Kayzen watched as Smatch ate the entire bowl, and he stil wanted more it was, ok for Kayzen there was no point in letting his captain still go hungry, they both ordered another bowl and ate, when the second bowl was dry, Kayzen was full and it felt good, he looked at Smatch and saw the look in his eyes, he was impatient, so he snapped his fingers and one waiter came over to the table Me and my friend here wants to meet the cook named Jason, i hope that it is ok with you as he said these words he looked at the waiter with a look that said "do as i say and you will live" the waiter left and headed for the kitchen, on the way the waiter said "I will get him for you sir Kayzen."
Did you hear that Sir Kayzen, you see around in this town here, everyone is so afraid of me that they do whatever I say, everyone except the pirates, that's why i said i will take the bill, I have been eating here for free ever since i got here, but anyway, that waiter is now getting that Jason guy I talked about, he is the only one who is not afraid of me, it is weird Kayzen said and waited for the cook named Jason.

A large stocky and bald chef looked down at the waiter who had just walked into the kitchen, with a face full of concentration, before nodding at the smaller man with a large childish grin. The chef in question wore a large yellow shirt, tucked into his plain black trousers which were in turn tucked into a pair fluffy slippers, or as he refered to them, his 'work shoes'. He picked up the chef hat on his head for a moment to scratch on his bald scalp before asking in a voice that suited his childish grin; "So Kayzen is here to some of my yummy food again? Yay! Kayzen always wanmts me too cook so he must like my food! He's my best customer!" The waiter nodded polietly at the large chef, replying "Okay, Jason, I'm pretty sure the man wont mind if you ask for him to confirm his order, he seem's to forgive you much more than the rest of the staff, and remeber, try to be polite." Jason grinned once more, reassuring the waiter; "No worries Mr. waiter! Jason is a good cook! I'll just take these with me in case Kayzen is grumpy again!", leavcing the kitchen merrily, after picking up a very large frying pan and equally large rolling pin, heading for Kayzens table; greeting the two pirates; "Hello Kayzen! you want more of my yummy food? And you've brought a friend too! Hello Kayzen's friend!", he finished with a wave.

Smatch saw a large man appear who seemed to be the chef, he stood up quickly and shook Jason's hand and said out loud "You sir make an amazing shrimp soup! I want you to join my pirate crew." Smatch looked at Jason and smiled. "You look like a great big guy who could handle himself too. I want you to join my crew even more now. Come on I'll show you to my ship." Smatch was excited to see this large guy and really hoped he would say yes to joining his crew then saw he brought more food and snatched it up as quickly as he could. Smatch loved this guys cooking and he couldn't get enough of it, he looked up at him and said through a mouthful of food. "I won't take no for an answer not with food like this, if you say no I think I may cry, its soo good."

Kayzen watched as Jason came out from the kitchen with the frying pan and rolling pin in his hands, why do he always need to bring those when he meet's me Kayzen though, then he said Hey Jason, how are you doing, your food good as ever, but let's cut the small talk and get to the case, as my captain just asked, do you want to join the crew, it was I who recommended you because of your major cooking skill, so what do you say of becoming a pirate then he waited for Jason to reply.

Jason grinned from ear to ear as he heard the compliments rush in, but then thought with deep concentration for a few moments before replying happily; "Well, even though all the pirates crews I went in went bye bye, I think it would be okay if I was a pirate again! I just need to pack and finish my shift! I travle around lots and lots anyways!" He then added cheerfully;" How about one more yummy meal since im neeeeeaaaarrrrllllllyyyy finished? Just let me know what yummy food you want!"

Smatch grinned the most ridiculous grin known to man then said to Jason "We shall wait here till you finish your shift I can eat more, I haven't eaten anything in the past 3 days travelling here. I would like some" Smatch looked at the menu quickly and saw chocolate fudge cake, his eyes widened then he turned and said "double fudge cake." If this guys shrimp were nice he couldn't wait to taste his cake, it would surely be amazing. Smatch then sat down and turned to Kayzen smiling. "Looks like we got a cook, that was easy enough, I kinda expected him to take allot more convincing than that, but I'm glad it didn't." Smatch then asked Kayzen "So how did you get into the business of being an assassin?"

