Serious; The meeting at G-1 (Open to Marines and the Shichibukai)

"FAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! It is nice to see you again, Nishki! How is your family going?" Ferdinard said with a wide smile all over his face, the casual smile of the Vice Admiral. "I suppose I am going to make my announcement very soon, BUT, I am waiting for the Warlords to speak first... FAHAHAHAHA." he finished his sentence.

"Are you making fun of my inability to attend the meeting due to my size, Verve? It would be a shame if a hurricane struck your ship." Falconnar replied via his Den Den Mushi. "Or are you hallucinating me of being there because of the drugs you take?" he continued mocking Verve as the Warlord felt offended from the way Verve spoke to him.

"Relax, gentlemen." Jaix spoke from his side. "We have not arrived here to argue, I can guess."

"That is right. FAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Ferdinard agreed.

"That may be right, Maimou, but you are not really speaking the reason the Warlords were called here." Clelia stared at Ferdinard. "Have you gathered us for no reason?"

"No... The reason all of you, the marines, the warlords and Cipher Pol have gathered here is pretty simple... With the Fleet Admiral being on the verge of death due to his aging, I am planning to make a request to all of you, the CP 0 and even the Gorosei. FAHAHAHAHAHAHA."

"The Gorosei?" Falconnar's voice was heard from the Den Den Mushi. "What is the reason?"

"It is simple. I have formed a plan to renovate the force and make the Marines credible again. BUT, for that to happen, I need the friend of my superior, Nishki, as long as he is willing to co-operate with me despite our different believes. Are you, Nishki? FAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Ferdinard prompted Nishki to speak before he would make his announcement.

Nishki sat on his chair , tilting his head to one side and folding his arms "You know, its not really super easy to talk to the Gorosei, and I've had some unfortunate running ins with CP0 as well. But even with that, if its you Ferdinand , you will have my support as long as its for the safety and future of the navy and the people...." Nishki sat back waiting to hear this announcement and had eyed everyone in the room to be quiet and let Ferdinand talk.

The croned voice of 'Agent Steward' croaked up in his high pitched wheeze "Wrrrry hope it doesn't caaawwst too much... Neeessshhkiiii's flying fooorrtresss is stilll a pain to ouuur brrrooooks..." Slamming his cane down, typical of CP-1 to fret about the cost of things. Saul Solomon gave a laugh and adjusted his glasses commenting "I'll see about that..." before reaching over to grab Yogi's lips before the man preformed another attempt at a Sax solo.

Angela sat quietly and attentive, flicking her eyes over at some of the others. Most looks were relatively curious... Any glance at the Warlords or Cipher Pol or even a few marines attending were met with a squint of either distrust, pettiness or hatred. But she stayed quiet as she listened on, it was only natural for her to be seemingly the most peaceful one here...

Above was a different story as while the crews worked or the Captains partied, The sound of mischief was about. The red little imp dragged herself to make as little noise as possible as she listened into what was being said... Slowly placing a siren down by the grate and shuffled backwards out of the ventilation shaft, uncoiling a wire attached to a Den Den Mushi in her hand.

"It will not really cost as much as you believe, CP 1. Not as much for its value. FAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Ferdinard replied to the man of the government who seemed more interested in the cost of the things rather than what Ferdinard had to propose.

"Ehem..." Ferdinard coughed, pointing at the CP agents to stare towards the direction of the red little imp, the girl who used to mess up with the whole basement. Apparently, Ferdinard had her spotted, but he was not really sure whether he should take care of things by himself. Truth be spoken, he did not really want to ruin the importance of the meeting by escorting the little girl outside, so he tried to make some gestures to the Government agents in hopes they would deal with the little girl instead.

"Excuse me gentlemen." Fatte entered the room, as well. "I was looking for my son but I didn't really find him. I suppose I am not going to see him today." he said, looking at Nishki. He passed right next to the Admiral, giving his hand for a handshake, before Ferdinard interfered.

"Fatte... You are in front of me again, are you not? FAHAHAHAHAHA. I am in the middle of making a really important announcement, yet you are preventing me from doing so." he said with his casual smile all over his face.

"Enough with this nonsense!" Clelia smashed her hand on the table, breaking it. "You gathered an admiral here, the World Government and the Warlords, only for you to make some important speech, yet again you avoid announcing what you have to. I'd think this was a joke, Maimou, in case I didn't know anything about your cursed lineage..." she spoke angrily to Ferdinard.

"FAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Ferdinard started walking towards the direction of Clelia. "If it was not for my important guests, I would definitely slap you with all my strength, miss Monemini." Ferdinard said with his casual smile.

"You have this position only for two years... You have no right to speak to me like that. I have this rank for more than you do and you should treat me with respect!" Clelia got up, glaring angrily at her colleague.

Things were getting tense. It was up to Nishki and the agents to intefere.

Verve picked his teeth and chuckled.”Of course I am, but I’m surprised you caught on so fast... I thought birdmen had bird-brains!” Verve retorted as he threatened to summon a hurricane. Then he retorted he was hallucinating.”Perhaps I am, you’d never tell the difference from where you are...” ferdinand quickly ended their banter. Probably for the best. The last time he bantered someone, he ended up dueling two other shichibukai in a very unfair situation that he only escaped thanks to the aid of CORTEZ of all people, the single most vile creation of the government.

”My apologies, Sir, it shall not happen again. How may I serve you? Hopefully your demands will prove as entertaining as the nobles...” Verve liked to bring up his status as a way to press superiority. Even if the shichibukai system was to be abolished, his presence as an agent of CP-0 would provide celestial amnesty as long as he served the government until the day he died. In fact, he had effectively replaced their entire biological research team and began an extension of the supersoldier program that created cortez. Using the DNA samples collected of the seas most powerful bloodlines including unholy, iken namikaze, dagon, cortez, and various unique prisoners from impel down and the rarest plants and most advanced alchemic procedures he practiced to produce all kinds of “supersoldier” siqs with nasty side effects. Effective, but very costly to the soldiers. Even durable users would suffer from long term power drain and exhaustion from prolonged use; they were almost more poison that drug. But his first products were so effective that the research was inspired to improve upon it. Thanks to him, the government had access to biological weaponry far beyond what anyone else had seen before.

While he believed this made him more valuable and important to the government, in actuality it only made them fear his recklessness and danger. They were happy that he only sowed the seeds, they wanted to keep him as far in the underworld as possible. Only Cortez seemed interested in his potential, and had somehow convinced the gorosei of it as well. Before long, Verve found his way in the presence of the dragons and they found him delightful in every-way, and he found himself being trained by Cortez with the rest of CP-0. He believed this made him better than everyone else, that he could do whatever he wanted and be rewarded for it like a god. Arrogance held within far beyond what anyone present could even conceive.

”While I love the chaos, I think we all need to calm down before people start dying. The man says he has a plan, and wants us to be a part of it. I for one would like to hear him out. If you cannot calm yourself, I would be more than happy to offer a sedative.”

Nishki grit his teeth eyeing both Ferdinand and Cellia "Will you both shut up, the both of you!!!" Nishkis roar silenced the room finally as he spoke "Enough, while we fight here, we have other much more monumental changes shifting in the world as we speak. Things that children will have nightmares off if they knew the terrors lurking in the deep now looking to kill everyone. While you bicker, criminals and murderers, rapists and thieves go free causing innocent civilians to scream and beg for help." Nishki presses his finger to his head "Anyone here vice admiral or above knows what i mean, the voices, the screams of anguish, i hear them, the ones i failed to save. IF todays discussion leads to somewhere fruitful for the future i will certainly assist in anyway i can, but i would ask you to get the to the point sooner "

Slip 'slipped' out from his seat; the bone-thin, lips-sealed man seemingly one of the only others to care or notice the noises outside everyone being loud... or well.. Ferdinard to be loud. From the looks of the others, they didn't seem to notice as they lacked a 'keen sense of observation'...

Angela sighed, placing her hand on her face as she gave a long sigh and slow rub of her temple. She took a deep breath after Nishki's outburst before hearing a cough coming from the rotund Solomon who gave his smug grin "I'll keep it that I am not watching some of the navy breaking down and bickering like a bunch of teens for now." he adjusted his glasses before adding "As for you Nishki, know that you are not the Fleet Admiral yet and need to keep within your duties first then some wild eyed idea from a man who acts more like a..."

"FWEEEEEE..."

"DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE YOGI, LEST I BEAT YOU WITH YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT...." Saul turned to shout at the Sax player beside him in a fit of anger before being knocked backwards onto the floor by a white feather that whisked across the room and nailed him on the forehead. Yogi joined him on the floor a second later before he could blare his Sax again.

