About 5"4', dressed in traditional marine uniform only his jacket is yellow. Has a scar on the left side of his face extending the hole of his cheek.

History: Came from a traditional island on the Grandline famous for it's strict government. At the age of 14 he joined the marines hoping to honor his family and nation. Making his way through the ranks Chi was even nominated to be an Admiral, however declining before anything was final.

Personality:Loyal to very few things, but the things he is loyal to, he sticks to. Doesn't show mercy to pirates or anyone else the government deems a threat. Above all he is a marine and there for would kill his own mother if ordered to. Believes not matter what the World Government is the ultimate justice no matter what they do.
