| Kanhoji did the old dance, meaning he's once, again, dodging his moves with all the grace he got from training. "Um.. can I be dead when I'm at my, you know, 70s???" Kanhoji questioned but soon after dodge another slash. "I guess not." Flipping back, Kanhoji held his hand scythes. Kanhoji slashes his scythes and released "Hawk Wave"; A move where he can make a power gust of wind with both of his scythes. One is powerful enough, two just doubles it. | |

| "Oh, great," Gavin winced, clapping a hand over his shoulder. "And I just got patched up too!"
"That is just the beginning," Eddie said, pompously.
"Sure, sure," Gavin tore off a part of his shirt sleeve and tied it around his shoulder to stem the bleeding. "Let's just keep going." _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
"Death Reaper!" Zaru slashed his scythe through the air and sent out the wave of power. It wasn't big enough to block the blast of wind coming from Kanhoji's weapons, but it cut through it and went for Kanhoji. Zaru, one the other hand, was hit by most of the wind and was knocked on his back.

| Kanhoji dive to dodge it. He got cut on his arm, a bit deep and it's bleeding pretty badly but he didn't pay attention to any of it right now. He soon flipped towards Zaru and landed on his stomach. He then position his one hand scythes on Zaru's neck and the other one, he slashed his weapon, the scythe blade cut apart from the boa. The wound on his arm continue to flow, at this rate, he'll probably die from bloodloss soon after if he didn't take care of it soon. Being himself, he didn't bother noticing it. | |

| Amari stood on the mast of the ship, watching the fights below, she had gotten bored on the ship thought, Eh? Why not? She yawned, still bored and thought about busting in on one of their fights but thought better of it, knowing they would probably be mad at her latter, but she really wanted yo get off this island. Ugh, men, always looking for a fight... | |

| Gavin clashed with Eddie again. The two became almost like blurs, their swords weaving in and out around each other. Gavin stepped back from a swing that would have removed his head and then he was forced to jump as Eddie ducked down and tried to take his legs off. Gavin slashed at Eddie, who faded to the side to dodge, and then both of them brought their blades against the other's weapon and held there for a moment.
"Not bad," Gavin said as he panted.
"You look like you're getting tired," Eddie commented.
"Yeah," Gavin grinned. "It looks like all my fights are finally catching up to me."
"Don't let it slow you down to much," Eddie said. He smiled at Gavin's confused expression. "I want this to be a good fight," Eddie said. "I want there to be no doubt as to who is stronger after I kill you." ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
"So...what are you going to do now?" Zaru asked Kanhoji, his face a mask of calm despite his situation.

| Kanhoji narrowed his eyes in thinking at the question. He never thought what he's going to do after he got his opponet. But, he already got his answer long before. Grinning like the idiot he is, he simply said: "Knock you out. Interesting people should not die yet." And before he thought to give Zaru a chance to react, he hit his preassure point on his neck. "I don't think you should die yet. Sis would scold me anyway if I came back with too much blood on my hands anyway." | |

| Gavin smashed his sword down on Eddie's again and again, driving his opponent back. Eddie allowed his sword to lower from each blow, but then he swept it down and then sliced back upwards. Gavin barely stopped the quick swing and Eddie punched Gavin's left shoulder. The fresh wound throbbed and Gavin stumbled back, wincing in pain. He was now being driven back by Eddie's attacks and he was barely holding up.
"Why don't you use your sound power?" Eddie asked him.
"Can't...focus..." Gavin grunted in reply.
Eddie nodded and kept up his assault. "That's what I was hoping to hear," he said.
"Enough!" Gavin stopped Eddie's sword with his own and he put his left hand against the back of his blade. In spite of the pain, Gavin pushed Eddie's weapon back slowly, then he swept it to the side. His own sword flashed and sliced through Eddie's left shoulder. "There!" Gavin said. "Now we're fighting on even ground!" He punched the wound, which sent Eddie into his own painful spasms. Then Gavin put one of his forefingers to Eddie's head. "120 Decibels," Gavin said calmly. A loud musical note in his head made Eddie see stars and he fell to his knees, clapping his hands over his ears. Gavin brought his sword hilt down on the back of Eddie's head, finishing the job. "Goodnight," Gavin said.

