Serious: Blizzard Pirates Chapter 5: Gloomy Shadows (CLOSED)

Romeo grinned and in an instant, slid underneath Roko, ran up the captains back and jumped off Roko's head onto a nearby ship. In a few Brisk seconds, Cutlasses and Swords were being thrown from the decks of ships and shots fired from preloaded guns that were laying around. It also seemed like Romeo was missing on purpose as the shots as the bullets grazed those near Roko and caused no damage.

Forming a bowl shape with his hands before giving the water around him a strong tug. Sending a spiraling large spear of water colliding into the fist. The spiraling motion would add more force and piercing power for the attack that would surely pierce through the magma fist.

"If you won't hold back, why should I?" From behind Rubens attack two of his tentacels dawn a water veil. This would be impossible for Zarath to notice while he used magma fist and Rubens attack was colliding with it.

As Ted threw fishes to the now healed seagulls, courtesy of the new doctor to the Blizzard Pirates, King Darrel Zastur thanked and praised them for their 'service to the Zastur kingdom', and announcing they shall be allowed to join his kingdom as soon as it was ready. The seagulls merely gobbled up the fish they were given and flew away, much to the kings frustration. Forget them sire, I belive they are quite inept at understanding of your greatness., Peck comforted to which King Zastur gave a harsh snort and whacked Ted with his sceptre and scolded; "You can stop throwing fish now!" to which in his startlement he dropped the few remaining fish on the deck. King Zastur than stroded off in ahuff from the ship and called out; "Right, were going for a walk!", to which Ted the hiking bear growled happily and quickly began striding happily alongside his master, with Peck the southbird flapping after them, both he and King Zastur wondering if they were going to regret such a thing with having Ted's Hiking Bear instincts cutting in.

"Hold back?" Zarath wondering, not knowing his foe had increased their power... Zarath began to start boling up over his body. Hot molten lava surrounded his body covering up most of his lower section including his legs. Meigo... His claw thrusting move, with his other hand, Zarath used it to sling it at his foe.

It would be hot enough to create a fog cloud where they had stood if it hit the water, knowing that water cooled down fire he didn't give up. Aiming his slinged hand at his foe's forehead or his cheek if the fishman tried to avoid the attack somehow. Zarath knew that his attack might have hit. It was likely it would, it was very unexpected. But, his foe would've noticed the steam boiling from Zarath's lower body.

"Try to Hold back THIS!"

Sounds of of ruffling came from the kitchen area. Not even the sounds of battle stopped them. Angelica, the maker of the said sounds was raiding the sup piles of the Blizzard Pirates. She was massive, she had eaten every single crumb of food and drink the ships supplies offered. Then almost instantly the girl regained her normal shape, leaving no proof she had eaten everything. For a second or two her body shook with all the energy she had just taken in. Looking around the girl seemed now to be on a search. "Damn that can't be all they had. What a lowly bunch..." mumbled the girl searching for more to eat.

Roko's tekkai kenpo blocked most of the upcoming attacks, although after many continous attacks he lost a bit of his pace and had to use a strong tekkai that prevented him from getting harmed. Roko hadn't expected this and only his tekkai kenpo had saved him, it was very useful to have trained for so long.

He quickly approached a bit the ship where Romeo was at the moment and attacked with one fo his strongest techniques.

"Mighty Slash." -he focused all his pwoer on his right arm and slashed with his broadsword, sending a strong shockwave slash that cracked the ground below it as it flew towards Romeo.

Two of the marines used "Soru" to move out of the way of the Hana's "Rankyaku" However the unfortunate marine in the middle was sliced in half dropping his rifle to the ground as his blood and internal organ's exploded over his comrades.

Victoria used "Dusty Spear! "By spinning his spear around quickly, a cloud of dust is formed useing this cloud of dust for cover she sped towards the Two marines wielding the Saber's as she jumped into the air giving the closet one a powerful kick to the should sending him flying back and Parrying the other saber with her Bladed Spear.

Meanwhile The Marine with the rifle used Victoria's Distraction to his advantage useing soru to speed backwards hidden in the tree's aimed caruflly at Hana then fired off 5 shot's towards the center of her chest.

Romeo seemed to have just run into the slash, but the oddest thing happened as he seemed to have froze in Mid-air before getting hit by the slash. His body was bent into a C-shape before rolling forward and continuing to run around.

