James moved out to the side of the battlefield and began to move away from the main fighting. A few pirates ran past him at one point, but other then that he stayed at least ten feet from everyone. Soon he would reach the far end of the pirate's side of the battle. Then he planned on making his way up to the mansion on the other side of town. James kept at a jog trying to conserve his energy as he went.

Maxulus laughs at the view of the frightened Marines. He moves his umbrellas down and he points at each Marine's arm. He shoots the arms of each Marine with one bullet on each arm so that they could not snipe and their legs as well , so that they cannot move. He says:

"I will let you die and pay the consequences for your sneak attacks.Haha"

Then , he turns his back.One of the umbrellas disappear.He watches at the battlefield and searches for James. He wants to see why he is in such a hurry and where he is heading to. He levitates once again , and he flies with extreme speed towards him. As soon as he reaches , he asks:

"Hm. May I ask where you are going?" and he shoots the Marines around with his Umbrella as they tried to attack both him and James.

James noticed a guy moving along beside him. The only thing was, the guy wasn't touching the ground. How odd.

"Me?" James blinked. "I'm headed to some mansion where a bunch of pirates have gathered." then he looked around at the battle around him. "Although, I suppose those pirates are probably the ones who are fighting out here. That could make any discussion difficult." Then James looked back at Maxulus, shock visible on his features. "Hang on, WHO ARE YOU???"

Maxulus smiles. He stretches himself the same way he did when he met Wally. He says with his calm voice :

"And what is going to happen in that mansion? Why are the pirates gathered there?"

And then , he continues shooting the Marines around.

James was getting suspicious, but he realized that despite this guy's confident appearance, he apparently didn't know much about what was going on either. "I don't know what they are doing up there," James replied. "Or were doing. That's why I'm going there. If anyone is still there then I'll get some answers from them. If they refuse...I'll beat the answers out of them."

Maxulus smiles to James. As he did not understand what was going on , he decided to follow the man to the meeting. He reloads his weapon as fast as he can and two clones of his weapon appear around him , shooting the marines. He says to James:

"Hm , I will take you there if you want to. I want to learn what is going on , too."

"Take me there?" James said. "What do you mean?"

Maxulus takes a deep breath. From the conversation he had with James he believed that the swordsman's smartness was not as great as his strength. He stops shooting and he speaks his words:

"You seem to be in a hurry...And I can realise that you want to go to a certain place...I can get you there. Flying is better than running after all...However , I want you to tell me what happened in the place I will take you. Is that okay?"

Then , he moves he flies behind James and attempts to grab him so that they would go wherever he wanted. The Umbrellas , that were around Maxulus were shooting whoever attempted to attack him or James. Maxulus asks , while attempting to grab James:

"So where are we heading to?"

Trenton simply decided that he would get out of these handcuffs without his devil fruit powers and rams himself sideways against the wall, knocking his dagger loose. Young Steel quickly bent down and picked it up with his mouth and then strikes at the handcuffs, breaking them off. "Alright then... Time to see the ruckus and maybe become the King of Pirates early.." He said with his voice emitting into the air.

James felt Maxulus grab him from behind and lift him into the air. He decided not to fight back. The man was right, flying would be faster.

"Well, from here we should keep heading straight ahead..." James replied. He gave Maxulus the rest of the directions as they flew. (I don't want to make up directions in case I am wrong.)

Maxulus uses all of his strength to arrive at the place. After moving as fast as possible , he arrives at the right place. He says to James:

"For bringing you here , I want you to make me a favor. I want you to tell me whatever you hear there. Is that okay?" hoping that the pirate would hear the name of his father and report it to him. Right after that , without waiting for James' reply he heads back to the battlefield and exactly to the two snipers he left injured , wanting to see if they were dead.

Martello moves foward finally, he uses fire fist and blows away the pirates in front of him, sending them all flying and charred "This is just like the time we fought those pirate crew while drunk, you remember that Talitha? AHAHHAHAHA"

Nishki begins to move foward, he flew up and saw two characters , they looked like pirates, Nishki lands in front of James D cook and Mauxlus "What are your intentions, i dont want to kill you, surrender now!!!"

That had been.... a long time ago... and she was sure someone had drugged her drink...
They both had been summoned by their commander afterwards. Way to overdo, they hadn't even been on duty.
She sighed and dashed forward to block off a pirate trying to attack Martello from behind.
"Heh, yeah. We fought back to back, I think... Not that I can be sure, everythings a little blurry..."
She send the pirate flying with a kick.
She couldn't exactly remember anything that happened after being summoned either... What exactly had he told them, again?
Well, nevermind. It was more important to concentrate now.

