Serious; The seagulls, the chickens and the turtle (Open to me and nikz)

Grand Line, Lulusia Kingdom.

Near the Marine Basement of G-2, there is the Lulusia Kingdom. A quite peaceful place in Paradise, a place where not a lot of things have actually happened. Or at least, that's what was thought. Because a certain arrival at the island would change the island's history forever and mark it as a place not to be visited for quite some time...

During a quiet and sunny day, a certain ship was arriving at the docks of the Kingdom. The ship had a chicken figurehead and at its deck, there were two men standing. One of them was a man with long white hair, tied into a ponytail. He sported a black vest and wore a black hat. Next to him, there was a mysterious man with a pink robe. The figure was actually weird. He looked like he was a member of a cult religion and his appearance would cause fear to those who were around him. All, except from the man with the white hair of course.

"We have arrived, Manta." said the man with a serious voice.
"I know, Mr. A." replied the man with the white hair to his associate. "This is the end of the line for Koga." he finished.

Meanwhile, in a bar at the docks of the town, a certain creature was drinking. "Damn it... His Vivre Card is strangely pointing nearby." he said as he left a few Beli at the bartender, before dressing up and rushing out of the bar quickly.

Above the clouds near the G2 base is a flying blimp with the crest of the Phoenix , the flying base of the Pheonix squad hovered right above hosting a group of specialised marines. The weather was certainly good today as the marines on the blimps deck were cleaning and run-in about doing their daily tasks. A blonde lady with a clipboard was seen talking to her subordinates before her.

"We are closing in on the Lulusia Kingdom, and we have a target in mind" she points to the board nearby with the various wanted posters. The marines standing in attention studied the bounty posters on the board as the lady continued. "These are some of the targets reported to have been sighted in the area , so you will need to be vigilant as you do your sweep, try to keep the damage to a minimum understood?"

The group of marines saluted to Sarah as she then spoke into her den den mushi "Ive briefed the squad on what they need to do, but those two already went ahead sir!!!" Below the blimp was one ship which had already embarked to the island. As they moved there was snow falling from the sky. This sudden change weather could be attributed to the people riding to the area on the ship. A white haired girl simply sat on the edge of the ship looking over the island they were approaching. The snow followed wherever she went and it was a well documented event. Snow White as she was called by others always brought the cold and snow with her , like cloud dooming everyone to misery. It was the tale that followed her everywhere. Her attitude and demeanour was cold and un-personal and unforgiving at every turn.

Next to her was a stoic tall strong looking man with a pony tail and a sharp stare and chin as he simply looked forward to where Alice was looking at . He was not a very loud spoken guy at all and often flew under the radar. His long legs and his built body stood out. Everyone knew this man was strong, however his lack of ability to communicate with people around him was something that had kept him back as he was unable to climb ranks or exert his influence. Instead he was known for his attack and defence abilities which were used to scare opponents.

"The Vivre Card is pointing nearby... Damn it, he has come for my head!" Koga started sweating, while trying to hide somewhere. "Manta... That bastard. He won't give up until he kills me. Damn it!" he continued. "I should have given that damned naginata to the World Government. Had it not been for my stance, I wouldn't have this bounty and I could be backed by them. And now I might end up getting killed!" he mumbled, before he stopped running. He scratched his head for a moment, trying to figure out what he could do. "I need to think of something, before it is too late." he finished.

"So... Have you not seen this man anywhere?" asked Manta a bystander. At his back he wore a marine coat, a coat he had stolen long ago from the various encounters the Dusk Pirates had against the Marines. After all, he had to mask himself. Next to him, Mr. A was standing, wearing the same marine coat on his back, posing as a Marine, as well.

"No, I haven't seen him anywhere." said the bystander.

"Are you sure? This man is a wanted criminal with a bounty that exceeds 400,000,000. If he is free, who knows what might happen to this place. We must stop him before the Government asks him to become a member of the Royal Shichibukai. I have information that he plans to take over this place and establish his territory for the time he accepts the eventual offer." Manta lied to the bystander. He was using everything he could so he could find the turtleman.

