Appearance: Sai is a very average looking kid. standing at 6ft tall with an athletic build. always wearing a pair of shorts with large side pockets for storing found items. He wears a variety of colored shirts and over them he wears a black hooded vest that carries his trademark logo of a lightning bolt striking a fire giving him his nickname. He also wears a necklace with a ring around it which also carries his logo. His eyes are two different colors, the left is blue and the right green. he has dark brown hair with streaks of blond throughout. His left ear is double pierced with sapphire and emerald studs. He usually wears his hood unless he is conversing with friends or wants to be noticed. He wears very lightweight shoes that are almost like socks, and they have wings drawn on each side (he thinks this will make him faster). And lasty, he wears two rings on his left hand, made of a very sturdy steal and engraved with good luck charms.
History: Sai was born on a very bland island. as he grew older he listened to stories of people braving the seas looking for treasure and adventure. he was brought up on the idea that anything could happen if you try hard enough. once a year, his island held a race, to find out who the fastest person in the world is. a very basic competition in theory, but this race was a 1000m dash and anything goes, meaning that attacks on other racers were permitted and expected. this race was the only exciting thing to happen on his island and he saw some of who he thought to be the strongest people in the world. from watching these races he decided that speed and stamina equaled power, and from his boring island he decided that he wanted to adventure, thus giving birth to his dream, to become the fastest man in the world(strongest). the only way he would know if he was fastest was to race everyone, so as soon as he turned 17 he set out to find his first adventure.
Personality: Sai is very energetic and loves having the attention of those around him. when he decides to settle down nothing can get him going again until he is ready. he also has a infatuation with anything shiny, so if he sees it glimmer he will make it his. he usually isn't one to start fights and gets a long well with almost anyone he meets, but when he snaps he wont stop until you stop. The time he is most serious is when he is in a race, this brings out his full potential and usually results in new abilities or an increase in his old ones. While having a very care free manor he usually cannot abide those who put the innocent in harms way and will defend what he believes in. As a man he loves to eat and party, but he has a very low tolerance for both food and alcohol. By the end of almost every meal he begins to feel sick from eating and drinking too much but can recover fully within the hour.

This allows the user to know where everything is and what everything around him is doing in real time(he is not able to predict movements with this ability).
It is best used when surrounded or blinded in some way
Copy: This ability allows the user to copy or synchronize with the movements of an opponent right down to the amount of strength emitted by the opponent.
there is one downfall to this ability though. while being able to copy the power and movements to match a much stronger opponent, if the user does not have a developed enough body to handle the power, the body will tear itself apart in order to copy the movements.

Meteors impact- his first personal speed based attack, he uses soru to reach his maximum speed and then throws all of his speed and power into either his knee or elbow, dealing an immense amount of damage to a single point on the opponents body
