Serious; Phase One: Dawn Island (CLOSED)

(I expected Rashmi would get at least a punch before, but oh well.)

"Teh .. you idiot, if you want to get on top of me like that, do it after the damn battle, Hyahahaha !" he punches her and at the same time draws a rifle from his left shoulderblade "Get lost .. Denka Shot !" he strikes her at point blank range right on her face. Surely, due to her diamond form, she wouldnt be damaged, but since she was reverting back to her self, her armor would be somewhat weaker at this point. And he knew about it.

(OOC yeah he is a major jerk, lol)

"Kuh..."
Rashmi fell back when the shot hit her and landed on the ground just in front of him yet again.
She just wanted to jump up ang get ready to stomp him to oblivion (she's totally not above that), but she only got into a half standing position when she was forced back to kneel.
She grimaced and grabbed her shoulder, where blood had begun to flow. When she touched it, she noticed it had reverted back into human flesh. The cramps must have made the wound open up again... Blasted wound, this had never happened before. One would think there was some kind of seastone in it or something, normally wounds didn't cause such big problems. Not that she ever got wounded in the first place...
But she could feel the diamond slowly going back all around it, while the blood coloured her clothing red and dripped on the parts of her taht were diamond yet.
She looked at him, pain and anger mixing on her face. She was so close, she wouldn't let something like that get her down!
"Damn... you..."
She hissed, as if her being so reckless in fights was all his fault.
despite the pain, she got up on her feet and walked towards him, her hand still on the wound.
Suddenly, without any warning, she jumped off the ground, for the first time in this fight using her legs to attack. He upper body would be the first thing to revert back to human, so she'd have to rely on them from now on.
She aimed at his face with a kick, fast and as hard as she could.

(somehow, him being an asshole makes me happy... Rashmi, not so much I think.)

"Losing hope eh ?! Denka Shot !" Dude fires yet again with the rifle, aiming at her face again. At the same time, with his other hand, he focuses static electricity around that hand. (Chidori ? lol)

"Yami Gigantos Thrust !!!" thats whats suddenly heard from the depths of the city, and moments later something really big and terrifying breaks through a section of the walls from within the city. Wally's the one to blame for the attack, and several men are laying down unconcious, as for those standing, they are all shocked. "Game's over ...." Wally says and grins.

Rashmi hissed yet again as she raised her hand and reflected the bullet with it, the last thing she did with it in diamond form before it turned back to human flesh. Her face, too, wad turned back half already. This was going way too fast!
Her upper body was only half diamond anymore, as expected, her legs seemed to be the last thing to turn back.
Just when she thrust one of those long legs, or, more precisely, the knee, forward into the direction of her opponents face, she heard something from the city.
She'd hate herself later for being distracted in such an important moment, but she turned her head slightly to see....
"My TOWN!"
This had been bound to happen, so why did it still hurt?

Tiberius was really annoyed but not so stupid. He got up and headed towards the outskirts of the battle. He was watching Dude fight and with amusement at that. Though he wasnt quite sure what he was meant to say. The battle was surely won, and there was nothing more than execution for the fools who chose to stay and fight. Not that he found it foolish, it would be almost endearing to see these people stand their ground, but such dreams of grandeur was past these rebels. They had lost too much footing.

"Boss said not to kill you, otherwise I'd have pierced your heart instead .." using that moment of distraction, Dude had thrusted his hand on Rashmi's body, just above her heart. The wound was pretty serious but not critical, but it pretty much would ensure that she would be too weakened to battle.

