History:Roy was born into a famliy of pirates so having a mother and father as pirates didn't give him much choice in a job. When he was younger he went into the devil fruit room of his famliy ship and ate the Arashi Arashi no mi gaining power over storms when he was at the young age of three. He could make or break storms now his parents figured he was now their ticket into some of the most ruff places. So he had become their 'meal ticket' as they called him. Once he got these powers he was no longer treated as a son when not there quick enough he would get cut by his fathers blade then whiped by his mothers whip.

One day when the young man was thirteen the beating was so bad they had destroyed his right eye. Turning him into a cold man who shared nothing with anyone other then his elder brother. But that soon came to an end as their father had killed roy's brother and that was the end of the abuse. They were near three navel bases that formed a triangle his father told the young man at the age of sixteen to destroy the bases. But he did more then that. He yelled, Loud the sea started to get very violent. The boy had unleashed a hurricane upon them all. It not only tore apart the navel bases and killed everyone but the captian of each base but it killed everyone other then him on the ship and destroyed it as well. A strong gust of wind blasted him back to him home island.

The young man had gotten very many tattos at the age of eighteen normal tattos tribel bands and the like but the one that helped him get his nick name 'the rageing storm' was the tatto on his back of people in hell that had repented but were being held back by a giant storm in hell. Roy didn't know he was a wanted man untill just receantly. "Wanted dead or alive 15,000,000 berris" you would hear a ruff voice say then a dark laugh.

Personality: Roy is normally very quiet and keeps to himself, especially when training. Not one to get into arguments, he normally stands by and just listens to whatever is going on, ninety-nine percent of the time, he could care less what was going on around him. He always seems to be lost in thought, some think he goes through points of depression, or that he has a dark past he holds against himself and is unable to get over it.

effect: As a Paramecia type devil fruit it allows the user as per Paramecia fruit super abilities how ever this Paramecia fruit is...Odd per say. While like most Paramecia types it gives the user control over a power the storm fruit gives the user the ability to make and controle storms. An experienced user can make anything from a light drizzle of rain to a force five hurricane but a hurricane seems to be only made when in a state of extreme hate [ie you don't care how you just want the person in front of you to die].
