can you start off as a marine or can you join them if you can start what rank do you start with is it possible to be promoted
if you can join them is it possible to be promoted is there a test to join the marines ? do you get a higher rank automaticly if youre a devil fruit user ?

ill answer this question, you can start off as a marine, you can be any rank you like, but only up to vice admiral, you can immediately start off as one, a marine that is
