Appearance: When Dekal is on duty, he usually wears sneakers, dark red trousers, a blue shirt and a black vest. When he isn’t, he wears dark red trousers and shirt and a black vest and shoes. He has a slightly muscular build, a short brown hair and green eyes.

History:

Shortened version:
-His mother died when he was 2, his father was a marine commander
-When Dekal was 16, a group of pirates came to the village
-Dekal decided the pirates' treasure should be confiscated and handed to the marines
-Dekal stole most of the treasure, including a mysterious locked box
-Before leaving the pirate ship, Dekal tried to set it on fire
-He went hiding
-The pirates distinguished the fire, and burned the village as a revenge. They didn't notice the loss of their treasure
-Dekal managed to open the box, and found a fruit inside. Dekal tasted it, and found out it was a Devil's Fruit
-Dekal joined the marines a year later
-He was assigned to Grey Code

Personality: Dekal is usually quite cold and distant, but he can change his personality radically when needed. When on duty, he usually acts quite friendly and talkative. He despises all pirates as his home village was burnt down to cinders by them.

Special Abilities:
Jack of all trades: Dekal is good at pretty much everything. Swordsmanship, sharpshooting, etc. This doesn't mean he can do everything perfectly. He knows just the basics.
Martial artist: Dekal excels at martial arts.
Prodigious strenght: Dekal is stronger than most people, but doesn't still possess superhuman strenght.
Prodigious speed: Dekal is faster than most people, but doesn't still possess superhuman speed.
Pro actor: Since Dekal is mainly an infiltrator, he has to be a good actor. And he is.

Learned Techniques:
Mime Punch: Dekal punches/slams the enemy's face, being able to take his shape afterwards.
Shigan: Dekal has learned the rokushiki move shigan, allowing him to use his fingers as deadly weapons
Clone swap: Dekal throws a smoke bomb at the enemy, charging to the cloud of smoke and turning to the target himself, creating confusion. Classic trick for shapeshifters.

Weapons/Items: Dagger shoes, smoke bombs (10)

Goals: To cleanse the world of pirates (and other scum)
