Grey "the corrupt" Archfield

Born on a mysterious island in the grandline, Grey was raised much differently than others. His father and godfather were vice-admirals of the world government. His father was a very honorable and traditional man. He seemed to always attempt to pour his marine equals justice rhetoric down the throats of his offspring's. The man was dedicated to his job, humble and honest were the words he stood for. Grey was the middle child of three children. His little brother name was Jack, a very ostentatious child who was skilled at showing off. He also seemed to be very imaginative, bright, and optimistic. Jack was the model child, the prodigy, the future of the marines. Grey's older sister was a girl by the name of Lucy. Lucy was a hotheaded young and beautiful young girl. She was skilled at many things, such as acrobatics, sprinting, persuading, and immorally stealing. Lucy had a very terrible habit of stealing and trading. It was her hobby, but this hobby foreshadowed her future. Lucy and Grey were 14 years apart. While Lucy and Jack were 18 years apart. All three siblings had different mothers. Which followed by distinguishing their last names. All their last names were matrilineal, Lucy was Astral, Grey was Archfield, Jack was Magnus.

By the time Grey was Six, his sister had committed crimes in the north and south blue, earning her a bounty of 30,000,000 beri. Even at the age of six, Grey went through some tough training. Survival exercises took place, such as living in a wilderness setting. Striving of of the food he captured and having to be tortured in at night by the harsh climate. He also went through sword training, though he was extremely incompetent. Grey could not slash correctly, his timid hands always shook, crushing the momentum of the swing. Always observing him, his father looked at him with a look of disapproval. He did not like Grey messing up the simplest of training. Though one day, Grey helped an engineer with construction. He picked up a saw and start playing with it like a sword. He used the same slash he never perfected and got the saw stuck in some wood. He tried to take the sword out as he yanked the handle. The sword shredded the wood with malevolent intent. Grey realized something, something that would be useful in the future.
As the years went by at the age of ten, Grey became a young marine. Two years later, Grey's weapon was a saw. In battle he would shred the bodies of his enemies like a piece of wood. Showing murderous intent, not ever seen before. Many marines observed Grey and started to call him demon boy. The name fit perfectly as he was ruthless in battle, only a child intent on killing pirates and other enemies of the world government. Grey was part of a very weak navy force, but started to gain prestige for the force when he accomplished something no other child has ever done. One day, an exotic ship reached the ports of lougetown. Many pirates and navy officials traveled throughout the city, trading and mingling. Some pirates got away with stealing and such, but nothing too dangerous ever happened at the time that Grey's force was patrolled there.

Well, until the pirates from the exotic shipped came off board. Grey was twelve at the time. The pirates were known as the Scovioan pirates, not very famous but feared. The Scovioan pirates had a captain with a bounty of 45,000,000 not a big deal in lougetown though. The captain had a very large beard, white and triangle shaped. His eyes were cunning and death streaked. He was very tall and large, hairy chest, an odd, purple, Magician's hat on the top of his head. White long hair, and very hideous. Nose hair coming out of his nose and everything expected of a repulsive man. Even rotten teeth! He had purple, Alabastan pants with sandals and a blue vest with long sleeves. His hands looked like they could strangle someone! His pirates were just at disgusting as he was. Musty, smelling like rotten cabbage and seawater. They all wore red and white striped bandannas, with the logo of a man with long hair laughing. Scovioan "the savage" and his pirates savaged through the town.

Grey's navy force was overwhelmed as Grey looked at Koji an officer, with disappointment as he was being tortured by the low Scovioan pirate. In irritation, Grey grabbed his saw, as he struck down the pirate. To his surprise, the pirate was a devil fruit user who had a steel exoskeleton. The saw went through his skin, but stopped there. The pirate grinned, as he pushed Grey into a man's shop. Grey landed into a line of sheathed swords, As he seen one wrapped in black leather. By coincidence, he picked up the sword and executed his special attack, "Malicious charade". The attack consisted of the user swinging his sword horizontally sending a vibration in the air to cut through flesh and to change the direction of a powerful melee or mid range attack to the left. The pirate charged into the remains of the store at Grey, only to have a sword in his abdomen. Grey did not hesitate to rip the small intestines and liver out of the pirate by wrenching the handle back. The organs flew as Grey avoided them, dropping the sword. He touched his palm, feeling irritation with scars and swells on his hands. Its like he was touching monkey bars, that is how it felt on his hand. Grey looked at Koji as he verified if he was healthy. The owner of the shop was nowhere to be found, and his shop was in ruins. Grey detached the gloves of Koji off his hands and put them on slowly. Grey was going to kill Scovioan, not like his colleagues were going to do it. He grabbed the black crystal sword.

