Appearance: Red’s signature weapon is a long whip, approximately seven meters in length, made from leather-woven cable, reinforced with smelted silver so that it is pliable but extremely strong. The cable of the whip appears silver at a distance but upon closer inspection is black with silver scaling details. The handle is steel, coated with engraved silver. Each corner of the hilt is sculpted to resemble a rose and one side of the handle has the Japanese kanji for the word “Kurenai” (“crimson”). The hilt is also ornamented by a red gemstone.
Use: This whip has been created to lash at attackers over a seven meter radius. With enough force, the whip can break bones or cause severe lacerations, (depending on the skill of the user). The whip’s cable can also be used to choke attackers or to restrain people at the wrists.

History: During her time as a navigator for the Sea Sirens, Red saved up her money and booked out time in a local forge as well as a hefty smelting block of silver. After purchasing an ordinary lunging whip for 220 Beli, Red reinforced the cable with silver, steel-cased the handle and used the remaining silver to add some decoration to the handle. She created it as a weapon for self-protection and usually wears it coils at her belt.
