Appearance: Garcho's skin is orange and he has long blonde hair. Being a squid fishman, he has eight arms and no bones at all. He wears red shorts and has bracers in all of his hands. There are small holes on six of his palms and on the arms with no holes, there are two bumps on both arms, holding dials inside.

Prodigious strenght: Garcho is stronger than most people, but doesn't still possess superhuman strenght.

Learned Techniques:
Torch Tornado: Garcho places his uppermost arms(the ones with the burn blades) over his head and spins them in a circular motion, creating a spiral of fire.
Dial wrap: Garcho grabs the enemy with the arms with dials. You can guess what happens next.
Execution: Garcho immobilizes the enemy with the dial-arms, and places the burn blades and machine guns on the opponents body. Simultaneous activation. The result will not be pretty. Works better on devil fruit users when the Kairōseki gloves are used.