As the marine lesser battleship made dock on the island one of the marines saluted as Lieutenant Alice and Petty officer Fukai started to walk off the ship. It was suddenly snowing on Lulusia in that particular spot much to the shock of the locals. "Lieutenant , we have reports that the pirate "Sea King Pirate" known as Koga is on this island, we have also reports of possible former members of the Dusk pirates scattered along this island!!!" Alice twirled her staff looking miffed and annoyed "These pirate filth running around like they own the place..... Dusk pirates were big news once , we would be doing a service by capturing their stragglers....." Fukai simply sniffed the air around his surroundings, like a hound with a scent, he could smell something was off about this area, like a few entities that did not belong here. The marine soldiers watched in confusion and slight amazement as Alice simply snapped her fingers "Hey focus , where was the last known location?" The marine who was updating Alice returned back to attention "Ummm, we have had some intel around the bar, there is also sightings of a local marine in the area, although HQ has not sent anyone from the G2 base yet to this area Ma'am,"

Lt Alice then spoke to all the marine soldiers "Scope the area and keep in mind the target today is Koga and whoever is affiliated with the Dusk pirates!!! Do not engage directly, form groups, me and Fukai will visit the bar..... and if any of you f up this operation, i will personally bury you, understood?" The marine soldiers saluted in attention. Lt Alice began moving, her coat flowing in the wind as the marines started spreading out throughout the island area. Fukai climbed up the nearby shop onto the roof as he scouted the area. One of the marines asked Alice, "Should Petty Officer Fukai really be doing that? " Lt Alice simply clicked her teeth as she continued walking holding the wanted posters in her hand "Ignore him ,he has his own way of working, besides he is probably most capable to handle himself" The town began to snow all around as Alice walked to the bar.

Captain sarah spoke into her den den mushi "Are you sure it was a good idea to send those two by themselves? Especially since it could be Koga and Manta Maimou on that island?" The voice spoke from the den den mushi letting out a laugh "Gahahahahah, i hand picked those two out of 500 recruits to be in our squad.... they are raw, but they have potential, i don't have any issue with that....... they are both strong plenty enough to be higher ranks, but both lack something more to be higher, especially Alice..... she needs a lot of work on her emotional being....." Sarah sighed as she wrote on her clipboard "Still this is quite a huge task we are placing on them....." The voice was then interrupted by a baby crying as he spoke "Yosh , yosh don't cry... its ok, mama is sleeping , here have some.... umm what was i saying again , right don't worry about it Sarah, its a good test for them, if anything goes wrong ill be the first on the scene........" Sarah smiled as she spoke "How is Rear Admiral Talitha doing ? Is the baby causing you two problems?" Sarah giggled a bit as she spoke into the den den mushi. The voice on the other end laughed back "The baby is a handful and Talitha is doing her best, I'm currently back home for a while so I'm helping out so Tali can sleep..... man being a parent is hard , harder than running the marines....." Sarah lowered her voice a bit "Its good you have this time off, you need to be there or you will miss these treasured moments of being a father Sir......"

"Ahh, well i can't stay long though, I'm due back in the new world and all ....... but still i have some things i might need to sort in this part of the sea before i go,i would also like to bring Alice and Fukai with me to the new world... you know...." the man speaking into his den den mushi was wearing a t shirt and cap with shorts as he was cradling a baby in one arm and carrying a milk bottle in the other feeding the baby who had quietened down. His face had scars and tattoo of the marine emblem on his arm. His weapons and Coat with the huge title of justice embedded on the back of the coat laid on the sofa in the living room of his home. Sarah again spoke through the den den mushi "On top of all this , there is reports that Anubis is causing havoc in the new world again, Derge is has more or less almost devoured an entire island, and the other movements are suspect ........ the world is currently very unstable...." The man nodded as he fed the baby the milk from the bottle. " don't worry sarah , we are here..... thats the whole purpose of the marine corp..... regardless of what others might think... by the way, you didn't tell Alice why capturing Koga is a priority right?" Sarah sighed " No i didn't tell her,only that the pirate Koga was the main mission and that capturing him was vital" The man stood up "Good, we don't need to alarm everyone...... these developments could lead to something more dire down the line, his capture is crucial ......." Sarah then spoke "Ill monitor things here, but i get the feeling that something bad might happen here sir....." The man finally placed the baby in the cot as he stood steady "Very well..... continue to monitor and keep me updated....."

"So, have you seen this man anywhere?" Manta was asking a few other bystanders.

