Simply Running Business (Open to Everyone)

Amari looked at the ship and wondered what it was made out of so she touched the surface and made the metal rose to make a huge shield in front of them.

Quinton watched as his tar hit something and splashed down on it. The thing appeared to be a giant metal wall that had formed in front of his tar. How...irritating, but no matter. Quinton raised his arms and his tar gathered up in front of him.

"Tar-Tar Enclosure!" Quinton said.

The tar began to spread past the metal wall, and quickly began forming into a giant cage around Gavin and the others. Gavin realized what was going on and turned and ran.

"Move!" he shouted at the others, while diving in between the bars, which were forming in front of him, to escape the trap.

Kanhoji, quickly realizing the situation, followed Gavin's lead, making sure to grab his sister and drag her to jump through the bars before anything terrible happened.

Although he couldn't see anything because of the metal wall, Quinton was fairly certain he had caught all three. His hand closed into a fist and the tar cage crushed down into a ball the size of a minivan.

Gavin stood, watching the tar totally miss him and his allies. Then he turned to Kanhoji, a questioning look on his face. "So...what's this big idea?" he asked.

Amari winced at the sound of crushing metal and blinked as her brother grabbed her.
"Yeah Kanhoji, Whats the big idea?"
A hint of anger hidden in her voice as the tar swallowed the place where they were just standing.

Kanhoji grinned.
"Ever heard of a hover board? Basicly, I'll take the guy's attention away. A distraction. That's the first step.
Next, Amari, get a metal board and Gavin will ride on it. When the times comes, James, you have to attack.
Got it?"

"How are you going to distract him?" Gavin asked. Then he quickly raised a hand to stop Kanhoji from replying. "Never mind. I don't want to know." He looked at Amari and his expression became very serious. "Try not to drop me, please."

Amari nods silently and gets to work with the metal floors behind them.

Kanhoji only patted Gavin on the back as he jump out sneaked across away from where the two currently are and was able to sneak the area behind Quinton.
"Oi. Are you blind? Ya miss me!!!" Kanhoji said in a taunting a goofy tone as he shown the pirate his behind and slapped it a few times for good measure.
'Amari, Gavin. PPPllllease make this one count!!'

Amari picked up the heavy board and handed it to Gavin.
"Its all yours. Do try not to kill yourself."

Quinton whirled on Kanhoji, shocked to find the man standing there. But then he smiled wickedly. "You can't hide from me any longer!" Quinton shouted. Tar erupted from each of his hands and shot towards Kanhoji in twin streams.

Gavin flashed Amari a grin and winked at her as he took the board. "Better watch it," he said. "You almost sounded like you cared!" Then he spun around and flung the board on the ground, jumping onto it and grabbing the front of it with one of his hands. He drew his sword in his other hand and held it close to his side. "Ready," he said to Amari just before erasing the sound from around him so that he could not be heard any longer.

Kanhoji jumped out of the way in time and landed near Quinton's ship, continuing to wag his but in front of the suppose captain.
"What kind of aim is that? Even I can do better in my sleep!!" Kanhoji only laughed as he was enjoying this pretty much. Though, he knows that getting caught is a bad idea.

Amari scoffed at her brother and waved Gavin on.
"Go already, he seems distracted enough, I'll help if you need it"

Quinton ground his teeth together and began pouring out as much tar as possible onto the ground around him, preparing for a larger attack. Not for the first time, he wished he had found a different logia devil fruit. This one was certainly powerful and could be used in more situations then most logia fruits, but creating tar took time.

Gavin spotted Quinton preparing his tar and the sound wielder wondered what was taking Amari so long to send him into the air. He returned the sound around him and glanced back at the girl.

"You do know what a hoverboard is, don't you?" he asked. Once more, Gavin looked at Quinton, but then realized that he was running out of time as Quinton was already beginning to raise his arms and the tar around him floated into the air. "Oh, great!" Gavin snapped. He jumped off the board, tucked it under his arm, and sprinted towards Quinton. He knew he couldn't reach Quinton from the ground with all the tar around him and knew that the best thing he could do was get as close as possible and then wait until Quinton attacked, leaving himself wide open.

Amari sweatdropped and thought about the time she made the last hover board.....didnt work out too well....
She sighed and ran to the side of the ship, running along the rails, keeping an eye on Gavin.

Kanhoji can be seen visably sweating as he knew that he possibly wouldn't make it in time as soon as the attack went, but kept on going to try and taunt the man as much as he can.
"What are you doing? Something that isn't worth my time?" Kanhoji said, walking away tauntingly in a way that made him seem bored and not interest in the pirate at all.

Quinton just grinned at Kanhoji and threw both of his arms out at his sides. A massive wall of tar, which was at least ten feet tall, fifty feet long, and five feet thick, rose up in front of him. Quinton pulled back his hands and then thrust them forward, sending the whole mess rushing towards Kanhoji at great speed.

