Technique list name: Ribbon of Anarchy Style

Overview: (a brief explanation of what they techniques are and where they came from)

User: Cole P. Dusk

History: Over his year in the prison Disscod had Time to Come up with so many ideas for what to do with there abilities with ribbons but he need some help with some details that Cole had help him with. These move in the style of fighting he called he now called his Ribbons of Anarchy Style Fast, Wild and heavily Aggressive were to fit around his style of fighting.

Techniques:
-Level Zero-

Name: Shadow of The Emperor
Type: Devil fruit move
Description: The user must stand still in order to use this move. The users summons his ribbon from his feet or lower legs and send them over to an enemy or group of enemies then the user straight upwards hardening and sharpening them to his liking to puncture as many enemy as he can from below them. The user can hit enemies in every direction With this move.
Effect: Sends ribbons to stab enemies from below them.
Level learned: Level 0
Stat Requirements: 60% Devil Fruit Control, 30% Perception

Name: Aura of The Devil's Sin- Claws of the Greedy Beast
Type: Devil fruit move
Description:The user summons ups 30 ribbons that come from their shoulder they go down the entirety of the user's arm and hand. THe user makes makes an  oval that covers the entire hand and lower forearm that is about 1 foot and 3 blade coming out it at the end of it that the user uses like fingers they start out at 6 inches. The Blade are positioned with one on the top of the oval and 2 on both sides of the bottom of the oval. The blades on the claw can extend to the user liking. The user can detach the finger to make new ones in its place. The user can harden and sharpen any part of it to the users liking. The user can use this move on both arms at the same time.
Effect: Lets the user protect his hands and have sword fingers. Can use the blades as finger to pick up objects.

Name: Tendrils of Death
Type: Devil fruit move
Description:The user summons 10 ribbons that come out of the user body in a circle that make a cylinder when the they start to form a spear like cone at the end of the cylinders. The cylinder has about a is about 1 inch radius and a circumference of 6 inches the Cone take up 12 inches of the entire tendril. The pointed end can be sharpened to his liking. Each tendril can be hardened to the user's liking and they move at speed equal to the user speed times 1/3 of the users devil fruit control.
Effect: The user makes tendrils that do thing that tendrils can do like stabbing, wrap around thing, piercing thing,and other Tendril things.

Name: The Hangman's Revenge
Type: Gear
Description: The user gains the ability to maneuver hardened ribbons like he would with normal ribbons.
Effect: The user gains the ability to maneuver hardened ribbons like he would with normal ribbons. They retain their flexibility along with durability while still being as hard as the users current level allows. The user can user this gear for 10 posts with only a 5% endurance debuff after the user releases the gear.

-Level One-

Name: Death Moon's Diamond Shattering Shot
Type: Devil fruit move
Description: The user punches and shoots out the number of ribbons he wants directly ahead of the user in a shotgun like spread, the ribbons coming out of the user lower arm and fist. The ribbon is half of an Inch long and is hardened and sharpened to the user's liking.
Effect: The user sends his wanted amount of ribbons sharpened and hardened in a shotgun like spread straight ahead of him from his arm it goes at Sub soru Speed until 100% Devil Fruit control where it will go at Soru Speeds.
Level learned: Level 1
