"Glaargh!" Zuro is floored by the attack, but looks up and smiles. The powder in the hilt had been unleashed, and Ken had a cut. The powder hit the open wound, and exploded. (The explosion is about the size of the average head, and quite powerful.)

"Thats more like it !" Wally laughs "lets go !"
Martha decapitates Knight "Sleep ..." and then she vanishes from sight.
Suigo vs Zanbian, Zanbian has managed to escape and is heading towards his crew.

Ken gets blown back, he falls down and is severely injured "Clever kid...... too bad he is down too..."

Anubis finally finds Payne he uses Desert Spada Grande and aims it Paynes heart to impale Payne.

Satoshi meanwhile aims to use lightning beast style form 2 fang of the beast , to stab the heart of Payne and then aim to cut his neck with his other sword.

Nishki nodded and lead foward.

Maxulus' plan seemed to be working as Martello attempted to grab him out of there. In a single second he moves the Umbrellasword down , and his whole body is surrounded by a salt armor. Then , he moves his sword at the right and a strange salt appears all around the area , with the cutting power of the sword. Soon enough , the place within the fire would be full of that salt and everyone would be cut to small pieces , except from Maxulus who had the armor. To make things worse , Maxulus releases the water that was absorbed from the atmosphere to the salt that was coming out of the sword , so that Martello's fire would not cut the salt due to the water. This time , Maxulus is not laughing. He was really serious and he wanted the two Marines to die , no matter what and he would do anything for it.

James looked at Tiberius, but then he stared back out over the beach. "I don't know," he said. "Or rather, I didn't. Now I have a purpose. That man with the sand powers...I'm going to kill him."

Tiberius wasnt listening to all this he wasnt interested in James talk, Tiberius lifted up his Great Cleaver "Im not interested really whose side your on, i am not one to avoid conflict, so here i come , dont blink now" Tiberius uses soru and then uses Dark Guillotine , a attack aimed at Cutting anything in half at James.

Meanwhile Martello is in a horrible way, he was profusely bleeding and he fell, but using tekkai and some of the vest e already had on, he was able to survive slightly, but he was at the edge of his life "Kuhh, damn it all, so much blood....., need to get out of here......."

Wally and Nishki, they make their way into the town "The main crewmates of his must be 4-5 right ? Can you handle them while I deal with the captain ? Weee-hahaha !" Wally asks Nishki as they continue.
Suigo reaches back to Sabres "Being stupid nullifies your great powers" he coldly tells to Sabres, Sabres wants to get up and "beat the crap out of the sulky idiot" but the poison is still active.

Maxulus had finally defeated Martello. He looks at him with a serious face and he does not say anything. All he does is to move the umbrellasword. Then , some salt appears and heads towards Martello's body. That was not the kind of salt that would kill him. He just sent it to him so that it would enter his body from the spots that he was injured and cause him more pain. However , he decides to speak with a semi-calm , semi-angry voice and he says:

"Ah , and thanks for showing me that ability (Tekkai) ... You see , my special ability is to learn things quickly. I am a quick learner..."

James saw the blade coming and he gathered wind to Kazeshini quickly for more power as he brought the sword around to block. He felt the force of the blow jar his arm and James was forced to take a step back.

"He's strong," James realized. "I might actually have to go all out for this."

Ajax saw the attacks. From two sides?
He'd say that man was as good as dead. What would that mean for his job, then?
He sped up and raced towards them.
"Major Payne! Look out!"
He wasn't worried about the man himslef, he was worried that he might be degraded. How would he ever find Clara if he was to sit in some office and do paperwork?
He knew he couldn't reach Payne in time to stop the attack, but he couldn't let that happen.

Martello was in pure agony and screamed in pain, Luis aimed his rifle at Max, he was aiming for a headshot, but it was tough, Martello was in serious danger. But just at the right time, there was a smoke bomb in the area where Max and Martello were and As the smoke clears the one standing a distance away from Max carrying Martello was Mary, Martellos elder sister. Martello was sturggling to speak, he was coughing blood "sis..... GUHHH, im....., im,..."
Mary put Martello near the closest marine team, "Get him to the ship,treat him,....." The marine medics nodded. Mary was now livid with anger, she turned around glaring, she unbuttoned the top 3 buttons of her blouse and adjusted her gloves. Luis grinned now, and the marines watching nearby "The Swindler queen has entered !!!!!" Mary communicated using her den den mushi "Luis, take this bastards head off, i will come up with a plan to kill him...." Mary then took out her pistol which was holstered on her thigh, and fired 2 shots at Max, followed by a smoke bomb.


Tiberius adjusted his mask again "well i was right , you are not without skill boy, try to survive though...." Tiberius then used soru and aimed to slice the shoulder of James.

"I will make sure that you will die this time." Martha says to Death with a seemingly kind smile.

Zanbian reaches his crew "Captain, we are followed by 2 men !"

Death was not at all surprised to see Martha follow her there, she knew the woman like to jump up unexpectedly. Death however did not say much. She kept quiet.

