Serious: The Scar Pirates: Chapter 1 - Open Sesame (Open to Scar Pirates members alone)

Limbo Island was the closest thing to a pirate paradise that this part of the Grand Line had to offer. About half of the island's population consisted of pirates, with the other half being either terrorized citizens or wealthy bar owners. The marines who used to occupy the island only a couple of years ago were overwhelmed by the amount of pirates the flooded the island and soon gave up on protecting it, leaving it's population to survive on it's own. The result was obvious: an incredible amount of bars and an equal amount of pirate ships docking on shore. The reason why pirates came there in the first place was yet to be fully understood. The sign in the entry to every dock read: "Limbo island: How low can you go?"

As the red sun of the late afternoon was moving to wake up the next section of the globe, a large wooden ship was making it's slow progress towards the packed docks of Limbo island. The ship easily towered every other ship in this area of the island, and would probably cast a shadow on most ship, with it's gigantic haul and high sails. It's flag bore a picture of a skull with an Arabian headgear covering it's scalp and two swords crossed under it, a pirate flag. "Captain! We will be docking in about five minutes" A voice shouted from the sky-high crow's nest. After hearing the voice, a giant man jumped through the door that lead to the captain's quarters and onto the deck. "Excellent! Boys! We will dock here tonight and leave tomorrow at noon, in the meantime you are to load the rest of the treasure onto the ship unless you fancy a missing head! Got it?!" The man shouted. No answer was given from any of the 40 men who were occupying the ship, they all knew the captain didn't like to get answers for his rhetorical questions.

A few meters back, another ship was sailing. This one was the complete opposite of the huge one the sailed in front of it. It seemed old and damaged, like it was about to break down in any second. But this fact never irritated the only man on board, for he knew the ship will have to take whatever he threw at it, or her as he referred to it. That man was currently taking a "short nap" that already took over two hours to complete. But of course, a ship can't sail on it's own, and so someone had to hold the helm. That someone was a small brown monkey, with no less than two long tails that he used to steer the ship. The bright monkey was given a direct order: Find a big ship, and follow it until it stops. Knowing that he will get a treat when this damn wooden giant finally stopped, the monkey kept following it until it approached Limbo island. He then left the helm and jumped on top of his master's head to wake him up. "Land! Land!" The monkey shouted in the captain's ears and as the young man got up, he took a small brown chocolate cube out of his pocket and handed it to the monkey. The happy animal ran up the captain's sleeve and onto his shoulder, eating the candy with screeches of joy.
The man stood up and petted the monkey's head before reaching into his pocket and taking out what looked like a black box. He opened it to reveal a golden compass. He did the same thing for over two weeks now and the hope of finding what he was looking for was starting to fade away, but when the needle inside the golden compass froze in place while pointing towards the ship they were following, the man wore a surprised expression. His surprise was soon converted into happiness and a broad smile as he understood what this meant. "GOLD..."

Snow was laying on a barrel scouting for new ships that had pulled into port. Most pirates when they pulled into port made the mistake of leaving their ships unguarded or with protection for a night on the town. Snow saw a huge ship pulled into with a pirate flag of a picture of a skull with an Arabian headgear covering it's scalp and two swords crossed under it. Surely someone with a ship as big as this one must have a lot of loot. Snow had already made plans to sack the ship once the crew left after all this was a pirate city. Then another ship came just a few feet away from the first one. An old broken down ship. Snow would just let this one go. There couldn't be any valuables in that ship. She would have to await until the 40 Bandits Pirates leave. Then she can get to work.

A man shouted from the harbour sides to all onlookers and all thoughs coming into the harbour "COME NOW COME HERE WE HAVE THE GREATEST GOODS AROUNDS, THEY FOLLOW YOUR ORDERS WHEN YOU WANT THEM DONE AND THEY RESPECT YOU NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO." the man grabbed a slave girl and shouted"AND NOW SOME FOR THE LOW LOW PRICE OF 200,000 beli" he pushed the girl back behind the curtains into a cage her then pulled out fiona who came out on all fours "THEY MAKE GOOD PETS. THESE PETS WILL EVEN DO THOSE JOBS YOU DONT WANT DONE" he held fiona by her leash and yanked up and held her there, fiona wanted to scream out in pain but she knew that if she did she would be beaten heavily the man then shouted "THEY DONT FIGHT BACK AS YOU JUST SAW" he pushed fiona back into a cage and shouted "SO DOES ANYONE WANT THESE FANTASTIC HIGH-QUALITY GOODS?".

