History: When Perry was young he became very ill with a rare virus. The virus was transmitted through a bug bite Perry had received while out playing with his friends. With in hours the young boy was stricken by the illness making him weak almost instantly. For over a month he lingered on the verge of death. Doctor after doctor and medical professionals looked and failed to cure the boy. Eventually one man was able to identify the sickness, a man on board of a Marine ship.

The marine doctor wanted to cure the boy, but was ordered not to by the captain. Perry's parents begged and begged, but to no avail the captain was ruthless. One day out of the blue the captain shown up on the families door step with the doctor. He had a deal, it was his plan all along wait until the very last moment. In exchange for the child's life the whole family would become his slaves. Reluctantly they agreed, the boy was saved. Perry's life was save, but not his health.

It had been to long, Perry had to have his arms and legs removed. They were replaced with cybernetic replacement and his body was enhanced in many other ways. Perry was put through Marine training and was made a Marine himself. After graduating he learned that the captains ship had been sunk and he along with Perry's family had been killed. Perry cursed the captain and the pirates that had attacked him. If there were no pirates then his parents would have never been killed and from that day forward he pledged to end the pirate era.

Personality: Perry is really pretty simple and doesn't show a whole lot of emotion. He gets very angry when he hears of pirates hurting people. He tends to try to solve matters on his own. No matter the opponent he wont run away and would rather die than be considered a coward.
