Serious, War Thread: The Grand Atlantis War ((Open to all participants, three way struggle between Pirates, Atlantians and Marines))

Wakeing up in the lab in Atlantis. Unholy frowns as he try's to regain his memories. Doctor Sincrab Hovers Over Unholy. "Well Unholy Im glad you could answer some questions about the surface for me. Well put you to work guarding the city... my perfect creation"

With an evil smile unholy imagines how he will rip the limbs off his creater someday. thinking to himself that man must be hidieng his memories away.

Joining the ranks of the atlantis guards Unholy awaits for the slightest chance to cause mayhem

Suddenly red lights began flashing all over Atlantis. Down in engineering Freddy's head shot up and he glared at the ceiling.

"Intruders?" he said. "Already?"

Atlantian knights had started moving the instant the warning lights began flashing. They began flooding each floor and setting up defensive positions throughout the entire city.

Two knights in particular, one with mechanical legs and one with machine parts in his palms, ran into Aibek. They did not see the admiral, but instead moved in on their new target.

"Stop right there!" the one with the mechanical legs said. She kicked off from the floor and flipped over Aibek's head, landing directly in front of him and kicking at his head.

Another group of Atlantian knights, there were eight in this group, spotted the Go-Go Pirates and moved in on them. Two of the knights had long range weaponry, one had a machine gun built into their shoulder and the other had a rocket launcher for a hand. Both of those knights opened fire on the Go-Go Pirates while the rest moved in with their close range weapons.

The cannons on Atlantis came around to bear as several ships began appeared around the city. Before those ships could land, the cannons on Atlantis opened fire on them.

(Those ships are anyone and everyone around Atlantis that have not landed in Atlantis yet. There are to many of you guys to name each one.)

James lay where he had been before Kanhoji seized him. He was busy trying to catch his breath from the tight hold on his throat.

"Gonna...kill...him..." James gasped. Then he stopped moving and looked out to sea. Explosions could be heard off in the distance.

Immelman sat on Jake's shoulder, munching on a fish he had caught. The baby dragon heard the explosions as well and he cocked his head to one side. "Boom?" he said, questioningly.

Admiral Ran Miryan
There it is. Miryan now clearly saw the dome. Suddenly, a cannonball skirted their own protective bubble. She shouted orders. "Marines! Return fire! Rei! Protect the ship!" She knew full well that the vice admiral could at the very least prevent the cannonballs from hitting. As for her, she was going to break through.

She jumped out from the bow, unquestioned by the marines, paling as she went, taking the direct route to the dome. Her blood left her, misting around her, causing the Atlantian's feeble attempts to shoot her with their anti-personnel weaponry to fail miserably. She darted through the water, approaching the wall of armaments. Then, she saw that she was close. Very close. It had only taken 15 seconds or so. Her blood suddenly came back, but the appearance of life did not return to her face. It returned to her right arm.

War in the Blood. She threw one powerful punch, augmented both by her powers as a Warrior of Blood, and the speed she was going through the water. It easily crashed through the barrier, taking out a cannon and an atlantian behind it.

She was in.

Kaori Ashata
Kaori emerged from belowdeck. He knew their destination, or at least where they were trying to go. He walked to the deck, and sat down, leaning on the edge of the ship.

Alibek barely had time to register what was going on before the guard landed in front of him and launched its kick. It was reflexive that his body went rigid as he prepared for the attack.

"Tekkai!" He muttered as the kick struck him. He went sprawling down to the ground, but at least he managed to survive having his skull caved in by the cyborg. He struggled to his knees, clutching the side of his head as he squinted in pain.

"What the HELL was that for!?" He shouted, finally noticing the guard. "A cyborg, here?" He asked rhetorically.

(Since there was a question about how the cannons around Atlantis work, I'll explain it. There are 482 cannons pointed out of Atlantis in virtually any direction. The cannons can swivel left, right, up, or down to fire in different directions. The only safe places to be from the guns is in that blind spot or beside the guns or behind them. The inside of the base has a person at each cannon sitting in a chair, sometimes vertically, and that person is firing the guns. Meanwhile another two or three guys and putting the ammo in the gun.)