Grey smiled as he ran at each pirate with a red bandanna. Striking left and right, wrenching each time. Guts flying everywhere, Scovioan pirates falling left and right. Grey used a move that made him a little too quick to trace called "Rolling Masquerade" . A technique requiring the user to spin their body and weapon at incredible speeds, slashing the earth rolling up and down like a wheel. Anything made in contact would collapse or be cut into shreds unless it was a wall or something incredibly durable stopping the attack from continuing. The rolling Grey slashed through the armada of the Scovioan pirates, like a one man army. Grey was satisfied as he had seen all of his adversaries on the ground bleeding and bruised, unable to stand.

The twelve year old boy looked up at Scovioan who was grinning at him. Grey mimicked the man as he ran a t great speeds to get behind the man. As he tried to slash, he was repelled backwards. Landing on his feet, he looked at his left shoulder as blood dripped from it. Grey looked around as he did not see the pirate captain. Hearing something above him as a man came down at him. Though Grey did not dodge him, as he put the large black sword in front of him. The captain was eager to tear him apart with his hands vibrating at fast speeds like a drill. Grey realized that the captain's hands were drilling through the metals of the weapon. He took quick action by slashing his blade upwards, the captain evaded and switched his attack pattern to his feet, which vibrated like a drill. Grey only had one shot, the man was going to crush him and break his new found blade as well. Grey jumped upwards, which extended the captain upwards, the captain landed on his feet two meters to the right. He came directly at Grey, as Grey slammed his blade on the ground using a new found move called "chainsaw ripper". A move which allows the user to crash the ground with so much power, the shock will throw someone back. The recoil of the move will make the blade vibrate like a chainsaw, for thirty seconds the weapon could be used as a chainsaw if there are spikes on the weapon. The shock of the slam sent Scovioan flying, only for him to land on the ground. Grey felt so uncomfortable as the weapon vibrated rising him from the ground. The tough material on the handler was even bruising his palms with gloves on. Scovioan sprinted at Grey vibrating his hands in front of him trying to break the blade. Though it did not happen that way, as Grey rushed at him in adrenaline with is sword in front of him. The clash of two vibrating weapons clashed as dark crystal destroyed flesh and bone. Not only did Grey cut Scovioan's hands in half, but his chest and shoulder region was obliterated, as blood squirted and bones crackled. The man wanted with 45,000,000 beri fell to the ground, as his blood spread through the ground. Grey dropped his weapon once again, the toll of carrying it was too much on Grey's hands. Grey looked back at his deceased opponent, not caring about having just killed him.

The recoil of the battle showed, pirates and other common folk foreseeing the slaughter that took place. They were astonished at how a twelve year old killed an entire pirate crew. Grey touched his palm's extensively in irritation of holding the bloodied black blade. He walked as someone stopped him, it was an old man with a grey mustache who wore the attire of a monk. He had seven swords behind him and in his hands. He asked Grey if his hands were hurting and Grey replied sternly. He also asked why Grey stole his sword, and Grey hesitated to answer, saying he didn't know. Grey was at the moment thinking of his sister. The man smiled telling Grey that he can have it? He admired the battle that took place, at the same time petrified to the carnage that the boy inflicted. He told him the history of the blade and its name "Harugan". He also repaired it quite a bit, as he was a sword smith. It did not take long for Grey and the rest of the battalion to say their goodbyes and leave for headquarters. Grey became very famous for this battle. This marked his career as a marine. Note: At this time the Harugan was not 135 Ibs it was 23 ibs, during Grey's time in CP5 the blade increased in mass after refinements.

After the battle at lougetown, Grey was recommended to go into a more elite marine division. This division was called CP5, a world government organization skilled in heavy battle power. Grey was one of its members and he spent five years in this division. During those years he enjoyed personal relationships with 4 members who would be his best friends for a while. Grey survived a secret coordination before actually getting used to the people who were patrolled there. The four people he associated with was: Jissly Hebi, a girl with pink hair, 5'3', always wore jeans and a white tank top with blue eyes. She was a devil fruit user who ate the Hebi Hebi no mi, in the form of the black momba. She was very swift and fast at her kills, skilled in poisons and venom. She was a marine doctor or medical official. Kakura Seigo, he seemed to grow throughout the years. He always wore a black tuxedo with short spiky red hair and yellow eyes. He had the eyes of a lazy boring non talkative man. Jink who was an old man skilled at creating and constructed gadgets and gizmos for battle. Lastly, there was Cain Horus, Grey's future rival, like Kakura he grew over the years. Cain was a long white haired, blue eyed, black short and vest wearing, ripped, conceited Marine who was above all others in his mind. He was always grinning as he praised himself for his ability and accolades. He ate the Kumo Kumo no mi which allowed him to manipulate clouds and such. He usually conjured clouds to make thunder and lighting having some control over the weather. The five went through many dangerous quests and killed pirates with ease. The five were proficient battle technicians who killed without remorse. Grey's greatest days were here in CP5. After five years Grey received another promotion, his feats were even more impressive this time as he defeated infamous pirates in the west blue with his group. He was given the nickname "the corrupted" as he defeated his enemies like a horror movie, making massacres with bodies all around.
Annihilation's and massacres was the World Government's way of telling pirate ships that they were serious and also that the Admirals weren't the only legitimate threats.