| "Good night." Kanhoji heard from Gavin as he look back to see that he was about to put his finishing blow on the pirate. Kanhoji's eyes turned into slits. Kanhoji instincted reacted and he jumped off of Zaru and slid towards Eddie, blocking the swords with his scythes cross to stop it. Behind of the shadows of his arms, he started at Gavin in the eyes, his eyes still in slits. | |

| "Hey Kanhoji," Gavin said. "Um...what are you doing?" _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Quinton could no longer hear the sound of fighting so he headed over to the side of his ship to look. His men had been knocked out and now a couple of young men stood over Eddie. It looked like those two men were fighting, though Quinton couldn't imagine why.

| Kanhoji didn't say anything as he slowly pushes back Gavin away from the body. It wasn't until that Kanhoji's eyes started to turn normal that he began to speak. Even if they did went into normal, Kanhoji still held Gavin in the same intent gaze. "They're humans too. Don't follow their examples." Kanhoji said, his one eye never leaving both of his.
((I kept forgetting that Kanhoji have an eyepatch!))

| Gavin blinked in surprise. Then he realized what Kanhoji meant.
"I wasn't going to kill him," he said. "All I did was hit him over the head to knock him out. He'll wake up in a few hours with a headache. Besides..." Gavin looked past Kanhoji at Eddie, his face losing any humor it may have contained. "...even if they are human, anyone who attempts to murder someone has forfeited their own right to live. They are no different to me then an ant that I may crush underneath my foot."

| Amari frowns and jumps off the mast, landing between the two of them. She waves a hand then points off in a random direction. "Is it too much to ask if we hurry up and do what we're supposed to do and just get off this ship already?" | |

| Kanhoji looked at Eddie. "But an ant is innocent. Just a creature trying to survive in a world where "taking it easy" doesn't exist." Kanhoji sighed as he rubbed the back of his head, looking at the two unconcious. He jumped back as he saw his sister landed between them, his humor coming back as he laughed, once again with that silly grin. "Not yet! I need to do something first..." With a determined grin, he look back at Quinton, who he knew was watching him and Gavin for some time. "Tar-ossan!! Give back mayor-ossan is town!!!" Yelled Kanhoji, pointing over to the partly looking devasated town. | |

| "Ossan?" Quinton appeared at the side of his ship. "I didn't think I was that old yet. Anyway, I like this town. Its a nice place...or so I thought, but then you three had to show up." He jumped down to stand near them. "I am tired of playing these ridiculous games. Let me show you the true power of the Tar-Tar Fruit!" He slammed the palms of his hands on the ground. "Tar-Tar: Field!" Tar began to flow from his hands in all directions to cover the ground.
Gavin jumped back from the oncoming tar. "So...got any ideas?" he asked his allies.

| Kanhoji jump away from the tar, gulping as he saw the tar coming closer but he kept his distance from it. "Um... anyone of you got liquid nitrogen...or maybe a flamethrower?" Kanhoji suggested, giving both of them a sheepish grin. | |

| "No one carries that kind of stuff around!" Gavin said. "So we're pretty much screwed, aren't we?"
Quinton watched them retreat for a few moments, then he gathered a bunch of the tar in front of him and sent large globs of it towards the trio. Gavin saw the globs coming and he began dancing out of the way of each projectile, watching it splatter across the ground near him. Small bits of tar landed on Gavin's face and he was force back again.
"So we can't reach him and we can't stop his tar," Gavin muttered. "What can we do?" He had already flipped through his own list of techniques and couldn't come up with anything. "Maybe we should just retreat for now," he said.

| "No way!! I want to get mayor-ossan's island back now!!!" Kanhoji declared, as he dodge the blobs of tar. But how in the world... Kanhoji scruched up his nose as he tried to think..... then a light bulb was formed on top of his head, lighting up brightly for everyone to see. | |

| ((Sorry for not being on much more last night. Dad took over and then there was no chance of returning.))
"Um...have an idea, Kanhoji?"
Gavin wondered what Amari was talking about, but when he saw the lightbulb, all was revealed. "So...what are you going to do, Kanhoji?" Gavin muttered.
Quinton also saw the lightbulb, but he was so far away that he couldn't really see what it was. However, it was bright, and annoying. So he pulled most of the tar back, leaving a thin layer that would still be sufficient to capture a person, and he made the tar rise high into the air as a wave.
"Tar-Tar..." Quinton began. "...TSUNAMI!" The massive wave of tar rocketed forward towards the trio, blocking them from Quinton's sight. As it did, he slipped on the pair of heat vision goggles that he had been wearing on the top of his head. Just in case...
((If you remember, that's the last pair of goggles that these pirates have, not to mention Quinton is the last good fighter on this pirate crew, that is still standing.))
