Yeah I agree with that, Sano needs to increase his power and speed up a couple of tiers at least. He and his gang had a little bit of trouble Fighting a 3rd Tier Roger.

That would make it quite a bit harder, but Sano is pretty honorable and brave.

Mara was walking through the streets of the military stronghold. In all reality, it was just like any other city. Except replace any instance of civilians with Marines and you'd get the picture. It did not take the captain long to reach the dojo, despite her injuries. Sliding open the door she took a good look inside. The floor was clean and there was not a soul to be seen. Today must be a slow one. She did make a stop on the way over. The sword on her waist was not her own, but a flat point fencing rapier used for practice. Removing her shoes, she deftly drew her sword and began to practice her techniques. She would have to surpass herself if she wanted to defeat her foes.

Little did she know that Dartz was already in the room...He surprised her while she was practicing by speaking, "Do you need someone to practice with?" Which would be pretty shocking to anyone who thought they were all alone and suddenly heard a voice close to them. Mara replied, "How did you get here? weren't you just back at the medical wing?" Dartz smiled, "Yeah but I sensed a spiritual pressure coming closer to the Marine HQ" Mara was confused, "Someone is coming to the Marine HQ, you mean a Marine or a World Government Representative?" Dartz shook his head serenly, "I am afraid not, the presence that I sense has an unusually high spiritual pressure and it was not anyone who is affiliated with the Navy or World Government. It might be a hostile pirate..." Mara was shocked, "No! That can't be! A Pirate would have to be out of their mind to attack Marine Headquarters!" Dartz, "Yeah, they seem to be rather sure of themselves or have a deathwish but in any case I have an uneasy feeling that you may be their target, Captain"

((Just because apparently it's going to be happening soon, remember that Eines Lobby has never even been put into even a panic until Luffy came along, so this can only end in one way.))

Mara continued to practice, swinging her practice sword gracefully and with steady control. "Regardless of their target, to attack Eines Lobby is nothing short of giving yourself over to the reaper himself." She paused for a moment, considering Dartz's proposition to aid her in her training. "No offense sir, but I need to work on my technique, not spar with someone who has no experience with the style. If what you are saying is true, we will need to be prepared." With that she went back to practicing her movements.

Dartz was thinking very hard about the situation. Then he finally spoke as he watched Captain Mara swing her saber at the air, "This is all very unusual, Since the World Government was created not a single soul, not even Gol D. Roger himself had the guts to attack Marine HQ...This guy's sure is out of his mind. But I sense that he might be a normal person. I sense that he may have a Devil Fruit Ability..." Mara was surprised, "Are you sure!?! How can you tell that without even meeting the bloke!?!" Dartz answered as mysteriously as ever, "I can feel his power, he has a sort of electrical aura around him. That may give a clue to the nature of his ability."

Mara continued with her training, attacking imaginary foes. She imagined how her enemies may counter, dodge, and retaliate. She even readied her mind for what would take someone by surprise. What to do if someone pulled a concealed blade. A pistol even. She even mentally went over what may happen if her foe had an inhuman power. What would happen if she couldn't cut her foe? What would happen if her foe didn't even need to touch her? She thought of these possibilities and more as she continued. Even in the worst case scenario, she would do better now against any foe then she had against that pirate on the beach.

Where sand and surf were replaced by cobblestone paths and tightly packed buildings, she could not lose. Where there was something solid, Mara would never allow her foes an opening. Her greatest concern now was what she would do if she were to again, fight in the sand.

An explosion was heard not too far away and the Dojo where Dartz and Mara were located in began to shake a little. Dartz was unphased by the explosions which were getting more frequent and causing the dojo to shake more violently and fiercely. Mara nearly fell over during the intense earthquake, "What the hell is going on!?!" Dartz omnipotently answered, "Its the intruder...he has gotten past the 1st level of our defenses" Mara was shocked, "How can one man cause such this place to shake as if we are being bombarded by a grand army!?!"
Dartz's expression remained as mysterious as ever, "He is an impressive pirate to be sure, but he is still a mere mortal, devil fruit or not. This room is protected by 3 levels of defense, which means there are two more to get past before he can reach this room."

Walking over to the nearest wall, Mara placed the practice sword on a weapons rack. Then heading for the door so she could retrieve both her shoes and her weapon, she spoke on the matter, seeming somewhat disinterested. "I trust there is someone here that can deal with the issue?"

Dartz as emotionless and unconcerned as ever replied, "There is still-" Suddenly a much bigger explosion shook the dojo nearly causing it to collapse. Dartz continued, "the 3rd level of defense left.." Mara was surprised, "What happened to level 2!?!" Dartz replied, "The intruder got past it..."

