Appearance: Vincent stands about 6'4 and weighs about 190 pounds with tanned skin and a long mane of dark rough hair, he wears a black silk dress shirt with a black vest over top of it with a tie. He wears black dress pants with black dress shoes, he will sometimes wear a black jacket. He has piercing gray eyes and a trimmed beard, he also has a ring on his left middle finger with a skull on it.
History: Vincent was born in the north blue sea to a family of respected marines, his father and mother were very strict and taught him much of the world as they travelled from place to place because of there work, he grew up with that military mind set and his parents made sure he followed the family tradition punishing him for any signs of rebellion or anything that would bring shame to them. They wouldn't allow there only son to become a pirate or a burden to the world and forced there will on him making sure he would hate pirates by telling him many stories about the bloodthirsty pirate leaders in gruesome detail. This affected him greatly being a small child and having to hear the horrors every night before bed but when he grew older his parents began prepping him for the academy teaching him various skills and many of the tactics of the marines to give him a better chance of being accepted but what they didn't expect was his incredible aptitude for learning and combat training picking it up very quickly and later being the youngest person allowed into the academy. Vincent would continue his life in the usual military fashion following strict principles and codes until he was 17 when his parents were killed during a battle with a yonko pirate crew, this shattered his world as the perfect soldier began drinking/smoking and after a while Vincent was unsatisfied with the fact that pirates were being spared for information or allowed to live out there lives in prisons. Vince wanted more and felt the gov't had become weak and lax in its justice so he began to use lethal force on any pirate he came across which began to give him a reputation within the pirate world and within the marines as a executioner.
Vince would continue his form of justice for a few more years walking the line in the views of the government in regards to his use of excessive force, at the age of 22 he was credited with the public execution of an entire pirate crew in the city streets using his ability to overwhelm the crews captain with ease. The young man would receive an invitation to join CP9 learning about others that felt the way he did about taking out the pirates but when he arrived he learned that he had been doing things wrong and that the destruction of weak crews meant nothing instead he should target stronger individuals. Vince learned much in his time with CP9 from deadlier techniques to more advanced strategies along with a vast knowledge of pirates and the underworld, Vince would later be accepted into CP9 were he would quickly excel thru the ranks as he assassinated a well known pirate captain and sinking the pirate's ship with the drunken crew still sleeping onboard. On his 29 birthday he was given a devil's fruit as a reward for his years of service which would give him the power of gravity and made him even more powerful when it came to targets with devil's fruit power, Vince became the strongest member of CP9 after years of hard work and amassing a staggering body count but even with all of his exploits his true skill has yet to be revealed and his name only known to those that are extremely well connected.
Personality: Vince has no compassion or mercy for his enemies. He lives by the code " Evil unto Evil" though he never shows much regard for human life, at some points even letting on that he likes to kill. He is rather morbid and arrogant. Nevertheless, none of these character flaws prevent him from being an incredible fighter. He believes in peace and order. Anyone he considers to be corrupt or despotic, he targets for elimination. He expects those involved in the military to carry out their duties without letting their personal feelings interfere. Vincent is normally serious but he does have a slight sense of humor which many find morbid and slightly sadistic which becomes more apparent when he is very drunk despite having a high tolerance it still happens. He leads by example never asking anything of anyone that he wouldn't do himself which he actually prefers with his loner personality, with his years of experience he is very skilled at reading other peoples emotions and able to quickly deduce the abilities of opponents. Vincent has a great deal of loyalty for his comrades as long as they don't get in the way of the mission, and respects those with great character and power, he is very confident in his abilities but still remains grounded. He will often try to play mind games with opponents forcing them off there game, Vince is leveled headed even in dire situations.

Yami Yami:
Yami Ana Michi [Burakku Hōru], literally translated as "Dark Hole Path"): Vincent spreads his darkness over a large area and, much like an actual black hole, swallows up anything he chooses. When swallowed, the person or object is subjected to a large amount of gravity and crushed, this ability is powerful enough to engulf a small island.
Liberation (解放（リベレイション） Kaihō [Ribereishon]?): Used following Black Hole. Vince expels all of the destroyed remains of what his darkness had swallowed up at once. This is especially good at demonstrating his power. This technique can be used to launch the engulfed material at speeds of 80mph no matter the size of the object.
Kurouzu (闇水（くろうず） Yami Mizu [Kurōzu], kanji read as "Dark Water"; phonetically read as "Black Spiral"): Extending one arm towards his opponent, Vince activates the gravity power of his darkness to pull them into his grasp. Vince can then attack them with his massive strength. This move is particularly useful when used in conjunction with the fruit's power-nullifying abilities.
Rokushiki:
The Geppo (月歩 Geppō?, literally meaning "Moon Step") allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks.
The Shigan (指銃 Shigan?, literally meaning "Finger Gun") is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound.
Shigan "Oren" (指銃「黄蓮」 Shigan "Ōren"?, literally meaning "Finger Gun: 'Yellow Lotus'"): This attack is simply a rapid-fire version of the normal Shigan technique that hits the enemy multiple times.
Tobu Shigan "Bachi" (飛ぶ指銃「撥」 Tobu Shigan "Bachi"?, literally meaning "Flying Finger Gun: 'Plectrum'"): Used by Lucci. A projectile version of Shigan that fires sharp compressed air bullets from the fingers, similar to "Rankyaku", this technique can be launched with a flicking of the finger or also by the same jabbing motion.
The Soru (剃 Soru?, literally meaning "Shave") allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power.
Kamisori (剃刀 Kamisori?, literally meaning "Razor"): A combination of Geppo and Soru, where Vincent uses Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movements in three dimensions, other CP9 agents have also shown to use this technique or a similar one allowing them to move through the air at great speed.
The Tekkai (鉄塊 Tekkai?, literally meaning "Iron Mass" or "Iron Body") hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.
Tekkai Kenpo (鉄塊拳法 Tekkai Kenpō?, literally meaning "Iron Mass Style"): Using Tekkai Kenpo, Vince is able to move while using Tekkai. Tekkai Kenpo is also an entire fighting style, with various techniques of its own.
Tekkai "Utsugi" (鉄塊「空木」 Tekkai "Utsugi"?, literally meaning "Iron Mass: 'Deutzia'"): This form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter instead, where the purpose is not to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body.

Character Flaws: Vince has a bad habit of ignoring people when they speak to him about things that don't interest him, often walking away. He views the world in black or white allowing no middle ground or gray area even outright bashing the idea of allowing pirates to work for the gov't(shichibukai). He has a weakness for women and a father like attitude towards children providing advise or even scolding them when he sees them doing wrong despite the fact that there not his.