"Tar-Tar Tsunami," Quentin said, for some idiotic reason naming his attack after it had already been launched, which meant that no one was really paying any attention to him except Gavin, who he hadn't noticed yet.

Gavin ran at Quinton's now exposed back and he slashed at Quinton. However, the tar user heard his approach, since Gavin had forgotten to hide the sound of his footsteps, and Quinton spun around...just in time to get slashed. He tumbled backwards, striking Gavin with one of his arms knocking Gavin face first onto the ground. Quinton brought a fist crashing down on Gavin's back winding him, and tar seeped out, covering Gavin's back and holding him to the ground. Gavin swung his sword at Quinton from where he lay trapped, but Quinton leaped away.

"I can't go down like this!" Gavin thought, desperately. He threw his sword point first at Quinton, but realized a moment later that it was not going to reach Quinton. Gavin simply didn't have the arm strength to throw it now that he was on the ground.

Amari, having been watching the whole thing, jumped out and grabbed Gavin's sword then spinned and slashed out at Quinton.

Kanhoji sweat is coming down his body alot as he saw the big tsunami and began to run for his life, praying that Gavin and Amari finished the job.
"YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING MEEEE!!" He yelled as he saw the tar coming closer.
On the corner of his eyes, he saw a rope hanging out from a ship and ran towards it, meaning to swing like the famous tarzan would do. He saw a bag of grain and kicked them on the ground, hoping it would surfice to look like him when the tar covered it up.
"I better get paid by the old man for this!!"
Jumping across the water, not looking down as he knew he'll freeze if he did, Kanhoji grabbed onto the rope and swung out of the tsumani of tar, soon landing on the ship.
What he did notice at first, that the ship belongs to Quinton and immediantly saw the first mate of the old mans.

Quinton was in pain. He had just been slashed across the chest by Gavin and was still reeling from the blow, despite taking the sound wielder down with tar. However, a moment later Gavin had tossed his sword at Quinton in an attempt to impale him, but Quinton smirked, seeing the sword was going to fall short. Then some girl had jumped in, grabbing the sword and slashing him across the chest with it, leaving him with no time to dodge, meaning that this cut was deeper then the first. Quinton dropped down on one knee and reached out towards Amari with one hand while his other hand pressed against his wounds. A weak smile appeared on his face and tears sprang to the corners of his eyes.

"No way...and I was just getting started too!" Quinton whispered. He collapsed on the ground, blood spreading out around him.

Gavin watched Quinton fall, his eyes wide. He glanced up at Amari, slightly nervous now that she could honestly kill him if she wanted to. He weighed his options: Should he ask her to help him and risk getting his head cut off or should he remain quiet, hope that she wouldn't notice him and risk starvation? It wasn't a hard choice.

"Um...Amari?" Gavin said hesitantly. "Can you help me out here? Please?" He put on his most disarming smile, hoping that it wouldn't just annoy her.

Liza felt the deck of the ship shake just slightly as someone landed on it. She squirmed around to face the person, her eyes tightly shut. At some point, Quinton had taken her blindfold, so she didn't want to scare anyone.

"Who's there?" Liza called out.

Kanhoji grinned at the woman.
"Yo!! Are you a friend of weird pirate/mayor ossan?" Kanhoji questioned, walking over to her as he hunched down towards the woman, looking at her with curious eyes.
"I'll get you out of there!! Hopefully, Nee-san and Gavin already killed Quinton, if not, we are both pretty much dead!~" Kanhoji said with happiness that weirdly came out of nowhere.
He rummaged through his bag, remember something that could probably get the girl out of the tar trap.
"Well, since the tar harden, we just need to chip it away off of you. You should take a shower after this though. Stains are pretty common soon after." Kanhoji said, getting out a chiesal and a hammer. He started to break the tar away off from her.

Amari sighed in relief as the man Ganju fell ignoring his last words she turns to Gavin slowly and nods then gets on the ground beside him and tries to rid him of the tar covering his back by wiping it off with Ganju's scarf.

"Thank you," Gavin said, now helping out by using his guitar's blades to cut through the tar, which meant he was really just getting in the way at every possible opportunity and cutting himself on accident. It didn't take him long to stop.

"A friend of his?" the woman asked. She smiled. "I guess you could say that. It is true. He and I are close."

Kanhoji only snickered at her answers as he chisel off the last of the harden tar.
"Well, there you go lady!! I'm assuming that the tar-ossan is already down so I'll tell you this. Mayor/pirate ossan is still alive! He's in a building that should be visable by now so if you can stand go to him! I'm sure ossan would like to see you there." Kanhoji said, laughing as he grinned at her.
Standing up, he waited to see what would happen.

Amari scowled as Gavin cut himself only more and smacked the back of his head.
"Now you have more wounds! Would you just let me take care of it?!"
She wiped off the last of the tar and stood up to look around for Kanhoji.
