Clothing/Accessories- Silver wears a splattered white lab coat. The coat is very worn and bits of it seemed to have been burnt off. It has been splashed with so many dyes that it looked to be a multicolor white then a pure white. On the back of the coat is the Marines symbol, even though the "M" in the name has been half burned off. Under the coat he wheres a green turtleneck with black dress pants. You'd think he found his clothing off the street and threw them on.
General Appearance- Silver is a skinny man but has a lot of strength under his small looks. Even though many would categorize him as a bum, he really is a very intelligent man. He seems to have a disorganized feel to him. His cloths are dirty, his face is dirty, his hair, you guessed it, dirty. He doesn't care though; he says "I'm less predictable to those who dare to smash heads with me."
He also carries a pen behind his ear and a small notebook in his pocket. And his trademark, a bag of pretzels that he keeps in his coat pocket. When ever he thinks, he munches.
History: As a child, Silver always tinkered with things. He felt a constant need to figure out how everything worked. Once he got a hold of the family coo coo clock and tore it to pieces. When they asked him why he did it, he responded "Now i know how that thing works!". Though, it wasn't until long before he built his first explosive and blew up the dinning room with it. Instant grounding.
As he got older, he started playing with bigger things. To many peoples amazement, he was able to take something apart piece by piece and then put it back together like new! Even on the first try! He had men come in with broken watches to his family's fix up shop, asking specifically if Silver could fix his watch. Silver got so good that he started making his own designs, combining things he had taken apart. One time he made a coo coo wrist clock complete with working bird!
When he grew older he noticed more and more about of the Marines. They seemed to be so clean cut and efficient that it seemed like something he would be interested in. Eventually, he decided that he wished to help the simple minded people of the world. So he told his parents and went straight into the academy.
He finished with extremely high marks in the critical thinking areas, but his fighting wasn't great. He wasn't good at sword fighting; he couldn't really shoot a gun. He wanted to be able to move freely while he attacked.
Though, when testing in thinking areas, he could calculate projectile directions and speeds to find just where to stand to be out of danger. It wasn't long before the first explosive device went off on the base, almost setting off the armory gun powder. He was quickly put on a ship to defend the town of Loguetown instead of being on base.
After many days on the job and nothing happening, Silver got very bored. One day he went down to the cannon hold and started to take apart the cannons. He was caught and was about to be punished, but was let off as the ship was attacked by a pirate crew. Everything was blurring as Marines ran around the deck having trouble firing at the pirate ship, seeing as their cannons were dismantled. Luckily for them, a second ship was in the harbor and was able to take down the ship.
As the Pirates surrendered, Silver and a few others were put in charge of taking their supplies. Silver went below and started rummaging through different things. He became extremely excited when he discovered a fancy looking lock box. Silver grabbed it and smuggled it back onto the Marine ship. He ran into his Cabin and sat down at his work bench. He continued for the rest of the night taking apart the lock. He was surprised when he finished that all inside was a strange looking fruit. Curious, he took a bite and continued to eat the rest.
It was later that Silver noticed that the fruit he ate was a devil fruit. He first changed into his hybrid form. His height increased and his lean statue greater then had been before. He had a soft fur on his body that seemed to adopt the same color as his normal hair, even with the silver streaks. He had claws on his hands and feet that grew out and ripped his first pair of shoes. His face elongated and noticed he could see, hear, and smell better then ever before. He felt like a speedy beast that could do some quick work on anyone who opposed him.
It was years later that he was introduced to his partner. It was a sunny day in Loguetown, peaceful, quite, when suddenly he heard his captain call out to them. On the other side of town, pirates had started to raid the village. The crew was set out into the town. Silver changed to his hybrid form and crossed his arms over his chest, then throwing them out to let two pairs of metal claws slid out from under his lab coat and over his hands. He charged the town, assisting his crewmates; he sliced through pirates as they tried to push off toward the center of town. Silver was able to climb onto some roof tops and use his speed to leap from one to another. He hoped he could flank the pirates and stop the raid from getting any further.
Right before he jumped the next building he stopped and sniffed the air. He panicked; jumping off the building as the one next to it blew sky high. Luckily Silver's nose gave him enough a warning to keep him safe. He got to the front of the use to be gun store and found the place ablaze. He was able to see inside but had to change back to his human form because the ash and smoke burned his nose. He noticed someone inside still living and took a run in. He grabbed the massively mangled body and dragged it outside and away from danger. As he went he saw the burnt bodies of a couple, they had not lived through the blast.