The instant Ran broke into Atlantis, water began to flood in after her. A large, steel door automatically shut, blocking off the cannon room from the rest of the city. There were three Atlantians total in the room that Ran had broken into. One of them was slumped against the wall, either dead or senseless. The other two had been initially thrown back by the flying machinery of the gun, but they caught themselves and quickly struck back. One of the Atlantians had a metal arm that was designed like a crab claw. He was trying to cut the Admiral in half with his claw. The other had a metal scorpion-like tail as well as a metal leg. That one struck out with her tail and tried to pierce Ran with the spike on the end.

The knight who was still behind Aibek raised his hands and began firing lasers from his palms at Aibek's back. The woman leaped to the side to keep from being caught in the fire if Aibek dodged.

Cole:Slowly stepped to the captain maximillion without any emotions written on his face. Captain this looks like it will be huge what are your orders? Shall I set Lena off in the sea?

Atlantis rocked suddenly and Jim Yates looked up, wondering if the ceiling was about to cave in. Just then, a man's voice came over the city's intercom.

"Atlantis has taken several hits," the unseen man said. "We've lost cannons 370 through 373. There are at least twelve dead and and several wounded."

Jim sighed and signaled for several knights to come with him. Then he set off for the upper levels to go deal with the problem.

The cannons that Rei had not destroyed, momentarily stopped firing. They moved slowly into a new position, now aiming for the underside of the Marine ship. Then they fired once more.

"Did you see this ?! WHOAAA, scary !!! So many cannon balls going towards those ships and so on !" Guano says, concerned about all that.
"Fool, we will wait untill the start breaking in, then we go in and look for the Oro Jackson, of course we cant do shit now !" Siita yells to his crewmate.
Their ship was still quite a long distance away, as the attacks were definately too dangerous for a lone ship to try and cross.

Another pirate crew, in a distance greater than the Serpent Eye Pirates, is also slowly moving, the captain being concerned.
"It seems too risky after all ... hold your horses !"

"Captain, we came all the way back from Fishman island just for that !"
"Fool, cant you see it ? We cant just enter, dont be mad !" ..
"Captain, a ship is approaching ours at an extremely fast pace !"
"What ?!" Mokeru says and looks at the ship, which has already gotten dangerously close. "Who are these ... ?!!!!" Mokeru's anger is quickly changed to complete and utter horror. "You are .. wait .. STOP !!!"

Ran looked at this two assailants, and turned to a more favorable position, dodging the tail-spike by stepping back. She struck the claw like weapon on its top to force it to the side and miss, grabbing the tail along the way. She then jerked her left hand strongly, throwing the tailed atlantian through the steel wall, augmenting her throwing arm with War in the Blood. Then she jumped, kicking the other atlantian in the head and denting the wall with his head.

She saw that the room was flooding, and thus she jumped out after the atlantian she had thrown out of the room. The water was already leaking out of the room. Unless they fixed that, the place was going to flood. That is, if the dome didn't have a floodgate system of some sort, which might keep a leak like this in check. Still, she leaped out, flying towards the ground of the dome like structure.

The Village of Steel arrived on a scene of fighting and cannon fire between sever different groups. Iken watched as marines and pirates alike where confronted by the many cannons of the giant underwater city of Atlantis. Staying far far enough back to not be spot or shot at Iken watched patiently as the fighting continued. Iken found what he was looking for a large area big enough for his boat to get into without cannons. Although he would have to make it there, all the while fighting off the areas with cannon and trying to make it past a marine ship or two. Deciding it was worth the risk Iken threw his arm forward pointing. "Go there were the cannon aren't firing." ordered the captain.

The ship soon picked up speed heading towards the unprotected area. Cannonballs whizzed by the ship even going through the bubble a few times. A small cluster of cannonballs came dangerously close to hitting the mast, however Iken was able to block all four taking in the energy from their impact and the explosion that followed. "Stupid, just giving more power to play with. "RETURN FIRE!" Three cannons on the side of the ship fire aimed for the cannons used by Atlantis.

The cannonballs were easily stopped by Gunda, who simply created her mirrors, causing the cannonballs to blow up safe distances from the ship. "Come on, can't we get this damn thing to move faster?" Davis asked exasperatedly, watching the explosions gleefully. "I don't know... We're almost there though..." Jane replied, cracking her knuckles excitedly. Matthew watched the entrance to the depths of the ship worriedly. "Come on, Isaac... get the Captain out here."