As the gigantic ship of the 40 Bandits Pirates docked in the harbor, followed by the old and rusty Fair Maiden, the sun finished her exit and it was officially night time. At night, all hell broke loose in Limbo island. Every last one of the pirates that were living here got themselves as drunk as they could and stormed the streets, looking for either a good time or some money, flooding the harbors and the markets that were next to them.

Of course, being a woman around this kind of places in the world meant a lot, and about every second guy to pass next to Snow was whistling at her, hoping to get some free action to keep him busy during the night. Not only the women have problems, but also the young boys and girls had them, especially if they were being sold in a slave auction. A long line of drunk pirates stood in front of Fiona's cage, inspecting her and thinking of all of the food they weren't going to give her.

Between all the familiar sights and smells of piracy at it's peak, Blane felt at home. He took a long swig out of his almost empty flask and turned to Bobby. "Ok, I'll go check the ship out, you can have as much fun as you want while we're here, meet me tomorrow morning at the latest, got it?" Blane asked. The monkey shook it's head for agreement and sprang away, heading for the market that was filled with the smell of food. He ran around, jumping on top of people's heads to try and get his hands on some food, until he noticed something that threw him out of his primal instincts: A girl trapped in a cage. He jumped his way towards the girl and stood next to the cage, sniffing her. It might have been Bobby's past as a trapped and enslaved pet, or it might have been Fiona's distinctive smell, but the monkey had an expression on his face that could be confused with no other: I want to help you.

Meanwhile, the 38 bandits and their captain gone off to join the drunken chaos, leaving their ship guarded by two crew members who seemed the weakest. Blane stepped in front of the ship, examining it before noticing a few whistles that came from behind him. The whistles were aimed at a woman with white hair that was sitting near some crates on the dock. 'Now there's cutie' Blane thought to himself, turning to examine the woman instead of the ship. He had no female company in a long time, and rescuing a maiden in danger was the ideal way of getting into a romance, that is, if Snow will need any help. A group of drunken pirates stopped in front of Snow. "Hey there sweet thing, wanna help me scratch something?" One of them said, making all of his buddies laugh. It was obvious what they wanted, and they were drunk enough to try and take it by force.

Snow realized she made a mistake waiting til after dark to rob docked ships. Night was dangerous for girls like her with all these pirates hoping to get an easy score. Snow wasn't some cheap wrench that could brought well...maybe for 50,000 beli per minute but no pirate was going to pay that much for a good time. Most of them proved harmless enough with a few stares and whistles. Then a group of pirates came surrounding her. One of them said a dirty joke which alerted Snow about their intentions. Never the one to lose her cool Snow just calmly said "Well I would but you see that guy over there?" Snow pointed to the nearest tough guy she could find. It justs so happened that that person was Blane. "That man is my lover a very dangerous pirate. If you guys know whats good for you then I'll back away if I were you." Snow was lying through her teeth. She never met Blane or even knew he was a pirate, but made up a story to hopefully trick or scare these guys. If her plan worked they would either back off, or kick Blane's ass. Either it would porvide her with a way to escape.

Fiona was sitting in her cage she was whimpering when the slave seller was near her. the slaves were selling quickly but she was a bit expensive because she had a devil fruit and was a bit younger than the rest. when fiona saw the monkey on her cage she got really scared and screamed but when she looked at the monkeys face she understood what its expression ment but she didnt really care. the slave seller came over when she screamed open the cage and pulled her out of her cage slapped her to the ground and kicked her until she went back into the cage. she then went back to whimpering staring at the monkey.

Blane was surprised to see the woman pointing at him saying that he was her lover. Talking about being in the right place at the right time...
He immediately jumped in, cutting through the group and stopping right next to Snow. "Good pick" He whispered in her ear before turning around to face the group. He placed an arm around Snow's shoulders and said "Yea I'm the crow of this nest! And if you don't want any problems I'd suggest you find some other girl to pick on" He said, grinning from ear to ear. "Fine, we'll just find another girl... how 'bout you?!" The leader of the pirates shouted before flinging a drunken punch towards Blane. Blane wasn't nervous, defeating a drunken opponent was easy. He gathered a respectful amount of saliva in his mouth before spitting right at the man's eye, making him twitch and miss. He then sent an explosive kick to the man's crotch, sending him to the ground to face the pain. "I suggest you'll get along now..." Blane said. The pirates picked the man up and walked away, leaving Blane and Snow in peace. "So, what does a woman have to look for in Limbo island at night?" Blane asked, without moving his arm.

