Luis communicates with Jessop "Behind you, WATCH FOR HIS TRICKS!!!" Jessop heeds the warning and dashes away from the attack, however he is not very fast, so he uses Pound and slams the levitating arm. Luis fires his rifle , his bullet barely missing Maxs feet befoe he can move, he speaks through Jessops den den mushi "I would watch my step of i were you, these are seastone bullets and they are like poison to df users like you!!"

Clause then walked in the docks and walked slowly to Wally. so, what is your plan?

"Got it cap'n" Zuro hustled over to the injured marines. "First thing's first." He started dragging them to the side from the main battle. "Can't have patients get stabbed in the middle of treatment." He started his work, but kept a lookout on the rest of the battle, in case something was about to attack.

James ignored the skirmish between Maxulus and Nishki and took his leave quickly and quietly. He reached the front door of the mansion and drew Kazeshini. He pulled back the sword and thrust it forward using its wind ability to strengthen the thrust. "Single Sword: Thunder Crash!" The force of the thrust collapsed the doors of the pirate mansion in on themselves and James stepped inside.

Ajax was far beyond annoyed. What did this stupid war to do with him, anyway?
And what exactly was he supposed to do? He suspected they wouldn't let him run around and blow things up just like that. Or would they?
He hadn't really asked. And he really didn't care. It wasn't like he was planning to join the fight too soon. He'd just stay here, on this ship. All nice and safe.
"Mr Sinclair, sir!"
A marine soldier came running and saluted.
"The hq has called and demands how long it'll take you to get to the battle! They sounded very impatient, sir!"
Ajax looked back at him.
"Well? What did you tell them?"
"As you said, sir, I gave no real information as to where we are and what we are doing!"
So there were people who actually listened to his orders...
"And the reply was?"
"That we should hurry and contact Major Payne as soon as we arrive."
Ajax nodded. He wasn't going to do any of that.
"Also, they said they will ask Payne afterwards, and if they find out we didn't contact him, we'll all be fired."
Ajax jumped up from his chair.
"What? Let's get going, you idiot!"
Five minutes later, they were on the coast. Now only to find that Payne guy.

As the battle between Maxulus and the two other Marines has just began , he notices that James has already left. He stopped though. He looks at Jessop and he thinks:

"Hmph , I would have finished him off right now." and he immediately shoots a bullet to the Den Den Mushi , destroying it. Then , he quickly moves , saying:

"I do not have time to play with you , so I will make this fast!" After that , two other umbrellas appear at the right and left of Maxulus while he was holding the original on his hand. In a few seconds , Maxulus merges with them and he uses the Umbrellaman Gun Mode technique. He swallows some bullets after that , and he rashes towards Jessop , kicking him endlessly on the head. When one of the kicks landed on Jessop , Maxulus would use the Umbrellaman Gun Mode:Shotgun Shot attack which would consume all of his bullets and would shoot a shot like a shotgun from his leg to hit the enemy with precision and cause a sure death.

as Jessop was about to get hit with all the shotgun shots, a figure appeared before them and then used fire fist to melt the bullets, it was Rear Admiral Martello, two stray bullets still his Jessop in the shoulder and above his chest. Jessop fell to the ground , but Martello was standing tall "Hey there old friend, ive missed you, too bad our reunion couldnt have been sweeter......" Jessop looked approvingly and knocked fists with his old friend Martello. Martello turned around and faced the pirate "You pirates disgust me, your all the same, destroying families and taking what you want, and now you wish to kill my friend? Never Happening!!! HIKEN!!!" He aims a giant fist of fire at Max "Oh by the way, this is not my original power."

As Maxulus watches Martello attacking him , he remembers Vice-Admiral Payne's and Nishki's abilities and his umbrella shows up again. He thinks that it would be a good idea to use his umbrella as a shield again and send the attack back. However , much to his surprise Ti'ar was around there , and attempted to whip him with his sea-stone chain. At the last second , Maxulus levitates and avoids Ti'ar's attack. Then , he quickly moves towards the fire ball and moves his umbrella in a way that when he opened it the fire ball was moving towards Ti'ar with much more speed and power due to the bounce. Then , he points his umbrella towards Jessop , who was injured and launches a bullet to his leg in order to torture him and make Martello angry so that he would be unable to battle.

Martello uses fire gun and destroys the bullet before it can reach Jessop "You damn coward!!! FIGHT LIKE A MAN!!!" Out of the corner of his eye he saw Ti'ar "Hey there, thanks for the back up..."

Maxulus laughs at the view of Martello who tried to save his friend. He smirks to him and then , he merges with the umbrella and its clones who just appeared as well. After that , he swallows some bullets again and he says:

"If you wish so...Okay...Umbrellaman Gun Mode:Umbrella Ambush!!!" as his arms move towards Martello and as soon as they reach him they fire every bullet that Maxulus swallows with great precision.

[btw , Gael there is a NPC introduced with the Wolf-Wolf Fruit and there is only 1 Devil Fruit of a kind so your shield cant have it]

Ti'ar spun the chain so fast that the fire ball dissipated and then whipped it at Max again. "Not a problem," Ti'ar said, holding the seastone chain in his right hand as he took out a normal chain with his left.

Martello created more fire, Paynes abilities were proving useful, he looked to Ti'ar "We need to bring the bastard down, usually i can handle it on my own, but this time, it takes some work....."

Meanwhile across the battelfield near where Payne is located, two men fated by destiny to meet on the grounds of war, meet for only the second time ever in their lives. Anubis and Nishki faced each other. Nishki spoke first "Its been a decade Anubis, i saw you as a child , but now you have grown......, why did you kill Gosai?"