Near a Cannon Battery

Gyupaa was paying close attention to what was happening around him. He noticed a figure jump from a room situated above him... and the figure looked like a Marine. What fun... at this point, she would be all alone... he could take her out, and then work to kill the rest. He ran at her as she dropped to the ground, drawing his sword from it's scabbard at his back. He then attempted to run her through with the pointy end, and hopefully that'd be enough... but who knew?

Atlantis Docks

Ixion and Jacob both smiled contemptuously. Their crewmates began fighting the six close range people, while Ixion and Jacob looked at the two long rangers. "One apiece, it seems..." Ixion muttered, dashing forward. Jacob had simply drawn his two pistols, and by the time Ixion was halfway to one, Jacob was firing his pistols at machine-gunner... from behind. Jacob had run around the pair and was already attacking when Ixion had finally reached the one with the rocket launcher: he was trying to drive his fist into the rocket launcher guy's stomach.

The Waters Parallel to Atlantis

The New Order pirates weren't very worried: Goth was launching missiles out at any cannonball whose trajectory threatened their ship. Amanda went into the ship to awaken the captain: they'd land any moment now. They hadn't expected this much retaliation, however.

Alternate Dimension in a Frog's Stomach

Gael and Ranyx had stood up... Figdra had warned them that Atlantis was coming into view... and that it was under attack. Ranyx and Gael would have to move quickly.

Source of the Alternate Dimension

Figdra was riding on Pwuga's back, and the two had reached Atlantis' docks without much issue. Figdra belched out Gael and Ranyx, along with shield-form Fenrir and Rirnef. Gael quickly picked up the shield, and Rirnef began running alongside him. "Ranyx, find the thing you left... I'll find the Oro Jackson and clog up any leaks I find. We'll meet back here, and then we'll get out." Ranyx nodded and ran off, working to avoid the knights. He needed to find the leader of this place... Gael set off as well, Rirnef keeping pace easily. Figdra and Pwuga swam back out to the ocean, hiding from the cannons.

((James, Ranyx has no ill intent... he needs to talk to the only person who will have what he's looking for, and that's the de facto leader of Atlantis.))

Now that he was alerted, Alibek heard the lasers firing off behind him and turned to see the other knight as two beams lanced past his head and chest, leaving singe marks on his right cheek and the left side of his torso.

"Soru!" He exclaimed, vanishing in a flicker, appearing 10 feet away from the two guards.

"Hey, we're not pirates! Cut it out!" he shouted, the skin on his arms wiggling as tentacles began to protrude from under his sleeves. "I will fight back if I have to!" he warned. His head felt like it had a migraine, and the burns weren't helping much, either.

'damn it, they're strong, Tekkai may not be much use' he thought.

"come on! when do I get to fight?" goru yelled with in impatient voice. then he streched having not fought for a while. as soon as their was air to breath and a place to stand out their goru would spring into action and join the fray. HEDORO ARMORY: MODEL CLAW as he yelled this his slime enveloped his hands. it extended into a much larger version of his hands with sharp points instead of fingers. "cant wait to see that Oro jackson." he said to himself as he prepared for the fight.

Probably the last to arrive, Derge wasn't in a hurry and scouted before entering. Much like Iken before him the young warrior quickly found the opening headed towards it. Taking a dagger Derge cut the skin on his palm allowing a good amount of blood to come out naturally.

"Giant Blood Shield"

Pulling his arm back and pushing forward Derge shot out blood that then hardened and shot through the bubble surrounding the ship. The tree sized pole of blood began spreading out side the ship covering both the front and the side that would be facing Atlantis hardening it to the point it was strong as steel. Derge added more and more blood until the shield was about five inches thick. Deciding now was as good time as any to reveal his new toy Derge sent commands over a den den mushi to a large cyborg giant in submarine mode.

Peering around the marine warship using it as a shied the giant stuck out both arms pointing it's fingers at the Atlantean cannons. All ten finger tips pop open revealing cannons inside. "OPEN FIRE" All ten cannons fire at Atlantis aimed for cannons. All the while cannonballs ineffectively hit the side of the blood shield, each dent that was made was filled quickly filled in.

The Scared torn body of the giant cyborg with greens eyes glared at his targets.

