| Subject: Sir. Zero, a government assassin. Wed Apr 14, 2010 2:30 pm | |
| Name: Katal Eika ”Sir. Zero, Sirrei, Zero ” Age: 26 Bounty: Not applicable Species: Human Occupation: Assassin/Captain Allegiance: Marine/World Government, Grey Code Home Village/Ocean: North Blue Appearance: Katal dresses in a black businessman-like suit, sometimes even using a tie, with a white undershirt. He has matching black leather gloves (with dials) and shoes. He is tall, almost 7 feet in height and has a muscular looking build. His hair is black with a blue shine and spikes upward, with the rest falling down straight on the sides and back of his head. History: Katal was orphaned in a murder case in a city in north blue. His parents were both killed in front of him before the marines burst in, killing the assailant. This traumatized the young Katal and set the path for the things to come for him. He was adopted by his uncle, who raised him until he joined the marines, becoming a member of a scout squad. Then he became a captain, being chosen to deal with lesser wanted men in his own way. Then he disappeared. Turned out that the world government had decided that he would be useful as an assassin and trained him in that profession, turning the marine into a killing machine. He was sent into the crew of assassins, Grey Code. He turned into captain after training and when the rest of the crew was slaughtered in an especially difficult mission. Personality: Outwardly, Zero is courteous and polite using the proper honoriffics and behaving well. However, going a little deeper, Zero is actually a moralless prick. His line of work deals with killing often innocent people and he doesn't seem to really care. However, his friends and crew are still valuable to him. Zero, while mostly calm and courteous, is very much tauntable and can be angered if aggravated enough. However, he places high value on secrecy as an assassin and hardly ever makes those kinds of slip-ups even when enraged. Zero took up the mantle of an assassin as an odd amalgamation of feeling indebted to the marines and as a way of taking out his personal frustrations on the world. While he doesn't leave a debt unpaid, his view of justice is skewed and doesn't care for the people he kills. Ship: Code Black, a brig, somewhat larger than say, Going Merry, but it's not that big. The ships hull is painted black and the ship is fast. The figurehead of the ship is a spiral shape in an outward direction. Ship Flag: The flag is just a blank black flag. Devil Fruit: Has no devil fruit. Special Abilities: Fighting Style Sir. Zero utilizes a unique style, attacking with hidden weapons and unorthodox moves, as well as using his dials to compound the element of suprise, to gain a further range of options. He frequently blocks with his dials and attacks suddenly with his absurd array of blades. He utilizes acrobatics in his style, frequently countering with kicks from handstand after a dodge. All in all, Zero is a highly unpredicatable and dangerous opponent. He is also adept at unarmed combat in addition to being able to use his daggers with much skill. Stealth Being an assassin, Sir. Zero is expert at stealth. A neccessity for... assassinating people. Superhuman Strenght While strenght is not Zero's main sthick. He is still monstrously strong. Learned Techniques: Rokushiki: Soru Zero is able to use the Rokushiki move, Soru with great expertise. Rokushiki: Geppou Zero has picked up the basics of Geppou and can make up to five consecutive jumps in the air. Rokushiki: Kami-E Zero can use the Rokushiki move, Kami-E with decent skill. Weapons/Items: - Axe Dial (in the glove of his left hand) - Impact Dial (in the glove of his right hand) - 16 blades (one hidden in each knee, one in each foot, one in each elbow, and one on each hand above the sleeves. These eight are spring-loadable. 8 hidden inside the suit in strap holsters. The daggers are thin and hidden inside the cloth of the suit (or shoe as is the case for the foot blades), they are released with taps and disappear back into their hiding places with another tap of the same sort. To release the foot blades he taps on the ground with the middle part of his foot. For the knee and elbow blades, he taps their side, with either each other or with his hands. The sleeve blades are activated by pressing the forearms. This works as the thing mechanisms he has inside the cloth have release buttons which are made to be easily accessible. - 1 pistol with ammo - a suit with gloves - Log Pose - Eternal Pose (Pointing to Mariejois) - 2 Breath Dials (may be attached to shoes for jump boosting) Goals: Zero has little goals apart from increasing his legal kill-count.
Is Kami-E allowed or does it count as auto-dodging?

| Hidden blades? That functions... how? Please explain. Unfortunately, kami-e counts as autododging... sorry. Make "Grey Code" and you are set. | |

| I have added Kami-E and weak Geppou to the list. He's supposed to be bad at picking up new rokushiki, so I made the geppou weak for now. However, I originally intended it to have kami-e and deleted only due to misconception, so I'm putting it in at full power. Requesting reapproval. | |

| Just make sure you specify the direction of which you use kami-e so that it's not an auto-dodge. | |
