Capabilities:As a Paramecia type devil fruit it allows the user as per Paramecia fruit super abilities how ever this Paramecia fruit is...Odd per say. While like most Paramecia types it gives the user control over a power the storm fruit gives the user the ability to make and controle storms. An experienced user can make anything from a light drizzle of rain to a force five hurricane but a hurricane seems to be only made when in a state of extreme hate [ie you don't care how you just want the person in front of you to die].