"No, I didn't. I would remember this freak!" was one of the replies. "No, I didn't. I am very social you know. I get to know well anyone whom I have a meeting with... Which by the way reminds me. Have we ever met? My name is..." said another bystander. "I don't know him. And I am not willing to help any Marines! Pirates for life!" said a young boy who passed by. "Screw you." said a fourth bystander.

"Damn it! Whoever I ask has not seen him. How does he always do that... He is always vanishing right before we catch him. I am pretty positive that once he escapes, we will get a clue about where he could be." commented Manta to Mr. A.

"Relax, Manta. He will not leave this time. You just need to ask somebody Koga might have actually talked to." he explained.

"Chk? What do you mean?" asked the Chickenman.

"He likes flirting, do you not remember? All we have to do is to ask a girl where he was last seen."

A few moments later, Manta and Mr. A were seen entering the bar Koga run out of in a hurry. With an angry look on his face, Manta showed Koga's wanted poster, raising his voice. "Have you dorks by any chance seen this man?"

"Damn it... The vivre card is pointing at the bar. What can I do?" Koga wondered. "Hm..." he came up with something.

Alice walked into the bar with the marine regiment behind her , opening the door to the sound of a man asking "Have you dorks by any chance seen this man?". Alice walks in the bar and sees two people standing and asking questions. She looks at the wanted posters before looking up. She also sees a man in marine uniform standing right next to the man asking the question out loud earlier. Lt Alice then cleared her voice "And who might you two be?" The cold wind was building as the snow was falling from the sky and some seeping into the bar making it cold as well. She twirled her staff out , pointing at the two. " You are under arrest......Chickenman Manta Maimou!!!" one of the posters with Mantas face being held up by the marines to confirm this person is indeed Manta.


[[Outside the bar]]

Fukai stood on the roof of the buildings looking down and from the corner of his eye he saw Koga running out of the bar as the others entered including Alice. Fukai didn't speak instead he jumped , kicking the air as he landed in the alleyway where Koga was standing. Fukai growled at the person he assumed was Koga based on the wanted posters.

[Inside the bar]

"Chk! We have been spotted!" said Manta as he dropped the marine uniform at once. Behind the Marine coat, there was a scythe, which he kept hidden. However, by this point, there was no reason for him to hide it. After all, he had to use it. He grabbed the scythe and pointed it at Alice, taking a vicious look on his eyes, his very signature look. "Oh my... You look quite... tasty." he said with a smile on his face.

"Manta! We should not fight here! Koga might escape!" said Mr. A to the pirate.

"I know... But it has been a while since I got to have an encounter with a marine... This is going to be interesting!" he finished.

Meanwhile, outside the bar

As Fukai spotted Koga, Koga did not really know what to do. Koga was focusing on trying to escape from Manta's clutches. As a result, he had not really come up with a plan about what to do in case a Marine had come after him. And what a shame, that was the time he should have actually done that. Fukai was a strong and strong-willed Marine, one could not mess with easily. Of course, Koga did not know that, but it was the first rule of his survival game: Act like all the enemies are on a Yonko level. Do not underestimate any possible opponents. As a result, he would try to avoid the battle at all costs.

So, by the time Fukai landed on the alleyway, a funny scene was about to occur. Instead of Koga, in front of him was lying a giant turtle. Koga had actually taken his shell and entered it, moving his head out, with his arms acting like feet as well. He was walking like a baby with a shell on his back, just like he did when he was a regular turtle. He slowly walked towards Fukai, raising his head, staring at him. "Grrrrrrr." he roared like a turtoise at the young Marine. Koga actually tried to convince that he was just a regular animal, although nobody could actually believe that.

Alice clicked her teeth in annoyance as the pirate addressed her in a manner she did not particularly like. she twirled her staff pointing it at Manta "My my.....you should be careful who you pronounce as tasty..... i just might end up giving you a upset stomach." Some of the marines raised their guns as Alice smashed her steel tipped staff onto the wooden floor causing the debree to fly around. "Tell me pirate Manta Maimou, your crew is in tatters and here you are searching for Koga.... you should realise, your time is up, today we will bring you and him in..... i don't know what went down between you two , but man loyalty amongst pirates is so fragile" Alice said with a smirk on her face

The snow was increasing as she was about to lunge forward before her marine subordinate shouted "Be careful Lt , this guy has some weird power, he was a really influential member of the Dusk Pirates......" Alice then simply shrugged her shoulders "Does that mean we don't do our job or something? Steel your courage you idiots!!" The men focused preparing their guns pointing it at Manta and Mr A. Alice then looked around the bar, not everyone were pirates here she then gritted her teeth "Those not affiliated with these pirates may leave now , the Marine Corp will take full responsibility for this area, this is a emergency notice, get the hell out or get caught in the crossfire, its up to you!!"


