Appearance: Green, humanoid mix of a Chinese and European dragon that is about 13 feet tall, and 300 pounds.
With red sharp eyes Drago is consider buff ,and he don't take likely to weakling either. He is a human that was made to have an appearance of a dragon since he love dragon so much he respect them but his personality say other wise.

History:  Drago love dragons ,and hope to be one  day using a devil fruit but instead  something bad happen. In fact he was hit by an bomb and the only way to fixed him was reconstruction him. The Doctor didn't know how to make him look so he look threw the picture he had of then decide a dragon would please the kid.  Once he awoke the doctor was gone Drago begin to return to his home where he founded out people was yelling Dragon. He later was raise as  cyborg that been raise by an lady that was in orphan his peer pick on him. He used this to get stronger he lift weights on the daily bases, and practice fighting. His strength is that of many man ,and his speed is nothing short of an average Soru user he seen may battle with the marine ,and pirates. Then he decide to help neither only to help himself in personally gain he choose to capture whoever that needs to be catch then sell them off with ease. Currently he have reach his peak for his life ,and is currently traveling with Captain Roo Bushin he plans to help him earn a living ,and take down whoever who challenge there wrath or rage. He attempt to rob an bank but fail which is way his bounty is so low currently he seeks to destroy all those who cause him problems ,and he hate fish man, and human race but he willing to take exception if order too .


Since he was hurt in a real bad accident the doctor seen no choice but to operate on his body. Meaning that he had to under go skin replacement ,and sever cyborgs' parts. Which he choose to look like a dragon since that was his favor animal now he have the appearance of a dragon but can't fly. His skin is nothing short of titanium which is why sword, and un high caliber bullets didn't effect him he had an operation that make him not only look like a dragon but fight like one too. Due to his harsh life he was deed to act evil to a level that fits him.


Personality: Drago is deceitful. He had no honor or nobility, He has promised treasure to the people for helping him recover the items but changes his mind. He has deceived his  siblings when he said  if they give him all there money he would make them rich in 20 days.  He is pretty hot headed too.    He is pure evil those even those he may do it out  of lies many say he a master of this skill which is why he made it this far.  Drago is the reason  what people hate dragon. Drago is trying to act the best way a dragon is to known to ac eh hate bombs ,and anyone who used them are consider trash to him ,and shall die by a burning death. Drago is ease temper, and sometime childish he respect his captain on sometime he may think to betray him but decide not to. This trait show Drago have potential to be a honesty man or dragon at time whichever suite him .

Special Abilities:
Cyborg Strength: As a little kid he lift weights ,and since his operation he can lift 5 times of a peak human. He need this strength to over come his armor that act as his skin currently.

Cyborg Dragon skin: Since his skin is made up of titanium it can withstand height temperature of the target choose to try to burn him. In fact
if a target would try to burn him it would only heat up his metal , metal is know to be cool so heating it up for a period of time with the height enough temperature can effect him. Sword, Dagger, and bullet don't do much damage since his whole body have a appearance of a dragon he is fully armed ,and quite heavy.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):

Fire Breath: The user can shoot out fire from his mouth just like a dragon he can do it with ease. It is just like a flame thrower type of flame which shoot very far too about 40 feet in one direction which he can control. He can also shoot them out his hands too this due to his operation they install several hidden things to.

Dragon Jet: He engulf his body into flames as  he charge at the target with great speed attempt to tackle them.

Dragon Claw: He can used his claws to fight in close combat ,and he can shoot them out his finger like bullets then grow them back with ease.

His fuel is made in the pit of his stomach in a small machine near his stomach which allowed him to produce his fuel as long as his stomach is working.

3. Look like a dragon? Does that mean facial reconstruction? Does that mean he is a cyborg which looks like a dragon or an actual dragon human? Cause we dont allow dragon race here.
4. Super speed on par with soru? Basis? Along with dragon breath and titanium armor? You cant have super speed of soru proportions and titanium skin