Sabre and Segal

"Looks like the battle is coming more and more interesting..." Segal chuckled as he unshethed his katana, looking ready to shed some blood like the sadist he is, his eyes twinkling in malice while smirked has gotten a lot more creepier.

Segal found himself shivering.
"Sab.....just don't do that." Segal said, paling a bit as he get his katar fitted on his hand. "Let's just get this over with."

Kanhoji

The explosions were much more sensitvie to Kanhoji, since his hearing is much more better than normal humans.
"Man, the war is already happening..?" Kanhoji said, sighing exhausted as he shook his head.
He hoped to get into Atlantis without any trouble, since he got a one time pass from an old friend. He doubt they would mind if he brought some others with him and such, but now, he doubt that anyone would be let through Atlantis.
Looking over where the captain was -with a serious face- he yelled out, "Senchou! We need to get the ship coated first before anything else. There's an island near where Atlantis where an old crabby man lives. He's crabby, but he's a top coater. Probably can finish in three minutes! We should get there quickly, get to Atlantis and finish whatever business we got there as fast as we can!"
Kanhoji is saying this quite carefully and quite thoughtfully. With the war going on, going inside the sea towards Atlantis would be dangerous more than anything.
He just hoped that the people are somewhat safe.
Kanhoji soon after looked at his sister with an aplogitic look.
"Sorry sis, but he we need to leave our boat at the crabby man's island."

Callen

More war.... Callen thought as he sighed, looking from the railing of the ship. He could hear the explosions.
What is going to happen now?

As the Monkey King had almost arrived at Atlantis, Maximillion noticed that Cole and Dispater were around him. It seemed like everyone had listened to him speaking. When he asked Dispater and Shrieker to come he actually was thinking of giving commands only to them. The upcoming battle would definetely be crucial and serious and his two subordinates who did not hesitate to kill would be the perfect people for the attacking part. He had to organize them so that they would not make any mistakes and would manage to steal the ship. Moreover, his crew number was much stronger now as he happened to recruit 4 more people on Gael's island: Chidori a mermaid with an upper body that looked like a fishman's, Dispater the killer who did not hesitate to kill anybody, Freyar the female giant and the mysterious T.H. an expert thief who happened to battle with a special kind of roses. His crew was quite amazing... After thinking all these things he said "Okay! Everyone! Nick! Shrieker! Toshiro! Callen! Cole! Lena! Sonthiol! Annachie! Koga! Dispater! Megan! Freyar! T.H.! Come to the meeting room in five minutes! We will discuss about our strategy in the upcoming war... The legendary ship of the Pirate King will fall on our hands! And there is nobody that can stop us! If we manage to take that ship, then the world shall bow to us...". The captain was definetely serious...

At the same time, as Jiper happened to still walk in the streets of the underwater city, he changes his mind. It was about time for him to come back to everyone... His main priority now was to find Ran and TALK WITH HER. As they were the ones to organize the marines, they had to work together... The destruction of the legendary Oro Jackson was up to his and her hands....

Callen

Callen looked back at the captain and sweatdrop at the words "then the world shall bow to us....".It seemed like something a cliche villian would've said. Well, in any case, Maximillion looked like the kind of guy to be a villian in a comic book world. All he needs is some tights, and a cape probably. But....
How expected.... Callen thought with a shook of his head. The captain could be really easily to read. Though Callen knew how serious Maximillion is.
He wondered if they really could get the Legendary Ship of the Pirate King. Though it intrigued him to the max but.....
He sighed as he shooked the thought out of his head. He'll figure it out in a way.
After finish up the sketch he was making of the surroundings he is in, he put it up and started to go to the meeting room. Might as well see what the captain is going to say. Hopely not a rule the world speech. Something about the captain couldn't help but made him wonder so.

"Who? What? Why?"
Amari asks as she sits by the rail, covering her ears to try and block the cannon sounds. She had heard alot of war sounds but this was almost ridiculous, they were reloading just as easy as breathing in and out.

Steel village pirates

Sangjo couldn't help himself but shake from this battle. Sure this wasn't his first fight, but this was madness. To make things worse he couldn't use his powers without risking popping the bubble. Sangjo gathered whatever courage he had left to run below the decks arming the cannons. He then lit the fuse so that the cannons would fire.

