Appearance: Sammy is a rather pretty girl. She is thin with a C sized bust and a fairly ample bottom. Her skin is a light white color and her eyes a beautiful shade a sapphire blue. She is around 5'5" and weighs under 100 pounds making her look kind of tiny. Sammy has long brown hair that goes down to the middle of her back. She normally wears a tight pink tank top with black spandex shorts. A pair of black shoes cover her feet. However all of this is normally hidden. Sammy usually dresses like a hobo in order to lore people into a false sense of security. She wears here hair up in a bun with a plaid hat covering it. Keeping with the plaid she wares a men's red and black shirt, with green loose fitting cargo pants. She keeps the black shoes all the time, however when she's dressed as a hobo the shoes are scuffed with dirt. When she is dressed to look poor she wears dirt and grease like any other girl would weak makeup. When in full hobo form Sammy looks like a young innocent boy.

History: Ever since Sam was a young laddie, she was trained in the art of assassination. Cipher Pol One took her from the orphanage when she was only three years old. Everyday from that point on she was trained and beaten. Eventually the girl was made into a fine killing machine. This feet took a mere ten years. In that time she learned techniques from he organization that aided in her assassination mission. She was trained in the signature martial art of Cipher Pol, Rokushiki. However since she was exceptionally talented with leg techniques she was also trained in Black Leg.

After she learned all of the basics such as: Rankyaku, Geppou, and Soru the girl refused to continue. Having such a strict black leg sensei she began to refuse to use her hands to fight. Punished severely for her insolence, the teenager began to think outside of the box. Developing leg versions of Shigan, Tekaki, and Jougan, the girl thought she would be rewarded as a genius. However again the girl was punished for her refusal to use her arms in a fight. After Sam refused for a second time, Cipher Pol One had he Black Leg sensei assassinated.

The only problem was, Sammy had snuck out to visit with her sensei. However before she could reach him, he was assassinated by the people considered family. The only people she had ever known, actually. Well other than the people she was ordered to assassinate. Sammy seen herself in the assassins that killed her sensei. It scared the hell out of her. They were so brutal and looked so evil. Ever since that night Sammy has been on the run. Ever training and ever on the run trying to escape her bloody past. Since she was never supposed to exist she was never given a bounty. That would have just made the World Government look bad. A seventeen year old girl escaping and then even avoiding them for nearly six years. It was almost laughable. In the years she had been apart from Cipher Pol 1, Sammy stopped using Rokushiki. She swore never to use the cursed art ever again and made her own variations using black leg style.

Personality: Sam is above all things, stubborn as hell. She doesn't take crap from anyone, and that tends to get her into a little bit of trouble. Whether it's a marine or a vicious pirate, Sammy will talk back. When she looks like a girl, she uses her looks to the fullest and will take food and drink in exchange for a little flirting. However when things get's tough she wont hesitate to kick some ass. Usually she takes on her homeless boy form in order to escape from the trouble she caused during her flirting and stubborn streaks. However every once in a while some nice soul will give her food when she begs in that disguise. Deep down, she is also really lonely, and almost misses the life she left. This causes Sammy to look for someone to love her and protect her from her pursuers even if it's just for a bit. However this often ends up in tragedy. The final aspect of Sammy's personality was implanted into her early on. She tends to be very sneaky and plots a lot. Without even meaning it, she'll plot the deaths of everyone around her, just in-case. This in the past has lead to some really awkward moments.

Cannonball Kick: (User kicks the foe with the ball of their heel with the power of a cannonball)

Sweeping Disc: (User spins on their hands creating two half moon shaped airblades that fuse into one large disc that gets larger and weaker as it goes on)
Fence Post Kick: (User kicks at a 90 degree angle hitting anything that's falling down from on top of them, the heavier the falling object the stronger the attack)
Mule Kick: (User kicks the foes leg attempting to give them a charlie horse)
Barbeque Kick: (User kicks the foe in the ribs with sweeping kick trying to break their bones, once the ribs are broken blood smothers them much like barbaque sauce on ribs at a restaurant)