Silver was able to call over a medical team and got the mangled body to a med lab. Silver was right along with them as they tried to figure out what to do to the man. Along with a couple other inventors, Silver suggested a plan that he said would be the only way for the man to live. So the team rebuilt the man. Completely out of light weight metals. By the end, the man would stand at 9 feet tall and weigh in at a massive 450 pounds. The man had a cannon installed on him and weapons galore. The Marine team also inserted a chip to control the man so they could use him as a puppet. Silver didn't like this at all and deactivated the chip when no one was looking; he later took the chip out and threw it away.
Silver wanted to stay but ended up having to leave the lab to go back on his ship. It wasn't until days, months, maybe years passed until he was in the town again and suddenly came upon a 9 foot giant who said he had been looking for him. Silver smiled at the giant and listened to the man semi try to talk to him. The man could not speak well, it seemed not from the accident, but his mind seemed to run a bit slower then normal. Silver patted the giant on the leg and allowed the giant to follow him as the man asked if he could. Over time the two became partners. The giant enlisted in the Marines and got his own uniform just to stay with Silver. Silver knew perfectly how the giant worked so he decided to give him a nickname fitting for the metal giant. So he called the giant, "Tank".
Personality: Silver would not be defined as a mad inventor, but someone who gets a little to carried away and curious. He always is looking at things, even if he shouldn't be. He always tries to examine everything there is in the world, along with how it works and how to blow it up. From his birth he had always been fond of fireworks so he hopes to find some or build some for himself. So when he got older, he started making smoke bombs, firecrackers, and one year a grenade that blew up the dining room. His curiosity can be a problem for him. Even in a fight if the enemy did something outrageous, Silver could stop and just yell at the person to tell him how they did it.

Hybrid Devil- Silver can change halfway between his full form and human form. He gains the animal instincts such as the heightened scent, sight in the dark, and most of all the agility. His body, soft fur and shifts muscle to his legs. His legs also grow out for more speed and dynamic movement. He also grows sharp teeth and claws but nothing as strong as full form.
Full Devil- Silvers full form shrinks his size down but his jaws become extremely powerful. He gains almost like big round mickey mouse ears in a way. His claws are sharper, and his senses are quicker. Although in this form he looses his speed his hybrid form, he makes up for it with the extra strength in his tiny form and the super sharp claws.
Shards of Winds- A one two slash, once with his left arm, and one with his right.
Bright Fountain- A move that does more damage in Hybrid form. Using extra speed and dynamic movement, Silver attempts to get very close to a person, do a jumping slash upwards with both claws, then slash downwards as he falls.
Bright Falls- Silver does the same attack as Bright Fountain, but when he jumps and attacks, he lifts the enemy into the air, then drags him back down as Silver falls with the second slash.
Sparkling Wheel- An attack that involves doing a quick 360 spin, in the air or ground. His arms start to his left , then he throws them to the right, the rest of his body following. As they pass, each claw hits the enemy. Then, as he returns to face the enemy, the claws hit for a second time.
Red Flare- The Red Flare gadget is a combo of two small devices attached to Silas's current right metal claw. The first part is a small capsule that contains a highly flammable liquid. This capsule sits behind a flint disk that work together with the capsule. To use the gadget, a quick punch with the right arm must be made with a quick twist of the wrist. This causes the capsule to spray it's contents out past the flint disk and in front of the claw. The flint disk then creates a small spark to ignite the liquid, causing a small cloud of fire to shoot out from the claw. The capsule can only be used once before it needs to be replaced, which takes a small amount of time if extra capsules are on hand. The fire cloud can cause minor burns and confusion from sudden appearance of fire.
Circular Flash- Attack that requires the Cylo Yo-yo's. The attack requires Silver to run forward for extra momentum. At 12 feet away from the opponent, Silver does a back flip into the air while throwing the yo-yo's down toward the ground. The Flip then pulls the yo-yo's counter clockwise and into the opponent, lifting them into the air when the blades stick into their body. The opponent is thrown some feet away and the yo-yo's retract onto Silver's wrists as he lands the flip.