How I got into the assassin business wow that was a though one Kayzen though for himself as he said to Jason, no thanks I am full with shrimp soup, but maybe a little chocolate cupcake as a dessert then as Jason left he turned to Smatch and said well my Assassination days started when i ate the Hana Hana no mi, i broke into a small marine base, where they kept the fruit, when i got the fruit i ate it as quick as possible, and within a few moves with the hand, every Marin in that base was dead within the hour this was 1 year ago, i had been searching for three whole years for that fruit and since that day at the marine base i have been travelling on land, assassinating every marine that came in my way, among the marines i am known as the strangler, and that's why my bounty is so high, i guess have done more than you, it is not about strength, it is about what you use your strength at, how about you want is your story now that Smatch had gotten the information about Kayzen's past, it was only fair that he told Kayzen a little about his past, so he waited for Smatch to talk.

"Well it goes back a while but I grew up in the calm belt, its a bit of a strange place to be born and since we were there in a ship we couldn't move but we liked it there my parents learnt how to befriend sea monsters and I rode one into the closest town so we could get supplies. While I was in town I saved a man from getting the shit kicked out of him and he thanked me by giving me this jacket. When I asked what the mark on the back was he told me it was his old pirate crew, The Drop Dead pirates, I thanked him for the jacket and told him in memory of him I would revive the pirate crew and make them stronger than they were before strong enough to survive the Grandline. When I dropped off the supplies I bought a ship with money from my parents and that's when I set sail, I've been looking for a crew since then and so far your my 1st crew mate and Jason is my 2nd." Smatch smiled then looked around for his cake.

wow where you born in the calm belt, isn't that the place where the Seakings live Kayzen said amazed by Smatche’s story, and you rode on as well, is there no end to you craziness Kayzen said picturing in his head a small version of Smatch riding on one of these giant monsters that lived in the Calm belt, he hadn't even seen a seaking, but he had heard stories about them that some of them was so big that they could swallow a ship whole, then he needed to ask Smatch something is it true what the rumors say about the seakings, that they can be so big that they can swallow and entire ship and he feared the answer.

Smatch looked at Kayzen as he saw his face showed an expression of surprise. "Yeah my parents boat got stuck there but then they liked it there as it was nice and quiet, those Seakings are bloody big creatures, but they're harmless once you show them your not scared of them. Thats how I became friends with them. I have a natural gentle nature and they seem to take a shine to me. They can be known to eat a ship whole yeah, but if you win them over there not so bad. They're nice creatures and to be totally honest I wouldn't be surprised if the one I rode followed my ship around. His name was Daki, he was long and slender like a snake, he's about twice the length of the Death Angel and he's light blue. His head looks a little bit like a dragon, he was a new born when I became his friend now he'd be about the same age as me." Smatch looked at Kayzen who looked shocked at what he'd said. Smatch thought about Daki and remembered that he had promised Daki he'd look after him. Smatch wished he could've taken Daki with him but didn't think he could of.

With every word Smatch said, Kayzen became more and more amazed, he could not believe what had heard, that his captain had rod a Seaking twice as big as the ship he had, when Kayzen looked at Smatch when he was done talking he could see that his Captain missed his seaking friend, Kayzen felt bad inside so he said you know we could visit the calm belt before we head somewhere else, and who knows maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to have a Seaking as part of the crew, think about it, that could be your strength, to power to control a seaking, you would be feared as the Seaking Captain, the only captain in the world that could control a seaking, he could swallow all enemy ships, he could work as a shield for the ship in a fire exchange, maybe not the last one, but think about it how cool wouldn't it be to have a seaking as a part of the crew he looked with excitement at Smatch and waited for him to reply while he pictured in his head the giant seaking swallowing an ship whole.

"I left Daki behind because we both knew he'd be safer if he stayed where he was and also because I want to become a powerful pirate by myself I want to prove I'm powerful not Daki, although I could try calling him we had a special call between the 2 of use, I'll see if I can summon him later back at the ship, if he doesnt come though I wont be surprised its been a while since we last see each other" smatch remembered the look on Daki's face before he left he looked like he had disowned him. Snatch missed Daki but kneow they couldn't travel together because he would spend too much time worrying for his safety.

Kayzen gave up on convincing Smatch to take Daki with them on the journey, he had to agree that he would be much safer there he was, but he wanted to see the creature, so he said I understand that you think of his safety, when you say you don't want him to tag along, but I would like to see him once, I would like to see the creature you rode and grew up with.then he looked at the kitchen door and thought man how long does it take to make on double chocolate fudge cake and one chocolate cupcake so to make the time pass, he went out to take a smoke, all though he could die from smoking he only did it when he was bored, and with all the things happening on a pirate ship he wouldn't need to smoke again.