Though one mission led to the death of Jink, Jink wasn't like the others, cocky teens who were masters of killing others. He was an old man who was used for gadget and gizmos and Grey would always look at his work. Grey was fascinated with his ability, to construct items out of nothing. He tried to imitate Jink's experiments and creations many times. Though he never realized that Jink would die right in front of him. One day CP5 was sailing the west blue, and a pirate ship passed them. The despicable captain sent a cannon hurdling in the direction of the marine ship that CP5 was on. The ship started to break down after being hit full thrust, wood started to fall off and eventually Jink fell off as well. Grey, hurried to save him, but he was sucked into a current to be devoured by a sea monster. Grey grabbed his sword to shred the head of the sea monster, but unfortunately, Jink was already devoured. With silent rage, Grey jumped off the monster and went towards the pirate crew. Using rolling masquerade he easily killed off the entire crew. Grey crackled his neck as he swam back to his ship, with his sword on his back, despite the powerful current. Grey was pretty strong, resistant to friction that wasn't encouraged by any type of item or air current hoarding at him. Grey went to report Jink's death as he went back to the base with CP5.


Grey had always tried to find his sister and try to persuade her to join the marines, but he never found her. At the time, Grey was 18 and the captain of a marine division. He had heard of a man called "Zeke The Fearsome", who had the bounty of 100,000,000. Grey always sighed to high bounties, that meant more effort in killing the man who held the bounty. This man had dominated the north blue, he had conquered marine bases in the entire area. he was on his way to becoming a Yonkou, that is what Grey assumed. Boarding the island did not take long. As Grey had a huge amount of marines patrolled on the island already, they weren't his troops but they were big enough to overwhelm the man's crew. Grey walked in his captain vest looking around for Zeke. He had seen a battle took place, seeing Zeke and a woman with blond hair on the ground. Zeke was paralyzed it seemed, good news to Grey. The marines charged at the crew of Zeke in which, most of the pirates fought for their captain. Then Grey had seen a girl a little younger than himself, pick up the blond haired woman and run. In curiosity, Grey followed her. He looked to see the eyes of his sister, addressing Lucy he threw a sword. Through a miscalculation the sword pierced through the gut of Lucy. Blood flowed like a creek on the forehead of the girl. She put Grey's sister down and start running towards a ship. He smiled as she ran with amazing speed and agility. He looked down at his 32 year old sister, cursing him out as she uttered her last words. Grey sighed as he took her body to the ship. He was going to bury her despite cursing him out. While, he was busy burying his sister, the marines were overwhelmed, the pirate crew possessed some powerful ability in a plant called IQ. The forty men escaped with their large captain, as Grey looked at them escaping he did not bother to follow them. He was more concerned at his pathetic subordinates, acting like dead fish on the ground.


It was when Grey was twenty when he started to admire the position of Admiral. His father was a vice-admiral before he retired and Grey was destined to become that one day. Grey was not a fan of hierarchy, so seeing his superiors at the base was not his favorite thing to do. Although, This was a ceremony to crown a new admiral. Grey had to look at one of his closest associates become Admiral. That man was Cain Horus, Cain was given this promotion from proving himself in the war. He also defeated someone who was suppose to be more powerful than him. Cain's cloud fruit, overwhelmed a fruit in which repelled everything. Grey had no idea how he did it, but he did. Grey assumed he threw sea stone at the man or whatever. Grey was envious that someone he knew got that promotion. Though three years later, the war a Enies lobby killed Cain. Cain died three years later, so that made Grey kind of relieved. Though Grey was not powerful enough to become admiral. Though through his travels, he discovered what Cain did. What Cain used were the five Kumokiri techniques. These techniques were not limited of the Kumo Kumo no mi, he discovered it could be taught to one who knew the advance combat styles and is used to an extreme amount of fatigue. Louois, Dalia, Kanai, and Blitz were the names of the techniques. He mastered the technique a couple of months after the death of Cain, it was his tribute to him.


Grey Archfield is a former marine Captain who has been traveling the seas to find a purpose in his life for the past five years after his promotion, he is a lone wolf and likes to stay that way. His journey continues....
