Satoshi nodded and ran down the street.

Anubis meanwhile runs through a alley way. He believed it would be a short cut,. As soon as he comes out of the alley he rams into someone. Getting up slowly and looking up , he sees the entire group of marine soldiers standing in front of him "Ohh, crap"

The marines recognise him "THATS THE DESERT KING ANUBIS NEFERTITI!!!"

Gary looked down at the small women running up to him. He noticed it was Mara, a marine he had met a while back. He looked over in the direction of were the church was and then slightly tilted his head as he wondered what was happening. He didn't really feel like dealing with rookie pirates, but if they were going to cause trouble for him, then he would take them down. At least until he left with his crew mates. Gary turned his head back towards Mara and gave off a small smile, letting her know he meant no harm. He waved at her with his right hand and chuckled deeply.

"Hello there Miss Mara..pleasure seeing you here!"

Giving orders to find the perpetrators to the marines who saw the church explode, Mara at first ignored Gary's reply. "Captain! Fighting has broken out in several locations on the island!" The second call interrupted her orders and soon Gary took a back seat to her worries. It soon however became obvious that there was more than one group of criminals. Mara berated herself for jumping to conclusions, but did not apologize to Gary.

"Yes. Pleasure. Do you feel like helping the marines today?" Her question to the warlord was not something he even needed to answer, or even comply with; but she still felt it necessary to ask. Whether or not he agreed to help, this problem would be mostly up to the marines to resolve. Motioning towards the hill, she spoke again, this time to Gnopped. "Help the marines at the church. I'll be along shortly."

Gary thought about helping the Marines, even though he really didn't feel like dirtying his hands. But he knew he should help out an old friend, regardless on how he felt. Let his arms down and he looked down at Mara with a face of sympathy.

"Gah.....Sure..I'll help out. But I have my own ambitions for being here on his Island...So lets hurry up and get everything under control.."


Gary began to make his way off the Harbor and towards the Village of the Island.

Ti'ar came out of the ship, looking for Mara. He had gone with her for a reason he didn't understand, but it looked like he might be needed. He took his bag with him, the chains clanging against each other and making a large amount of noise. Noticing Mara, Ti'ar made his way over to her. He descended the gangplank carefully, and he ran to her side, his feet crunching in the snow.

"Madame Mara, do you require assistance? I am prepared to aid you as best as I am able," Ti'ar said, taking out two chains: a normal chain and a seastone chain.

Now was the time to act. The marines would most certainly not be made fools of this day. A warlord could easily handle anything near the church. "The best course of action, Ti'ar, would be to find the other pirate groups in town." There were still other problems that needed to be dealt with though. Sweeping away snow with her foot, Mara planted a boot down on the exposed stones below it and sank out of view.

"Of course, Mara," Ti'ar said, nodding and heading off into the town. He began looking for anyone suspicious. He found a group of Marines yelling about a man in an alleyway. "You! Is he a pirate?" Ti'ar bellowed at a Marine. "Ye-yes, sir," the Marine replied, intimidated. "I'll handle him. Go search for other pirates," Ti'ar said as the Marine group scattered. Looking at Anubis, he said, "So, are you going to come quietly?" With that, he began swinging the normal chain, having it build up speed and momentum.

Gary walked quickly behind the young Marine that Mara commanded. He stood behind him and looked at all the Marines in a fray over the Pirate. He stood there and crossed his arms as he looked at the rookie Pirate causing such a fuss on the Island. Even though he liked things to be exciting. His goal was to serious for some scrub to me messing with him. He shriveled up his face as he squished his eyes and grinned his teeth. His temper had began to grow short. Although his rage was slowly building up, Gary looked as if he were about to go to sleep.

"...So...your the one who is causing such a fuss.."

Anubis was worried , more marines have already arrived and there was this other man, "You do realise marine, i will never follow you anywhere, (looking at Tiar and then turns to Gary) who are you anyway? Either way i have no interest in marines at the moment, i had my share in Salamanthia (puts his hand to the ground) DEGENERATION!!!!" He turns all rock and wood around him into sand and causes a sinkhole that would suck all the grunt marines in.

Satoshi saw the commotion "Joseph san , we are close (he sees the sinkhole), CAPTAIN, WE HAVE RETURNED!!"

Anubis ran towards Satoshi "Good, well done, that ttack wont hold them for long, (joseph) get ready to fight these guys"

Ti'ar jumped out of the radius of the attack, throwing his chain to wrap around a grunt's waist. Pulling him to safety, Ti'ar commanded, "Get Mara. We'll need help." The marine nodded and ran toward the ship. Ti'ar swung his seastone chain to gather momentum, then threw it at Anubis's chest, attempting to wrap it around his chest.

Gary stood his ground, He watched the the pirate use his devil fruit power and watched to ground change. He looked around at everyone else panicking. Gary then turned his head back towards the Rookie Pirate and frowned.

"..You should pick your fights more carefully kid.."

Anubis saw the chain coming and then uses Desert Spada (sand blade) to parry it downwards away from him. Satoshi jumps foward in front of Anubis and uses lightning storm (multiple high speed slices using his katana Kaminari no Kami) to block the chain

Satoshi: "Forgive me strangers , however this is not an honorable fight , Joseph san, let us fight them...."

Perhaps they need assistance. From the cobblestones beneath Joseph's feet, Mara's voice sounded. "Walking Thrust." The snow covering the ground parted as a narrow sword was thrust from the ground, not even disturbing a single stone. Pushing a dusting of snow into the air, the dim light glinted off of the blade as it rose to meet the holy man.

Surprised Saint Joseph Quickly Used Yata no Kagami To dodge the sword, Illusion Of Light! Creating 4 illusions of himself. "What are you? " Saint Joseph Illusions Frowned "Do you believe in the light?" Joseph and the Illusions said

Slowly the blade was retracted back into the ground. Mara's voice sounding again from the ground. "No light that justifies your actions here." It was unfortunate that he moved. Mara no longer knew where he was. But he would be looking for her now. That gave her allies a brief opening. Hopefully they would use it.

As Joseph's attack smashed into and destroyed the cobblestone she was hiding inside, Mara was expelled from her hiding spot forcibly being thrown into the air. With a graceful midair flip, she landed back on the snow covered path. Slowly, she used one foot to clear away the snow from another stone. "Do you believe yourself justified sir?" she spoke while raising her sword, not taking her eyes off of Joseph as she wondered what exactly his power was.

Frowning Saint Joseph Uses Ama no Murakumo! Creating a sword out of Light charging Mara With the light sword, "I Am The Vessel For light to pass its judgment for all unbelievers and sinners, what would the misguided Marines that serve Corrupt world Government Know of Justice!!!!"

Taking her stance, Mara met the blow with with a well executed parry, the blade of light redirected to slide away from her body. "Do you have a name vessel?" Her words were simply teasing as once again she appeared to simply fall past the ground as though it weren't there. Moving from stone to stone in the path, Mara traveled unseen through the cobblestones to prepare another attack.

Anubis was looking for the oppurtunity to strike , he launched a desert grande spada (Giant sand blade ) at Gary and Ti'ar.

Satoshi side stepped once out of the way and then used Lightning storm bolt on Ti'ar moving in a zg zag motion at high speed
