History: Stephan grew up in a city that was filled with scholars and inventors, but he wasn't into studying for the past, but he was good at it. He liked revealing people's secrets, and helping people with crimes. He was going to study for bein a lawyer, and stayed in college for four years, but before graduation he met Allister, and decided to leave on an adventure with him. They stowed away on a ship, but Allister paid his ride on the boat.

Personality: Stephan is a curious bloke who finds investigation to be the best hobby, or job he could ever have. He loves exposing the truth, espicially when it has dark secrets. Typically he is a calm fellow, who doesn't get angry but he has one small, but obvious weakness to his composure. He gets really angry when you mispronounce his name (Stehf-on) and will snap, unless he is in a place where he is supposed to be quiet, and then it's a quieter crazy snap of anger.

You put film back into it.. Kinda simple really being reused, and dials don't all lose power in one use, and if they do, I am gonna have him not use it except for special events.

yeah but your saying the dials are used with the picture, how do I know what that intails, it could insure than anything in the picture is filled with the thing, can you combine dials? are they rechargeable? do you need to switch them? do you winde between usese?!?! this is the stuff you should have been explaining in the weapon thread!

I made a mistake on the thing about the pictures being used with the dials, and no combining dials, if you use it more then once in a battle it needs to recharge for five posts (of mine) and the swich is simply turning of one dial.

Oops! Sorry, i explained the wrong thing... they are connected by a powerful sticky material that made it get stuck to the camera.