Maxulus' eyes can show his anger , under his salt armor which covered all of his body except from his eyes and his mouth. He sighs and as soon as the bullets approach him he moves his sword and water from the atmosphere around , gathers and creates a huge whirlpool that sucked everything in it: Marines , the bullets and even Mary. The only one who was unaffected was Maxulus because he was the one who created it , with his sword. However , the worst was that the whirlpool was unaffected by sea-stone equipment as it came from the water of the atmosphere...

Mary was glad she had armed herself, she had on her sea stone shoes and her bracelet. She had ordered these things to be made a while back. Mary knew the whirlpool was going to bring her in, so she already planned it ahead "you really should observe more carefully....." She tugged on her knife she had in her hand, this tugged at a wire which was connected o something which was sucked into the whirpool and was now at Maxs end, she pressed the button and it exploded causing a miny explosion wich engulfs max and with sharpnel flying out to cut Max everywhere. Mary then knew it would take more than that. She ran accross ,still beyond the whirlpools reach and pulled on another wire which was connected to her bomb which was on Maxs side, she pulled it again causing similiarly more damage.

Maxulus laughs and his eyes look like they are glowing. He could not believe that Mary was an easier target than Martello. As Mary made her movements , he swallowed some bullets again. Then , he fused with his Multibrella and the clones that had just appeared to take his Umbrellaman: Gun Mode form. He watches at the woman. After that , he moves the hand ,that was not holding the Umbrellasword , forward and he yells:

"You are very stupid. Did you believe that I could not see your dirty tricks with your sea-stone? When I use this attack , I take some damage anyway..." He laughs and a huge bullet comes out of his body. He launches it in the area and a huge explosion happens that would originally damage Maxulus , for a great amount of damage , destroying the sharpnels as the bullet did not come from the Devil Fruit originally to be stopped. More than that , when the explosion was happening , Maxulus released some of his salt he had on his armor , cutting the Marines. He remembers the time Martello used Tekkai and he thanked him for showing him.He had used it to decrease the damage he would take by the attack , with the armor , helping him a lot more. He takes a deep breath and he regains his power. All he sees is a destroyed land around and various Marines who had fallen from the attack. Some of them were dead and some of them were alive. He whispers:

"Umbrellaman Gun Mode...Explosion."

James brought both of his swords down to block Tiberius's attack. He leaped back and swept Kazeshini across the ground using the wind to blow dust into the air as a smokescreen. James moved even further back.

"Kazeshini," he said. "Let's fight together." Wind gathered onto the blade of Kazeshini. It held there like a solid object. The wind continued gathering all the way up James's arm almost like armor.

(OK, time for Martha's first actual battle instead of assassin moves lol)

Martha pulls her special Umbrella-type weapon and opens is like a regular umbrella, then she jumps back smiling and vanishes from sight.
"Oi, marine, are you still there ?" Wally notices Nishki's worsening condition as they make their way.

Nishki wasnt paying attention, simply because he was worried about Mary, Luis , jessop and Martello, they were all precious to him, he would go mad if he lost them, but he had his duties, he had to believe in Mary and the others. he then turned to Wally standing tall, shaking off his fears, completely fine "Yeah, im fine, lets get moving...."

Mary was grinning and she was still fine and standing she had completely come out uninjured, and the marines around there siad "Is she invincible?!!!!!" MAry grinned she survived thanks to the ground tunnels she had created earlier on, she was observing the fight with MArtello against this freak. "Your power is flawed, salt and waters biggest weakness........, Luis hit it now!!!!" Luis shouted 'YOU GOT IT!!! ONE SHOT KILL UNAVOIDABLE SHOCK GRID!!!!!" Luis fired a bullet which hit the electrical generator nearby, Mary had lost the function of her left arm for a while for this, the bullet in the particular lever in the generator caused a chain reaction of electrical current surging through the network of electricity comepletely surounding Max, creating an unbreakable dome of electricity. Mary then held up her hand, "Im warning, you, no matter what move you make next, you cannot win...... im giving you a chance here., even though every fibre in my body is telling me to kill you for hurting my little brother....., either way you lose....."

Wally glares at Nishki for a short while "Ok then." he says and smacks a pirate away with a punch "How long till we reach ?"

Nishki just walks and uses Jyogan to any pirate charging at him. "We are about a minute away from the town, we can see it now..."

(Cause he thinks that Nishki is worn out and tired lol)

"Alright .. out of my way idiots !" Wally uses an attack similar to "Liberation burst" ,only smaller in radius but faster in activation.

Meanwhile Death walked in a straight line, her fingers were moving, but she said nothing and simply stood still, preparation was nearly complete.

Tiberius laughed "Wind eh? how exciting!!!" Tiberius charges foward and uses his saint hand and punches James down "Devil fruit ability? I can beat all that already...."

A grenade is seen falling and reaches Death's face, and as it does, it ignites (supposedly she will evade, right ? lol) forming a rather large explosion.

"The path is clear ! Oi, marine, jump ! I have an idea to sent you into this faster, dont ask me, just jump in frond of my hand !" Wally says.

Nishki then jumped in front, "Lets go!!!"

Death appeared before Martha, not a single injury, nothing at all, she was just standing and yawning. "What, are you curious?"
