supplies (food, medical supplies, lumber etc..), specialty made weapons, armor, NPC characters for crew

Everything you've just listed has to be made by you in the Equipment and Ships forum. I and others have already set precedents for medical supplies, lumber and even ammunition so you may add those things to your sheet and take out the belli before putting up a reply for reapproval.

Stuff like the Okama recipes! That boost stats and such.

hmm i dunno if this classes here but even though iwe been very inactive it sorta seems to me the site have come to a standstill almost only the same people are still on here. and as i stressed before i think it can be due to that thoose being here since like forever is so much more freakin overpowered than thoose starting out fresh.(yes i continue to fight the powa ) Maybe a package that actually sorta help newcomers out you know. for example

5 ap 10 mill beli (just example cost)
newbie package: each post u make in a thread count as 3 for X(decided by staff) threads u are participating in. (if the thread u participating in goes inactive [[will be judged by staff if it is or not]] that thread will not count towards the X thread count but u will also not gain any bonuses from having participated in it)

possibilities are endless for such packages. this is actually one of the few sites that actually have a good system for levling and fruits and such
and are still *active* ((i hearby claim it wasent me writting the last part and will never admit to doing so so HAH ))
