Stephan Little Empty
PostSubject: Stephan Little   Stephan Little Icon_minitimeSun Nov 27, 2011 2:28 am

Name: Stephan Little (A favorite alias, has blocked out most of his childhood memory, including his name)

Age: 26

Bounty: 30,000,000 For High Treason Against the World Government and Murder

Species: Human

Occupation: Assassin for hire

Allegiance: Pirate, Highest Bidder or a Strong Leader

Home Village/Ocean: South Blue

Appearance: Stephan, for how unique he is, looks very…well…average. He is approximately 5’11, just above average height and weighs 165 pounds, just about average weight. This is good, because as an assassin, he needs to blend in with his surroundings. He is a little tanner then most people, but not by much and he has a semi muscular to skinny build. He has short, light brown hair in a sort of crew cut style. He has hazel brown eyes that look very dull and are slightly slanted. To say that Stephan has a distinct clothing style would be a lie, as he must use many different outfits to blend in for his work. One day he could be wearing the average tee shirt, jeans and sneakers, and another day he could be wearing a suit, a tie and dress shoes. He has a large scar on his stomach that is not seeable unless his shirt was completely off, and it is his only obstacle from being completely normal.

History:
Childhood to 24: What he doesn’t remember
Stephan was born named Patrick Richards on March 23rd in a medium sized island in the south blue. His parents, Mark and Kathy, raised him decently strictly. He had to go to school every day from 8am to 3pm, and had fairly good grades. He had a decent amount of friends and wasn’t particularly popular either. He spent his spare time reading, which is one of the few things he still remembers that he liked doing. He read adventure books mainly, however, and especially ones about spies. They fascinated him, the way they could take a gun, shoot a man and run, no questions asked. He wanted to be like that when he grew up; quiet and amazing. His parents told him things like “You do that, son”, not really thinking he ever would. As he became a teenager, his interests changed, but his wanting to be a spy did not. Then one day, when he was 15, while walking home from school, he decided to walk the north beach home. No one had been in the North Beach for a long time, but no one ever remembered why. Stephan found this interesting and decided to explore a little. What the young boy found astounded him. It was a pirate ship from long ago washed up on shore. Stephan ran towards the ship, hoping to find weapons and such. All the swords he found were rusted, though, which saddened him a little. He then remembered that pirates, in the books he read, usually had treasure! He ran down to the lower deck of the ship, only to find one, small treasure chest that didn’t look like it had aged a bit. When he opened it, he found an almost transparent fruit with the same properties; not aged. He decided to keep it in his room as a sort of souvenir, but decided to taste it first. When he did, he found the fruit sour and discussing. Not thinking much of it, he did what he said he would and kept the fruit as a possession. But things than began to change. Besides the fruit completely disintegrating, he found that he could no longer stay afloat in water, even if it was only up to his waste. This annoyed him greatly, but it was not the strangest thing about the fruit. The fruit allowed him to manipulate air. He couldn’t do this at a very high level, but he could shoot gusts and such decently easily. On his 16th birthday a year later, his parents considered him an adult and sent him off into the world, hoping he would become successful. With his new wind power, however, he saw becoming an assassin being a very possible career choice. He thought the best place to go for this might be the World Government. He attempted to sign up for CP1, the lowest spy like organization in the World Government, but people saw his potential and the fact that he had absolutely nothing to lose and took advantage of it. He was put into an experimental Assassin Program in the World Government called Domino. Domino used experimental methods of training that left only half the applicants to the program alive. Stephan, not knowing what he was getting himself put into, agreed and the torture began. He was taught martial arts, weapon use and how to control his fruit. It was a quick process, using real life simulation. After about four years he had mastered all these things and was then taught The Arts of the Assassin; these where four special principles, all given special training. A year and a half passed, and he had learned three out of four arts, not the fourth remanded: The Art of Detachment. For the next six months, Stephan’s life was a series of mind games and torture, aimed at causing shock or amnesia. After 6 months, it worked, and he forgot everything he knew.

24-26: What he does remember
After he ‘forgot’, he was given exercises to help him remember all of his skills, and how to be an assassin. After about two weeks, he had remembered everything in that category and was given his target, directions, a map to his targets ship and an alias ‘Stephan Little’. His first assignment was to assassinate a corrupt businessman. He did so without any remorse or hesitation, which surprised himself. He didn't know he could be so cold. After a few more hits, he lost his interest as an assassin for the government, as he felt immoral killing innocent people that they wanted dead for no reason. Although, as an assassin, he couldn't exactly just resign, so he decided to fall off the grid. Awhile later, two men went looking for him to turn him over to the world government. After being cornered by the men and having no where to go, he killed them from instinct. This and his treason agaist the government got him his bounty. He is now a spy and assassin for hire, and is, on his spare time, looking for clues on his past. He recently ran into a boy named Cameron and has been training him.