[[Outside in the alleyway near the bar]]

Fukai was almost taken aback by the sudden change in appearance and the Turtle now growling at him. In his confusion Fukai then took stance dragging one of his legs while balancing on the other as he then growled. It was a defensive stance but probably this was something only instinct could teach wild animals. Fukai for a brief second wondered if this creature was indeed harmless, yet the words of Admiral Nishki rang in his ears, "There will be times when your heart will waver, but if your heart wavers, then many will die, you bear the responsibility of those lives every time we hesitate....... stay true to yourself, but do not hesitate in battle......."

This was a hunt, whether it was the marines or the home he was from, the target of the hunt had to be incapacitated. It was what he was taught, while hunting and fighting those monsters who would come and attack his village and drag the villagers as food, it was what they had to do to survive in that cruel enviroment, become strong and hunt those who would harm their people. Fukai again growled as he kicked the ground, propelling himself between the walls of the alleyway as he was in the air  , his leg now placed in lateral motion almost like a gulloitine drill coming down , aimed onto Koga in his turtle form, "HOWL!!!!"

Inside the bar...

"Nobody is about to leave this place, miss... Tell me what your name is... Please?" said Manta ironcally as he turned his Devil Fruit enhanced scythe to the people he called dorks by the time he entered the bar. The civilians who were running out of the bar would be affected by the peculiar power of the pirate, one power that would definitely bring him an advantage in the upcoming battle. "Chicken Beam!" he mentioned the name of his technique, as a beam was quickly launced from the scythe to the innocent civilians, ultimately transforming them into chicken.

"It has been a while since I got to see this..." commented Mr. A.

"Holy cow!" said a civilian, as he was transformed into a chicken, much like all the other bystanders.

"Sweetie... If you do anything reckless, my good friend, Mr. A, is about to ultimately harm these very fragile chicken. Be wise." he commented with an evil grin on his face.

In the alleyway near the bar...

"DANG IT! I AM DOOMED!" said Koga as he realized that the Marine was not fooled by his disguise. "Damn it, he is quick!" he thought as he noticed that the marine was kicking the ground to propel himself to the walls of the alley, prepared to strike him with a guillotine-like attack at the head. "All I can do for the moment is... HIDE!" he hid himself inside his shell, enduring much of the damage from the powerful attack. It was not that the vibrations would not cause him some trouble, but at least he reduced the damage he would take from Fukai's powerful attack quite a bit.

"HEY, I AM NOT AN EVIL PIRATE!" he got out of his shell, right after getting struck, standing on his two feet. "I am just a mere fugitive! I am not on your side, but I am the one who brought you the solution to your problem! It's me who trapped Maximillion Maimou into a weapon, not you! I made you a favor you know! Yet you and your rat-pack are after me!" he exclaimed his problem, waiting for a response.

Alice stopped in her tracks as she again grit her teeth watching that ability. That beam was a big problem given the amount of collateral damage that could be done. Alice could feel the snow shifting and growing as it was now blowing into the bar at more feverent pace. Alice then lifted up her staff "First of all, I'm not a sweetie , second of all, do you really think you can escape right now, not only are you surrounded , but even once you leave this bar, your going to be hounded, and we will chase you to the ends of the sea, this i promise....." Alice then looked across to the door, there was really one of two exits from the bar, but she wasn't going to take that chance "Ill be even more blunt.... you see the thing is.....i want to avoid doing something drastic, but if you force my hand, ill do something everyone here doesn't want, and that point, forget escaping, you might die........" The winds were growing and the chill was becoming apparent as people could see their breath now, Alice placed her staff calmly to her side. The marines holding their guns up were feeling it as well. They were starting to shiver slightly. Alice then heard someone shouting outside , but her attention was needed here. She had to gamble with the lives of the civilians in this bar.