Then in a sudden turn, Romeo took a step and broke part of a marine ship. Romeo grinned and sped towards Roko and vaulted off the board flying through the air as he sped towards Roko feet first. "Poison Mushroom Vault!" He exclaimed in mad laughter as his feet came in contact with Roko's face. Before leaping off and onto Roko's blade, Balancing on the edge with ease. Romeo pulled out a dagger and flipped it in the air before catching the small blade and looking towards Roko "Do you know how treacherous these waters are? This ain't the West Blue..."

Jumping off again and onto the sand, twirling around a bit. "I wish to return to the simple life of Robbing in the West Blue, but there is much to gain and lose here."

Suddenly grabbing Roko by the collar and pulling him downwards, Romeo muttered in a dark tone "I lost my crew because of a cursed sword... And there are many other curses in this sea and it is up TO YOU! To make the decisions that can save or kill your crew... By the way..."

Romeo's face lit into a grin that would make any sadist proud as he poked Roko's wound from earlier with a knife "Checkmate..."

The man burst into laughter and backflipped away, his eyes wide and pupils small, as he grabbed his rapier and tipped his hat to Roko "Your move~"

Roko saw Romeo dodge his mighty slash in the weirdest of ways, ye was really agile. Tyren flew from his shoulder up into the air when Romeo wasnt watching. Abd when Romeo approached and spoke his final words to Oko, to which he was surprised, before Romeo could do anything Tyren was behind him in his manticore form and slashed with his tail, releasing a who bunh of spikes and an airslash towards Romeo's back and spinal cord.

Tyren was trained for that, he was trained by Roko to save and help him, it wasnt a thing of destiny that he acted in that way without receiving an order. From the speed of the attack and the matter that Romeo disnt even mnow that Tyren was behind him, he most probably wouldnt br able to dodge it. The slash would open his back and hurt him incredibly, while the spikes would paralize him and kill him if not treated.

"Hey, what are you doing in my kitchen?!" Wasabi said finding Angelica in her kitchen. Wasabi had came inside the kitchen to take inventory, so she would know what to restock in the kitchen when she went into town. There were in the grand line now. These seas were dangerous and unpredictable. Wasabi needed to make sure that were well stocked at all times. Then she heard some noises in kitchen that she had to check out. "I hope you didn't eat any of our supplies. I need enough food to feed everyone you know, and I'm a little tight on money."

Romeo staggered forward as the spikes entered his back, His eyes white and his face stunned. Romeo lowered his head and coughed up some blood before giving a death-like chuckle "Heh... That... Won't stop... Me..." He muttered, gripping his rapier tightly before swinging the blade right at Roko "WHITE ROSE BLAST!"

A shockwave like force sliced through the air horizontally towards Roko, Gaining in length the farther it travels towards Roko and kicking up the sand on the beach. Romeo grinned before falling on his face in the sand

As Romeo had taken some distance from him and been stabbed by the spikes and sliced by the airslash roko deep breathed many times because of the sudden release of tension. As he saw the attack coming even if he had been so badly hurt. Even if he dodged his next attack, he would be paralyzed and finished. He concentrated strenght in his right arm once again, he sent a shockwave slash.

"Mighty Slash!"-he repeated twice, the first one blocked completely the White Rose Blast and the second one flew towards Romeo with great strenght, cracking the ground below it because of the force.

Romeo was a goner laying in the sand as the Mighty Slash sent him flying through the air, cutting a line through part of his body which opened up and let loose a splatter of blood into the air. Romeo soar through the sky, crashing into one of the marine ships. The bloody heap of a man laid crumpled with the etch of a grin on his face, his shirt ripped open and showed a man who was Malnourished and was suffering other wounds that were still healing.

Roko watched the effect of one of his strongest attacks, it really was the firs time that he used it in a battle, and it had been really useful. He had to improve his technique, skill and atrenght to do something like that. But the effect of his attack... It was more than he had expected. Blood flew through the airs and Romeo had sogns of other unhealed wounds.

Roko was surprised and felt guilty, he ran towards Romeo and picked him up in his arms, staining himself with blood. -"Dont worry brother, I will take you to my doctress."

Roko could easily carry Romeo and he jumped on to the ship, he looked for Angelica and when he found her he told her.

"Please Angelica heal him..."

He then turned to Wasabi, even if Angelica had eaten all the food they needed more.