Personality: Killing never really bothered Stephan, not even one bit. Stephan is an amazing actor, able to portray any part needed to in order to get the job done. Even if this is true, his real personality is quite blank. He rarely, if ever, shows any emotion on the outside as it is a sign of weakness and keeps him from doing his job correctly. He definitely would show emotion if he was physically able to, but he was trained not to specifically (and the memory wipe didn't help either). Because of this, he tends to be very blunt and not comforting, like if he was in a dire situation with someone, he'd straight up tell them they were most likely gonna die. This is good for his assassin abilities, as his blank canvas personality can be transformed into anything Stephan wants, perfect for spying. Meaning to or not, Stephan has always been, even though a loner, a great leader who can lead people in the right direction, like he did with Cameron. Stephan, even though mostly blank, is somewhat narcissistic because he has only taken care of himself for as long as he can remember. Stephan likes to read, and that about it. He doesn't really dislike anything, however.

Ship: None, uses whatever ship he needs to get the job done

Ship Flag: describe

Devil Fruit: Kaze Kaze No Mi
Type: Logia
Effect: Allows the user to control wind

Special Abilities:

Martial Arts: Stephan has advanced skill or mastery in almost any basic martial art known. He can use Kung Fu, Tai Kwon Do, Karate, Muay Tai, Kickboxing and other basics.

Weapons Training: Stephan has advanced skill or mastery many different weapons. These weapons include the sword (Uses Katana and Sabers better than others), most kinds of guns, in both operation and aim, knifes and other projectiles, and exotic weapons like scythes, spears, axes, ect.

Spy Like Intelligence: Stephan has many intelligences that are good for a spy to have. One example of this is he is very good at analyzing his surroundings, and can use them to his advantage. He is also good at knowing how to blend in with a crowd or not stand out. He also has good map reading and navigational skills, meaning if he gets a map of a building, he can figure out how to easily get in, kill whoever he needs and get out without any problem. He also has much trivial knowledge so he can become part of any society he needs to flawlessly.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Devils Fruit Techniques

Wind Enhancement: The user of this technique uses the Kaze Kaze No Mi to increase power in any fighting techniques with the fists or with weapons with air. This also can be used to increase strength very sharply, increase speeds to go up to almost soru level, and can make stunts like flips, jumps, and parkour like thing much simpler.

Burst: The user uses the Kaze Kaze No Mi to shoot a “burst” of wind at a certain person, if hit it can shoot the person back and the impact of the wind may break ribs (Depending on the person hit’s skill level)

Assassin Wind: The user uses the Kaze Kaze No Mi to make a small, compressed, air bullet that can be used by quickly taking two fingers and swinging them. The effect of this attack is a very deep bullet like wound.

Twister: The user uses the Kaze Kaze No Mi to create a tornado

Silent Blades: By moving the arms or legs swiftly, the Kaze Kaze No Mi will create wind slashes that make deep cuts on an enemy.

Wind Surfing: The user, using this technique, may float up in the air and, by doing an ice skating motion, may move throughout the air swiftly.

Assassin Arts

The Art of Camouflage: This is part of the art of an assassin that teaches them to be very open to their surrounding areas and adapt to them accordingly. This, through much training, makes an assassin calm in even the most high pressure situations so he will not reveal his location.

The Art of Patience: This is part of the art of an assassin that teaches them to be patient in any situation possible. Through training, this means an assassin could wait for hours on end without taking a step or even making the slightest movement.

The Art of Tolerance: If an assassin is discovered, to defend themselves they must have high endurance, fighting high pain levels to keep them from ever giving up. Also, if an assassin is caught, even in extreme torture, they must not reveal who they were working for. Through much training, an assassin is trained to have an extreme tolerance for pain.

The Art of Detachment: An assassin must not have any personal bias against anything. They must be able to complete any task with no remorse what so ever. Through many mental exercises and extreme shock, the assassin slowly loses all memory of his past so he is completely neutral and unbias.

Weapons and Items: None

Goals: Find out about his past
