Appearance: Sebastian has short black hair that both covers the top of his head and runs down to form a light beard that barely frames his slightly squared jaw. Sebastian is both tanned and toned, reaching a height of 6’ 2”, and he had dark blue eyes. He has a Marine cap on more often than not. He has his coat draped over his right shoulder and clasped under his armpit to avoid letting it fall off. He never wears the top part of the Marine uniform, but he does wear the bottom half (obviously). He has five small satchels tied to the rope belt around his waist.

History: Sebastian was raised to the enter the Marines. His father, a Rear Admiral in the Marines, and a pretty decent cook, felt it was imperative that Sebastian become a fair and just Marine. Sebastian melded his father's morals and culinary skills, his mother's manners, and his own personality to become a model recruit in the Marines. Sebastian rose in the ranks fairly quickly, reaching the highest non-administration position possible by the age of nineteen. At twenty three, Sebastian obtained a Devil Fruit in a raid on a pirate ship. He spent the next two years getting a proper understanding of his power. He continued improving in the Marines, and he finally surpassed his father at the age of twenty nine, when he obtained the rank of Vice Admiral.

Personality: Sebastian is a very kind and caring commander. He treats both those above and below him with equal amounts of respect. He maintains a calm demeanor at almost all times. The only time he is not calm is when someone harms one of his subordinates. He would freely fight to protect his subordinates. He tends to be lenient when doling out punishment to his subordinates. He follows a moral justice, only arresting and punishing those who deserve it. He will never abuse his power.

Sebastian is very polite in nonformal situations, taking on a very placid demeanor. He smiles frequently and softly, often forgetting or ignoring his rank. He will talk with others as if they are just friends meeting each other when crossing the street. When communicating with pirates, Sebastian will stay polite, and will ask them to give themselves up. If they refuse to do so, he will proceed to beat them down. If they prove that they do not deserve their bounty or reputation, he will let them go.

Capabilities: The eater of the Sei Sei no Mii gains the ability to take properties from one object and attribute it to another. This power is performed by the user grasping two objects in either hand. The user can then transfer one property from the left hand object into the right hand object. This can be used to do such things as turning a pole as tough as steel, or to make stone capable of burning.