"ENOUGH ALREADY !!!" His voice's heard everywhere in the battlefield. Blood was dripping from pretty much everywhere, but his will was too great to let that make him stay down defeated. Wally's actually surprized that with those injuries, that man can still stand up. Kael, is sitting right in frond of an advancing Wally. He breathes hard, but then takes a deep breath and starts yelling "Look at those people in this city, not us, but the civilians ! We didnt forced them under a seige, they had no problem having us here ! They hated the Government like a lot more people in this world do. They where just brave enough to allow something to be done. But they werent trying anything against all of you, the just wanted their indepentence, they wanted to live with their own rules, on their own .. how can you STEP ON ON THOSE INNOCENT PEOPLE'S BELIEFS AND DESIRES LIKE THAT ?!!!" he coughs up blood and then resumes "You have won ... fine ... just dont cause any more damage to the city, those people's homes .. dreams .. you cant just destroy them cause your Government DOESNT LIKE FREEDOM !!!"
His allies are all shocked "C-captain Kael ..."
"Interesting man, lovevy ~!" Ginji comments.
"His speech was rather .. right .." Hawks comment.
"Byyaaahahahahaha, that guy's really got balls !" Sabres yells and laughs.

Rashmi was lying on her back, her body now completely human again. This was it. She ultimately had no strenght left to fight. She had lost. They had lost. Now that the pain was gone, it was but a fact. Blood was running from the corner of her mouth, and from far away, she could hear Kaels voice.
"Kael..."
Right, those people were innocent... She wondered when she had been innocent...
A picture of a small, blackhaired girl with big brown eyes appeared in her head. The eyes of the kid were sparkling, glittering with joy...
"Mom. When I grow up, I'm gonna be a pirate!"
Had that really been her, once?
The picture was replaced with another one, a now taller girl with a grin on her face and long, black hair was standing on a small ship. She turned around to a small crew, made out of three men at the time.
"From now on, we're a real pirate crew!"
The crew roared...
Two men were standing on the docks, in front of a larger ship, looking up to the same girl, only with longer hair. Their names were Rick and Markus, her new navigator and cook...
The same men, this time Markus looking at her, tears of fear and that unreal surprise when he realised he'd die in his eyes as his body protected her from the sword of a marine, and Rick falling... always falling.
In the present, Rashmi listened to Kaels voice, and closed her eyes.
There might or might not have been tears on her cheeks.
Right... That was the way this world worked...
Now she was sure there were tears on her face.

(and again with the flashbacks...)

Gladly Ernok was pretty fast and he was also ready as he used his super human speed to get out of the Poison snake way. He then rushed forward toward the pirate who attacked him with the snake, and aimed a right punch using all of his power. Ernok was pretty fast and tough and if his target received that hit he was most likely going to get his skull broken. Of course not mentioning the fact that Ernok was wearing his knuckles as well.

"Screw you !" Someone leaps from the sky itself and kicks Ernok's attack to the side "You really made a mistake making me come down here !" Jason, the man as strong as Wally, enters the battle "Let's play, you and me, oh mighty fishman !"
Marrow is kinda surprized *Crap .. Jason's .. even higher than the regular level 6 prisoners..* he thinks.

Ernok laughed manically as Jason challenged him to a one vs one fight. It seemed that the blood thirsty fishman was finally going to enjoy his time.

Ernok's eyes were now fixed on John as he took the fishman Karate offensive stance.

"NOW GET READY TO DIE!!!Fishman Karate!!" Ernok screamed as he moved in a very fast speed toward John.

"Hyakumaigawara Seiken!!!"He screamed as he aimed a series of strong and fast punch toward his opponent...each punch was strong enough to cause an opponent to fly backward, and with the knuckles it was pretty deadly.

Tiberius watched as the man stood up to Wally, he stood up and walked foward in front of Kael and stoo still, it was as if his monstrous strength was waiting to come out of every pore in his body. He then looked back "Captain... i want to fight him..... and you..... i do not believe in mere words.... show me through your actions." His blood boiled with the need to battle, he pulled off his mask and prepared his cleaver.

"Agreed .. GINJI, NOW !" Ginji dashes at Kael and without anyone had a chance to react .. "Renaldo Tension hormones !!" he strikes Kael.
"What the hell was th-- ... GAAAH ?!!!" Kael falls down. After a few moments he gets up, his muschles pop up "W-what is that .. ?!" he asks shocked.

Jason grins "Gura no Impacto !" A piece of the land below them, touched earlier by Jason, pops up and forms a large fist aiming towards the advancing Ernok. At the same time, another piece wraps around Jason to form a shield.

