serious: mirage pirates chapter one: hidden treasure(open to mirage pirates)

leasar island,a island in the grand line well known for it's extreme cold land.this rendered people from inhabiting the island.
It is here where Youri's ship lies,and a small wooden deserted house.It snowed hard and there was no way he was going to stay in the snow or his ship.
Youri walked into the house and lighted up the candles that were standing there.the last owners apparently left everything in perfect state.
He sat down on one of the chairs and waited.He send some letters a while ago to ren and someone named geto to aid him in his expedition.
getto was just someone he saw between the bounty posters that seemed interesting,if he would come was a mystery.In the letters
was the invitation to a expedition and the coordinates to the island.Who knows,maybe he even meets some other people passing
by to help him.

Ren was meditating somewhere in the cold on an island called leasar island, he heard it was cold there so he went there, to meditate to find herbs and to see how his body would react to this inmense cold, his body had no problems with the cold, mainly because of the recistance he buildup in his body and for the fur he had as a panda,

Getto Diffot had received a letter from someone called Youri D. Mountain, sounded kind of familiar but he couldnt really tell. He asked him to meet up with him in this island called Leasar Island. Getto had nothing better to do, so he decided to travel there, it might be interesting.

When Getto got to the island, he was suprised to what he saw. It was a winter island with extreme cold temperatures. The ship had to use an icebreaker to get to land, and Getto had to pay extra money to the ship's owner. He had gotten coordinates and also was told that Youri was in a small house in the middle of nowhere in particular.

Getto had been walking all day long, looking for the bloody house, and at last he found it. Getto had all his tools in his bagpack and his medical rifle in his bback too, he got it out just in case it was a trap. The house was iluminated by candle light that twinkled.

Getto got to the door of the house and knocked, waiting for someone to come and open it.

''it's opeeeen''.Youri reply'd to the knocking.in the meanwhile he was shuffling a deck of cards and looking at the door.

Getto came in when he heard the "its open", and he saw this really weird guy playing with a deck of cards sitting on a chair.

"Umm... Are you Youri D Mountain?"- Getto asked with his always serious look. -"I came here as you requested, what is the reason of your summoning?"

Getto was really curious about this.

Phra had been sailing endless it seems on the grand line. Ever since the corrupt pirates disbanded, Phra had been without a proper ship. He was sailing with a torn sail and drift wood. His raft had gotten stuck on some ice. Phra saw that he had landed on some kind of ice island. His journey would have to take on on foot. He began shaking violently as he walked through the ice sea toward the mainland. Phra found not only was there a ship something he disired for so long, but a small house he could warm up. He decided to walk inside for shelter. Any resistance will be delt with.

''yes I am Youri,and you are getto...di..diffot?right,right,please take a seat,you too unknown fella''
He grinned as he saw someone uninvited walk in,this could be interesting.
Youri grabbed his bag and took a map out of it,and put it on a small table.
''The reason why I called you getto,and the thing you're going to help me with stranger,is an expedition.''
''There is no WG nor marines on this island,yet after research I found out that maaaany years ago there was a civilization here...but where are the remaining?we are going to find that out,any questions?''
He hoped there where no questions so they could leave soon.
''oh yeah and what's your name,stranger?''

Getto sat down in the table besides Youri, but then someone else came into the house. Was it another of Youri's guests? The house seemed to be old now that he saw it from the inside, it probably had other owners before Youri, if he even was the owner. Getto looked interested in Youri's idea of an expedition, he always enjoyed that stuff since he could discover new things for his medicines.

"I see..." -Getto slowly said. -"Alright, I'm in."

he just said that with a serious tone and looked to the stranger that just came into the room.

Phra sat down shaking violently from getting walking in the cold "You couldn't have picked a tropical beach could you? My names is Phra. I'm from a sky island. Dang its cold!" Phra rubbed his hands together hoping to create friction to make heat. His journey has been one twist after another. The last crew he fought had angered Anubis. All this running around from the great pirate has caused him to become futher away from his goal. He needed protection. Phra recognized the pirate as one of the seven shichbuaki. His power could hopefully protect him from the yonkou. "I'm in, but first I want to know if there is anything specfic we are after like gold, jewels, and ulimate weapon?"

''well phra there is a big chance there is something called a phone-glyph in that ancient city,and who knows what other treasures might await us...And you better get used to the cold,we're going to depart soon,Our goal is the middle of the island,It's a rather unknown place as there was no earlier reason to actually explore most of the island.''

Youri packed his maps and such and grabbed a few torches lying around.He also found some matches,could be handy to ignite the torches.
He opened the door and saw the Icy land before him.It was very cold,but Youri rather liked the cold then the warmth.
''shall we go?''

Phra was rather skeptical of this pirate. He had absolutely no idea where he was going, or what he was looking for. Phra wondered how did he become a shichbukai, but reguardless he was the only person with a ship. He had no choice but to follow them "Dang this cold. I'm in, but there better be some treasure. What is this polygraph of which you speak? Is it some kind of map?" Phra warpped his robes tighter to prevent the cold from reaching his skin. He was preparing his body for th cold.