[[Outside the bar in the alleyway]]
The kick connected but however thanks to the defensive position the turtle took in its shell, Fukai was not able to inflict maximum damage to Koga. Fukai hopped back onto his legs crouching as he watched Kogas movements, clearly this was someone used to defensive abilities. As Koga stood up and started shouting at Fukai , Fukai simply tilted his head in confusion. Not a evil pirate? But he was on a wanted poster, didn't that make him a criminal? Fukai was not really someone who was updated on current events either. He then muttered "Not... evil?...... Maximillion Maimou? ...... not told... but you are target....." Fukai stopped for a while before pulling out a cigarette from his pouch and taking a whiff. Fukai was a hunter, he only knew how to hunt targets, this turtle man was a target with a bounty and there were direct instructions to catch him, but why would he deny it, and why would he say he was not a evil pirate. Fukai felt he needed guidance on this matter, but then looked at Koga "Orders.... target..... must.....hunt....." Fukai got back into offensive stance as he kicked the ground again, like a bullet he lunged to the side of Koga aiming a mighty kick with his leg to Kogas right side of his chest area.

Inside the bar...

"Look, I am not willing to taste you in this form of yours. Had you been transformed into a chicken, I would think about it... Anyway, it does not matter." Manta spoke a few twisted words. Then, he turned his head towards Mr. A, staring him as Alice informed him about the place being surrounded by Marines. It had been a while since he last laughed, but that information was actually sounding like a joke to the pirate. "Chkchkchkchkchkchk!" he laughed with his signature laughter as he took a battle stance with his weapon. "You do not know whom you are messing with... This weapon of mine is called the Blood Spatter. Do you know why? Because it spills the blood of those who get transformed by its powers!" he spinned the weapon quickly, launching an air slash to the innocent civilians who had just been transformed into chicken. "I dare you to protect them, Marine!" he yelled, as he shivered, much like everyone else around.

At the alley...

"Hey... Look. I don't know what you have been told by the officials about the case of Maximillion Maimou... But it's me, who trapped him and took him out of the commision for the past years! Not your bosses!" he said, but as he was about to explain, he realized that Fukai was rushing at him, aiming to strike him at the chest. "Damn!" he jumped out of the shell quickly, dodging the incoming attack as Fukai's kick connected with the shell, sending it flying several meters away due to the force of the kick.

"This man... He won't be easy to mess with!" he thought to himself. "I have to talk to him and lure him to a trap, if I don't manage to convince him for my innocence." he kept thinking.

Alice had to act fast, she immediately raised the the snow as she yelled "BLIZZARD!!!!" Creating a storm of snow blowing violently into the bar, creating a storm in the area around them. It blinded and incapacitated everyone except Alice who moved to gather the chickens with the snow as she then dodged the air slice which cut a few marines and wall and entrance of the bar. The blizzard was picking up pace now almost blanketing the whole bar in snow, including Manta and Mr A who would not be able to see Alice at this point, the marines were also in confusion, Alice then slowly had the snow below their feet drag everyone out of the bar. Lulusia was now experiencing a snow storm for the first time ever in this one concentrated area around the bar.

[[Alleyway]]
The snow had picked up pace , Fukai could see his own breath as he landed on his feet after kicking Koga. Fukai growled,he wasn't a big fan of snow , but this was clearly Lt Alice 's ability. Fukai looked at Koga again. Fukai then grunted "Surrender now..... explain later....... must capture target......." Fukai hopped on both his legs, as if about to prepare, but it also dawned on him that another target was causing Alice to get serious. Fukai had a decision to make here, but he also knew he was a hunter.

Inside the bar...

"She is a fruit user Manta. Be cautious." said Mr. A, who observed the fight.

"I know. That power... It stems from Yuki Yuki no Mi, does it not?" thought Manta as he placed his scythe at his back. "If that is a case, I cannot afford to fight her with my scythe." he commented before he grabbed a match from his pockets, litting it with fire. "I know you can see me. I cannot. But it shall not be for long." he stared at the direction of Alice, with his eyes twitched, although he could not see her. "You see, you decided to face off against me with your Devil Fruit power. A frightening Devil Fruit power, indeed. However, I also happen to be a fruit user and I have the means of dealing with your ability, eventually." he commented as he burned both his hands with the match. He had something up his sleeve, but he was waiting for Alice's reaction to act.

"Make it quick, Manta. She is quite strong. I already started shivering." said Mr. A.

At the alley...