Anubis laughed "Do not try your stupid peace tactics with me Nishki, you may have been my fathers pet, but you are not of his blood like i am!!"

Nishki sighed "You damn fool, you rebel against your family, you cause so much trouble, you leave home and spread chaos across the ocean? Do you not know what your actions have caused in this ocean? Do you know the injustices that are occurring right now? This war?"

Anubis laughs madly as the battle is ongoing in the background "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH. You and your justice Nshki, that stupid justice, you blabber about justice? Your navy, your government, your superiors are all pettily fighting over gold!!! It sends its men and women to die just so it can retain their wealth and prosperity!! You stand and serve the most corrupt and immoral beings and yet you still talk about justice?!!!!!! The blood of these men that fall here are on your hands NISHKI!!!!"

Nishki removed his coat, leaving only his suit on "You killed a schibukai and then you killed Gosai, one of the closest mentors i ever had, but i have come to turns with that months ago Anubis , and you are right, this battle is petty. But in order to speak of justice, one must be able to enforce justice........ i will rise to the top of that mountain, i will gain a more higher rank, till i reach the very top and then, justice will finally exist, that is the promise i made myself!!!!!!!" Nishki roars loudly.

Anubis is shocked, but then laughs again "Delusions of a grand gesture, but i guess it cant be helped, no one could have avoided this clash, fate plays a funny hand......"

Nishki sighed "Yes, it does......" Nishki charged foward with soru and Anubis with Desert Spada, Nishki uses Rankyaku and they clash mid way. The battle between the two had begun.

The clash was easy to see from where Talitha was standing.
It might have been female intuition, or it might have been her animal instincts, but she had known that Nishki would be the one to fight the strongest guy around. Just like right now, she knew that must be him.
He was fighting someone powerful... More powerful than him, perhaps?
She shook her head, as if trying to tell herself that couldn't be, while knowing perfectly well that it could.
She dug her claws into another low life pirate, but she didn't really pay attention to what she was doing anymore.
He wouldn't die on her again, would he? He had promised not to!
Still, promises were easy to make, and even easier to be broken.
She hissed. Her own doubts were making her furious.
She needed to concentrate. She needed to concentrate on fighting.
With immense speed, she jumped from one opponent to another, delivering but a single slash of her claw to every one.
Wasn't there anyone strong around she could fight? Fight alone, without having to worry about a partner? She needed a worthy opponent, she knew, otherwise she'd surely run off to help Nishki, and make herself nothing but a burden to him.

Talitha had been busy slashing her claws at yet another pirate when she heard the sound of something swooshing towards her back. It souded a lot like a whip, but a little different, still.
She jumped away from the poor man, leaving him to get hit instead, and turned around, hissing at whoever dared to attack her from behind.

Manwhile...

"How hard can it be to find one person inside this fight?"
Now Ajax was definitely angry. His soldiers had all gotten into fights as soon as they had enterd the battle, and he was still looking for Payne.
How was he supposed to find a person he didn't even know in the middle of a freaking war?
He didn't even change his fingerprints back to normal anymore, sinse he knew there would always be someone in his way who needed to be moved. And what was the easiest way to take out his anger on someone and get through at the same time? Right, leaving some nice, red fingerprints on them. Fingerprints that exploded.
But he knew he needed a better plan than just bombing his way through untill he found the guy.
His fingerprints changed to green as he got closer to a building.
With impressive speed, he climbed it up. This way, he'd have a much better view.

Talitha looked him up and down. No matter how she looked at it it, he seemed to be a pirate.
She sneered.
"Good for me? Good for me? You'd better worry about yourself, boy!"
She had faced people with strange powers before. No time to start doubting herself, too.
"Besides, if any of us was sane, we wouldn't be here in the first place!"
She leaped forward, with her saber in her hand. Lucky she was in hybrid form. Now let's see what he could do...


Ajax frowned.
He had spotted someone he was way too aquainted with.
"Out of all people..."
Why did Feral have to be here? Why her?
He remembered that time she had gone berserk far too well.
But as long as he stayed away from her, shouldn't he be safe?
He continued to look for some flashy guy who seemed important enough to know about major Payne and saw a man who seemed to control flames not too far off.
He smirked.
"Bingo!"

Gael pushed his hair out his eyes with his left as he flung the shield Fenrir at Talitha, and Fenrir turned into his hybrid form, leaping in the way of the saber. The saber hit the metallic wolf with a resounding ringing noise, and Gael gestured with his hand, seeming to lift something that wasn't there. Bamboo shot out of the ground at Talitha from behind her. "If we were sane, we'd pick our battles."

Talitha abandoned her saber in the wolf... things mouth without a second thought when she heard the weird swooshing sound from behind her and jumped up to escape the attack.
She landed on boxes which were piled up against the wall of a now deserted house.
"From behind again? You really like that, don't you?"
Again. Just like when she had fought Rafiq. She just never learned to shut her mouth in time.

James moved further into the pirate mansion. He could still hear the fighting down on the beach even from here. He looked around the room he was in. There was no one within sight. "Hello?" James called out. "Is anyone in here?"

Maxulus sighs as the two Marines seemed to tag against him. Watching Vice-Admiral Payne's abilities before , he knew that Martello was not a weak opponent to deal with; he was a Marine though and he could be an easy target. Knowing the coinfidence of the Marines for being at the side of justice, dodges Ti'ar's attack and Martello's flames at the last moment , playing with them , making them both hit a Marine who was standing behind him , while scared. He asks:

"Well , what is the punishment for killing more than twenty Marines?" Then , he drops his weapon on the ground and waits for an answer.