Maxulus , just before he left for the battlefield , watches at Nishki who came with unknown intentions for the moment. He cleans his shoes for a little bit and then , he replies to the man:

"Hm. Who are you?"

Vice admiral Nishki sighed "No one important, simply a marine who wants to uphold justice without harming innocents, please surrender, i dont want to continue this massacre any longer, if we continue there will be horrible losses for both parties....."

Maxulus smiles. He moves his hand forward and his umbrella appears on it. He takes a deep breath and speaks his words in the same calm way as always:

"Then , I guess my name is not that important either...This is the answer for your first question..."

After that , he points his umbrella towards the Marine. He smirks and he says:

"And about your second question , I have got this: Umbrella Shot!" as he shoots a bullet towards the Vice Admiral , hoping that it would be enough to take him out of his way.

Nishki sighed and then turned into a pheonix, he then used Pheonix majestic barrage, Several spears of blue fire were launched at Max, destroying the bullet and raining down on MAx

Maxulus watches at the Vice-Admiral who easily managed to dodge his attack by making use of his Devil Fruit and he laughs. He watches him throwing the spears of blue fire and he thinks:

"Hm , that Marine is strong...Impressive." Then , he quickly moves his umbrella forward. He smirks and the with a quick movement , allows the first spear hit it. After that , the spear turns into a lot small balls of fire and move towards the other spears. Due to their increased speed after they bounced to the umbrella , the balls of fire grow stronger as they reach every spear and eventually merge with each spear to turn into a huge ball of fire that was heading towards Nishki with extreme speed.

Nishki uses soru as soon as he turned into normal form, he moves zig zag and then used Jyogan madara, multiple punches with power and then with his other hand he cuffs Max's hand with sea stone cuffs "Enough of this, i really dont want to hurt you, just give up......."

Maxulus laughs once again as he takes the attacks from Nishki. He could not believe that a Marine was that strong. However , his face turns serious when the Vice-Admiral attempts to cuff his hands with sea-stone cuffs. At the last moment , Maxulus drags his hands behind , making the Vice-Admiral cuff his white gloves instead. Then , he laughs once again , grabs the Sea-Stone Cuffs with his umbrella and spins it with force , striking the Vice-Admiral with it on the head. After that , he takes the Sea-Stone Cuffs and cuffs him , hoping that this would be enough to stop him.

Nishki spins at a 360% angle as soon as he loses his cuffs, he pulls away and uses soru to back track. He still stands tall and sighs, "this is really pointless, any more of your foolish attempts would be embarrasing, please just surrender....."

Suddenly Jessop appears and smashes his battle axe to cleave Max. then Nishki's den den mushi rang . "Vice admiral!!!, dont waste time with him, me and Jessop will take him......." Nishki sighed "Alright, im going to guess Mary put you up to this? ill just lecture you all when i get back......" Luis grinned as he adjusted his sniper scope on to Max, "Go sir!!!" Nishki turns into a pheonix and flies straight to Paynes position.

Maxulus grins as Nishki he watches at Nishki flying. He could not believe that the Vice-Admiral possessed that strength; he did not lose to him though. Then , he lets Jessop's battle axe hit his arm...and actually that is what he made him believe. He lets the Marine believe that he cut his arm , he drags him in a place where he could not watch at the arm and after that , he laughs with him , saying:

"You should be more careful...Umbrella Missile!" Then , the arm which was behind Jessop begins levitating. After that , the arm attacked Jessop from behind to the head with a strong attack. Maxulus laughed and levitated to head to the direction from which a shot was launched and almost hit him to one of his fingers , without harming him at all , though.

Zuro Avuro
Avuro walks up to the field, behind his captain, Wally. "Captain. Sorry, I am late. Who's the target?" He looks at the carnage around him, drawing the sword at his side.

Wally looks at Zuro "So you came too ? I only wanted Sabres & Tiberius here ... but since you are here .." surprizingly, Wally orders Zuro to take care of the wounded marines, and walks in frond, revealing his Black Den Den Mishi, and calls Nishki "Take all of your forces away and back me up, I am gonna take out the main force now !"
A spiked ball is hurled towards Nishki in the meantime "Marine !" Clark shoots.

Nishki lands down on he side uses soru sidestep and then Jyogan on to Clarks chin to knock him out, Nishki sees Anubis "you? you are here?"

Anubis was shocked to see Nishki "Well, well, its been a while since Salamanthia hasnt it?"