"Hm... I can take advantage of the snow... He can't see clearly." thought Koga. "I could use the snow to escape..." he mumbled as he moved his fingers, as if he was using some form of telekinesis. Then, his shell which was kicked a fair distance away by Fukai would quickly move towards him, aiming to strike him from behind. Koga was trying to take advantage of the snow to perform his unique attack.

"Shell Magic!" he mentioned the name of his attack, as the shell rushed at Fukai.

Alice had blanketed the area with a snowstorm , almost everyone could not see through it except for her. However, Alice was cautious enough to know that the person she was facing would be able to overcome this eventually, she had gathered all the chickens with her control over snow gathering them outside safely. Civilians secured, her marine subordinates were now outside , she shifted her position in the snow as she then spoke "This is the problem with hubris, your blinded by it..... its ok, you see ill take you on for as long as i can......, WALL" amongst the blizzard a wall of snow was created right in front of where Manta and Mr A was standing, the blanketing blast of snow still continued as the silence was deafening.

[[Alleyway]]
Fukai knew this snow was going to get bad, so he knew he had to settle this issue before things got desperate. He looked at Koga who was moving his fingers. Fukai then realised based on the concentrated look on Kogas face as he announced his attack that he was going to use something to attack him. Fukai kicked the ground to propel himself upwards as he sees the shell was about to attack him, however he was now above and the snow had picked up the pace. Fukai could not see his enemy too well as he landed back to the ground.

"The hubris might be mine, but the nemesis shall befall on you, dear!" said Manta with a wicked smile on his face. Although he could not cause any fear to the people around him, because of their inability to see his face, he knew that Alice was unaffected by her own powers and thus would stare at him. The man was litteraly a mad fella. While he was not as strong as Maximillion and while he was not a proficient user of the Shockwave Style like their cousin, Ferdinard, Manta had a different advantage. He was a wicked person and an obedient soldier who would not fail his missions at any cost. He was devoted to his brother and his devotion was affected by no fear. His only means of enjoyment were his chicken and his fights. And this one was a pretty cool fight from the beginning.

"BURNING EGG!!!" he launched several egg-shaped projectiles from his arm, which were burning through Alice's snow, melting it. "No matter what you do, I can melt your snow whenever I want." he said as he started firing more fire egg-shaped projectiles against his enemy, giving the impression that he was striking her with small blasts of fire.

Alleyway...

"What you don't know is that I also happen to carry a gun with me!" said Koga with a frightened voice, as soon as he noticed that Fukai dodged his attack. Thus, he proceeded to pick up his "Subagun" the weapon he inherited from his good friend, R.A.M. 2, the cyborg and he shot at the area he persumed Fukai would land. However, his choice was obviously stupid as the snow which was quickly covering the whole city was actually causing big, big trouble to eye-sight.

Alice was taken aback , but thankfully she was not near the wall that was hit with the flame attack from a egg? the first reaction Alice had to this was , chickens and now eggs , what kind of devil fruit ability is this?However despite its ridiculous premise, its combat premise was something stuck with Alice as she mapped out the area in her head. Her blizzard was still active , it should be effecting the surrounding areas on this island. Alice then created a snow figure of her standing behind the earlier melted wall. The figure of her looked shocked as she then shouted "Damn, you melted my wall!!" She then darted across , the snow covering her as she moved. She had to be careful here, and she had to see the full implications of his particular ability.

Fukai as soon as he landed heard Kogas voice and kicked the ground, given his animal like instincts, when prey make a sound this loud you can easily ascertain their position even in weather like this. Fukai kicked against the side wall as Koga shot his weapon into the blank space where Koga was standing.He used the wall to propel himself again this time through the smell of the blast Koga had launched from his weapon, Fukai was literally right next to Koga now as his long legs drove a huge kick into Kogas abdomen side, Fukai again roaring "HOWL!!!!"

"You little..." Manta took a serious look on his eyes. "I guess the only way to overcome this blizzard is to destroy this place completely!" said Manta. "If I ever want to get rid of your blizzard, then I guess that I have to set this place ablaze and stop the blizzard!" said Manta with a wicked face as he started launching a barrage of fire eggs around the area. Some of the eggs were being extinguished by the snow while some others were hitting the walls, although their fire was not enough to set the walls on fire. Apparently, the snow had made the walls wet enough, making them unable to catch fire. However, the reaction would create steam, making it unable for the people around to see clearly. "I was too late... I should have ruined this bar from the beginning!" he finished.