Seeing Kayzen head out for a smoke he had time to think about his old friend Daki. He felt sorry for leaving him behind and wanted badly to be with him again and felt he should at least find out how he was. Smatch planned on calling his parents to see how Daki was doing. The last time he had asked how Daki was he found out Daki was depressed and had been attacking the ocean floor over and over again. It made Smatch hurt hearing it but they both knew it was for the right reasons.

As Smatch though for a few moments about his old seaking friend, Jason entered with a pair of well balanced plates on the palm of his hands, one with a large chocolate fudge cake, the other with an easily over shadowed and rather simplistic looking cupcake, both he placed carefully and gently on the table. "Okie dokie! you finish of the pudding, and i'll go see how much money your supposed to give Mr waiter man!", Jason told them cheerfully, before disapearing into the kitchen once more.

Smatch saw his cake and licked his lips, he couldn't wait to eat it. Smatch ate it all as quickly as he could and enjoyed every bite of it. the cake tasted amazing, he realised this cook truly was one of the best he'd ever come across. Then he realised what Jason had said and called after him with a mouth full of cake saying "Kayzen's paying!" Smatch hoped he heard him and then looked out for Kayzen, he looked at Kayzen's cup cake and took a bite out of it to see if all his food was this great. After one bite he realised it really did taste great and he couldn't stop eating it. Smatch ended up eating all of Kayzen's cupcake and then sat back relaxed and waited for Kayzen to come back.

Kayzen stood in the doorway finishing his smoke, when he looked at the table, he saw that the cupcake had come, he didn't really care, he was full, suddenly a sight caught his eye, allready docked to the port was a marine ship and around 500 soldiers where on their way towards the resturant, Kayzen had no time to think he just ran back into the resturant, the first place he ran was to the kitchen, when inside the kitchen he said Jason, trouble, marines, many of them, we got to leave now then he ran back into the resturant, ran over to Smatch and said Captain we got to leave now, the marines are on their way, I don't know how many they are, but they are headed this way, we got to leave we can't take out all of them he wasn't scared but this was the first time the marines had tried to enter the resturant, and there was no telling what plan they had in mind to get in but on thing was for sure there was to many, even his Devil fruit power had a limit and the number of marines that was their way, was way over his limit.

Smatch heard the news about the marines and smiled he was looking forward to a fight with marines this would get his mind off of Daki. Smatch stood up swallowing Kayzen's cupcake and said "Really oh goody a chance to boost my bounty and have some fun, Kayzen you deal with the bill and getting Jason I'm gonna go deal with these marines." Smatch ran out of the restaurant quickly only to see a large amount of marines walking his way. Smatch smiled when he saw them and pulled out his batons then covered the top of them in rum from his flask. Smatch heard one of the many marines shout out "Thats Smatch D Pengs and with that he lit his batons on fire and run into battle. Smatch swung his batons at marines as they unsheathed their swords and swung to attack him. Smatch used his batons to batter and block the swords which came his way. He set fire to a marine and it spread through a few more of them. Smatch then saw the marines spread around him and aim their guns. "shit" muttered Smacth before he threw his flaming batons either side of himself then picked up his flask tipped it upside down opened it then ran as the bullets flew towards him. Smatch was lucky not be hit by any of the bullets. As he saw marines charge his way he lit the rum trail he'd left and watched the marines behind him burn. Smatch was certain his bounty should go up now. He had burnt about 80 marines to a crisp. Smatch realised there was still allot more marines left to take care of. Smatch charged over to where his batons were and picked it up. It had gone out and as he ran over to it he'd be hit a few times by marines but nothing serious. Smatch may have only had one baton right now but it would fine. He used it like a sword thrusting and parrying each sword which came his way. Smatch's flask was now empty so he knew he couldn't use any more fire techniques. Smatch was happy to be fighting these marines but didn't want to admit he might need help. "If you guys think I'm going to let you take me down your wrong!" shouted Smatch as his baton collided with a marine's head and his foot connected with a marine's chest. Smatch had managed to fight his way over to his other baton now he was sure he could handle these guys better. Smatch used them like swords spinning his batons around him knocking marines to the ground followed by stamping on their heads. Smatch was proud of himself and how well he was doing. That had to be another 40 beaten and in pain, he realised he was still in trouble and could feel he needed to take a deep breath. Smatch stopped looking at the rest of the marines hunched over clinging to his batons.