Meanwhile at the market, Bobby watched Fiona getting tossed around with visible terror. She was in the same situation he was when he was imprisoned. He had to rescue her. Putting all of his IQ enhanced brain power at work, Bobby came up with an idea. Judging by the powerful smell of alcohol in the crowd, he knew the people were drunk, and he knew that drunk pirates tend to get angry quickly. He ran straight at a man's leg, making him fall over on the man behind him. "Hey watch where your parking your ass idiot!" the man behind him shouted before punching him, hitting the man next to him with his elbow. As the domino of pissed drunk pirates kept moving, the entire crowd in front of Fiona's cage went into a full riot. "Stop stop there is room for everybody!" The slave seller said. Now that he was busy with the riot, Bobby had enough time to sneak on him and steal the his set of keys that were dangling from his belt. He tried every key until the last one opened Fiona's cage. Nobody noticed a thing and the monkey signaled with his hand that Fiona should follow him and fast.

Getto Diffot was walking around the town of Limbo Island, the ocean was beautiful like always, the dock full of ships. Getto saw a man was almost punched by another one, probably because something with the girl there. Before getting punched, the man spit at the other one, making him miss. That's weird...- Getto thought. He approached Blane and Snow.

"Hello, my name is Getto Diffot."- he said in a curious tone.-"What happened just now with that guy?"

Snow felt relieved that Blane had come to save her from those drunken pirates, yet she souldn't help but feel a bit uncomfortable with his arm around her. Maybe I made a mistake picking this guy.....I mean he could be just as worse as those other guys. Snow didn't even know this guy, and yet she put her life in his hands. Well since he didn't try anything other than putting his arm around her Snow guessed she was safe with this guy at least until day rose. "I was waiting for a good ship to sack. You see thats what I do. I'm a docker, I steal from ships while the others go out and party." Snow then saw another stranger approach them.

fiona didnt move a muscle when the monkey told her she should move, not really told but motioned. she just sat at the back of her cage trembling at the site of the riot and she had been trained and not in a nice way to never leave the cage unless told to by her master and she was scared he would come back or not even in the riot and watching.

Blane was surprised by the woman he just met. "Now that's not something you want to say out loud... there might be ship owners around here..." Blane said, not bothering to call his piece of scrap a ship. But then a thought popped into Blane's head. The 40 Bandits pirates were a big crew, 40 times the size of his crew. If he tried to steal from their ship and get caught he might not make it out. Help was definitely needed. And just when he was about to offer Snow a momentary pact, with a chance of forming a crew, a man jumped into their conversation.

Limbo island was filled with this kind of people. Scavengers of fights, jumping into action whenever blood was spilled. "Well hello back at ya, just your everyday drunk fight that's all" Blane answered. "Nothing out of the ordinary".

Bobby was simply frustrated. That girl seemed liked a human, but she lacked the rational thinking process of one, she was acting like a house pet. "You come, safe now" Bobby said, trying to make his voice as friendly as possible. But then, the slave seller's head rose behind Bobby. "Get away from my sack of gold!" The slave owner shouted as he tried to grab Bobby. But just when he was about to catch the monkey, a gigantic hand of a large pirate grabbed him from behind and dragged him into the riot. Bobby then turned back to Fiona. "See? Safe"

Getto was surprised of the indeference of the man, the women and the man were talking about ships, apparently they wanted to steal one. Getto didn't know if he should ask... but he did.

"Do you guys happen to be pirates?"- Getto asked.

Snow shook her head and hands "No don't be silly. I'm not a pirate." she laughed nervously. She was trying to stay unnoticed but this guy was only going to bring more attention to her. He also called her a pirate meaning she would be watched my other captains who wanted to increase their crews. Snow wanted to get to leave before gaining any more unnessary attention, until she spotted a golden compass within Blane's possession. Big beli signs appeared on her eyes. Jackpot. She needed to stay with this guy for a bit longer in order to get that treasure. Snow clung unto him affectionately "We are just two friends taking a stroll." Snow said to Getto.