Avenger Pirates

Freyar could only grow more excited seeing the battle from underwater. The marines and pirates coming together fighting a battle to the death. Elbaf giants could have only dreamed of such of an event, but she had the honor to actually fight in it. If only her fallen brother could see this. Then Maximillion wanted the crew to meet in five minutes. Though she hated to keep her eyes away from battle, Freyar did as he said. Shw eagerly awaited for the meeting to start, so she can quickly get to the battle.

Anubis was about to reply to Ryan but then heard explosions and grinned "The battle has begun..... we are closing in now on the target......" the ship came close from behind, but before they could do anything the grim death was near the cannons "Raid through it!!! Clearwater, freeze the water around us!!!! we will use the dryness to break through!!!!"

[[Aboard the pheonix squad ship]]

Nishki cursed as the attack was on the way now. He then yelled "All men to starboard, nothing can hit this ship!!! Maneuveur it. we are going to go through the cracks!!!" The men roared. Nishki ordered his men to avoid the cannons as much as possible. They were edging it close, the cannonballs barely missed. Nishki then ordered for a bubble for his head. Mary walked across "But sir your devil fruit ability would be weakened considerably out there!!!" Nishki then grinned "Im not going to use my ability out there Mary, just make sure the ship charges through when i break a hole open!!" Nishki made it out with the bubble around him. He only had one chance to break through , but first he had to avoid the cannons. As soon as he got close to the cannon on the far left of Atlantis. He then pulled his hand back "JYOGAN MADARA!!!" He fired a barrage of punches which instantly destroy the cannon and burst his bubble. He goes jumping into Atlantis with the water pouring in. He was coughing, the sea making him feel weaker "Damn it!!" The pheonix marine ship followed closely behind, and slammed into the side as well , holding steady. Nishki got up, the water level was increasing. "MARY, fix the leak!!!!" Mary then saluted as the res to of the men got up slowly "Im on it!! Get the sTEEL BEAMS!! we got a leak t fix!!!!" Nishki wiped his hat clean, he was in Atlantis.

Shrieker growled, at least he could swim around here, this should be a piece of cake for him. Shrieker grinned as he walked into the meeting "Strategy? Whats that? Might as well destroy everything and everyone......"

The lights were beeping the machines were stirring in this room. "DEFENSE PROTOCOLS BREACHED... ACTIVATE PROJECT MYTH" The computers voice spoke and then four entities got out of their seats. The first was a huge looking cyborg whose head was still human "It has been a while... scanning for virus now....."

The second ones, legs were all cybernetic , but upper body was fine. It still rubbed its head "Yes, yes we heard you Mr perfect, we are up too.... you know?"

The next to wake up was a lady whose hair was cybernetic and her eyes glowed "You had to wake me up from my beauty sleep to listen to your babble..... except for you Hercules sama, you can do that anyday, hehehe"
Achilles looked disgusted "Oh shut up hag!!!" Medusa then growled "You shut up, you half man!!"

The thrid one got up, his body seemed fine, except when you turned back, it was all metal. He yawned adn metallic wings spread out behind. He then sighed 'This early in the day... we have battle, and you all argue? Sheesh.. i just want to fly....."

Hercules then moved foward "Time... to... defend....." The other three finally nodded and then walked foward behind him to go defend the city.

"Right on it Anubis-sama!" Delia quickly exclaimed as she raised her hands up in front, concentrating her Devil Fruit power. She gritted her teeth as she froze the water around their vessel, keeping it up so that the ice wouldn't crush under the outer water's pressure. "If you want us to make a move we have to do it now!!! It'll be hard to keep this up as we move, so we have to get our butts moving!" she exclaimed harshly.

Anubis grinned "A few seconds is all I NEED!!! DESERT GRANDE SABLES!!!!!!" He lunges a huge Sables into the side of Atlantis, taking out 2 cannons at once, and bursting the ship foward into the openings made. Anubis landed outside on the ground of Atlantis. He then faced clearwater "I need you to freeze the hole... we cant afford the water breaking in, we would drown.... for now though.." Anubis standing still looking at Atlantis "We are here...."

Delia nodded at the yonkou, waving her hand in a graceful manner as the hole they had made closed itself with frozen water. "Now to find the Oro Jackson, right Anubis-sama?" she asked with a smirk on her face, her hand now going to her sword and fidgeting with anxiety to take it out and use it against someone.
