly killed luckily we have been able to save him and Jessop. But they will both be out for awhile...... seems the world was to big for them......" Robert sighed an sat down nearby on a mat, he pulled out some cola from his jacket and drank "ahhhh, the best drink for a screwed up day....... where is Nishki sensei in all this?" Mary knew that Nishki had also trained Robert and Jess when they were just ensigns, Vice Admiral Nishki liked training others within the navy. Mary then replied "I have no idea, but Vice admiral Paynes name came up alot during this whole thing....." Robert then shuddered, and jess eyes widen , Robert then drank up his cola "That guy is here? Oh my lord, he is a freaking psycho!!!" Jess was then gritting her teeth "I still remember that time he found me and Robert stealing the sake from his cabinet......." Robert pulled out 2 more bottles of cola and drank up.

Suigo looks around. The fight was pretty much going to an end now, the actual fighting has moved into the city, where his captain was. "I wonder where that Tiberius is .." he speaks to his sword.

Tiberius parrys away the air wave by James to the ground, but he was pushed back slightly , "Not bad, though kid, i must say, you are a little bit at a disadvantage here......, Now, this is simple, come at me with all you got , i will only defend, if you can land a hit on me, i will not kill you, if you cant within the next hour, i will start attacking" Tiberius suddenly felt in the mood for this.
