Technique list name: Razor Arts
Overview: The blade style he developed in order to shave, perform surgery, chop wood, and protect himself; it can be used with any type of weapon with no more than two hands being used at one time, but is primarily a one sword style.
User: Razor
History: He was taught by a great pirate.
Techniques:

-Level zero-

Name: Pierce
Type: blade
Description: The user makes a quick thrust with the blade.
Effect: rapid loss of blood and a cut ranging in depth depending on the blade
Level learned: 0
Stat Requirements: 30% skill

Name: Surgery
Type: blade
Description: A simple slash with the grain of the skin so that if it misses the direct hit, there is a chance it can be cut just enough for surgery.
Effect: rapid loss of blood and a cut ranging in depth depending on the blade
Level learned: 0
Stat Requirements: 30% skill

Name: Deflect
Type: blade
Description: a simple parry, with a twist and spin of the blade to cut and repel projectiles; can also be used to parry weapons or body parts mid-dodge.
Effect: deflected weapon, and cut depending on the cutting power of the sword
Level learned: 0
Stat Requirements: 30% skill

Name: Lunge
Type: blade
Description: after getting low to the ground, rising the body and unsheathing the sword, or making that motion, to make an upward slash.
Effect: a potentially lethal cut, if the blade is sharp enough to cut iron
Level learned: 0
Stat Requirements: 30% skill, 100% df control for sword

Name: Fall
Type: blade
Description: The inverse of lunge, where the sword is raised above the head and behind the back, and then released in an unsheathing-type motion, creating and potentially lethal downward slash
Effect: a potentially lethal cut, if the sword is sharp enough to cut iron
Level learned: 0
Stat Requirements: 30% skill, 100% df control for sword

Fall and lunge are ify in the fact that it's the users skills that determine if they sword can cut iron. While some swords offer boosts, none would give a large enough one to someone with only 30% skill to cut iron. The rest of the techniques are fine.

Stat requirements only say 30%, doesn't say the actual stat needed.