Angela held a white winged arm across her chest, slowly relaxing and melding the feathers back into a human arm once more with a comment "Can we please just hear what this is about... Some of us have family to tend to and work to file... " Eyes flickering to Fatte with the same squint she had been giving the warlords this afternoon.

"FAHAHAHAHAHAHA. This meeting is magneficent!" Ferdinard said as he sat down back at his seat, raising his left leg and placing it on his right knee, taking a more casual stance. He made a few gestures with his hands, as he started explaining. "The reason I called you here has somewhat been spoken... Somebody mentioned it, although they did not really know about it. I have to propose a voting process gentlemen. The Fleet Admiral is very sick and on his death bed. And we have suffered several losses from pirates, as my superior has adressed. The pirates are roaming at the seas as if the Navy does not really exist. So... What I would like to suggest is very simple. I would like to nominate Admiral Rock to become the next Fleet Admiral of the Marines!!! FAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Ferdinard said and he started laughing. Now, it was clear why all these important people had been called to the place.

"Yes but... Even if Admiral Rock became the Fleet Admiral, who would be the public face of the marines? And how would the balance between the Admirals be replaced?" Clelia asked.

"Ahhhhh..." Fatte yawned. "If you excuse me, I can tell you that there are a few men who are capable of replacing Admiral Rock. For example, there is that bastard who has taken out the majority of the Unknown Pirates, here in the New World since he came here..." he interfered.

"What do you mean?"

"Since he became the Head Commander of G-1, Ferdinard defeated more than half of the troops of the Unknown Pirates by himself. Well, with my help, as well." he said.

"It is simple, cosmo-witch..." Ferdinard mocked Clelia. "I will replace him on his duties as an Admiral! FAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Nishki sighed but more than likely nodded his head. He then said "First of all.... i do think that Ferdinand becoming an Admiral is a good choice, he has more or less made his mark on the new world and i believe he has struck fear into the majority of pirates especially sailing around this area.... as for fleet admiral..... i don't know if people think i can run a world like that...... "

The crew muttered and discussed upon themselves , some were nervous and some were supportive. Sarah pretty much kept silent as Luis sighed "Thats a heavy task they are asking of him....."

Angela paused, biting her finger and giving a loud sigh among Ferdi's laugh "I find fault with this. While I see and raise that Vice Admiral Ferdinard can assume the Admiral position... Nishki seems much too valuable of an asset to take the position of Fleet Admiral. For who we have, He is clearly the best and most stable among us all. Kind, compassionate, brave." Nods and murmuring (and a toot from a sax) came from the attending Cipher Pol agents as she spoke up as she had to continue. "But the problem is that he is rather young and is more powerful doing his job then being stuck behind a desk. A Fleet Admiral must always be at the helm to direct and give orders and respond to catastrophes as they happen."

The red haired suit, CP 1's Agent Carter, spoke up to add to it "As you seem to make it, Because the Fleet Admiral is dying... It feels like the Marines are dying. In which case we should be pushing forth the movement to setting Admiral Rock to the position in order to strength the Marines resolve and take back control of the sea."

The absolute unit of a man, Saul followed up with it as he rubbed the red mark from feathery impact "I can SEE where you are coming from, and I agree. We should get-"

"If Nishki does get into the old mans place and our documents stop looking like they were recovered at a warzone with the bloodsplatter, It would be caging a canary and leaving him cramped and unable to stretch his wings. An impressive piece but a somber one of someone in their prime wasting away." Angela barked out, slamming her feet on the ground as she stood up; quickly turning around to Nishki to apologize "Sorry to speak for you dear..." before turning back to argue "I am for the opinion that we may need to look either upon the eldest of our Admirals or bring someone out from retirement..."

The tone suddenly shifted as Jazz music suddenly started to play from the ventilation shaft as a female voice murmurred out in an echo "Romantic Dawn as narrated by Goilbort Gearfiend." before slowly pausing and a loud nasally voice of a man cried out "T't't't'waAaAaAasss ta B-Rake of SUNLIGHT, as the ship sailed the West Blue. Ruff Y. Ape GR-abbed onto Newni's tan-ger-ines with a satisfied grunt and...

The room stood still as the audio continued, Cipher Pol looking shocked and the Vice Admiral stood quiet... except for the snorting as her cheeks puffed behind the suppressed smile.
