Appearance: A young man, Hiro has one blue eye and one mechanical eye which he uses as a replacement for the one he lost. He also has blond hair, which he keeps cut short. He is five feet and ten inches tall. He is not muscular, but is thin and at first glance many might think that he was weak. He replaced his left arm with a mechanical one, although it looks just like a regular arm. He wears a white lab coat, which is blackened and burnt in some places. Underneath the coat, which he does not button up unless he is actually in the middle of working, Hiro wears a light blue, turtleneck sweater. He also wears black pants and black shoes.

History: Hiro had a good life at home. He had a supporting family who helped him through school. It wasn't entirely because of them, however. Hiro was a genius, who from the time when he was five and had tried to figure out how fans worked, had begun creating new machines and technology that most thought wasn't even possible. His specialty was weapons. He liked making things explode. Hiro passed through school three years ahead of his age group and was hired by an weapon company that was owned and operated by the marines. Hiro learned a lot there and soon was put to work on a project of his own. He finished this project and many others. Soon it became apparent that he was ahead of any of the other workers in weapon development and he was given free reign to do as he choose. So he started on a weapon he had thought up back in school. It took him two years, but he finally finished the new weapon. It was a bomb with the power to destroy a country, but it did not accomplish its task in the usual way a bomb would do this. Hiro did not tell anyone else about this weapon and so many of the others on the island became curious as to what he was working on. Some people were beginning to think that he wasn't working on anything. A few of the other inventors sneaked into Hiro's workshop and saw the bomb. They tried to figure out what it was, but accidentally set it off. The results were devastating. The 'bomb' was a container that held within it billions of tiny nanobots that literally ate their targets from the inside out within seconds. They would tear off a person's body cell by cell and scatter them across the ground making it seem to any observers that the person was dissolving before their very eyes. Hiro soon heard the screams and figured out what was going on. He had made a protective suit to keep him from being harmed by his creations. He donned the suit and came after the nanobots, but by this time they had killed practically everyone on the island. Hiro managed to rig together a electrical discharge gun and deactivated the nanobots with it, but as he did they managed to break into his suit through one of the eye holes and destroyed his right eye.

Hiro was declared a criminal by the marines and had a large bounty placed on his head. He fled, but was soon captured just a year later. For about three months, Hiro was kept in a Marine prison. Finally, they brought him out, but instead of executing him they gave him a proposition. Work for them under surveillance or be executed. It wasn't a hard choice. Hiro began working for the Marines, but he decided then and there that he would never again create a weapon with so much power. The Marines did not let anyone know they had captured him and left his bounty posters hanging up to discourage him from trying to escape.

Personality: Rude and sarcastic is what Hiro is known for. He is not fond of Marines despite knowing what they did to him was for the best. He is closed up to all and has not shared his feelings with anyone about what happened on that island. He was disturbed greatly by what his obsession led him to create, and with good reason. Hiro has nothing personal against pirates and would willingly side with them if he thought it was for the best.

Special Abilities:

He has great strength in his left arm due to it being mechanical. His strength in this arm is equal to that of a gorilla.

He can see up to a mile away with his mechanical right eye, which can also zoom in on far away targets.

Learned Techniques:

Shot: A small gun is inserted into his index finger on his mechanical arm, which he can fire small bullets from at targets that are far away.

Lightning Current: Hiro has inserted a device, which discharges electricity, in his forearm on his mechanical arm.

Accelerator Unit: The accelerator unit built into the bicep of his mechanical arm vibrates his left arm at high speeds, allowing him to punch with his arm with twice as much strength as usual. Hiro can only do this three times before it loosens the arm's screws and bolts and breaks it to pieces.