Kayzen took a hold of the waiter who was coming with the bill and said here are 3000 beri keep the rest then ran after his captain no way he was letting him fight alone, if Smatch took one part of the marines he could still take out his part, so when they got into the street's the marines said "That's Smatch D. Pengs and Kayzen Logan" but before they could say anything more, had Smatch and Kayzen threw themself into the battle while Smatch went head on with his flaming batons, Kayzen stood in the background using his devil fruit power to save Smatch from any sneak attack from behind, as the marines started to thin out he figured out that his captain didn't need any help so he went back into the restaurant ran over to the kitchen and yelled Jason we are leaving now are you ready or not, and don't worry about the marines your new captain has just taken them out, but more are sure to come and we don't know how many will come, so we don't take any chances, so hurry then he went over to the table where he and Smatch had sat picked up his and Smatch's stuff and walked out the door, not surprised to any marine around, he walked over to Smatch any trouble with those guys, sorry for panicking back there, but I never could have believed that the marines would try to take down this restaurant, well here is your stuff, Jason is coming soon, I am going to prepare the ship, when to we lift anchor Captain? then he waited for Smatch to reply.

Smatch heard all of what Kayzen had to say but the only thing had had to say in return to him was "Thanks." Smatch then dashed off back into the crowd of marines. Smatch leapt into the air before he reached them and smashed into the ground with his batons. Landing on two of the marines and knocking them unconscious, Smatch could hear from the marines around him shock. Smatch then spun his batons around hitting a few marines to the ground. He then began breathing heavier. Smatch wasn't ready to go down yet even if he was breathing heavy. Smatch put his batons in front of himself then charged through a group of marines they parted or where beaten by the force which came crashing into them. Smatch could see that there was about 200 marines left and he didn't know how much more he could handle. Smatch noticed that a marine was hanging on to him and hit him with his baton then picked up his gun and fired off a few shots. He managed to score a head shot 2 shoulder shots on the same marine then 5 in the chest of 5 different marines, then he dropped the gun as the marines were getting too close to him. Smatch dug his foot into the dirt and when they got close he kicked it up at them then swung his batons more. Taking down 21 more marines Smatch smiled then called out "Kayzen I need your hands!"

Kayzen heard the call and ran back out on the way he grabbed their stuff once outside he jumped into the air yelling to Smatch stand back Captain and with that he swiped his arm over all of the remaining marines and said Strangling sea of arms and up from the ground came arm after arm and started to strangle every marine in sight, Kayzen landed on the top of the restaurant and watched as the hands strangled the marine, after 1 minute of strangling all 200 reaming marine was dead, Kayzen jumped down and said we should check their pockets for money and with that another hand move and the hands went into all of the marines pockets and took out every beri they had after gathering all of the money and counted them, they had collected around 50 000 beri No bad catch that don't you think Kayzen said and started to pick up the money while he waited for Jason to come

As Jason finished packing his things from the storage room of the kitchen, the waiter rushed over to him panicly and said; ""I'm afraid you friends had just left suddenly, it seem's the marines are after them!" Jason thought deeply for a few seconds as he picked up his sack of belongings and replied cheerfully; "They probably got onto a ship! Jason will go over to them! You can use Jason's work monety for their bill, bye bye Mr. waiter!", before quickly picking up his pair of 'weapons' as he rushed out the restraunt quickly, dashing straight for the docks, and imedietly into a sea of marines.
"But you salary only covers half the food bill.", the waiter said to himself as Jason had already excitedly dashed off, then sighing at the cook's sudden departure.

Smatch could see the marines around we're beaten battered and he was sure his bounty would increase, he hadn't killed all of the marines but he had thoroughly injured the majority of them when he saw Kayzen's hands take the money from the marines he smirked then called out "Come on Kayzen me you and Jason should get aboard my ship so we can set sail. Also I need to find out how Daki is." Smatch then began to lead the way to his ship as he stood in front of it he climbed up the anchors chain then let down the rope ladder for Kayzen and Jason to climb aboard.

Kayzen grabbed the ladder and climbed aboard the ship, it was magnifficent, the outside of the ship was amazing on it's own but the inside was out of this world, the first thing Kayzen did was to find his lugar, once inside he just dropped his stuff on the florr, and went out on the main deck, I wil take care of the sails Kayzen said and waved his arm towards the sails, and hand came out from the mast releasing the sails now all that was left was to take up the anchor and they where ready to depart.

Oddly, the marines just stared in bafflement as Jason just pushed past a number of marines, apoligising for being so rude, and clumsily climbed aboard Smatch's ship. "Sorry i'm late, was cleaning up some things in the kitchen, plus I had to pack!"; Jason apologised, as he climbed threw his luggage aboard along with his frying pan and rolling pin, before struggling up the ladder. "Why are marines chasing us?, he asked confused, squinting at the marines, as he sat in the middle of the deck.