In the alleyway...

"Argh!!!" Koga was struck into the abdomen by Fukai's mighty kick, sending him flying a few meters backwards. "Damn it! I should be using my shell for defending, not for attacking!" he mumbled. "I guess I should become more serious. I'd better not talk but fight." he said with a serious voice as he showed the gun he was carrying. "This weapon... It possesses the powers of the Suba Suba no Mi." he said while pointing his head with the Subagun, pulling a trigger. A wide pink beam surrounded Koga by the time he shot himself, pumping him up momentarily. "Now, we can fight." said Koga with a smile on his face, prepared to fight.

Alice was really not pleased with this, he had created steam against the walls, she then realised the bar was not to be saved, however she felt responsibility in contributing the bars destruction as she then tried to manipulate the snow at Mantas feet , two hands grabbed his feet from the snow, these were snow hands that Alice had created. Alice was trying her luck here as she created another snow wall to try and keep the fire away from the walls as much as she could. The snow hands were trying to hold down Manta.

Fukai could sense danger as Koga shot himself with the gun. Fukai was in slight awareness as the snow was piling on in velocity. Fukai saw as something had changed in Koga, instead of fighting Koga Fukai planted his foot firmly while raising the other, his thick long legs balancing up as he holds one up, his knees and legs tensing , he almost had the aura of a olden tree "Wood... Defence... Style...." Fukai braced himself.

"Damn it, as if that is about to work!" said Manta as he saw the snow hands grabbing his feet. "That would be a quite good attack, had it not grabbed my feet." he continued with a wicked smile on his face. "You see my specialty is not my Devil Fruit ability, nor my scythe. It is the Shockwave-style of the Maimous..." he finished as he launched two powerful shockwaves, one from each foot, propelling himself high to the air and escaping the grabling of Alice. "Shockwave!" he launched two of his signature shockwaves towards the direction of Alice, attempting to strike her and cause her some damage.

In the alleyway...

"If I use all my strength against him, I won't be able to escape from Manta." thought Koga as he rushed towards Fukai. Koga's speed was doubled after he struck himself with that mysterious beam and he was about to start fighting with his hands and his feet. With his shell on his hand, he attempted to stomp Fukai, in an attempt to cause him some damage. "SHELL SMASH!!!" he yelled.

Alice had a shocked expression on her face as he propelled himself into the air announcing his shockwave style. Alice knew another person who had a similar style of fighting. Alice looked to the sky as he sent shockwaves to cause damage. She immediately corralled the snow around her into a thicker wall to block, however the shockwave managed to smash through a few layers of her snow wall, causing debree and damage to the area. Alice appeared from the snow, she had received a brunt of the attack but she had the snow to cushion the blow. She began to breathe heavy, as she looked to Manta standing in the sky. She twirled her staff as the blizzard gave her cover yet again. Fighting close range had become something that was not ideal given Mantas ability. She then said through the snow "Oi, don't you have a relative in the navy or something? I remember seeing your style somewhere" Alice was panting while she was saying this. Keeping this blizzard going was another thing eating away at her overall energy. But she had to persist, if she gave Manta clear vision he would do even more damage than currently.

Fukais concentration and steel like stance as he was smashed with the shell and stomp causing him to take damage but not defeat him. He stood strong with his knee up for defense. Fukais style of fighting had two stances, kicking hound and then using his abnormally long , muscular and thick legs for defense. His whole body had been trained to withstand attacks of heavy proportions from all the monsters he used to protect the village from. Kogas blow was no joke and Fukai felt it, but his defence made him stand tall as his eyes locked into Koga. His eyes red like a hound who is aiming for blood.

"That bastard is not a relative of mine! We just happen to share the same blood!" said Manta with a disgusted face. After all, his relationship with Ferdinard could not be good, considering the rivalry and the hatred his brother had with his Marine cousin. Manta was devoted to Maximillion to the point that he seemingly did not care for his brother, at least as a person. He would only give a shit about him if his actions interfered with his own businesses. "Listen, girl. I do not want to keep this going on, at all. I would be more than happy to kill you, but there is a certain man I am after and I am not willing to let him go, yet again." he said. "Just go already and let me do my business, otherwise I promise you. I shall come to your Marine basement with my forces and I shall eradicate all of you. You. Your unit. Your friends. Your subordinates. Even the whole building you stand in, the whole ground you step onto..." he said with a calm voice, something rare for Manta. As if his brother Maximillion was talking through him.