Tiberius was pissed but didnt say anything, he was seriously pissed that anyone would intefere but then again the captain had ordered him to do that. Still Tiberius was unhappy that he had intefered."WHAT DID YOU DO GINJI?!!!"

Ginji looks at Tiberius "Are you lovely stupid ?! Didnt you noticed that the man was barely standing ? How can he lovely fight you, the crew's top fighter when he is about to lovely die from his own wounds, Maaaha ?!" he says and then lights up his cigar and smokes a bit.
Wally then talks "Parthner, like it or not, that man was in no shape to battle, but now we gave him an actual fighting chance."
Kael looks at Ginji, and then Wally, then Tiberius "Getting help from my enemy .. what the hell is with you people ?!! ... whatever .." he turns to Tiberius and raises his fists "At this point, I better as well die while I am fighting instead of laying down hopeless !"

Tiberius didnt really say anything "I dont really know fully how your powers work, so if the guy is busting strange stuff all over his body, screaming, i would have to assume the worst... still whatever, surprisingly noble thing to do Ginji" Tiberius then walked foward "No point in just standing there, show your resolve and charge at me.."

Kael dashes forward just before Tiberius finishes what he was saying "Very well !" *What the hell is that ? .. I .. I feel .. stronger than when we started fighting here !!! Ya idiots !* he raises his sword and attempts to strike Tiberius horizontally at chest's height.

Meanwhile, at the bay.
"Doesnt matter who wins ... Hahahahaha !!!"
Gondar, Sabres, Martha, are at the bay too.

Tiberius slashed his sword gritting his teeth and clashed with Kael. He then grinned "good power, good determination, very nice.... but not enough.... try again next season ....... " Tiberius slammed his sword away, he clenched his fist together and lunged a Jyogan squarely into the face of Kael, which should send him flying backwards.

*What the ... shit, I am passing out ...*

Kael lays down foaming and unconsious, his face's blood-drenched. Ginji's impressed "Well well, it would be almost impossible, yet you cancelled my boost with one punch .. lovely strong you are Tiberius-sama, ya gotten lovely stronger in a lovely short amount of time !".

Tiberius waved his fist with the blood splattering onto the ground. He walked away, "Hmmph...... this level of heart is strong, but his level of skill and power was not up to par, that is all....." Tiberius adjusted his sword and then waved it "Surrender now rebels..... blame your lack of power on your failures this day......."

"Well said parthner .. now, Weeee-hahahaha ! Dude, bring her here !"
Dude arrives with Rashmi. She is tied up with some chains and is pulled there by Dude, her face on the mud and dirt. "That's the commander here hm ?"
Wally looks down at her "I gave you the chance, as I promised .. now, it is up to you .. surrender and there wont be any more loses, or deny to and every one of your men are candidates for slaughter." he says to her, serious, unlike his usual carefree-status.
Suigo throws a bottle to Tiberius "Have a drink, 1st phase, is over ..." he says to him.

1 WEEK LATER
Dawn Island, formerly a major revolutionaries base, is now at the hands of the Government. Marine officials have arrived and have evacuated the area, and are beginning to rebuilt the fort and the city by the Government's orders. Wally had let a number of Revolutionaries escape after his victory, as a sigh of respect to their struggle. However, their commander, Rashmi, is now sent to Impel Down. It's been just yesterday, she had arrived there.
Just an hour ago, a call was made from the Gorousei towards Wally. There was a lot of talking, and afterwards Wally ordered his crew to set sail for Shobaony Archipelago, their base.
Currently ~
"The ship's ready to go-go captain, we can go exactly as planned !" Dude says.
The crew is all onboard, and Wally is walking up the staircase accompanied by Suigo and Jason.
"First step ... completed .. weee-hahahaha ... WEEE-HAHAHAHAHA !!!" Wally laughs loudly as he is walking up.

"You heard my captain .." Suigo says to some fighters that where previously fighting him, now they were simply standing there shocked by all this.
After a sort while, Wally brings Rashmi and her commanders to the marines still waiting. "Stay tuned for more .." Wally whispers to her as she is taken away. *Thats merely the start of it ..* he says to himself and turns away, to rest up from today's battling.