"Wasabi could you take some money from the vault and go buy some food and other supplies?"

Nicholas looked at the sorry state the man known as romeo was in and got up, he walked up to Roko from behind and stopped Wasabi "Its quite alright, i require more notes on this island, i shall go and purchase some supplies and return...." Nicholas didnt wait for Roko to say anything, he just headed for the vault.

While Ruben was using Ogi Surface Swim his speed was top notch. It was time to be done with this fighting but before he could make that announcement he needed to put more distance between him Zarath. Using a combinationation of his surface swim and the water shots he was about send off. Ruben escaped the attack and put enough distance the two of them to talk comfortably.

"Thats enough for now. Dont you think?" With out waiting for a reply Roko! I have something I want to work out... If you need me have some stick their hand in the water."

Deep enough in the water that he would not break the surface with what he was working on. He begins to work.

Droping to the surface, Zarath smilied as he rested summoning a magma lifter to lay on. Zarath fell alseep knowing that the battle was done, "That's enough..I need some sleep, I've been traveling getting no rest for 2 whole days...".

Zarath sighed falling asleep as the magma lifter rested onto the ships floor.

As Victoria Sped in the dust she Sliced up the two Marines weilding the saber's with fast slashed with her spear along with "Hair Whip!"Hardens her hair as she whips it around at high speeds to cut up the marines.
In the dusty cloud they couldn't see it coming.

Victoria Saw the Rifleman shoot at Hana and did her best to speed towards the bullet but fell short to blocking it.

The bullet continued on towards Hana dangerously close to shooting her forehead.

"Sigh, you people are so goddamn barbaric, it's outstanding." Angelica said slurping down a rats tail. Walking over the to injured, Angelica took out a syringe and drove it into the area next to Romeo's spin. This would allow for any injuries to the spin to heal faster, and after taking a hit like that, there was a pretty good chance. She also injected some of the speedy healing cells into the the areas that were the most damaged.

Roko was relived knowing that Angelic could heal Romeo just as easily as she had cured Victoria and King Zastur with Ted. It was only Roko's fault that Romeo was left like this after the battle, he remembered that when Romeo was hit by the slash he was smiling, and when he fell he was still grinning. What could this mean?

Maybe he was happy that he would be a Blizzard Pirate, or maybe he saw something of himself in Roko, he would never know. Roko smiled at Romeo as he was recovering. Then he heard Nicholas say he could go buy the supplies.

"Sure Nicholas, that's alright."-Roko told him. He approached Nicholas and whispered in his ear.-"I dont think that there is a poneglyph here..."

Then Roko jumped off the ship and started to check inside the destroyed marine ships, there were treasures and stuff. He jumped on the ship again and brought a humongous chest and started putting things inside.

The Marine with the rifle was slashed to bits by the Air cutter's. Before Victoria could react to Air cutter's sliced off her left slashed her right arm leaving a gash and slashed her stomach deeply. As blood gushed out of her stomach Victoria ripped off a Marines Shirt Tieing the cloth around her bleeding arm arm and wounded stomach. With the Marine Defeated Victoria looked at Hana with hurt eyes.

Speaking softly she said... "Damnit...I'm gonna need to see our doctor again. Biut I should be able to manage for now Hey Hana not to cut our little tea party short but can we head back to our ship i need some proper treatment and some food ..Hehehe owww!"

He have been observing the fight between Romeo and Roko the whole time. They're not bluffing, actually they're quite strong. How cool! he murmured to himself. The fight end as it upset Laxus. It's a long time since he see a good fight like this one.

He see Roko jump off the ship to the marine ship and come back with a huge chest. He walk toward Roko. Let me help ya, Captain. said Laxus toward Roko. He then jump off the ship to themarine ship looking for treasure.

Nichoas nodded, "I know, but still i would like to do some stuff and research on the islands, my logs need to be filled you know and this is the perfect oppurtunity to interact with the locals" Nicholas headed for the vault and took some money. He then left the ship almost immediately walking off with his book in his hand jotting down notes. He walked to the shops of the island and heard some noises. Probably marines or something, but it was best not to draw attention to himself, plus it wasnt his business what the others had picked a fight about. He bought the supplies as the confused shopkeepers pondered as to why he wasnt reacting to the mayhem going on on the island. Nicholas asked them about the legends and the history of the island.