The whole base is in an uproar. In the shadow of a room two eyes appear again. It watchs a group of marines run by. "It seems that there is a comotion going on here.......perfect." Xark slowly steps out of the shadow. "But I got to say, who ever is attacking sure is loud." he says as he cleans his ear. Just then another group of marines run by and see him. "H-hey you don't move!" Xark looks at them. "Sure, what ever you say." He looks at them and their shadows take the form of claws and grab them by their faces. "Wha-what the..?!" Xark grins. "I didn't move." The marines get their energy sucked out by the claws and then fall to the ground. "Boy are they weak on energy. Maybe the other marines have more energy." Xark begins to walk down the hall will explosions can be heardall around.

Roger was causing mass havoc and destruction at Marine Headquarters! He had already defeated 2 levels of defenses that guarded the perimeter and was now fighting with the third. The 3rd level of defense was hundreds of Commodore-level(Stronger than Captains) Marines. They seemed to give Roger the most difficulty yet, but he was slowly but surely getting through and it was only a matter of time now until he succeeded and would then be able to reach Mara without interruption. Little did he know that another being was killing Marines as well...

Xark walks down the hall with another group of marines laying dead on the floor behind him. "This is getting irritating."

Roger had just gotten past the 3rd level defenses and was now on his way to the Dojo. Silver Hair was laughing maniacly while he has heading there, "I am almost there, Mara! Marine HQ is really slipping and gone to the dogs if it can't even stop one man from successfully invading it! Mwahahah!" Silver Hair used his to summon more lightning causing the explosions to be more devastating!

Xark senses lightning being summoned. "...whats this?" He looks at the direction that the intruder is at and then grins. "Its about time someone appears." He dashes in its direction.

Dartz was standing at the busted up Dojo as another massive explosive shook it! He looked at Mara with his careless lazy expression on his face, "The intruder has gotten past all 3 levels of defense, he will be here shortly. You should get out of here, Captain, you are probably his target." Mara had not expected for the intruder to make it this far and was surprised, "You can't be serious!?! He gotten past all our defenses!?! Is the Navy just a bunch of incompetent fools who cannot handle one man!?!" Dartz replied, "These are not all the defenses that the Navy possesses, in fact there are 6 levels of defenses guarding Marine HQ." Mara retorted, "But you said he broke through ALL 3!" Dartz replied, "That is true only 3 levels guard the Dojo the other far more powerful levels of security guard the Inner Chambers of the HQ. I suggest that you go there where you'll be safe, the intruder is 1000 years to early to get past the 4th level of Defense located in the Inner Chambers." Mara retorted, "Oh is that so? Well I don't need protection, I can take this guy out myself!"
Dartz replied, "You take too many things for granted, do you have any idea how strong the 3rd level of defense was? Hundreds of Commodore Ranked Marines.That's not all, I sense there may yet be another intruder..."
Mara was a bit surprised, "What do you mean?" Dartz simply replied, "I sense the presence of someone that I haven't sensed since the day that I rescued you..."

Mara retrieved her sword and stepped out of the dojo. "Then I was at a disadvantage.If you think I will let pirates make a fool of me again, you are mistaken." Without any further words, Mara turned a corner outside and vanished into a nearby structure simply by stepping into it.

The marines stand at their last line of defense against the intruder. "We have to hold him off here!" Just then Xark appears from behind. "This is quit the comotion." The marines turn around and see the new non hman person. "Who are you?!" Xark looks at them. "Thats not very polite."

Back at the front the intruder reaches were they are at. But once he gets to where the last defens is at he see only all the marines dead on the ground and Xark standing in the middle of it. "I thought I felt someone strong over here. I guess i was wrong."

Silver Hair was surprised to see the marines dead without his 'help' and some guy with a weird arm standing over them. He spoke, "Thank you stranger, but I didn't need any help. I could've taken those guys out by myself. So am I correct in assuming your trying to help me kill Captain Mara?" Roger hoped that the stranger would agree but if he did not....well lets just say he was ready as he summon his lightning sword behind his back.

Xark looks at the Siler Haired guy. "Well I wasn't wrong after all. So your the one that I felt a high energy from." Xark looks at him. "But you dont look like much. Must have been wrong. I would only help someone like you if I get to feed energy off of a strong opponent." Starts to walk away. " But so far your the only one to show any sign of good energy so I'm bored now."

Silver Hair looks at the mutant and listens to what he has to say. When the mutant finished explaining that he wanted to drain the energy of a strong opponent he got an idea, "I got an idea, stranger" Xark looked up in curiousity but still made his face to be disinterested and bored, "Huh?" Roger replied, "This is the Marine Headquarters were bound to meet a strong opponent eventually and you can drain his energy if you wish, how about it?"

"......fine, but if your lying to me then I'll drain every ounce of energy from you." Xark extends his mutated arm at him." Deal?"

Silver hair grinned and was about to say, You will try but Instead he shook the Mutant's hand and replied, "Deal." Then they started heading toward the Dojo where he heard Captain Mara was annihalating any Marines that might get in their way. They were inching closer to the Dojo in fact they would be there in 1 or 2 minutes tops.

Xark walks down the hall with the intruder and thinks. "I wonder why, if there is another strong one here, why he didn't attack use yet. I haven't felt his power yet."