Getto looked from side to side... from Youri to Phra. This was getting a little bit weird and Youri's objectives of finding treasure only opened a hunger in getto's heart. TREASURE, TREASURE. That had to be, treasure was awesome. Obviously he was in and he would help in whatever he could to get his beloved treasure. Getto stood up besides Youri as he picked up stuff.

"Hello, my name is Getto." -Getto told Phra. Then walked towards the door behind Youri. Getto didn't really mind the cold. He zipped up his black coat to protect himself from the icy temperatures... even if he didnt mind them he couldnt let himself get sick. -"So any ideas on where this ancient civilization could be?"

Getto said this in an ironic tone, because there wasnt any clue of where it could be since everything was covered in snow.

''well,our first goal is going straight forward hoping for a clue!''
He yelled enthusiastic as he walked inwards the snowy land.
''And to answer your question phra,A poneglyph is a gift from the ancient,from a rip in time's history called the void century,simple information could be written on there,but I heard there could also be something like ancient super weapons.Oh and researching these ancient writings is strictly forbidden by the WG so you should be quite about this expedition or you'll be hunted down by the WG.''

Dan pulled himself onto the ship, kicking the groping hands back into the water. He pulled himself from the freezing, blue waters with a quick movement. He rolled over the rail and onto the deck breathing heavily and creating a puddle of seawater on the wooden floorboards.
Beating a band of mercenaries into submission wasn't as easy as it used to be...
He rolled onto his stomach and pushed himself to his feet. He suddenly fell to one knee, and coughed up water though. More sea water was added to the puddle on the floorboards.
"Gotta stop smoking," he drawled hoarsely as he rose to his feet once again. He pulled a cigarette out of his pocket and lit it. Amazingly the sopping wet cigarette caught light and the lighter was returned to his pocket. He started up towards the helm, stepping over a writhing figure in full battle regalia. He clomped over the floorboards, pulling out his pistol to shoot at a hand that was clinging to the outside of the rail along the way. The stairs creaked beneath him as he walked up to the wheel. He pushed the helmed helmsman's impaled body off the wheel and examined it.
Something wasn't right.
He turned the wheel to the left.
Nothing.
He turned it to the right.
Nothing.
Then a quick flashback to when he pulled that cord from the wall to strangle one of his captors.
That must have been running from the helm to the rudder.
"Mental note: Examine all things I want to potentially pull from a ship before doing it."
He looked ahead as the ship sped along, an Island loomed ahead.
And so did a couple of monster icebergs.
"Bugger, the islands only appear when I don't want them, but when I'm floating for days at sea: noooo! Not even one!" Dan was hopping down the stairs two at a time as he complained to no one in particular.
He kicked a mercenary, that was trying to get to his feet, in the face as he ran past. He ran up to the bow, clomping on the hard wood floor as went. He kept going as he neared the rail and used his forward momentum to throw himself into a dive over the rail.

The water felt like a swarm of bees stung him instantaneously as he hit it. The cold swept into his clothes within an instant and he had to surface as his lungs emptied themselves when he entered the cold water. When he broke the surface with splutters and coughs, he watched as the ship sailed into an iceberg, cracking the hull. The ship started sinking.
Dan treaded water for a minute before starting a slow swim toward the shore, a floppy cigarette still dangling from his mouth full of water.

As they walked the icy landscape,which was pretty damn cold,Youri noticed...A fur ball?
Wait!,Youri knew that furball!Youri ran toward the furball that strange enough was in the middle of nowhere while yelling:
''REEEEEEEEN!''

Daniel shivered as he stepped from the icy waters. The land was no better. Winds sliced through his clothing like a blowtorch through butter. His lips were blue, but a soaked cigarette clenched firmly between them kept him from opening his mouth for his teeth to chatter. He trudged through the white landscape slowly, looking for shelter. Then he heard voices. Scratch that. He heard a voice.
He started flexing his muscles, and moving his fingers slowly until he was getting warmth.
He had to be ready for any attack.
He jogged on the spot for a moment before walking again.
Now he had picked up the pace.
He grinned, now he had some drive and tht was the one thing that usually kept him alive.

ren was in meditation when he felt youris presence and when he was yelled at, he sanpped out of his meditation and itched his head, and yawned a few times then he rubbed his eyes and saw his old buddy youri ''hey little yo'' he always called people in shortened versions of their names ''Ren is wondering what you are doing in a cold place like this, not that is actually cold for me, since I got fur'' Ren stood up ready to go with his old buddy since he didnt had any other thing he wanted to do

Dan trudged up a snow topped hill. The voices were getting further but he found what he had been looking for. He cautiously made his way to the bottom of the hill. He shivered violently and his coughing was getting slightly worse but he carried on with determined steps and made his way to the prize.
A raft.
His feet touched the cold water and wanted to turn back but Dan knew there was no going back. Once the owner of the voice found out the raft had been taken he might get angry. Dan didn't really want a fight in the cold right now.

He jumped onto the raft and adjusted the one sail after looking at the sky. He stuck the soggy cigarette in his mouth as he felt the wind blow through his clothing and against the sail. He grinned. This was a different wind than before.
This was the wind of adventure.
