here were zombies in Thriller bark, no evidance of anything else, the blood drinking guy was a vampire BAT fuzed with a human, and there is a vampire bat fruit approved...

a natural vampire? well not really but a vampire in one piece terms is posible, brooke is a skeliton because of a DF, a cyborg could run on blood ect