At the alleyway...

"Can we stop this already?! I just need to go! They are after me!!! HE is after me!!! Don't you see?! This whole blizzard... It didn't come out of nowhere... The Dusk Pirates have all shorts of powers but they lack a snow user! If that user is with you... That means they are in trouble already!!! They are most likely facing off against my pursuers!" said Koga with an agonizing voice, as he tried to reason with Fukai so the two could stop this meaningless brawl.

Alice could tell, she was the type of person who had no time for bullshit and Manta was someone who was not talking nonsense as he threatened to come and kill everyone in the marine base. Alice was building something in the snow as she then cursed under her breath. "Hit a nerve there didn't i? You must be after the traitor Koga, don't worry, you and him will have plenty of time in prison when we capture you two!" Alice did wonder where Fukai had gone, she could use the assistance right now given that this guy was tricky as all hell. Alice quickly put the thought out of her mine , she could not expect assistance, the world isn't that kind, if she could not fight pirates, regardless of levels, their talons could reach her brother who was piloting the the immortal Pheonix at this moment, it might even reach Captain Sarah and others. "Must be real easy for you pirate, killing and looting like you own the whole damn sea.... but thats why we are here, there is meaning in us being here, to keep you in check and protect the futures of the innocent and weak. " A Huge snowball was apparently gathering above Manta if he took the time to look up, she then used her powers to harden the snowball before lunging it at Manta , trying to force gravity to bring him down, the ball of snow was growing thanks to the blizzard adding to it.

Fukai was focused on his target, but this prolonged blizzard attack was growing,which made Fukai wonder how tough the opponent Alice was facing was. Due to the attacks by Koga Fukai was focused on this fight now, even if he did have a brief thought about Alice, his focus quickly reverted back to the target in front of him. Fukai literally lunged forward, aiming a direct kick to send Koga into the building they were facing, his powerful long , thick legs, aimed at sending Koga flying.

"CHK!!!" the snowball ultimately fell on Manta, dragging him to the ground as he didn't take his time to look above his head. He actually ignored what could be happening around him while speaking to Alice, ultimately believing that his words would reach the very bottom of her mind and her heart and thus stop the brawl. The snow which struck him would completely cover him on the floor and the pirate was ultimately covered by the snowball of the marine. However, he ultimately had something in his mind.

At the alleyway...

"Damn it, I can't reason with him! I can't focus my energy on this guy, though!" said Koga, right before being struck by the powerful kick that send him flying in the blizzard. He fell on the snowy ground and he got up, with his body covered with the thick snow of Alice's Blizzard. "Listen. You are not letting me go... But my weapon that can release Maximillion is at the hands of a friend of mine... And by the time my vivre card burns, that person has an order to release him. Is this what you want?!" he yelled at Fukai.

As soon as Manta hit the floor, Alice deactivated the blizzard, the snow slowing down all around them as she was panting, feeling the chill herself her body almost creating a situation where she would have lowered her body temperature to the point of death had she gone further. She stood up slowly holding her staff creating a sort of lock on the snow trying to restrict and cover Mantas hands. "Its..... over....... come quietly......" Her surbordinates standing back but pointing their rifles at Manta, the area had been evacuated while Alice and Manta were fighting. Alice knew she had to deactivate the blizzard one way or another , but she had been thankful her attack worked out. She didn't want to cause frostbite to her surbordinates either. Alice pointed her staff at Manta "Now, your going to come quietly, but before all that, we are going to find your friend...." Alice had regained her breath and her temperature had returned to stability.

As the snow stopped Fukai ceased his movement as well. Alice had deactivated her blizzard much to the expectation of Fukai, that technique took a toll and for her to even use the technique meant that whoever she was fighting was fierce and dangerous. Fukai then heard what Koga had to say, Maximillion? release? What was this turtle man saying. Fukai then took out a cigarette and decided to have a smoke for a while, offering a cigarette to Koga as he stopped attacking him for a while. If Koga tried to run he would intercept him, he decided he should try and talk out this scenario. "You.....release the Emperor of blue sea? Maximillion? How?" Fukai was not the intelligent type, he was the more instinct type and for some reason he was sitting here trying to reason what Koga meant by 'releasing' Maximillion.
