Kurenai Whip Style

Technique list name:  Kurenai Whip Style

Overview: The attacks encompassed by this style are orientated around use of a metal-reinforced whip and on occasion the effects of the Suke Suke no Mi.

User: Reiko “Red” Fujiwara

History: In its embryonic stages, Red taught herself the mechanisms and nuances of whip-handling while she was venting her temper using a bull-whip on her neighbour’s ranch. She refined these actions to become adept at striking a particular target at a particular force. Later, Red created her Kurenai Whip and further refined her whipping attacks for the dual purposes of self-defence and pillaging/thievery.

Note: Combines use of the whip with the effects of the iSuke Suke no Mi

Techniques:

-Level zero-
Name: Vermillion Slice
Type: Whip Style
Description: Red spirals her whip out of its coil and brings it down in a single lash down on to the skull of her opponent.
Effect: Depending on Red’s proximity to her opponent, the whip will either cause severe lacerations to the scalp, trauma to the meninges or hairline fractures along the skull.
Level learned: 0
Stat Requirements: 5% Strength, 10% Skill

-Level one-
Name: Crimson Constriction
Type: Whip style
Description: Red cracks the whip outward and wraps it around the torso of her opponent, allowing her to simply bind them or to drag them closer to her.
Effect: The opponent’s upper body will be completely bound and immobile.
Level learned: 1
Stat Requirements: 10% Strength, 10% Tactical Knowledge, 15% Speed

Name:  Scarlet Stealth
Type: Whip Style/Devil Fruit Based Attack
Description: Red uses the Suke Suke no Mi’s effect and becomes invisible, attacking her opponent with a sharp crack of her whip to their lower back.
Effect: The opponent will receive a severe slash into the lumbar region of the spine and in extreme cases, it may cause spinal problems such as slipped discs or fractured vertebrae.
Level learned: 1
Stat Requirements:  10% Devil Fruit Control, 15% Practical Knowledge

-Level Two-  
Name:  Rouge Crush
Type: Whip Constriction Style/Devil Fruit-Based Attack
Description: Red becomes invisible, sneaks up behind a potential adversary and pulls the cable of the whip taut before placing it around their neck in the style of a garrotte to crush their windpipe in a single pull or to strangle them slowly and silently.
Effect:  The opponent’s facial blood vessels will slowly rupture and depending upon the pressure applied, their neck bones will fracture or their trachea will cave inward.

Stat Requirements: 15% strength, 20% tactical knowledge, 30% Devil Fruit Control

First of all, I apologize this hasn't been taken care of by now.

As for the list itself, you'll need a list for both your fruit and the whip. We can't allow anyone to combine the two despite how passive the fruit is.
